Description

The present invention provides a laminated fabric for clothing that is lightweight, not bulky, and excellent in heat retention, and a method for producing the laminated fabric for clothing.

Traditionally, birds such as ducks and geese have feathers (down feathers) and feathers (hereinafter referred to as “feathers”) that are lightweight, highly heat-insulating, and highly hygroscopic. Widely used for jackets.
In general, feather products such as clothing and bedding using feathers are filled with feathers between the front and back fabrics, but due to the nature of the feathers, they are partially distributed and not evenly distributed. A sufficient effect cannot be obtained for the entire product, which is not preferable in terms of design.
Therefore, a quilting process is performed in which the front and back fabrics are sewn at predetermined intervals to prevent the feathers from moving and being biased so that the feathers are evenly arranged throughout the product.
However, since the feathers are lightweight and each one is very fine, there is a problem in that it blows out from the gap between the fibers of the front and back fabrics, and from the needle hole that stitches the front and back fabrics together during quilting. Feather balloons also cause allergic dermatitis, bronchial asthma and rhinitis.
Therefore, in order to solve this problem, a high-density fabric is sandwiched between rollers and high pressure and heat are applied to crush and narrow the gap between the yarn and prevent the feathers from blowing out. Using a down proof fabric that fills the gap with resin and coats it, it prevents blowout of feathers.

However, fabrics that have undergone such processing have poor air permeability, poor hygroscopicity and divergence, and are hard and heavy due to the effects of coating agents. And the blowing of feathers from the needle holes at the stitched part of the back fabric cannot be prevented. Therefore, various techniques have been devised so far to prevent the feathers from blowing out.
As one of them, the feathers are stored in a pouch-shaped inner fabric called a downpack, and the downpack is placed in a space formed by sewing the front and back fabrics, so that the feathers can be blown out without becoming heavy. Methods for preventing this are widely used.
Further, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-173815, “a plurality of medium fabrics are stacked and stitched at two places with two seams to form a filling portion having openings at both ends, and a front fabric is overlapped to form the two "Downwear that prevents blowing out feathers, characterized in that the center of the seam is sewed, then feathers are stuffed into the filling portion of the inner fabric, and the periphery of the fabric is stitched together with a lining" (patent) Reference 1).

This is a method for preventing the blowout of the blades from the seam by shifting the position of the seam of the middle fabric and the seam of the front fabric. "The material for the inner fabrics 1 and 2 may be any material such as synthetic fiber, natural fiber, or a blended or woven fabric of these, but it is preferable to use a fabric that has been down-proofed. In other words, it is impossible to completely prevent the feathers from being blown out except for the fabric that has been down-proofed.
In the case of using a fabric that has been subjected to a down proofing process, the hygroscopicity and the air permeability are poor as described above, and it is unavoidable that the weight increases as a whole.

Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 02-101727 discloses that
"(1) A feather filling material in which feathers are fused on one side or both sides of a nonwoven fabric. (2) A feather filling material in which feathers are fused on one side of a nonwoven fabric and then folded in half." (Patent Document 2). According to the above feather stuffing material, since the feathers are fixed to the nonwoven fabric, the feathers do not slip through the fabric, and there is no need to make an inner bag with a dense joint fabric. Packed winter clothes, futons, etc. can be made, and since the feathers are fixed, the feathers do not scatter and are extremely easy to handle.

The technique of Patent Document 2 described above is also used as a downpack to be inserted between a front fabric and a back fabric when used for clothes such as a down jacket. The downpack is composed of a nonwoven fabric, and feathers are melted on the nonwoven fabric. By wearing it, it is possible to prevent the feathers from blowing out.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 02-101727

By the way, feather products such as duvets and down jackets as described above are characterized by being bulky in order to make use of the texture of the feathers, and this bulkiness is the softness and lightness of feathers, heat retention and moisture retention. It can be said that it is a symbol.
However, due to the bulkiness that is characteristic of this feather product, there is a problem that it is difficult to handle because it is bulky and fluffy when worn, difficult to move, and takes up space such as when it is stored outside the winter or after taking off on the go there were.
In addition, as described above, when the downpack is inserted, the downpack fabric or the inside fabric is down-proofed, or a material that prevents the feathers from blowing out such as nonwoven fabric or nylon is used. Therefore, there was also a problem that the air permeability was not good and it was easy to get stuffy, and further heavy.
In recent years, in order to solve this problem, the amount of feathers has been reduced, the fabric to be down-proofed has been made extremely lightweight, the quilting process has been made by crimping instead of sewing, and the heat retention has been reduced, etc. , Feather products that are light, not bulky, and have high heat retention and moisture retention have been developed in various ways, but it is difficult to completely prevent the feathers from being blown out, and various processing has been costly It is an expensive product.

