Description
本新型創作是有關於一種連接器組件及連接器,且特別是有關於一種板對板連接器組件及插座連接器。
板對板連接器用於連接不同的電路板,具有插座連接器以及插頭連接器以分別安裝在不同的電路板上,藉此令電路板之間相互連接。在智慧手機等行動裝置上,板對板連接器組件尺寸非常微小,導致各連接器的結構強度與壽命亦降低。
再者,上述結構強度降低還反應在公端(插頭)與母端(插座)的插拔動作上,也就是部分結構因強度或端子彈力降低,導致在公端與母端相互拔離的過程中因結構干涉所產生的破壞。
據此,如何提高板對板連接器的結構強度,以維持並耐受公端、母端的插拔動作,實為相關技術人員所需思考解決的課題。
本新型創作提供一種板對板連接器組件,其提供能穩固結合的金屬件,而有效提高連接器插拔時的耐受性。
本新型創作的板對板連接器組件,包括彼此對接的插座連接器與插頭連接器。插座連接器包括第一本體、多個第一端子與一對第一金屬件。第一本體具有中島結構與環繞中島結構的第一容置槽。第一端子分別配置於第一容置槽中彼此相對的第一側與第二側。第一金屬件分別配置於第一容置槽中彼此相對的第三側與第四側。第一金屬件具有延伸至第三側底部或第四側底部的基部,以及從基部延伸出彼此背對的一對第一彈臂。
本新型創作的插座連接器,包括第一本體、多個第一端子與一對第一金屬件。第一本體具有中島結構與環繞中島結構的第一容置槽。第一端子分別配置於第一容置槽中彼此相對的第一側與第二側。第一金屬件分別配置於第一容置槽中彼此相對的第三側與第四側。第一金屬件具有延伸至第三側底部或第四側底部的基部,以及從基部延伸出彼此背對的一對第一彈臂。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的第一彈臂與部分第一端子呈同線排列。

在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的第一金屬件包括配置於第一本體周緣上的三個鞍部,彼此鄰接排列成ㄇ字形,位於中間的鞍部延伸出上述的基部,各鞍部接觸第一本體的三個相異表面。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的第一金屬件包括配置於第一本體周緣上的三個鞍部,彼此鄰接排列成ㄇ字形,第一彈臂分別朝向位於首位及末位的鞍部的內傾。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的第一金屬件還包括第二彈臂,從基部延伸至中島結構,第二彈臂位於第一彈臂之間。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的第一容置槽在第三側與第四側是貫孔,基部經由貫孔而從第一本體的底面暴露出。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的插頭連接器包括第二本體、多個第二端子以及一對第二金屬件。第二本體具有第二容置槽。第二端子分別配置在第二本體的相對兩側。第二金屬件配置在第二本體的另一相對兩側。插頭連接器與插座連接器對接時,第二本體插入第一容置槽,中島結構插入第二容置槽,第一金屬件通過第一彈臂抵接第二金屬件。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的第二金屬件包覆第二本體的相異五個表面。
在本新型創作的一實施例中,上述的第二金屬件還具有坡面,以在插頭連接器與插座連接器對接時,坡面抵接並導引第一金屬件的第二彈臂。
基於上述,板對板連接器組件是由彼此對接的插頭連接器與插座連接器組成,其中插座連接器的一對第一金屬件除了結合至第一本體的相對兩側之外,還進一步地形成延伸至第一本體之容置槽底的基部與從基部延伸出且彼此背對的第一彈臂。據此,所述第一彈臂能進一步地作為與插頭連接器電性連接的結構,而提高板對板連接器組件之間的電性接觸面積,而在具有較佳的結構穩定性前提下適於進行較大電流傳輸作業。
圖1是本新型創作一實施例的板對板連接器組件的示意圖。圖2是圖1的板對板連接器組件的爆炸圖。請同時參考圖1與圖2,在本實施例中,板對板連接器組件10包括彼此對接的插座連接器100與插頭連接器200,其中插座連接器100例如是配置在電路板21上,而插頭連接器200例如是配置在電路板22上,以在插座連接器100與插頭連接器200對接時,得以使電路板21、22之間的電性連接。
