請參考第1至4圖,係為本創作電動牙刷的振動結構之第一實施例之立體分解圖、立體組合圖、第2圖A-A線剖視圖及第2圖B-B線剖視圖,如圖所示,本創作所述電動牙刷的振動結構係包含一偏心桿1,該偏心桿1為一軸向延伸的類棒(柱、棍、桿)狀軸桿(心),並該偏心桿1之兩端分別形成有一傳動部11及一配重部12。該傳動部11與該配重部12可為一體成型,或該傳動部11與該配重部12可為兩獨立元件,透過包射、黏合、卡合、緊配、焊接及螺鎖其中任一方式固定結合。
其中,該傳動部11受到一驅動力而旋轉,該驅動力是由一驅動源所輸出,該驅動源之具體結構將在其他實施例詳述。
該配重部12具有一開口121向內凹設有一容置空間122,該容置空間122內設有一配重塊124用以增加該配重部12的局部重量,使該配重部12產生配重失衡偏離該偏心桿1的一中心軸線14。所述配重失衡為該配重塊124所增加的局部或全部重量導致該配重部12的重心偏離該偏心桿1的中心軸線14,藉此該配重部12被該傳動部11帶動旋轉時產生偏心振動。
該配重塊124在該容置空間122內沿軸向上選擇呈軸向延伸設置、等距間隔設置及不等距間隔設置其中任一,其中所述軸向延伸設置為該配重塊124在在該容置空間122增加全部重量,所述等距間隔設置、不等距間隔設置為該配重塊124在該容置空間122增加局部重量,致該配重部12產生配重失衡。
一蓋件15對應蓋合該開口121,該容置空間122對應該蓋件15呈一圓形截面(如第4圖所示)、一多邊形截面(如第5圖所示)及任意幾何形狀截面(如第6圖所示)其中任一。
在本實施例中係表示為該配重塊124對應該容置空間122呈一半圓形截面(如第4圖所示),且該配重塊124的直徑相當於該容置空間122的直徑,但並不侷限於此,在其他實施例中該配重塊124也可以表示為一多邊形截面(如第5圖所示)及任意幾何形狀截面(如第6圖所示)其中任一。此外,該配重塊124可為金屬或非金屬材質製成。
在本實施例中係表示為該配重塊124與該容置空間122為兩個獨立元件,透過包射、黏合、卡合、緊配、焊接及螺鎖其中任一方式固定,但並不侷限於此,在其他實施例中也可以表示為該配重塊124與該容置空間122一體成型。
再者,該偏心桿1及該蓋件14可為熱塑性材質製成,例如但不限於聚甲醛(Polyoxymethylene, POM),聚甲醛具有耐磨的功效。
藉由本創作此設計,由於該配重塊124相對該偏心桿1的中心軸線14偏心設置,令該配重部12藉由增加之局部或全部重量產生配重失衡致重心偏離該中心軸線14,使該偏心桿1受該驅動力旋轉時,該配重部12在圓周方向上的位置不斷發生變化而產生偏心振動的效果。且該偏心桿1的配重部12及該蓋件15對應蓋合,令該配重部12外表面減少缺角,藉此,當該配重部12偏心旋轉時可減少風阻及降低噪音。
請參閱第7至10圖,係為本創作電動牙刷的振動結構之第二實施例之立體分解圖、立體分解圖另一視角、立體組合圖及第9圖C-C線剖視圖,並輔以參閱第1至6圖,如圖所示,本實施例部分結構及功能係與上述第一實施例相同,故在此將不再贅述,惟本實施例與上述第一實施例之不同處係為,該配重部12對應該開口121設有兩穿孔127徑向貫穿該配重部12的外表面,該配重部12的外表面對應該等穿孔127凹設有兩受勾孔128,該蓋件15對應該開口121設有兩勾扣腳151,該等勾扣腳151末端分別具有一卡勾部152,該等勾扣腳151及該等卡勾部152略呈L狀。當需要透過該蓋件15將該配重塊124固定抵壓在該容置空間122時,可將該等勾扣腳151分別穿過該等穿孔127,並將該等卡勾部152分別卡勾在該等受勾孔128,令該蓋件15抵壓在該配重塊124上以固定該配重塊124。當有需要打開該蓋件15時,可將該等卡勾部152朝相反方向施力,令該等勾扣腳151可從該等穿孔127脫離,令該蓋件15脫離該配重部12。
請參閱第11至15圖,係為本創作電動牙刷的振動結構之第三實施例之立體分解圖、立體組合圖、第12圖D-D線剖視圖、靜止示意圖及振動示意圖,並輔以參閱第1至10圖,如圖所示,本實施例部分結構及功能係與上述第一、二實施例相同,故在此將不再贅述,惟本實施例與上述第一、二實施例之不同處係為,本創作電動牙刷的振動結構更包含一驅動源3及一振動桿4及一清潔套頭5及一主體部6。
該驅動源3係以一馬達做說明,該驅動源3對應接合該傳動部11遠離該配重部12的一端,以將該驅動力輸出至該偏心桿1。
該振動桿4具有一第一封閉端41及一第一開放端42,該第一封閉端41及該第一開放端42共同界定一第一空間43,該第一封閉端41朝該第一空間43方向凸伸一第一組合部44。
該配重部12遠離該傳動部11的一端部具有一第二組合部18,該偏心桿1從該第一開放端42置入該第一空間43,並該第一組合部44與該第二組合部18對應接合。
該清潔套頭5具有一第二封閉端51及一第二開放端52,該第二封閉端51及該第二開放端52共同界定一第二空間53,該第二封閉端51外設有一刷部54,該清潔套頭5透過該第二空間53套設在該振動桿4外。
該主體部6供使用者握持,並用以與該清潔套頭5對應接合,該驅動源3容設在該主體部6內。
藉此,當該驅動源3驅動旋轉時產生該驅動力,帶動該傳動部11令該偏心桿1旋轉,該配重部12產生偏心振動的效果。該配重部12產生的振動經由該第二組合部18傳遞到該振動桿4的第一組合部44,並進一步傳遞到該清潔套頭5,令該清潔套頭5對應產生振動。
