Description

The present invention provides a laminated fabric for a plurality of fiber-containing clothing, which is heat-retaining, hygroscopic, and exothermic, and is lightweight, flexible, and a method for producing a laminated fabric for a plurality of fiber-containing clothing.

The downs (feathers) and feathers (feathers) of birds such as ducks and geese are widely used in clothing and bedding that require heat insulation. Feathers are lightweight, have high heat retention, and have excellent moisture wicking properties. Feather-filled clothes and futons are very warm.
Generally, in feather products such as clothing and bedding using feathers, the feathers are stuffed between the side fabrics, and the bulging of the feathers creates a bulky layer of air to improve heat retention.

However, if the feathers are simply filled between the side fabrics, the feathers are unevenly distributed and are not evenly distributed, so that the heat retaining function is deteriorated and the shape is lost, which is not preferable in terms of design.
Therefore, the front and back side fabrics are sewn at a predetermined interval and quilted to prevent large movements of the feathers and uneven distribution so that the feathers are evenly distributed throughout the product, or the feathers are downpacked. Some of them are stored in a so-called bag-shaped middle fabric, and the downpack is placed in the space created by sewing the front and back side fabrics together to prevent the feathers from being biased or slipping out.
However, in the garment in which the side fabric is sewn in this way, and the feathers and downpacks are filled between them, the sewn portion becomes low and thin, and the portion where the feathers and downpacks are filled feels higher and thicker by that amount, If it is worn with severe irregularities, it will swell and there is a problem in appearance.
In addition, since the feathers are lightweight and each piece is very fine, it slips out of the needle hole where the side fabrics are sewn together, and since the fabrics used for clothes are especially stretchable, when the fabrics stretch when worn There is a problem that it is easy to get out.

In order to solve such a problem, as a method of preventing the seam portion of the side cloth from being thin and thin, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 52-95501 discloses that "the outer cloth is pleated at appropriate intervals and A seam is provided along the base of the fold, and the vicinity of the tip of the fold is sewn to the lining fabric, and by repeating this, a long and narrow chamber is provided in parallel, and the filling material such as batting and feathers is placed in this chamber. Stuffed quilted clothing." is disclosed (Patent Document 1).
In addition, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 52-32411 discloses that "a double layer structure of an upper cloth and a lower cloth is communicated between them at a substantially right angle to a longitudinal direction, and a gap portion is divided by a binding yarn. And a feather pad having feathers evenly packed in the gap." (Patent Document 2).

In the case of the quilted garment described in Patent Document 1, the front cloth and the back cloth are not directly sewn together, but a fold is provided between the front cloth and the back cloth so as to have a width and form a room for filling feathers and the like. Therefore, the width of the folds can be adjusted according to the thickness of the padding such as feathers, and the appearance of the front and back fabrics is not lowered and thinned and the appearance is not spoiled.
Further, in the feather pad described in Patent Document 2 as well, since a connecting thread is provided between the upper cloth and the lower cloth and the front cloth and the back cloth are not directly sewn together, the cloth is put between the front cloth and the back cloth. When manufactured, the garment has a low appearance, has no thin portion, and has a high degree of designability with few irregularities.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-32411

According to the methods described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, since the front and back fabrics are not directly sewn together, the sewn portion does not become thin and low, and there are few irregularities as a whole, resulting in a garment with feathers having an excellent appearance. However, there are many manufacturing processes, such as forming pleats and inserting connecting yarns, resulting in poor work efficiency and high cost.
Further, with these methods, there are many seams such as seams forming pleats and seams for connecting threads, and it is difficult to prevent feathers from slipping out.
In addition, in the case of clothing, there is a problem that it is difficult to handle because it takes up a lot of space during storage other than winter, after taking it off on the go, and during transportation during distribution.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, the manufacturing process is not complicated, work efficiency is good, and it has warmth and softness like feathers and is excellent in heat retention, hygroscopicity and heat generation. The present invention provides a lightweight, soft and voluminous laminated fabric for a plurality of fiber-containing clothing having a feather-like texture and a method for producing the same.

The multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric for clothing according to the present invention has a thermoplastic resin on the upper surface and the lower surface of an intermediate fiber layer in which a first mixed fiber layer and a second mixed fiber layer made of mixed fibers in which a plurality of fibers are mixed are laminated. A fabric layer for the upper surface and a fabric layer for the lower surface are respectively laminated via a resin layer, and the first mixed fiber layer is a mixture of two or three of polyester composite fiber, feather fiber and cupra fiber. Since the second mixed fiber layer is made of a mixed fiber, the second mixed fiber layer is made of a mixed fiber obtained by mixing two kinds or three kinds of polyester composite fiber, feather fiber and cupra fiber, and the whole is integrated by heat fusion, The upper surface fabric layer and the lower surface fabric layer can be used as the front and back fabrics for clothing or the like as they are, and can be used as a single highly heat retaining fabric containing a plurality of fibers.
In addition, since the intermediate fiber layer is formed by laminating the first mixed fiber layer and the second mixed fiber layer in which a plurality of fibers are mixed, the airtightness of the fiber is increased as a whole, and the heat-retaining property such as a feather is provided. Is a high fabric.
Further, even when feather fibers are mixed in the mixed fiber layer, since the feather fibers are fixed to other fibers and the upper and lower fabric layers, the fabric becomes a fabric containing the feather fibers which is not blown out from the seam or biased and loses its shape. Nonetheless, the heat-retaining properties of feather fibers are demonstrated, making them lightweight and warm.

Furthermore, the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric for clothing according to the present invention has an overall thickness of about 2 to 20 mm, and since the entire laminate is integrated in an extremely thin state, it can be cut, sewn and processed easily. Also, the manufacturing work is easy, and even if it contains feather fibers, there is no need for special processing or feather filling work, and the feathers do not scatter during cutting or sewing, and a good working environment is maintained. You can
Then, the multi-fiber-containing clothing laminated fabric according to the present invention does not need to be subjected to downpacking or downproofing even if the intermediate fiber layer is mixed with the down fiber, and further, the thermoplastic resin layer constituting the thermoplastic resin layer is formed. When the plastic resin is applied in dots, it has good air permeability and a soft texture, and can be used for various clothing items.

Further, due to the overall thickness of about 2 to 20 mm, the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric for clothing can be folded compactly without being bulky, and can be easily transported and stored during distribution.
Further, the intermediate fiber layer composed of the first mixed fiber layer and the second mixed fiber layer and the fabric layers on the upper and lower surfaces are integrated by heat welding to have elasticity in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. When used as a product, it not only has high heat retention but also becomes easy to wear and move.
By mixing the cupra fibers in either or both of the first mixed fiber layer and the second mixed fiber layer, it is possible to further improve hygroscopicity and heat generation, and to provide a warm and comfortable fabric that is light and not bulky.

Further, according to the method for producing a laminated fabric for a plurality of fiber-containing clothing according to the present invention, even if feather fibers are mixed in both or either of the first mixed fiber layer and the second mixed fiber layer, clothing etc. Since feathers do not scatter at the time of manufacturing, and special sewing and processing such as down-proof processing and quilting processing are not required, manufacturing of clothing and the like is easy.
In addition, since the mixed fibers forming the first mixed fiber layer and the second mixed fiber layer are arranged in a mesh shape, while being lightweight and breathable, the fabric has a high fiber density, high heat retention and high moisture retention. Becomes
Furthermore, after heat-bonding the laminated body, high-temperature pressing is performed without applying a strong pressure, thereby maintaining the volume feeling of the first mixed fiber layer and the second mixed fiber layer while eliminating surface irregularities and smoothing. This makes it possible to achieve a beautifully finished laminated fabric for multi-fiber clothing.

In the figure, 1 is a laminated fabric for clothing containing a plurality of fibers, 10 is a laminate before pressing, 2a is a fabric layer for lower surface, 2b is a fabric layer for upper surface, 3 is an intermediate fiber layer, 3a is a first mixed fiber layer, 3b is a second mixed fiber layer, 31 is a feather fiber, 32 is a polyester composite fiber, 33 is a cupra fiber, and 4 (4a, 4b) is a thermoplastic resin layer.