圖3是圖2的插座連接器的爆炸圖。請同時參考圖2與圖3,本實施例的插座連接器100包括第一本體110、多個第一端子130與一對第一金屬件120。第一本體110具有中島結構111與環繞中島結構111的第一容置槽112。第一端子130分別配置於第一容置槽112中彼此相對的第一側R1與第二側R2。第一金屬件120分別配置於第一容置槽112中彼此相對的第三側R3與第四側R4。再者,第一金屬件120具有延伸至第三側R3底部或第四側R4底部的基部A4,以及從基部A4延伸出且彼此背對的一對第一彈臂A5、A6。
進一步地說,如圖3所示,第一金屬件120包括配置於第一本體110周緣上的三個鞍部A1、A2與A3,且這些鞍部A1~A3彼此鄰接排列成ㄇ字形而跨置於第一容置槽112旁,以使各鞍部A1~A3接觸第一本體110的三個相異表面。以圖3所示鞍部A3為例,其會接觸於第一本體110的右側面、頂面與第一容置槽112的內側面。
圖4是圖2的插座連接器於另一視角的局部示意圖。請同時參考圖3與圖4,此外,位於中間的鞍部A2進一步延伸出上述的基部A4,且第一容置槽112在第三側R3與第四側R4是貫孔,以讓第一金屬件120的基部A4會經由貫孔(圖4是以第四側R4為例)而從第一本體110的底面暴露出。
需說明的是,本實施例的第一端子130呈兩列地配置於第一本體110,而第一金屬件120的第一彈臂A5、A6分別與部分第一端子130呈同線排列,因此兩個第一金屬件120的四個第一彈臂A5、A6也是同前述兩列地配置。據此,本實施例的第一彈臂A5、A6是作為插座連接器100的電源端子之用,且因第一金屬件120具有較第一端子130大的體積與表面積,因此更能適應地進行大電流的傳輸。
此外,第一本體110具電絕緣性,而第一端子130與第一金屬件120可藉由埋入射出(insert molding)而與第一本體110形成一體結構。對於第一本體110與第一金屬件120而言,除了通過鞍部A1~A3接觸於第一本體110的相異三表面而提高結合強度之外,第一金屬件120尚通過其延伸至第一容置槽112底部的基部A4以及從基部A4延伸出的第一彈臂A5、A6,而在讓第一彈臂A5、A6作為連接器的電源端子之用時還能據以提供較大接觸面積,因此能讓插座連接器100適於傳輸較大電流。
圖5是圖2的插頭連接器的爆炸圖。圖6與圖7分別是圖1的板對板連接器組件於不同視角的剖面圖,其中提供直角座標X-Y-Z以及中心軸C1,以利於辨識圖6與圖7的剖面方位。請先參考圖2與圖5,在本實施例中,插頭連接器200包括第二本體210、多個第二端子230以及一對第二金屬件220,其材質與結合一如前述的第一本體110、第一端子130與第一金屬件120。第二本體210具有第二容置槽211。第二端子230分別配置在第二本體210的相對兩側。第二金屬件220配置在第二本體210的另一相對兩側。如圖2與圖7所示,插頭連接器200與插座連接器100對接時,第二本體210插入第一容置槽112,中島結構111插入第二容置槽211,第一金屬件120通過第一彈臂A5、A6抵接第二金屬件220。
進一步地說,如圖5所示,第二金屬件220包括彼此鄰接形成ㄇ字形輪廓的L形部件B1、B2與B3,各L形部件B1~B3分別接觸第二本體210的一個頂面與一個側面,而使這三個L形部件B1~B3局部環繞第二本體210,且相鄰的兩個L形部件B1、B2(或B2、B3)之間存在空隙,以使第二本體210的轉角得以露出,而據以提供結構限位的效果。同時,位於中間的L形部件B2還進一步地形成延伸至第二本體210底面的兩個L形部件B4、B5,進而讓第二金屬件220包覆第二本體210的相異五個表面。也如同前述的插座連接器100,第二金屬件220與第二端子230是藉由埋入射出而與第二本體210成為一體結構,並藉由前述包覆特徵而提高第二金屬件220與第二本體210的結合強度。