Therefore, as a result of earnest research, the inventor of the present application has solved the problems of the above-mentioned various feather products, has the warmth of feathers, is lightweight and not bulky, has excellent breathability and heat retention, and has no feather blowing. Furthermore, the present invention provides a laminated fabric for garments that can be used as a fabric for uniform and smooth feathers with uniform feathers, and a method for producing a laminated fabric for garments.

According to the present invention, the following effects are exhibited.
<1> The laminated fabric for clothing according to the present invention is a laminated fabric for clothing formed by laminating a front fabric, a feather fiber layer, and a back fabric, and is placed on the upper surface of the feather fiber layer (3). Nest-like resin layers are laminated, and the outer fabric (2) and the feather fiber layer (3) are bonded via a thermoplastic resin material, and an elastic resin layer is laminated on the lower surface of the feather fiber layer (3). Further, a high density resin layer is laminated thereunder, and the backing fabric (4) and the feather fiber layer (3) are bonded by an adhesive via the elastic resin layer and the high density resin layer, Since the feather fiber layer (3) is bonded and integrated by the front fabric (2) and the back fabric (4), the feathers are fixed to the front fabric and the back fabric via the respective resins and are sewn. The feathers from the seam are not blown out, the feathers are not biased, are lightweight, and Warm the warmth of the feather is exerted by the hair fiber layer, also it does not require a down pack and down proof processing, is excellent in good comfort breathable.
In particular, since a spider web-like resin layer is laminated between the outer fabric and the feather fiber layer, the feather does not jump out of the outer fabric, the feather fiber layer fits firmly, and the float caused by unevenness due to the feathers, etc. There is no blistering due to air or air, and the fabric becomes smooth and supple and beautiful without damaging the texture after bonding.
Furthermore, if the thermoplastic resin material is mixed in an organic solvent, for example, if it is spread finely and evenly, the resin will not be biased and will enter the gaps in the spider web-like resin to form a flat and smooth fabric. .
And since the lining fabric and the feather fiber layer are bonded via the elastic resin layer and the high-density resin layer, it not only prevents the feathers from being scattered at the time of manufacture, but also is flexible and firm after molding. Becomes a fabric and exhibits a high windproof effect.