In the embodiment of the multi-fiber containing clothing laminated fabric shown in FIG. 1, the multi-fiber containing clothing laminated fabric 1 includes a first mixed fiber layer 3a and a second mixed fiber layer 3a made of mixed fibers in which a plurality of fibers are mixed. The intermediate fiber layer 3 in which the mixed fiber layer 3b is laminated, the upper fabric layer 2b laminated on the upper surface of the intermediate fiber layer 3 via the thermoplastic resin layer 4b, and the thermoplastic resin layer on the lower surface of the intermediate fiber layer 3. The lower surface material layer 2a which is laminated via 4a is laminated to form a laminated body 10 (FIG. 1(b)).
Then, the entire laminated body 10 in which the front face fabric layer 2a, the thermoplastic resin layer 4a, the intermediate fiber layer 3, the thermoplastic resin layer 4b, and the upper face fabric layer 2b are laminated in order is heated and integrated by heat fusion. One sheet of multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing is formed (FIG. 1(a)).

In the present embodiment, the upper surface fabric layer 2b and the lower surface fabric layer 2a are formed of sheet-like fabrics, and can be used as the front and back fabrics of clothing when manufacturing clothing or the like. Therefore, according to the application, it is possible to select a fabric made of any material such as cotton, nylon, acrylic, rayon, polyester and the like.
The laminated body 10 according to the laminated fabric 1 for clothing containing a plurality of fibers of the present invention melts the resin of the thermoplastic resin layers 4a and 4b by heating to form the upper fabric layer 2b and the intermediate fiber layer 3 for the lower surface. The dough layer 2a and the intermediate fiber layer 3 are adhered to each other, and the resin of the polyester composite fiber mixed in the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b forming the intermediate fiber layer 3 is also dissolved by heating, The fibers in the mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b are fixed and integrated with each other.
Therefore, the upper fabric layer 2b and the lower fabric layer 2a are composed of fibers that can withstand the melting temperature of the thermoplastic resin layers 4a and 4b and the melting temperature of the polyester composite fiber.
In the present embodiment, the upper fabric layer 2b and the lower fabric layer 2a are made of 100% polyester fabric, but this is not particularly limited, and the upper fabric layer 2b and the lower fabric layer 2b are not limited thereto. The dough layers 2a do not have to be made of the same material, but may be made of different materials.

In the present invention, the intermediate fiber layer 3 disposed between the upper surface fabric layer 2b and the lower surface fabric layer 2a is formed by laminating the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b.
The 1st mixed fiber layer 3a and the 2nd mixed fiber layer 3b consist of a mixed fiber which mixed 2 types or 3 types among the polyester composite fiber 32, the feather fiber 31, and the cupra fiber 33, respectively.
The mixed fibers of the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b may be, for example, two kinds of the polyester composite fiber 32 and the feather fiber 31, or the polyester composite fiber 32 and the cupra fiber 33. 32, feather fibers 31, and cupra fibers 33 may be confused, and the type of the mixed fibers of the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the type of the mixed fibers of the second mixed fiber layer 3b are the same. Or different configurations may be used.

The feather fibers 31 mixed in the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b are composed of feathers. Here, “feather” is a general term that includes both down (feather) and feather (feather) of birds such as ducks and geese. Therefore, as the down fiber 31, only down or only feather may be used, or down and feather may be mixed. Although natural feathers are preferable because they are lightweight, warm, and have a soft texture, artificial feathers or artificial feathers of synthetic fibers called artificial feather cotton may be used in the configuration of the present invention.
By mixing the feather fibers 31 in the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b, the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing having high heat retention and air permeability and a soft texture is obtained.

