Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
First embodiment
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present application discloses a facestock layer 10. The facestock layer 10 may include an outer layer 1 and an inner layer 2. A plurality of first connection portions 11 may be provided on the outer layer 1, and a plurality of second connection portions 21 may be provided on the inner layer 2.
The first connecting portions 11 of the outer layer 1 may be bonded to the corresponding second connecting portions 21 of the inner layer 2 by spot-bonding to form the fabric layer connecting portions 101, so that a chamber 4 for accommodating a filler, such as lint, cotton, etc., is formed between each two adjacent fabric layer connecting portions 101 and the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2, and the material selection of the filler is not particularly limited. By means of the arrangement mode, a plurality of cavities are formed inside the fabric layer, and due to the fact that the fabric layer connecting portion is formed by means of applying point glue, the existence of sewing thread needle holes is avoided, and therefore the filler is effectively prevented from leaking out through the needle holes.
The spot-on sol combining the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2 may be heated at the time of application. That is, when the dot sol is applied or dropped, such as by a nozzle 201 (shown in fig. 5) of a dot sol applicator (not shown), the dropped dot sol has been heated to have a certain temperature. The spot-size sol can be a commercially available quick-drying gel (such as
Figure DEST_PATH_GDA0002653014000000051
PUR TW8099 type quick tack adhesive, etc.) or slow dry adhesive. In the case where the point sol is a quick-dry glue, the barrel of the quick-dry glue is heated to about 130 ℃, the runner of the quick-dry glue is heated to about 180 ℃, the quick-dry glue travels from the barrel to the nozzle via the runner such that the point sol is heated to about 130 ℃ to 180 ℃ upon application; and in the case that the dispensing glue is slow-drying glue, the cylinder of the slow-drying glue is heated to be not more than 100 ℃, the flow channel of the slow-drying glue is heated to be not more than 100 ℃, and the cylinder and the flow channel can be kept at room temperature without heating (which is mainly determined by the viscosity of the slow-drying glue and the glue discharging smoothness of a glue dispensing valve), so that the dispensing glue is not more than 100 ℃ when being applied. Such a temperature setting facilitates a point sol to firmly attach the outer and inner layers together. In addition, the point sol can realize the connection of the outer layer and the inner layer at room temperature.
The dot sol may be arranged at dot-like intervals along the fabric layer connection 101. The arrangement mode of the dotted intervals is beneficial to enhancing the connection strength of the fabric layer connecting part 101.
The point sol may be arranged in one or more lines along the fabric layer connection 101. As shown in fig. 1, the dot sol arranged in three rows is exemplarily shown, however, the specific arrangement manner of the dot sol is not limited thereto.
As shown in the flow chart of fig. 6, which illustrates a method for manufacturing the facestock layer 10, the method may include the steps of: applying a spot sol onto the second connection portion 21 of the inner layer 2 through a nozzle 201 of a spot sol applicator; placing the outer layer 1 on the inner layer 2 such that the first connection portions 11 of the outer layer 1 are aligned with the corresponding second connection portions 21 of the inner layer 2 and such that the spot-size sol is located between the first connection portions 11 and the second connection portions 21; and the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2 stacked together are pressed by a pressing device (not shown) of a spot sol applicator. The pressure device may be a conventional pressure device such as a plate-type pressure element or the like, and both the pressure device and the nozzle 201 may be integrated on the spottingol applicator.
When the point sol is a quick-drying glue, the point sol combining the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2 is heated to 130 ℃ to 180 ℃ when being applied, and the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2 are pressed by a pressure device for 6 seconds to 8 seconds, wherein the pressure device is heated to 80 ℃; and when the point sol is a slow drying sol, the point sol combining the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2 is heated to not more than 100 ℃ at the time of application, and the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2 are pressed by a pressing device for 4 seconds, wherein the pressing device may not be heated. This enables the spot-sol to firmly join the outer and inner layers together.
Second embodiment
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the present application also discloses a facestock layer 10'. The facestock layer 10' may include an outer layer 1, an inner layer 2, and a plurality of stand-offs 3. A plurality of first connection portions 11 may be provided on the outer layer 1, and a plurality of second connection portions 21 may be provided on the inner layer 2. A plurality of stand linings 3 are disposed at intervals between the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2. The stand lining 3 may include an upright part 33 and first and second stand lining connection parts 31, 32 located at both ends of the upright part 33, and the stand lining 3 may be further divided into first and second stand lining portions 3a, 3b, the first stand lining portion 3a including at least the first stand lining connection part 31 and the second stand lining portion 3b including at least the second stand lining connection part 32.
