Description

Fabric joint structure

This case is about a kind of fabric, in particular a kind of fabric joint structure suitable for down jackets, which simplifies the process of making a down channel by bonding the fabric in half with liquid glue, optimizes the space of the down channel, and ensures that the down filling material can be evenly distributed in the down channel to improve the warmth retention effect.

In recent years, down jackets have been the representative of warm clothing. In order to achieve the effect of warmth preservation, the common method is to form a velvet channel by sewing the double-layer fabric and then fill it with filling materials such as down, cotton, and artificial resin cotton. The fluffy filling material props up the two layers of fabric so that the velvet channel maintains a three-dimensional space, thereby achieving the effect of warmth preservation. However, the traditional sewing process is often accompanied by the formation of pinholes when forming the velvet channel, causing cold spots and thus compromising the warmth preservation effect. In addition, there is another method of forming the down channel of the down jacket by bonding the fabric with sheet glue. Although this method can avoid the problem of pinholes, the space for the down channel will be compressed when the sheet glue is bonded, resulting in a reduction in the filling amount of filling materials such as down.

In view of this, how to provide a fabric joint structure suitable for down jackets, simplify the duct production process by bonding the folded fabric with liquid glue, optimize the duct accommodation space, and ensure that the down filling material can be evenly distributed in the duct to improve the warmth retention effect and improve the deficiencies of the prior art is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.

The purpose of this case is to provide a fabric joint structure suitable for down jackets, which simplifies the process of forming a down channel by bonding the folded fabric with liquid glue, optimizes the space for accommodating the down channel, and ensures that the down filling material can be evenly distributed in the down channel to improve the warmth retention effect.

Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a fabric joining structure suitable for down jackets. After folding two fabrics in half, an automated machine can be used to spray a sprayable liquid glue directly on the joining portion, and heat-pressing is performed at the same time to complete the joining of the two fabrics and form separate independent ducts, thereby reducing the duct manufacturing process and allowing each duct to provide an optimized duct accommodation space for filling with filling materials, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the warmth retention effect of the duct. The use of sprayable liquid glue helps to solve the problem of cold spots caused by pinholes, while making the ducts formed by the two folded fabrics independent and partially overlapping in the joining direction, which not only creates a wider duct accommodation space, increases the down filling capacity of a single duct, but also maintains the overall warmth retention effect.

Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a fabric joint structure suitable for down jackets. The fabric used for the joint is of high quality and can provide a stable bonding surface after being folded in half. Furthermore, the sprayable liquid glue can be accurately and quickly sprayed by an automated machine, so that the liquid glue is directly added to the bonding part of the folded fabric, while ensuring the uniform distribution of the liquid glue. Thereafter, a hot press is used to perform hot pressing, so that the liquid glue is quickly solidified and bonded to the overlapping part of the bonding part of the two folded fabrics, without affecting the individual ducts formed by the two folded fabrics, ensuring that the subsequent filling materials such as down can be evenly distributed when filled into the duct, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the warmth retention effect. Since the sprayable liquid glue eliminates the need for the traditional gluing process, the process can be further simplified, effectively improving production efficiency. The bonding part of the two folded fabrics is independent of the duct space, which is conducive to the improvement of the duct space and creates a duct space with no dead angle restrictions, increasing the down capacity of a single duct. In addition, compared with the traditional down jacket structure, the fabric joint structure formed by folding the two fabrics in half and then bonding them is flat and neat in appearance, and the quality of the finished product is significantly different from the current down styles on the market. In other words, down jackets produced using the fabric joint structure of this case can not only improve the warmth retention effect of down jackets, but also meet consumers' demands for appearance quality, bringing a new development direction to the field of thermal clothing and having great industrial utilization value.