The polyester composite fiber 32 mixed in the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b is a fiber in which two or more kinds of polymers having different properties are composited with a spinneret, and in this embodiment, PET (polyethylene terephthalate) and PTT are used. A polyester-based composite fiber in which two types of polymer components (polytrimethylene terephthalate) are composite is used. It is also possible to substitute acetate-based or acrylic-based composite fibers, but the characteristics of PET such as light weight, quick drying, heat resistance, and durability, and the high elasticity and shape stability of PTT and softness A polyester composite fiber that combines the feeling and the feel is preferable. Further, since the polyester composite fiber is thermoplastic, it exerts an adhesive effect by hot pressing, so that the feather fiber 31 and the cupra fiber 33 are firmly fixed to each other.
A composite fiber composed of two or more polymers with different properties does not have excessive elasticity as in the case of 100% polyester, and the shrinkage ratio of multiple polymers is different from each other. Since crimps develop and stretchability occurs, the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric for clothing 1 according to the present invention may be imparted with high stretchability.

Further, the cupra fibers 33 mixed in the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b are regenerated fibers obtained by dissolving cotton linter, which is a short fiber of natural cotton, in a chemical and processed into fibers, and have cellulose as a main component. It is a fiber.
The cupra fiber 33 has high wet strength, which is the strength when wet with water, and by mixing the cupra fiber 33 in the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b, the cupra fiber 33 has excellent water absorption and hygroscopicity. Is given to the laminated fabric 1 for clothing containing a plurality of fibers.
Further, since the cupra fiber 33 has heat generation property, the cupra fiber 33 is mixed with the first mixed fiber layer 3a and/or the second mixed fiber layer 3b to increase the heat generation property of the multi-fiber-containing clothing laminated fabric 1. Can be increased.
The inventor of the present application has comparatively verified that the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b are mixed with the cupra fiber 33 and the mixture is not mixed, and the plural fiber-containing clothing containing the cupra fiber 33 is compared. It was confirmed that the laminated fabric 1 for products had a temperature higher by about 3 to 4°C.

In the present invention, the content of the polyester composite fiber 32 in the first mixed fiber layer 3a is 1 to 99% by weight based on the total weight of the first mixed fiber layer 3a. The content of the feather fibers 31 and the cupra fibers 33 in the first mixed fiber layer 3a is 0 to 99% by weight with respect to the total weight of the first mixed fiber layer 31.

The content of the polyester composite fiber 32 in the second mixed fiber layer 3b is 1 to 99% by weight based on the total weight of the second mixed fiber layer 3b. The contents of the feather fibers 31 and the cupra fibers 33 in the second mixed fiber layer 3b are 0 to 99% by weight based on the total weight of the second mixed fiber layer 31, respectively.

As described above, the intermediate layer 3 of the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention includes the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b, each of which is formed by mixing a plurality of fibers at an arbitrary ratio. The mixing ratio of the plurality of fibers can be adjusted in consideration of the intended use of the garment to be appropriately manufactured.
For example, when it is desired that the first mixed fiber layer 3a has a heat generating property and the second mixed fiber layer 3b has a soft texture, the first mixed fiber layer 3a is mixed with the cupra fiber 33, Feather fibers 31 are mixed in the mixed fiber layer 3b so that the characteristics of each fiber can be utilized to the maximum.
In the present embodiment, the first mixed fiber layer 3a has a polyester composite fiber 32 of 30 to 60% by weight, a feather fiber 31 of 20 to 50% by weight, and a cupra fiber 33 of 20 to 50% by weight based on the total weight. %.
Further, in the present embodiment, also for the second mixed fiber layer 3b, similarly, the polyester composite fiber 32 is 30 to 60% by weight, the feather fiber 31 is 20 to 50% by weight, and the cupra fiber 33 is 20 to 50% with respect to the total weight. Made up by weight percent.

When the feather fibers 31 mixed in the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b are about 25 to 40% by weight with respect to the total weight of the respective mixed fiber layers, a laminated fabric for a plurality of fiber-containing clothing 1 is suitable because it provides a moderate warmth and softness.

Moreover, when the content of the polyester composite fiber 32 mixed in the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b is 35 to 50% by weight with respect to the total weight of the respective mixed fiber layers, it is lightweight, The multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing having quick-drying property, heat resistance, and durability is obtained.

