Abstract

在高精密製造產業中,線性模組為不可或缺之主要零件之一。一般線性模組主要係由一固定框架、一設於該固定框架內之滑軌組、一與該滑軌組滑接之滑塊、一與該滑塊螺接之螺桿及一與該螺桿連結之馬達所構成,以此帶動該滑塊進行線性之位移。然而,由於廠房、車間容易有落塵,且因應不同之產業,在線性模組周邊亦容易產生雷射切割粉塵、焊接粉塵、焊接星火等異物,若不加以阻隔,則有可能造成線性模組在運轉時不順暢,或更甚而有零件受損或位移精度不佳情事發生。是以,目前已有若干專利揭露在線性模組上設置防塵片之設計,以達到阻隔外界異物之功效,然而此些專利之結構仍有些許問題尚待改善。 例如日本專利第JP3705641B2號所揭之專利內容,其中係在外蓋與側蓋之凹槽中設置防塵片,但防塵片前後方向並未被拘束,因此在運轉過程中,防塵片便有可能自行地位移,其解決方式係在前後端加設端板,來防止防塵片位移。如此一來,不僅會導致零配件數量增加,更會使得組裝時間與成本皆大幅增加。 再例如日本專利第JP2000-230618A號所揭之專利內容,其中需要用很多螺絲穿過壓板上之複數穿孔及橡膠片上之複數穿孔來將橡膠片鎖在外蓋上。此種結構必將導致配件多、螺絲多、加工與組裝成本高。 In the high-precision manufacturing industry, linear modules are one of the indispensable main parts. 請參閱第一圖至第五圖,該蓋體單元包括一外蓋20及二側蓋50。該外蓋20,係一體式製成,呈長方形板狀。該外蓋20係固定鎖接於該線性運動單元10之固定框架11的頂部上。該外蓋20具有二鄰近於二側邊位置之外蓋接合部21,由於二外蓋接合部21之構造相同,為免贅述,以下僅以單一外蓋接合部21進行介紹,該外蓋接合部21具有一外蓋穿槽211、二外蓋貫穿孔214及一外蓋容接槽218;該外蓋穿槽211係沿軸向貫穿該外蓋20,使於該外蓋穿槽211之上方可界定為一外蓋外壁212,而於該外蓋穿槽211之下方可界定為一外蓋內壁213,該二外蓋貫穿孔214相距一定距離並貫穿該外蓋20頂底面,該外蓋貫穿孔214係與該外蓋穿槽211連通,該外蓋貫穿孔214係由一貫穿該外蓋外壁212之外蓋頂穿孔215及一貫穿該外蓋內壁213之外蓋底穿孔216所構成,於本實施例中該外蓋底穿孔216為一螺孔217,該外蓋容接槽218軸向貫穿該外蓋20,該外蓋容接槽218之斷面呈L形,係與該外蓋穿槽211連通,並貫穿該外蓋20之底面,該外蓋容接槽218於二側對應處之槽壁面上各別形成有一凸起之外蓋壓制凸部219。

請參閱第一圖至第五圖,該固定單元包括二外蓋固定件40及二側蓋固定件70。該二外蓋固定件40,係各別鎖制於該外蓋20之各外蓋接合部21之外蓋貫穿孔214中,以造成該外蓋外壁212與該外蓋內壁213產生變形,而由該外蓋壓制凸部219夾制於該外蓋防塵片30上,以達到防止該外蓋防塵片30自行產生軸向位移之功效者。於本實施例中,該各外蓋固定件40具有二螺絲41,該二螺絲41係分別穿入於該各外蓋接合部21之各外蓋貫穿孔214內,由該螺絲41之頭部抵壓於外蓋外壁212之外側面上,由該螺絲41之螺紋與該螺孔217螺接,使能在鎖緊時造成該外蓋外壁212與該外蓋內壁213之變形(如第五圖所示),而將該外蓋壓制凸部219夾制於該外蓋防塵片30上。
請參閱第一圖至第五圖,該二側蓋50,分別係一體式製成,呈長方形板狀。該二側蓋50係固定鎖接於該線性運動單元10之固定框架11的二側上。該各側蓋50具有一側蓋接合部51,該側蓋接合部51具有一側蓋穿槽511、二側蓋貫穿孔514及一側蓋容接槽518;該側蓋穿槽511係沿軸向貫穿該側蓋50,使於該側蓋穿槽511之外側可界定為一側蓋外壁512,而於該側蓋穿槽511之內側可界定為一側蓋內壁513,該二側蓋貫穿孔514相距一定距離並貫穿該側蓋50內外側面,該側蓋貫穿孔514係與該側蓋穿槽511連通,該側蓋貫穿孔514係由一貫穿該側蓋外壁512之側蓋外穿孔515及一貫穿該側蓋內壁513之側蓋內穿孔516所構成,於本實施例中該側蓋內穿孔516為一螺孔517,該側蓋容接槽518軸向貫穿該側蓋50,該側蓋容接槽518之斷面呈L形,係與該側蓋穿槽511連通,並貫穿該側蓋20之頂面,該側蓋容接槽518於二側對應處之槽壁面上各別形成有一凸起之側蓋壓制凸部519。