<2> In the laminated fabric for clothing according to the present invention, an elastic resin layer is laminated on the lower surface of the feather fiber layer, and a feather fiber layer is further laminated below the elastic resin layer. By laminating an elastic resin layer on the lower surface of the fabric, or repeating this multiple times, the feather fiber layer can be doubled or tripled, making it a fabric with higher heat retention depending on the usage of clothing. be able to.
<3> And, since the laminated fabric for clothes is composed of the thickness of the feather fiber layer to be laminated at about 0.05 mm to 2.0 mm and is bonded to the front fabric and the back fabric, it is as if one piece It can be handled like a fabric and can be cut and sewed as it is, and the surface fabric becomes a surface fabric for clothing and bedding, making it easy to manufacture and requires special processing and packing of feathers. Furthermore, feathers are not scattered at the time of cutting or sewing, and the working environment can be maintained well.
In addition, since the thickness of the feather fiber layer is configured to be as thin as 0.05 mm to 2.0 mm, clothing and bedding manufactured with a laminated fabric for clothes in which the feather fiber layer is laminated may be bulky. It is easy to move, can be folded compactly and is easy to store.
And since the material of the front and back fabrics is not limited, you can choose the material according to the usage of clothes, for example, if it is a stretchable material, it is easy to cut, process, sew, etc. Warm clothing and bedding that are easy to wear, light and not bulky can be provided.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the configuration of an embodiment of a laminated fabric for clothing according to the present invention.
(A) has shown the state by which various materials were laminated | stacked for description, (b) has shown the laminated fabric for clothes articles shape | molded by heat-pressing.
In the figure, 1 is a laminated fabric for clothing, 2 is a front fabric, 3 is a feather fiber layer, and 4 is a back fabric.
5 is a spider web-like resin layer, 6 is a thermoplastic resin layer, 7 is an organic solvent, 8 is an elastic resin layer, 9 is a high-density resin layer, and 10 is an adhesive.
In the embodiment of the laminated fabric for clothing shown in FIG. 1, the laminated fabric for clothing 1 is configured by laminating a front fabric 2, a feather fiber layer 3 and a back fabric 4 in this order.
A spider web-like resin layer 5 is laminated on the upper surface of the feather fiber layer 3, and the outer fabric 2 and the feather fiber layer 3 are bonded via a thermoplastic resin layer 6. The thermoplastic resin layer 6 is dispersed by an organic solvent 7 so that the thermoplastic resin material is uniform. In this embodiment, the powdered thermoplastic resin material is mixed with the organic solvent 7, and after application, an organic solvent or a dispersant is further applied, and the thermoplastic resin material is stretched to constitute the thermoplastic resin layer 6. Yes.
And the thermoplastic resin material which comprises the said thermoplastic resin layer 6 also penetrates into the clearance gap between the spider web-like resin layers 5 laminated on the upper surface of the feather fiber layer 3, and between the feather fiber layer 3 and the outer fabric 2. It spreads evenly and is glued to be flexible and smooth.
Further, an elastic resin layer 8 is laminated on the lower surface of the feather fiber layer 3, and a high-density resin layer 9 is further laminated thereunder, and the backing fabric 4 and the feather fiber layer 3 are bonded to each other with these layers sandwiched therebetween. Bonded by the agent 10. The adhesive 10 is not particularly limited as long as it is capable of adhering the high-density resin layer 9 to the back fabric 4, and a general organic adhesive is used.
The elastic resin layer 8 and the high-density resin layer 9 laminated between the feather fiber layer 3 and the backing fabric 4 have adhesiveness, and prevent the feathers from being blown out and scattered by adhering to the feathers. The laminated fabric 1 is configured so as to have smooth and core elasticity.
Then, it is heated and pressed in the state of the above configuration, and the feather fiber layer 3 is bonded and integrated with the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 4, and as shown in FIG. The laminated fabric 1 is configured.

In this embodiment, the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 4 may be any natural fiber such as cotton, wool, hemp, etc., regenerated fiber such as rayon, synthetic fiber such as polyester, nylon, acrylic fiber, natural or synthetic leather, etc. You can use any material. Further, the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 4 may be the same material or different materials, and the material can be appropriately selected depending on what is manufactured.
The material is not limited because the feather 30 of the feather fiber layer 3 inserted between the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 4 is a thermoplastic resin material, an elastic resin material constituting the elastic resin layer 8, a high density A resin such as a high-density resin material constituting the resin layer 9 exhibits the function of an adhesive and is bonded to the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 4, and a large number of feathers 30 constituting the feather fiber layer 3 also have feather fibers. It is sandwiched between the spider web-like resin layer 5 laminated on the upper surface of the layer 3 and the elastic resin layer 8 laminated on the lower surface of the feather fiber layer 3, and each resin enters between the feathers 30. This is because the feathers 30 themselves are bonded to each other by the adhesive effect of the resin-like resin layer 5 and the elastic resin layer 8, so that the feathers 30 do not blow out from the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 4 alone.
Therefore, the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 4 of the laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention are not particularly limited to a high-density material, and regardless of the density and whether or not a down-proof process is performed, any The material can be used.
In addition, when manufacturing clothing and bedding, the front fabric 2 of the laminated fabric 1 for clothing can be used as it is as the front fabric of the product. For example, in the case of manufacturing clothing, the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 4 can be used. When a stretchable material is selected, it is preferable that it is easy to take off and put on. When producing bedding, it is preferable to use silk or cotton cloth for the front fabric 2 or the back fabric 4 for lightness and good texture.
As described above, the laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention includes a thermoplastic fabric, a spider web-like resin, and an elastic resin layer 8 having an adhesive effect on the front fabric 2, the feather fiber layer 3 and the back fabric 4. Since it is firmly bonded and integrated by the resin and can be handled as if it were a piece of fabric, the front fabric 2, the feather fiber layer 3 and the back fabric 4 follow the movement of each other and do not hinder the elasticity, Different materials can be arbitrarily selected according to the application.

Further, the feather fiber layer 3 according to the present invention is composed of an aggregate of feathers 30. Here, “feathers” is a general term that includes both down (feathers) and feathers (feathers) of birds such as ducks and geese. Therefore, the feather fiber layer 3 may be composed only of the down, may be composed only of the feather, or may be mixed with the down and the feather.
Natural feathers are preferred because they are lightweight, warm and soft in texture, but the configuration of the present invention may use artificial feathers or artificial feathers of synthetic fibers called artificial feather cotton.

