Abstract

Description

電子鎖及其鍵盤模組
本創作係相關於一種電子鎖,尤指一種具有改良之鍵盤結構的電子鎖。
電子鎖通常具有一鍵盤用以接收使用者輸入以進行解鎖操作或上鎖操作。一般而言,電子鎖的鍵盤可以是觸控式鍵盤或按鍵式鍵盤。觸控式鍵盤是用以接收使用者的觸控輸入,按鍵式鍵盤是用以接收使用者的按壓輸入。相較於觸控式鍵盤的平整外觀,按鍵式鍵盤具有多個凸起的按鍵以供使用者按壓。在先前技術中,按鍵式鍵盤因結構的限制無法具有觸控式鍵盤的平整外觀,進而限制了電子鎖的外觀設計。
本創作之目的在於提供一種電子鎖及其鍵盤模組,以解決先前技術的問題。
本創作電子鎖包含一殼體、一鍵盤模組及一鎖組。該鍵盤模組是設置於該殼體上。該鍵盤模組包含一按鍵面板、一電極墊、一電路板及一隔離件。該按鍵面板標記有複數個按鍵字元。該電極墊是設置於該按鍵面板的內側,該電極墊具有複數個按鍵電極分別對應於該複數個按鍵字元。該電路板具有複數個按鍵電路分別對應於該複數個按鍵電極,每一按鍵電路用以和一相對應按鍵電極接觸時產生一按鍵訊號。該隔離件是設置於該電極墊和該電路板之間,用以使每一按鍵電路和該相對應按鍵電極之間形成一間隙。該鎖組是電連接於該鍵盤模組,用以根據該鍵盤模組產生的按鍵訊號進行解鎖操作或上鎖操作。
本創作電子鎖的鍵盤模組包含一按鍵面板、一電極墊、一電路板及一隔離件。該按鍵面板標記有複數個按鍵字元。該電極墊是設置於該按鍵面板的內側,該電極墊具有複數個按鍵電極分別對應於該複數個按鍵字元。該電路板具有複數個按鍵電路分別對應於該複數個按鍵電極,每一按鍵電路用以和一相對應按鍵電極接觸時產生一按鍵訊號。該隔離件是設置於該電極墊和該電路板之間,用以使每一按鍵電路和該相對應按鍵電極之間形成一間隙。
相較於先前技術,本創作電子鎖的鍵盤模組提供一種改良的按壓式鍵盤結構。本創作電子鎖的鍵盤模組不需要設置有凸起的按鍵,因此本創作電子鎖的鍵盤模組可以具有觸控式鍵盤的平整外觀。再者,本創作電子鎖的鍵盤模組可以讓使用者以較小的力量及較短的行程進行按壓輸入。因此本創作電子鎖的鍵盤模組可以提供類似觸控式鍵盤的輸入感覺。本創作電子鎖大幅增加了按鍵式鍵盤應用於電子鎖時的設計彈性。
請同時參考第1圖至第3圖。第1圖是本創作電子鎖的示意圖,第2圖是本創作電子鎖的爆炸圖,第3圖是本創作電子鎖的電極墊的示意圖。如圖所示,本創作電子鎖100包含一殼體110、一鍵盤模組120及一鎖組130。殼體110包含一裝飾板112及一後蓋114。後蓋114可以是一防水墊片。鍵盤模組120是設置於殼體110上,例如固定於裝飾板112。鍵盤模組120包含一按鍵面板122、一電極墊124、一電路板126以及一隔離件128。按鍵面板122上標記有複數個按鍵字元。複數個按鍵字元可以是印刷的阿拉伯數字及圖形符號,但本創作不以此為限。電極墊124是設置於按鍵面板122的內側,且電極墊124面向電路板126的一面形成有複數個凸出結構125,每個凸出結構125上設置有一按鍵電極E。電極墊124上的複數個按鍵電極E是分別對應於按鍵面板122上的複數個按鍵字元。電路板126上設置有複數個按鍵電路C分別對應於電極墊124上的複數個按鍵電極E。當按鍵電路C用以和相對應的按鍵電極E接觸時,按鍵電路C會產生一按鍵訊號。隔離件128是設置於電極墊124和電路板126之間,用以隔開電極墊124和電路板126,以在按鍵面板122未被按壓時避免按鍵電極E接觸到按鍵電路C。隔離件128為硬質且不透光材質所製成。隔離件128上設置有穿孔H,用以讓電極墊124的凸出結構125穿過。鎖組130是電連接於鍵盤模組120的電路板126,用以根據鍵盤模組120產生的按鍵訊號進行解鎖操作或上鎖操作。舉例來說,鎖組130可包含一馬達及一離合機構(圖未示)。當鍵盤模組120產生的按鍵訊號對應或符合鎖組130中預先儲存的認證資料時,鎖組130可以進行解鎖操作(例如啟動馬達以驅動鎖組130的離合機構卡合於電子鎖100的鎖閂組合)。另一方面,當鍵盤模組120產生的按鍵訊號對應或符合一上鎖指令時,鎖組130可以進行上鎖操作(例如啟動馬達以驅動鎖組130的離合機構脫離於電子鎖100的鎖閂組合)。另外,鎖組130可包含一鎖心(圖未示),用以被一鑰匙驅動,以進一步帶動鎖閂組合移動。如此當本發明電子鎖100失去電力時,使用者仍可以利用鑰匙進行解鎖操作或鎖定操作。