請參閱第一圖至第五圖,該二側蓋防塵片60,係各別由軟塑膠、橡膠、矽膠等可變形之材料所一體製成,其斷面概呈L形。該二側蓋防塵片60係各別滑接於該各側蓋50之側蓋接合部51的側蓋容接槽518內,並局部向上伸出於該側蓋容接槽518外,使該側蓋防塵片60與外蓋防塵片30呈內外地交錯貼接,進而達到阻隔外部異物進入於該線性運動單元10內之防塵功效。
請參閱第一圖至第五圖,該二側蓋固定件70,係各別鎖制於該各側蓋50之側蓋接合部51之側蓋貫穿孔514中,以造成該側蓋外壁512與該側蓋內壁513產生變形,而由該側蓋壓制凸部519夾制於該側蓋防塵片60上,以達到防止該側蓋防塵片60自行產生軸向位移之功效者。於本實施例中,該各側蓋固定件70具有二螺絲71,該二螺絲71係分別穿入於該各側蓋接合部51之各側蓋貫穿孔514內,由該螺絲71之頭部抵壓於側蓋外壁512之外側面上,由該螺絲71之螺紋與該螺孔517螺接,使能在鎖緊時造成該側蓋外壁512與該側蓋內壁513之變形(如第五圖所示),而將該側蓋壓制凸部519夾制於該側蓋防塵片60上。
值得一提的是,該外蓋20及該等側蓋50的其中一者也可以不具有接合部(外蓋接合部21、側蓋接合部51),而直接將該外蓋防塵片30(或該側蓋防塵片60)固定於該外蓋20(或該等側蓋50),視使用者的需求而定。
是以,上述即為本創作第一較佳實施例所提供一種線性模組100之各部構件及其組裝方式之介紹,接著再將其使用特點介紹如下:
首先,本創作不僅能達到防塵之功效。其中該外蓋防塵片30係與該外蓋20滑接後,再藉由少量外蓋固定件40對外蓋20鎖設後,而將該外蓋防塵片30進行夾制,因此不僅可防止該外蓋防塵片30之軸向移動,更無需在外蓋20與外蓋防塵片30上設置大量之螺絲孔及螺絲,而可減少加工之程序與成本(側蓋、側蓋防塵片與側蓋固定件間所能達到之功效相同,容不贅述)。
另外,本創作中,該外蓋、側蓋、外蓋防塵片及側蓋防塵片皆為一體製成,可以減少零配件之數量,及大幅縮減組裝所需之時間,以利本創作之大量生產,進而達到增進市場競爭力之功效。
請參閱第六圖至第八圖,係本創作第二較佳實施例所提供之一種線性模組200,其主要構造皆與第一實施例相同,容不贅述,以下僅就差異處加以說明:
本實施例中,該外蓋20之外蓋頂穿孔215、外蓋底穿孔216與該側蓋50之側蓋外穿孔515、側蓋內穿孔516為通孔,而無需設置螺孔。
該外蓋固定件40具有二彈性壓扣42;該側蓋固定件70亦具有二彈性壓扣72(該彈性壓扣為習知技藝,容不贅述,請見第六、七及第八圖所示)。
該外蓋固定件40之彈性壓扣42係壓入於該外蓋貫穿孔214之外蓋頂穿孔215與該外蓋底穿孔216中,以由該彈性壓扣42造成該外蓋外壁212與該外蓋內壁213之變形(如第八圖所示),而將該外蓋壓制凸部219夾制於該外蓋防塵片30上,以達到防止該外蓋防塵片30軸向位移之功效,該側蓋固定件70之彈性壓扣72的組裝方式與該外蓋固定件40之彈性壓扣42相同,容不贅述。
請參閱第九圖至第十一圖,係本創作第三較佳實施例所提供之一種線性模組300,其主要構造皆與第一實施例相同,容不贅述,以下僅就差異處加以說明:
本實施例中,該外蓋20之外蓋頂穿孔215為長條孔,該外蓋20之外蓋底穿孔216為長條孔;該側蓋50之側蓋外穿孔515為長條孔,該側蓋50之側蓋內穿孔516為長條孔。
該外蓋固定件40具有二固定件43,該固定件43具有一頭部431、一尾部432及一連接於該頭部431與該尾部432間之身部433,該頭部431呈圓形,該尾部432呈長條狀,該身部433之外徑小於該頭部431及該尾部432;該側蓋固定件70具有二固定件73,固定件73之構造與前述固定件43相同,容不贅述。
該外蓋固定件40之固定件43的尾部432係順應地穿過該外蓋貫穿孔214之外蓋頂穿孔215與該外蓋底穿孔216後,再旋轉約90度,使由該頭部431抵壓該外蓋外壁212,而由該尾部432抵壓該外蓋內壁213,而使該外蓋外壁212與該外蓋內壁213變形(如第十一圖所示),而將該外蓋壓制凸部219夾制於該外蓋防塵片30上,以達到防止該外蓋防塵片30軸向位移之功效,該側蓋固定件70之固定件73的組裝方式與該外蓋固定件40之固定件43相同,容不贅述。
請參閱第十二圖至第十四圖,係本創作第四較佳實施例所提供之一種線性模組400,其主要構造皆與第一實施例相同,容不贅述,以下僅就差異處加以說明:
本實施例中,該外蓋20之外蓋底穿孔216與該側蓋50之側蓋內穿孔516為通孔,而無需設置螺孔。