Furthermore, when the content of the cupra fibers 33 in the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b is 25 to 40% by weight based on the total weight of each mixed fiber layer, excellent water absorption and hygroscopicity are obtained. Can be demonstrated.

Based on such characteristics of each fiber, the type and amount of the fibers to be mixed with the first mixed fiber layer 3a, the intermediate fiber layer 3 including the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b, and the second mixed fiber layer 3a By adjusting the types and amounts of the fibers to be mixed in the fiber layer 3b and stacking them, the characteristics of each fiber can be utilized to the maximum extent, and the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric for clothing 1 that meets the needs can be obtained. The first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b may be the same or different. Even if the same components are contained, the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b are different if the content ratios of the components are different.

In the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention, the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b constituting the intermediate fiber layer 3 are composed of the feather fiber 31, the polyester composite fiber 32, and the cupra fiber 33. Or a mixture of two or three types of the polyester composite fiber 32 and the cupra fiber 33, the amount of the fiber is abundant and bulky. The fibers stick to each other and maintain moderate softness and volume to improve heat retention.
Further, for example, the thermoplastic resin layers 4a and 4b above and below the intermediate fiber layer 3 are applied in dots and melted, and the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b of the intermediate fiber layer 3 are mixed. By constructing the fibers in a mesh shape, the laminated fabric 1 for a multi-fiber-containing garment is lightened as a whole and is breathable.

Therefore, the amount of fibers mixed in the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b forming the intermediate fiber layer 3 is adjusted according to the intended use of the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention. However, by adjusting the type and content of each fiber and mixing them, it is possible to adjust the overall lightness by laminating not only in a mesh shape but also in the whole area or in a horizontal or vertical line shape. Therefore, it is possible to provide the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing that is more suitable for the intended use.

The multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention has an overall thickness α of 2 to 20 mm and is configured as if it were a single fabric. This is because if it is too thin, heat retention cannot be ensured, and if it is 20 mm or more, it becomes too thick and bulky, and the feeling of lightness is lost, making it difficult to carry out manufacturing operations such as cutting and sewing.
Therefore, more preferably, the first mixed fiber layer 3 a and the second mixed fiber layer 3 b that form the intermediate fiber layer 3 are mixed so that the thickness α of the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing is about 2 to 10 mm. When the mixing ratio of each fiber is adjusted, it is lightweight and not bulky, and can be handled like one sheet of cloth, and it is preferable because the manufacturing work such as cutting and sewing can be easily performed in the manufacture of clothing and bedding.

Since the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention can be handled as if it were a single fabric as described above, it can be used in jackets, pants, skirts, shirts, innerwear for winter, hats, etc. It can be used as a fabric for producing an arbitrary product for heat retention such as clothing, bedding such as a comforter and a bedding. In this case, the upper surface fabric layer 2b serves as the surface fabric of the product, and does not require filling with other fillings.
The multi-fiber-containing garment laminated fabric 1 according to the present invention, in the production thereof, has the upper face fabric layer 2b laminated on the intermediate fiber layer 3 via the thermoplastic resin layer 4b and the thermoplastic resin layer 4a. The lower surface fabric layer 2a to be laminated is adhered and integrated by melting the resin of the thermoplastic resin layers 4a and 4b by heating, and each fiber of the intermediate fiber layer 3 is formed by melting the resin of the polyester composite fiber 32. Since they are fixed to each other, even if the feather fibers 31 are mixed with the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b, the feather fibers 31 are not blown out or biased.

In addition, the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing can be used as batting by inserting and filling it in the side fabric. Even in that case, since the respective fibers are adhered and integrated, even if the down fibers 31 are mixed, the down fibers 31 will not be blown out or biased, and the side fabric does not require any special processing such as quilting. , Easy to handle. When filling and interposing in the side fabric, the side fabric is made of natural fibers such as cotton, wool and hemp, regenerated fibers such as rayon, synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon and acrylic fiber, natural or synthetic leather. For example, a cloth made of any material can be used.