The first standing liner connection portion 31 of each standing liner 3 may be point-sol bonded to the corresponding first connection portion 11 of the outer layer 1 to form a first facing material layer connection portion 101a, and the second standing liner connection portion 32 of each standing liner 3 may be point-sol bonded to the corresponding second connection portion 21 of the inner layer 2 to form a second facing material layer connection portion 101b, so that a chamber 4 for containing a filler, such as velvet, cotton, or the like, is formed between each two adjacent standing liners 3 and the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2, and the material selection of the filler is not particularly limited. With this arrangement, similarly to the first embodiment, since the first and second facing material layer connections are formed by means of the application of the spot adhesive, the presence of the sewing thread eyelet is avoided, so that the leakage of the filler through the eyelet is effectively avoided. Meanwhile, due to the existence of the vertical lining, the cavity is more three-dimensional, the accommodation of the filler in the cavity is facilitated, and the fabric layer is integrally more three-dimensional and attractive. Fig. 3 shows the stand lining 3 by way of example only, but the specific shape of the stand lining is not limited thereto, and for example, the upright part of the stand lining may be located at an intermediate position of the first stand lining connecting part 31 or the second stand lining connecting part 32 or any other position.
Similar to the first embodiment, when the spot sol is a quick-drying glue, the spot sol combining the stand lining 3 with the outer layer 1 or the inner layer 2 is heated to 130 ℃ to 180 ℃ at the time of application, and the outer layer 1 and the inner layer 2 are pressed by a pressing device for 6 seconds to 8 seconds, wherein the pressing device is heated to 80 ℃; and when the point sol is a slow drying sol, the point sol combining the standing lining 3 and the outer layer 1 or the inner layer 2 is heated to not more than 100 ℃ at the time of application, and the standing lining 3 and the outer layer 1 or the inner layer 2 are pressed by a pressing device for 4 seconds.
The dot sol may be arranged at a dot interval along the first precoat connecting portion 101a or along the second precoat connecting portion 101 b.
The point sols may be arranged in one or more rows along the first coverstock layer connections 101a or along the second coverstock layer connections 101 b.
As shown in the flow chart of fig. 7, which illustrates a method for making the facestock layer 10', the method may include the steps of: applying a spot sol to the first connection part 11 of the outer layer 1 and the second connection part 21 of the inner layer 2 through a nozzle 201 of a spot sol applicator; placing the first standing lining portion 3a on the first joining portion 11 to which the bead bond is applied such that the first joining portion 11 of the outer layer 1 is aligned with the first standing lining joining portion 31; pressing the outer layer 1 and the first standing liner portion 3a stacked together by a pressing device of a spot sol applicator; placing the second standing liner portion 3b on the second connection portion 21 to which the bead bond is applied so that the second connection portion 21 of the inner layer 2 is aligned with the second standing liner connection portion 32; pressing the inner layer 2 and the second standing liner portion 3b stacked together by a pressing device of a spot sol applicator; and reattaching the first standing liner portion 3a bonded to the outer layer 1 and the second standing liner portion 3b bonded to the inner layer 2. The means for connecting the first standing liner portion 3a and the second standing liner portion 3b is not limited, and may be implemented by sewing, bonding, or the like.
As shown in FIG. 8, which illustrates a sleeping bag 100 made from the fabric layer described above, the sleeping bag 100 may include at least an upper sheet 110 of the sleeping bag and a lower sheet 120 of the sleeping bag, wherein the upper sheet 110 of the sleeping bag and the lower sheet 120 of the sleeping bag are integral or otherwise connected together, such as by a fastener such as a zipper 130. Each of the upper sleeping bag sheet 110 and the lower sleeping bag sheet 120 may include the facestock layer 10 or facestock layer 10' described above, and possibly a filler. The sleeping bag shown in fig. 8 is only one exemplary form, and it is contemplated that the fabric layer 10 or 10' may be applied to any type of outdoor sports equipment, such as sleeping bags, tents, and even to down jackets, cotton suits, and outdoor clothing.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