In the laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention, the thermoplastic resin material used for bonding the feather fiber layer 3 to the front fabric 2 may be one that can bond the feather fiber layer 3 to the front fabric 2. There is no particular limitation. Therefore, depending on the material of the surface fabric 2, vinyl acetate resin, polyvinyl acetal, ethylene vinyl acetate resin (EVA), vinyl chloride resin (PVC), acrylic resin (ACR), polyamide (PA), Spider web-like resin layer 5 from polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), cellulose, α-olefin, synthetic rubber (SR), etc. Can be selected in consideration of the adhesion performance with the resin constituting the resin, the order of the heating process in the manufacturing process, and the like. The thermoplastic resin layer 6 may be composed of a single thermoplastic resin material or a mixture of two or more.
In this embodiment, polyethylene, polypropylene and the like are excellent in adhesiveness and moldability, and are suitable for being familiar with the face fabric 2.
In addition, when the surface fabric 2 is a thin material, a thermoplastic hot-melt adhesive that can be melted with heat so as not to penetrate the material and can be bonded at a high speed can be used.
The thermoplastic resin material may be in the form of powder, particles, fibers, or liquid, but the organic solvent 7 is mixed with the powdered thermoplastic resin material to form the spider web-like resin layer 5. The thermoplastic resin layer 6 can be formed by coating.
Further, in order to improve the dispersibility of the organic solvent 7, the organic solvent 7 mixed with the powdered thermoplastic resin material is spot-like (spotted) placed on the spider web-like resin layer 5, and on that, The thermoplastic resin layer 6 may be configured by spreading a thermoplastic resin material by applying a dispersant.
By configuring the thermoplastic resin layer 6 in this way, the powdered thermoplastic resin material is uniformly dispersed in the solvent, and the feather fiber layer 3 and the outer fabric 2 are sandwiched between the spider web-shaped resin layers 5. Can be glued smoothly, and a smoother finish when melted by heating.
That is, the thermoplastic resin material may be applied to the entire surface, or may be placed in the form of spots or dots, and the effects of the added organic solvent 7 and the dispersant are highly effective in consideration of compatibility with the resin. It is preferable to select the amount to be appropriately selected. Thereby, there is no shaping | molding change, such as shrinkage | contraction of the surface fabric 2, and it becomes a fabric provided with high intensity | strength and fluidity | liquidity as the clothing laminated fabric 1 whole.

Examples of the organic solvent 7 that uniformly disperses the thermoplastic resin material constituting the thermoplastic resin layer 6 include alcohols such as ethanol and isopropyl alcohol, ketones such as acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, and cyclohexanone, and esters such as ethyl acetate and butyl acetate. It is preferable to select a material that is compatible with the thermoplastic resin material and has good dispersibility, but in order to improve dispersibility, a dispersant may be used in combination, and it is selected according to the thermoplastic resin material. be able to.

In the present invention, the spider web-like resin layer 5 is made of a resin formed in a spider web.
The spider web-shaped resin layer 5 is made of, for example, a material selected from thermoplastic polyolefin, polyester, and polyamide resins or fibers. These resin materials are sprayed in a spider web. If the resin is spray-molded by hot pressing, the resin sprayed in a spider web shape melts and adheres to the feathers in a complicated manner, so that the feathers can be prevented from floating, biased, blown out, and scattered. Furthermore, the spider web-like resin layer 5 has a large number of air holes formed therein, and is difficult to be hardened even when bonded to the outer fabric 2 and is mixed in the air hole, for example, with the organic solvent 7 laminated on the upper layer. When the hot-pressed thermoplastic resin enters and heat presses, the outer fabric 2 and the feather fiber layer 3 are easy to adjust, and the feathers 30 are securely bonded to each other, so that the feathers 30 can be prevented from coming off and scattered. As a result, it becomes difficult for irregularities to rise.
As described above, the laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention is characterized in that the spider web-like resin layer 5 is provided between the feather fiber layer 3 and the front fabric 2. This is because when the feather fiber layer 3 and the front fabric 2 are directly bonded without providing the spider web-like resin layer 5, the feathers 30 are completely prevented from blowing out and coming off, and scattered during processing into clothing. This is because it is not possible to provide the spider web-like resin layer 5, so that the above problem can be remarkably reduced, and a smooth fabric with higher heat retention can be obtained.

