Abstract

一種門之自動啟閉裝置,其具有一組設於該門上之鎖閉單元,一可帶動該門開啟或關閉之驅門單元,一可接收該門外部或內部訊號之訊號接收單元,以及一與該訊號接收單元電訊連結之控制單元,該鎖閉單元具有一鎖具及一動力馬達,該動力馬達與該驅門單元分別與該控制單元電訊連結,當該訊號接收單元由該門外部或內部感應正確開啟訊號時,該控制單元首先令該動力馬達帶動該鎖具解鎖,再令該驅門單元作動將該門開啟,當人員通過該門後,再由該控制單元令該驅門單元帶動該門關閉,再令該動力馬達連動該鎖具閉鎖;由前述可知,人員不需要接觸該門或該鎖具的任何部位,可以避免病毒的傳染,達到防疫的效果。

Description

門之自動啟閉裝置
本新型是有關於一種門之自動啟閉裝置,特別是指一種門之啟閉及鎖具之閉鎖或解鎖皆為自動模式的自動啟閉裝置。
按,自從新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情爆發以來,人與人之間必須保持一定的距離,也需要戴口罩及養成常洗手的習慣,以避免病毒的傳染,換言之,病毒的傳染除了飛沫傳染外,最直接的傳染途徑便是手觸摸到有病毒的物體,再進而觸摸眼、口、鼻導致病毒感染,因此,盡量減少以手觸摸物體並且勤洗手,確實可大幅減少被病毒傳染的機率;然而人們每天都需要進門或出門,此時常需要進行兩個動作方能順利進出門,一個是鎖具的解鎖或閉鎖,另一個是門的開啟或關閉,因此手需要接觸門及鎖具,而在疫情爆發之前,為求進出門的方便性,有些門的設計是利用120伏特電壓驅動的大型馬達進行開啟或關閉,但並不適用於一般住家較小的門,而適用於一般住家的門之鎖具,其自動解鎖與閉鎖的相關技術也已被普遍應用,例如中華民國專利申請號107212936、107204018、107202105、110206364、109216646、110201248及109217253等專利案,至於門被自動開啟的技術更是常見,在此不在贅述,然而前述鎖具相關技術雖可自動解鎖或閉鎖,但人員仍須以手將門開啟及關閉,此時手仍須接觸到門把,而存 在病毒傳染的風險,再觀一般常見的自動門尚無鎖具自動閉鎖或解鎖之設計,是以目前市面上並無兼具鎖具自動閉鎖或解鎖及門自動開啟或關閉的技術出現,讓人員存在接觸傳染的風險。
因此,本新型之目的即在提供一種具有防疫效果的門之自動啟閉裝置。
於是,本新型門之自動啟閉裝置係用以控制該門之開啟或關閉,以及該門之解鎖或閉鎖,該自動啟閉裝置具有一組設於該門上之鎖閉單元,一可帶動該門開啟或關閉之驅門單元,一可接收該門外部或內部訊號之訊號接收單元,以及一與該訊號接收單元電訊連結之控制單元,該鎖閉單元具有一鎖具及一動力馬達,該動力馬達與該驅門單元分別與該控制單元電訊連結,當該訊號接收單元由該門外部或內部感應正確開啟訊號時,該控制單元首先令該動力馬達帶動該鎖具解鎖,再令該驅門單元作動將該門開啟,當人員通過該門後,再由該控制單元令該驅門單元帶動該門關閉,再令該動力馬達連動該鎖具閉鎖;由前述可知,在該門的解鎖或閉鎖,以及該門的開啟或關閉過程中完全自動,人員不需要接觸該門或該鎖具的任何部位,可以避免病毒的傳染,達到防疫的效果。

參閱第1圖,本新型之一較佳實施例自動啟閉裝置1係用以控 制門2之開啟或關閉,以及門2之解鎖或閉鎖,該自動啟閉裝置1具有一組設於該門2上之鎖閉單元3,一可帶動該門2開啟或關閉之驅門單元4,一可接收該門2外部或該門2內部的訊號之訊號接收單元5,一與該訊號接收單元5電訊連結之控制單元6,以及一感知單元7,該鎖閉單元3具有一鎖具31及一動力馬達32,該動力馬達32係與該鎖具31相互組接,其相關構造可如中華民國專利申請號109217253、110201248及109216646等案的鎖閂機構,前述三專利案主要係利用馬達元件帶動鎖舌元件作動,達到鎖閂的開啟或關閉,因其非本新型之技術特徵,故僅簡單敘述,也就是說當該動力馬達32作動時,其可帶動該鎖具31進行閉鎖或解鎖,又該動力馬達32與該驅門單元4分別與該控制單元6電訊連結,該訊號接收單元5實際實施的方式甚多且為習有技術,在本實施例列舉幾種方式但不詳加贅述,例如網路配合雲端處理中心,藍芽遙控配合紅外線辨識,生物特徵的影像、語音與人臉辨識,無線射頻(RFID)以及手機APP等相關技術,該控制單元6係用以接受來自訊號接收單元5的啟動訊號,並進一步有順序地控制該鎖閉單元3與驅門單元4作動,更具體而言,當該訊號接收單元5由該門2外部感應正確開啟訊號時,該控制單元6首先令該動力馬達32帶動該鎖具31解鎖,再令該驅門單元4作動將該門2開啟,該感知單元7同樣與該控制單元6電訊連接,其係用以感知人員是否已通過該門2,當人員通過該門2後,該感知單元7發出關閉訊號,經由該控制單元6令該驅門單元4帶動該門2關閉,再令該動力馬達32連動該鎖具31閉鎖,同樣地,若訊號接收單元5由該門2內部接收到正確開啟訊號時,該控制單元6同樣先令該動力馬達32帶動鎖具31解鎖,再令該驅門單元4將該門2開啟,當人員通過後,該感知單元7發出訊號使該控制單元6進行關閉該門 2與上鎖的指令。
由上述說明可知,本新型門之自動啟閉裝置1在該門2的解鎖或閉鎖,以及該門2的開啟或關閉過程中完全自動,人員不需要接觸該門2或該鎖具31的任何部位,可以避免病毒的傳染,達到防疫的效果。
值得進一步說明的是,若使用者家中的門鎖係為前述三專利案所示由馬達元件驅動開啟或關閉的鎖閂,則可以在不需要更換新鎖閂的情況下,配合本新型之自動啟閉裝置1,便可達到防疫的效果。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種門之自動啟閉裝置,其係用以控制該門之開啟或關閉,以及該門之解鎖或閉鎖,該自動啟閉裝置具有一組設於該門上之鎖閉單元,一可帶動該門開啟或關閉之驅門單元,一可接收該門外部或內部訊號之訊號接收單元,以及一與該訊號接收單元電訊連結之控制單元,該鎖閉單元具有一鎖具及一動力馬達,該動力馬達與該驅門單元分別與該控制單元電訊連結,當該訊號接收單元由該門外部或內部感應正確開啟訊號時,該控制單元首先令該動力馬達帶動該鎖具解鎖,再令該驅門單元作動將該門開啟,當人員通過該門後,再由該控制單元令該驅門單元帶動該門關閉,再令該動力馬達連動該鎖具閉鎖。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之門之自動啟閉裝置,其中,該自動啟閉裝置更具有一感知單元,其係與該控制單元電訊連接,該感知單元感知人員通過該門後,立即發出關閉訊號至控制單元,以令該門關閉及鎖具上鎖。