請再參考圖3、圖5與圖6,在本實施例中,第一金屬件120還包括第二彈臂A7,從基部A4延伸至中島結構111,第二彈臂A7位於所述彼此背對的第一彈臂A5、A6之間。再者,如圖5與圖6所示,第二金屬件220還具有坡面221,其沿著相鄰的三個L形部件B1~B3配置,且相對於連接器的插拔方向存在夾角,所述夾角小於或等於45度,以在插頭連接器200與插座連接器100對接時,坡面221抵接並導引第一金屬件120的第二彈臂A7,而能避免對接過程中因撞擊導致端子受損。
請再參考圖3與圖7,本實施例的第一金屬件120的鞍部A1、A3(即彼此鄰接三個鞍部A1~A3的首位與末位)具有內傾A11、A31,而所述一對第一彈臂A5、A6分別朝向內傾A11、A31,此舉除了能讓內傾A11、A31在連接器對接時提供插頭連接器200的導引之外,沿著插頭連接器200與插座連接器100的插拔軸向(Z軸),內傾A11、A31還能作為阻擋第一彈臂A5、A6之用。需說明的是,所述阻擋並非一定發生,但此舉在當插頭連接器200(沿正Z軸方向)拔離插座連接器100,若因第一彈臂A5、A6對插頭連接器200夾持力過高而導致變形且沿正Z軸方向被一同拔離時,由於內傾A11、A31的存在,則能確保前述情事得以被制止。
綜上所述,在本新型創作的上述實施例中,板對板連接器組件是由彼此對接的插頭連接器與插座連接器組成,其中插座連接器的一對第一金屬件除了結合至第一本體的相對兩側之外,還進一步地形成延伸至第一本體之容置槽底的基部與從基部延伸出且彼此背對的第一彈臂。
據此,所述第一彈臂能與第一端子同呈兩列配置而被作為插座連接器的電源端子,進而使具備較大面積的第一金屬件除了以此提高與第一本體的結合強度之外,還能據以作為進行較大電流傳輸作業的憑據。再者,對應的插頭連接器中,其第二金屬件具有能與第一彈臂對應的坡面,據以作為連接器對接時的導引之用。此外,插座連接器還具有面對第一彈臂的內傾結構,除了與前述坡面一樣具備的導引效果外,當插頭連接器從插座連接器拔離而不幸導致第一彈臂變形且面臨可能被拔離的情形時,內傾結構具備止擋第一彈臂的效果。
如此一來,板對板連接器組件便能依據上述簡單結構,而在具備較佳的結構穩定性與插拔耐受性的前提下,進行較大電流傳輸作業。

Claims (11)
- 一種板對板連接器組件,包括: 一插座連接器,包括: 一第一本體,具有一中島結構與環繞該中島結構的一第一容置槽; 多個第一端子,分別配置於該第一容置槽的一第一側與一第二側,該第一側與該第二側彼此相對; 一對第一金屬件,分別配置於該第一容置槽的一第三側與一第四側,該第三側與該第四側彼此相對, 其中該第一金屬件具有延伸至該第三側底部或該第四側底部的一基部,以及從該基部延伸出彼此背對的一對第一彈臂;以及 一插頭連接器,對接該插座連接器。
- 如請求項1所述的板對板連接器組件,其中該第一彈臂與部分該些第一端子呈同線排列。
- 如請求項1所述的板對板連接器組件,其中該些第一彈臂是該插座連接器的電源端子。
- 如請求項1所述的板對板連接器組件,其中該第一金屬件包括配置於該第一本體周緣上的三個鞍部,彼此鄰接排列成ㄇ字形,位於中間的該鞍部延伸出該基部,各該鞍部接觸該第一本體的三個相異表面。
- 如請求項1所述的板對板連接器組件,其中該第一金屬件包括配置於該第一本體周緣上的三個鞍部,彼此鄰接排列成ㄇ字形,該對第一彈臂分別朝向位於首位及末位的該些鞍部的內傾。
- 如請求項1所述的板對板連接器組件,其中該第一金屬件還包括一第二彈臂,從該基部延伸至該中島結構,該第二彈臂位於該對第一彈臂之間。
- 如請求項1所述的板對板連接器組件,其中該第一容置槽在該第三側與該第四側是貫孔,該基部經由該貫孔而從該第一本體的底面暴露出。
- 如請求項1所述的板對板連接器組件,其中該插頭連接器包括: 一第二本體,具有一第二容置槽; 多個第二端子,分別配置在該第二本體的相對兩側;以及 一對第二金屬件,配置在該第二本體的另一相對兩側,其中該插頭連接器與該插座連接器對接時,該第二本體插入該第一容置槽,該中島結構插入該第二容置槽,該對第一金屬件通過該些第一彈臂抵接該對第二金屬件。
- 如請求項8所述的板對板連接器組件,其中該第二金屬件包覆該第二本體的相異五個表面。
- 如請求項8所述的板對板連接器組件,其中該第二金屬件還具有一坡面,以在該插頭連接器與該插座連接器對接時,該坡面抵接並導引該第一金屬件的一第二彈臂。