Further, the elastic resin layer 8 in the present invention is made of an elastic resin.
Examples of the elastic resin that constitutes the elastic resin layer 8 include polyurethane, thermoplastic polyurethane, polyethylene terephthalate, polytetrafluoroethylene, rubber, silicon resin, and combinations thereof. Then, the elastic resin layer 8 is formed by spray-coating a material selected from these in a liquid crystal state, or thermally fusing a molded film or sheet. In particular, it is possible to prevent the feathers 30 from being scattered at the manufacturing stage by spraying an elastic material in a liquid crystal state and then layering the feathers 30 at the manufacturing stage. The effect of adding sex can be expected.
In addition, it is preferable that the elastic resin material can improve air permeability when sprayed in the form of spots or dots without being applied to the entire surface.

The high-density resin layer 9 in the present invention is a layer containing a resin material at a relatively high density, and contains a resin at a higher density than the elastic resin layer 8. Here, “high density” refers to the mass per unit volume of each layer. By interposing the high-density resin material between the feather fiber layer 3 and the back fabric 4, the rigidity of the laminated fabric 1 for clothing can be increased, and a firm texture can be obtained.
The material of the high-density resin layer 9 is not particularly limited, but preferably includes one or more types of thermoplastic resins, but can also include resins other than thermoplastics. The high-density resin layer 9 may include a material constituting the thermoplastic resin layer 6 and a material constituting the elastic resin layer 8. For example, the material constituting the thermoplastic resin layer 6 and the elastic resin layer 8 may be mixed with the material constituting 8 at a ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 4. By using such a material, smooth and suppleness can be provided, and the windproof effect can be enhanced, and the heat retention can be further improved.
In the present embodiment, the high-density resin layer 9 is laminated between the feather fiber layer 3 and the back fabric 4, but is laminated between the feather fiber layer 3 and the front fabric 2 depending on the application. The arrangement positions of the spider web-like resin layer 5 and the high-density resin layer 9 may be exchanged. For example, it is suitable when the back fabric 4 side of the laminated fabric 1 for clothing is desired to be smooth and supple without irregularities.

The feather fiber layer 3 constituting the laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention is preferably configured so that the thickness α of the feather fiber layer 3 is about 0.05 mm to 2.0 mm. This is because if the thickness is too thin, the amount of feathers is too small to ensure heat retention, and if the thickness is 2.0 mm or more, the thickness of the laminated fabric 1 for clothing becomes thick and bulky, and the feeling of lightness is lost. This is because manufacturing operations such as cutting and sewing become difficult.
Therefore, more preferably, although depending on the material of the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 4, when the amount of feathers is adjusted so that the thickness α of the feather fiber layer 3 is about 0.4 to 0.8 mm, it is light and bulky. Therefore, it can be handled more like a piece of fabric, and can be manufactured and cut and sewed like a normal piece of fabric.
The thickness α is the thickness of the feather fiber layer 3 in the final form, and is the thickness of the portion excluding the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 4. That is, the front fabric 2 and the feather fiber layer 3 are bonded together with the thermoplastic resin layer 6 via the spider web-like resin layer 5, and the back fabric 4 and the feather fiber layer 3 are interposed between the elastic resin layer 8. It is the thickness of the portion excluding the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 4 in a state where the high-density resin layer 9 is interposed and bonded and the laminated body is heated to melt and press each resin material. By making the feather fiber layer 3 extremely thin, it is possible to finish the laminated fabric 1 for clothing as if it were one piece of fabric.

In the cross-sectional view for explaining the configuration of another embodiment of the laminated fabric for clothing according to the present invention in FIG. 2, in addition to the configuration of the embodiment, the feather fiber layer 3 has two layers.
In the figure, (a) shows a state in which various materials are laminated for explanation, and (b) shows a laminated fabric for clothes molded by hot pressing.
In the configuration of the embodiment, the elastic fiber layer 8 is laminated on the lower surface of the feather fiber layer 3, but when the feather fiber layer 3 is doubled as in this embodiment, the elasticity is reduced. A feather 30 is further laminated below the resin layer 8 to form a feather fiber layer 3 ′, and an elastic resin layer 8 ′ is again laminated on the lower surface thereof.
Thereby, the feathers 30 of the upper feather fiber layer 3 and the second feather fiber layer 3 ′ can be mixed without any effect as the feather fiber layer 3, and the feathers 30 can be scattered in the manufacturing process. It is the structure which can prevent the feather 30 from blowing out.
In the above embodiment, the feather fiber layer 3 has two layers. Similarly, the elastic resin layer 8 is laminated on the lower surface of the feather fiber layer 3, and the feather fiber layer 3 and the elastic resin layer 8 are further formed on the lower surface. By repeating a plurality of times in order, the heat retention can be further enhanced by making the feather fiber layer 3 into a multilayer.