The present invention provides a fabric joining structure 1 suitable for down jackets. The fabric joining structure 1 includes a first fabric 10, a second fabric 20 and a liquid glue 30. In this embodiment, the first fabric 10 is folded in half to form a first folded edge 11, a first bonding portion 12a and a first accommodating velvet channel 13. The first folded edge 11 and the first bonding portion 12a are located on the outside of the first fabric 10, and the first accommodating velvet channel 13 is located on the inside of the first fabric 10. The first bonding portion 12a is arranged along the first folded edge 11, for example, located on the top surface of the first fabric 10 after being folded in half. In addition, the second fabric 20 is folded in half to form a second folded edge 21, a second bonding portion 22b and a second accommodating velvet channel 23. The second folded edge 21 and the second bonding portion 22b are located outside the second fabric 20, and the second accommodating velvet channel 23 is located inside the second fabric 20. The second bonding portion 22b is arranged along the second folded edge 21, for example, located on the bottom surface of the second fabric 20 after being folded. In this embodiment, the first bonding portion 12a on the first fabric 10 after being folded and the second bonding portion 22b on the second fabric 20 after being folded are spatially opposite to each other, for example, up and down, as shown in FIG. 1A, and are assembled and subsequently bonded by liquid glue 30. In this embodiment, the liquid glue 30 is sprayed on the first bonding portion 12a of the first fabric 10 and/or the second bonding portion 22b of the second fabric 20, as shown in FIG. 1B. Then, the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 overlapped in the upper and lower parts are simultaneously cured by a hot pressing process to fix the first bonding part 12a and the second bonding part 22b, as shown in FIG. 1C. In this embodiment, the first accommodating duct 13 and the second accommodating duct 23 at least partially overlap in the direction from the first bonding part 12a to the second bonding part 22b (i.e., from bottom to top). Finally, the first accommodating duct 13 and the second accommodating duct 23 allow each to provide accommodating space for filling the filling material 40, and the resulting fabric joint structure 1 suitable for down jackets is shown in FIG. 1D.

It should be noted that in the present embodiment, after the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 are folded in half, an automated machine can be used to spray, for example, a sprayable liquid glue 30 directly onto the first bonding portion 12a or the second bonding portion 22b, and hot pressing is performed at the same time to complete the bonding of the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 and form respective independent first accommodating ducts 13 and second accommodating ducts 23, thereby reducing the duct manufacturing process steps and allowing the respective ducts to provide optimized duct accommodating space for filling the filling material 40, thereby achieving the purpose of enhancing the warmth retention effect of the duct.

In this embodiment, the liquid glue 30 is, for example, a sprayable liquid hot melt glue, which is at least partially sprayed on the first bonding portion 12a and/or the second bonding portion 22b after the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 are folded in half. The liquid glue 30 is in liquid state at a controlled temperature, and is pressurized under a heated temperature condition to fix the liquid glue 30 to the first bonding portion 12a and the second bonding portion 22b. In this embodiment, the controlled temperature range is preferably 120°C, and after being sprayed on the first bonding portion 12a and/or the second bonding portion 22b by an automated nozzle (not shown), the liquid glue 30 has sufficient viscosity to be evenly attached to the first bonding portion 12a and/or the second bonding portion 22b without overflowing everywhere. After the liquid glue 30 is sprayed on the first bonding portion 12a or/and the second bonding portion 22b, a glue thickness is formed, and the glue thickness ranges from 50 μm to 200 μm, and the width range of the nozzle is between 4 mm and 10 mm, for example, 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm to control the liquid glue 30 to be sprayed on the first bonding portion 12a or/and the second bonding portion 22b, and provide sufficient adhesive force to fix the first bonding portion 12a and the second bonding portion 22b after pressure is applied. In other embodiments, the conditions for spraying the liquid glue 30 on the first bonding portion 12a and the second bonding portion 22b may be different, and the present case is not limited to this, and is explained first. In this embodiment, the heating temperature of the liquid glue 30 between the first laminating portion 12a and the second laminating portion 22b ranges from 110°C to 130°C, preferably 120°C. In this embodiment, the use of the sprayable liquid glue 30 helps solve the cold spot problem caused by the traditional pinholes, and at the same time, the tufts formed by the two folded fabrics are each independent and partially overlapped in the laminating direction, which not only creates a wider tuft accommodating space, increases the down filling capacity of a single tuft, but also maintains the overall warmth effect.

In this embodiment, the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 are selected from the group consisting of a high-density fabric, a polyester fiber, a nylon and a composite material thereof. The first accommodating velvet channel 13 and the second accommodating velvet channel 23 are respectively configured to accommodate a filling material 40, and the filling material 40 includes a down material, a polyester composite or a heat-insulating material, so that the fabric joint structure 1 is suitable for a down garment. Since the heating temperature range of the liquid glue 30 between the first bonding portion 12a and the second bonding portion 22b is about 120°C, there is no need to worry about the damage caused by heat and gloss when selecting the fabrics of the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20. In other words, the fabric joint structure 1 of the present invention provides a wider range of fabric options, and polyester and nylon are preferred. In other embodiments, the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 can also be composited with a waterproof and breathable polyurethane film. Of course, the specifications of the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 can be used, such as material/warp yarn weft density/single fiber density, etc., which can also be adjusted according to actual application requirements, and the present invention is not limited thereto and will not be elaborated.

FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the fabric joining structure of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1A to FIG. 1D and FIG. 2, the first fabric 10 further includes a third pair of folded edges 14 and a first overlock section 16. The third pair of folded edges 14 are spatially opposite to the first pair of folded edges 11 and are located on the left and right sides respectively. The first accommodating tuft channel 13 is formed between the first pair of folded edges 11 and the third pair of folded edges 14. The first overlock section 16 is located on the bottom surface of the first accommodating tuft channel 13 (the inner surface of the fabric joining structure 1). In addition, the second fabric 20 further includes a fourth folded edge 24 and a second overlock section 26. The fourth folded edge 24 is spatially opposite to the second folded edge 21 and is located at the right and left sides respectively. The second accommodating tuft channel 23 is formed between the second folded edge 21 and the fourth folded edge 24, and the second overlock section is located at the bottom surface (the inner surface of the fabric joint structure 1) of the second accommodating tuft channel 23. Through the third folded edge 14, the first overlock section 16, the fourth folded edge 24, and the second overlock section 26 structure, the first accommodating tuft channel 13 and the second accommodating tuft channel 23 form two independent tuft channel spaces without dead angle restrictions, which helps to provide down accommodation for a single tuft channel, and maintains flatness after the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 are bonded, forming a fabric joint structure 1 with a neat appearance (outside). The quality of the finished product thus formed is significantly different from the down styles currently on the market. In addition, in this embodiment, the first accommodating velvet channel 13 and the second accommodating velvet channel 23 are not limited in size or sealing method, and the aforementioned fabric joint structure 1 can also be used for splicing, which will not be repeated here. Of course, in other embodiments, the first fabric 10 can first form the first pair of folded edges 11, the third pair of folded edges 14 and the first overlock section 16; the second fabric 20 also first forms the second pair of folded edges 21, the fourth pair of folded edges 24 and the second overlock section 26, and then the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 are bonded to the first bonding portion 12a and the second bonding portion 22b by liquid glue 30. In addition, the first fabric 10 or the second fabric 20 can also be pressed to form a ring surface, and then turned inside out to provide a flat outer ring surface for spraying the liquid glue 30. The present case does not limit the timing of combining the fabric joint structure 1 with other fabric processing technologies. In other words, the joining process of the fabric joint structure 1 of the present case can be adjusted according to the actual application requirements, and is not limited thereto.

In summary, this case provides a fabric joining structure suitable for down jackets, which simplifies the duct production process by folding the fabric in half with liquid glue, optimizes the duct accommodation space, and ensures that the down filling material can be evenly distributed in the duct to improve the warmth retention effect. After folding the two fabrics in half, an automatic machine can be used to spray the sprayable liquid glue directly on the joining part, and heat press is performed at the same time to complete the joining of the two fabrics and form separate independent ducts, so as to reduce the duct production process and allow each duct to provide the optimal duct accommodation space for filling the filling material, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the duct warmth retention effect. The use of sprayable liquid glue helps solve the problem of cold spots caused by pinholes. At the same time, the tufts formed by the two folded fabrics are independent and partially overlapped in the bonding direction, which not only creates a wider tuft accommodating space, increases the down filling capacity of a single tuft, but also maintains the overall warmth effect. The fabrics used for joining are of high quality and can provide a stable bonding surface after folding. Furthermore, the sprayable liquid glue can be accurately and quickly sprayed by automated machinery, so that the liquid glue is directly added to the bonding part of the folded fabric, while ensuring the uniform distribution of the liquid glue. Afterwards, a heat press is used to heat press the liquid glue, so that it can quickly solidify and adhere to the overlapping part of the two folded fabrics, without affecting the individual ducts formed by the two folded fabrics, ensuring that the subsequent filling materials such as down can be evenly distributed when filling the duct, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the warmth effect. Since the sprayable liquid glue eliminates the traditional gluing process, the process can be further simplified and the production efficiency can be effectively improved. The bonding part of the two folded fabrics is independent of the duct accommodation space, which is conducive to the improvement of the duct space and creates a duct space with no dead angle restrictions, thereby increasing the down capacity of a single duct. In addition, compared with the traditional down jacket structure, the fabric joint structure formed by folding two fabrics in half and then sticking them together is flat and neat in appearance, and the quality of the finished product is significantly different from the current down styles on the market.