In addition, the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing according to the present invention can be used as a part of various clothing and bedding. For example, by using the laminated fabric 1 for clothing containing a plurality of fibers only for the front body and the back body of the jacket and using the existing thin fabric for the sleeves, it is possible to manufacture a clothing product with high designability.
Similarly, as for the bedding, the laminated fabric 1 for a plurality of fibers-containing clothing according to the present invention can be used as a part thereof to obtain a bedding with high heat retention.
In the photograph of FIG. 5, both the upper layer fabric layer and the lower layer layer fabric are white fabrics. However, printed fabrics are used as these fabrics or they are laminated. The final multi-fiber containing clothing laminated fabric is colored or designed by printing on the fabric layer after forming the body, or by forming on the fabric layer after forming the multi-fiber containing clothing laminated fabric. It has been done.

In FIG. 2, the lower surface material 2a is set on a base (not shown) such that the side on which the intermediate fiber layer 3 is laminated is the upper surface ((a) first step).
Then, a thermoplastic resin is applied in dots on the upper surface of the lower surface cloth 2a, and the thermoplastic resin layer 4a is laminated ((b) second step).
Here, as the resin of the thermoplastic resin layer 4a, a resin which is melted by heating in a later step and heat-bonded to the intermediate fiber layer 3 is used. Examples thereof include polyurethane, polyamide, polyolefin and polyester resins.
That is, a resin having a suitable melting temperature is used according to the heating temperature in the heating in the subsequent step. For example, when the heating temperature is 180° C., the resin having a melting temperature of 120 to 160° C. is used.
In this embodiment, a thermoplastic polyurethane resin having a heating temperature of 180° C. and a melting temperature of 130 to 150° C. is used. Although not particularly limited to this, the thermoplastic polyurethane resin is preferably used because of its excellent elasticity and high adhesive strength.
Then, the resin is applied in dots on the lower surface fabric layer 2a to reduce the overall weight and improve the air permeability.

Then, the mixed fibers are arranged in a mesh on the lower surface fabric layer 2a on which the thermoplastic resin layer 4a is laminated to form the first mixed fiber layer 3a ((c) third step).
The mixed fiber of the first mixed fiber layer 3a is a mixture of two kinds or three kinds of the feather fiber 31, the polyester composite fiber 32 and the cupra fiber 33, and the content is the total of the first mixed fiber layer 3a. The polyester composite fiber 32 is 1 to 99% by weight, the feather fiber 31 is 0 to 99% by weight, and the cupra fiber 33 is 0 to 99% by weight, preferably the polyester composite fiber 32 is , 30 to 60% by weight, the feather fiber 31 is 20 to 50% by weight, and the cupra fiber 33 is 20 to 50% by weight.
The fibers of the first mixed fiber layer 3a are mixed at a preset ratio, and the mixed fibers are arranged on the thermoplastic resin layer 4a laminated on the lower surface fabric layer 2a. At that time, it is preferable to arrange the mixed fibers in a mesh shape because a smooth finish with less unevenness is obtained.

Then, the mixed fibers are further arranged in a mesh on the first mixed fiber layer 3a to form the second mixed fiber layer 3b ((d) fourth step).
The mixed fiber of the second mixed fiber layer 3b is also a mixture of two kinds or three kinds of the feather fiber 31, the polyester composite fiber 32 and the cupra fiber 33, and the content is the total of the second mixed fiber layer 3b. The polyester composite fiber 32 is 1 to 99% by weight, the feather fiber 31 is 0 to 99% by weight, and the cupra fiber 33 is 0 to 99% by weight, preferably 30 to 30% by weight. ˜60% by weight, feather fiber 31 is 20 to 50% by weight, and cupra fiber 33 is 20 to 50% by weight.
The fibers of the second mixed fiber layer 3b are also mixed in the same ratio as the first mixed fiber layer 3a at a preset ratio, and the mixed fibers are arranged on the first mixed fiber layer 3a. At that time, it is preferable to displace the mixed fibers in a mesh shape so as to be shifted from the mesh shape of the first mixed fiber layer 3a, because the fiber density is high and the smooth finish with less unevenness is obtained.