As described above, in the laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention, the front fabric 2, the feather fiber layer 3, and the back fabric 4 are laminated in order from the top, and the feather fiber layer 3 and the front fabric 2 are in a spider web shape. The feather fiber layer 3 and the back fabric 4 are bonded through an elastic resin layer 8 and a high-density resin layer 9 and are integrally formed.
The feather fiber layer 3 is configured by sandwiching a large amount of feathers, and is configured to be thinner than the thicknesses of the upper and lower front fabrics 2 and the back fabric 4. For example, when the overall thickness of the laminated fabric for clothing 1 is approximately 2.5 cm, the feather fiber layer 3 is configured with approximately 0.5 to 0.8 mm.
Therefore, since the laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention can be handled as if it were one piece of fabric as described above, any clothing items such as a jacket, trousers, skirt, shirt, cold protection inner and hat, etc. The surface fabric 2 of the laminated fabric 1 for clothing can be used as it is as the surface fabric of each product.
Moreover, the laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention can be used as a part of various clothing items. For example, it is also possible to make a product with high design by combining the laminated fabric 1 for clothing only in the front and back of the jacket and using an existing thin fabric for the sleeve.
Similarly, the laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention can also be used for bedding. As for the bedding, the outer fabric 2 of the laminated fabric 1 for clothing can be used as the outer fabric of each product as it is.
And the bedding product may be composed of the laminated fabric 1 for clothing as a whole, or the clothing laminated fabric 1 of the present invention may be used for a part of the product.
Whether it is used for clothing or bedding, if at least the material of the front fabric 2 is selected according to the product to be manufactured to constitute the laminated fabric 1 for clothing, it is light and warm and manufactured with a suitable material. Manufactured clothing and bedding can be produced.

The laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention includes a cobweb-like resin layer 5 on the front fabric 2 side, and includes an elastic resin layer 8 and a high-density resin layer 9 on the back fabric 4 side. Therefore, compared with the case where the front fabric 2, the feather fiber layer 3 and the back fabric 4 are simply bonded with a hot melt adhesive or the like, the laminated fabric 1 for clothing has a flat, smooth and supple surface without even fine irregularities. In addition, it is a firm fabric with strength and rigidity, and has excellent heat insulation and windproof properties.
The feathers 30 are firmly fixed to each other and to the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 4 by each resin material, and further, the feathers 30 are sandwiched between the spider web-shaped resin layer 5 and the elastic thin film layer 8. In addition, there is no blowout or omission of the feathers 30, and the laminated fabric 1 for clothes is excellent in which the feathers 30 are not scattered in the manufacturing process.

Next, the manufacturing method of the fiber laminated body concerning this invention is demonstrated based on FIG.
As an example of the manufacturing method of the fiber laminated body 1 concerning this invention,
(1) Place the back fabric with the side where the feathers are stacked on the base.
(2) Apply an adhesive to the backing fabric,
(3) A high-density resin material and an elastic resin material are applied on the adhesive,
(4) Laminate feathers on the back fabric coated with a high-density resin material and an elastic resin material on the adhesive;
(5) A spider web-like resin layer is provided by spraying a resin in a spider web on the feathers,
(6) A thermoplastic resin dispersed in an organic solvent is applied on the web-like resin layer,
(7) After that, a laminate is manufactured by placing a face fabric with the side where the feathers are laminated on the bottom surface,
(8) The laminate is manufactured by hot pressing, drying and bonding and integration.

In FIG. 3, the backing fabric 4 is set so that the side on which the feathers are laminated becomes the upper surface (first step), and the adhesive is applied (second step).
The adhesive applied to the backing fabric 4 improves the familiarity between the backing fabric 4 and the high-density resin layer 9 laminated thereon, and adheres smoothly, and has a particularly strong adhesive force. Not necessary. In this embodiment, the liquid organic adhesive is thinly applied, but an adhesive that is compatible with the resin material of the high-density resin layer 9 is preferable.

In the second step, the high-density resin material constituting the high-density resin layer 9 is sprayed and laminated on the upper surface on which the adhesive is applied by the resin supply means, and the elastic resin layer 8 is further formed on the upper surface. A resin having elasticity which constitutes is laminated (third step).
In the present embodiment, the material constituting the high-density resin layer 9 is a material in which the thermoplastic resin material and the elastic resin material are mixed at a ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 4 to increase the density. However, it is not particularly limited to this.
Further, in this embodiment, the liquefied polyurethane is sprayed in a speckled state as a material of the elastic resin layer of the elastic resin layer 8 to improve air permeability. The elastic resin material has a lower density than the high-density resin material constituting the high-density resin layer 9.
That is, the resin material of the high-density resin layer 9 can be used as a resin constituting the high-density resin layer 9 as long as it has a higher density than the resin material of the elastic resin layer 8. By laminating resin layers having different densities as described above, a laminated fabric 1 for clothing that is smooth and has a core while maintaining air permeability and having a smooth core.
Thereafter, the feathers 30 are laminated on the upper surface of the elastic resin layer 8 by the feather supply means (fourth step).
For the feather supply means, a method is selected that can be laminated as evenly as possible. For example, the feathers may be adsorbed by a method in which the feathers are naturally dropped on the applied elastic resin, or by a method similar to electrostatic flocking by arranging electrodes. If the elastic resin is in a highly adhesive state, it is preferable that the feathers 30 that have fallen naturally can be received firmly.
After forming the feather fiber layer 3 by laminating the feathers 30 in the fourth step, the resin material constituting the spider web-like resin layer 5 is sprayed on the upper surface of the feather fiber layer 3 (fifth step). In addition, a resin sheet or a resin tape molded in a spider web shape in advance may be disposed on the feather fiber layer 3, but the resin is sprayed in a spider web shape in order to flexibly correspond to the shape of the fabric. The spider web-like resin layer 5 is preferably formed.
Thus, by providing the spider web-like resin layer 5, it is possible to prevent the feathers 30 from drastically falling out of the outer fabric 2.

And the thermoplastic resin material disperse | distributed with the organic solvent 7 is apply | coated to the upper surface of the said web-like resin layer 5, and the thermoplastic resin layer 6 is formed (6th process). Since the thermoplastic resin layer 6 becomes the upper surface of the spider web-like resin layer 5, it is preferable that the thermoplastic resin material firmly enters the ventilation holes of the spider web-like resin layer 5. A method of uniformly dispersing the plastic resin material with the organic solvent 7 can be mentioned, but a method using a liquid thermoplastic resin material not containing the organic solvent 7 may also be used. Alternatively, the organic solvent 7 mixed with a thermoplastic resin material may be arranged in a spot shape and uniformly spread using an organic solvent or a dispersant.
Thereafter, the front fabric 2 having the lower surface on which the feathers are laminated is aligned with the various resins laminated on the back fabric 4 and the feathers 30 so as to be sandwiched between the back fabric 4 to form a laminate (No. 7). Process, 8th process (a)).
In this embodiment, the thermoplastic resin layer 6 is first laminated on the top surface of the spider web-like resin layer 5, but a thermoplastic resin material is applied in a spot shape to the back surface of the front fabric 2 in advance. , It may be laminated on the upper surface of the spider web-like resin layer 5 and aligned with the back fabric 4.
Depending on the type of the resin material constituting the spider web-like resin layer 5, the thermoplastic resin material laminated on the upper surface may be heated and melted before being laminated. Processes are added or changed as appropriate depending on the type and characteristics.

Then, the laminate formed in the eighth step (a) is heated and pressed by the compression means (eighth step (b)), and then dried and finished by the drying means (eighth step (c)).
The pressing by the compression means is adjusted so that the feather fiber layer 3 has a predetermined thickness α.
Although not shown in the drawings, the above-described series of manufacturing steps can be carried out on the manufacturing line, so that the finished laminated fabric 1 for clothing can be rolled up and finished.
Note that the operations of the press machine and the dryer do not have to be different, and the working efficiency can be improved by simultaneously performing compression (crimping), heating and drying simultaneously with a hot press machine or the like.

In addition, manufacture of the laminated fabric 1 for clothes of this invention is not limited to said Example, A various change can be added in the range which does not deviate from the meaning.