After the fourth step, the upper surface cloth 2b is separately installed on the base ((e) fifth step), and the thermoplastic resin is applied in dots on the upper surface cloth 2b to form a resin layer (thermoplastic resin). The layer 4b) is formed ((f) sixth step).
Then, the upper surface material layer 2b is laminated on the second mixed fiber layer 3b formed in the fourth step so that the thermoplastic resin layer 4b faces to form the laminated body 10 ((g) 7 steps).
The formation of the laminated body 10 in the third step to the seventh step is not limited to that step, and, for example, by applying a thermoplastic resin on the second mixed fiber layer 3b formed in the fourth step. The laminated body 10 may be formed by forming the thermoplastic resin layer 4b and disposing the upper surface fabric layer 2b thereon.

Then, the laminated body 10 formed in the seventh step is heated at a temperature higher than the melting temperature of the resin forming the thermoplastic resin layers 4a and 4b to melt the thermoplastic resin and heat-bond to form the upper surface fabric layer. 2b, the intermediate fiber layer 3 including the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b, and the lower surface fabric layer 2a are integrated. ((H) Eighth step).
The intermediate fiber layer 3 laminated between the upper surface fabric layer 2b and the lower surface fabric layer 2a is formed in the fibers mixed in the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b constituting the intermediate fiber layer 3. The polyester composite fiber 32 is mixed. Therefore, when the laminated body 10 in which the upper fabric layer 2b, the intermediate fiber layer 3 and the lower fabric layer 2a are laminated in order is heated at high temperature, they are mixed with the first mixed fiber layer 3a and the second mixed fiber layer 3b. The feather fiber 31 and the cupra fiber 33, in which the polyester resin of the polyester composite fiber 32 is melted and mixed, are mixed with the melted polyester resin and are cooled in this state so that the fibers are fixed to each other. Further, the polyester resin melted by heating at a high temperature mixes with the resin forming the thermoplastic resin layers 4a and 4b, and the whole is heat-fused and integrated to form the laminated body 10 as if it were one layer.
In this embodiment, the thermoplastic resin layers 4a and 4b having a resin melting temperature of 130 to 150° C. and the polyester fiber 32 of the intermediate fiber layer 3 having a polyester resin melting temperature of 120° C. are used. It is heated and heat welded.

The laminate 10 heat-sealed in the eighth step is brought into contact with the surface of the member at a high temperature ((i) ninth step) to make the surfaces of the upper surface dough layer 2b and the lower surface dough layer 2a flat and smooth. A multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing is obtained (j). Here, as the member, a flat plate-shaped member such as a plate or a cylindrical member such as a roller is used, but from the viewpoint of continuous production, it is preferable to use a roller as shown in FIG. 4(i). preferable. The flatness of the surface of the laminated body 10 can be improved by bringing the laminated body 10 into contact with the surface of the member. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4I, it is preferable that the laminated body 10 is brought into contact with the surface of the roller one by one.
In the laminated body 10 which is heat-fused and integrated in the eighth step, the intermediate fiber layer 3 in which different fibers are mixed is laminated, so that the whole is not uniformly flat and smooth, and the surface is uneven. There may be a part that has. In the present invention, in order to make the surface of the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric for clothing 1 flat and smooth so as to be suitable for use as a fabric for producing clothing or the like, the laminated body 10 after heating is treated with the surface of the member. (In the present specification, also referred to as “high temperature pressing without applying a strong pressure”). By performing this contacting step (pressing step), a strong pressure is not applied, so that the softness and volume feeling of the intermediate fiber layer 3 are not impaired. Then, the surface of the laminated body 10 has the same effect as that of applying a so-called iron, and has a flat and smooth finish without wrinkles and unevenness.
The multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing manufactured in this manner has a thickness α adjusted to 2 to 20 mm, and is formed to have a thickness easy to use as a fabric.

The production of the multi-fiber-containing laminated fabric 1 for clothing of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned examples, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit thereof.