請參考第4圖,並一併參考第1至3圖。第4圖是本創作電子鎖的局部剖面圖。如第4圖所示,隔離件128會隔開電極墊124和電路板126,進而使每一按鍵電路C和相對應按鍵電極E之間形成一間隙G。如此隔離件128可以在按鍵面板122未被按壓時避免按鍵電極E接觸到按鍵電路C。另一方面,電極墊124可以是由軟性材質(較按鍵面板122和隔離件128的材質軟)所製成,例如矽膠,但本創作不以此為限。當使用者按壓按鍵面板122時,電極墊124的變形量會大於按鍵面板122的變形量(亦大於隔離件128的變形量),進而讓凸出結構125朝向電路板126移動或延伸,使得按鍵電極E接觸到按鍵電路C以進一步產生按鍵訊號。
依據上述配置,雖然本創作電子鎖100的鍵盤模組120是按壓式鍵盤,但按鍵面板122的外側可以是一平面。換句話說,本創作電子鎖100的鍵盤模組120可以具有觸控式鍵盤的平整外觀(沒有凸起的按鍵)。再者,按鍵電路C和按鍵電極E之間的間隙G可以依據設計需求調整(例如改變凸出結構125的高度或隔離件128的厚度)。當按鍵電路C和按鍵電極E之間的間隙G較小時,使用者只需要較小的力量及較短的行程按壓按鍵面板122,即可以讓鍵盤模組120產生按鍵訊號。換句話說,本創作電子鎖100可以依據設計需求調整按鍵電路C和按鍵電極E之間的間隙G,讓使用者只需要輕輕地按壓按鍵面板122即可以讓鍵盤模組120產生按鍵訊號,以提供類似觸控式鍵盤的輸入感覺。因此,本創作電子鎖100的鍵盤模組120可以同時具有觸控式鍵盤的平整外觀及輸入感覺。
請參考第2圖及第4圖。本創作電子鎖100可另包含一固定框140。固定框140可連接於隔離件128(例如經由螺絲固定於隔離件128)。固定框140的外緣142可用以抵於電路板126,以使電路板126固定於隔離件128及固定框140之間,進而避免按鍵電路C和按鍵電極E之間的間隙G因電路板126移動或偏擺而改變。
另外,如第2圖所示,固定框140的外緣142可形成有至少一凹槽或缺口。在本創作實施例中,固定框140的外緣142形成有凹槽144及凹槽146。凹槽144是形成於固定框140的側邊,用以讓電路板126的線路W通過。凹槽146是形成於固定框140的底部。凹槽146可以做為導水槽,用以避免鍵盤模組120積水而造成電路板126或電子鎖100的電子元件損壞。
另一方面,電路板126上可設置有光源L,且電極墊124的材質可透光。當光源L發光時,電極墊124的凸出結構125可以將光源L發出的光導引至按鍵面板122上的按鍵字元(其餘未被凸出結構125導引的光會被隔離件128阻擋),進而讓按鍵面板122上的按鍵字元變得更明顯。再者,按鍵面板122的外側可形成有複數個凸點(圖未示) 分別對應於複數個按鍵字元。凸點讓使用者能藉由觸覺確認按鍵字元的位置。
相較於先前技術,本創作電子鎖的鍵盤模組提供一種改良的按壓式鍵盤結構。本創作電子鎖的鍵盤模組不需要設置有凸起的按鍵,因此本創作電子鎖的鍵盤模組可以具有觸控式鍵盤的平整外觀。再者,本創作電子鎖的鍵盤模組可以讓使用者以較小的力量及較短的行程進行按壓輸入。因此本創作電子鎖的鍵盤模組可以提供類似觸控式鍵盤的輸入感覺。本創作電子鎖大幅增加了按鍵式鍵盤應用於電子鎖時的設計彈性。

Claims (14)

  1. 一種電子鎖,包含:
    一殼體;
    一鍵盤模組,設置於該殼體上,該鍵盤模組包含:
    一按鍵面板,標記有複數個按鍵字元;
    一電極墊,設置於該按鍵面板的內側,該電極墊具有複數個按鍵電極分別對應於該複數個按鍵字元;
    一電路板,具有複數個按鍵電路分別對應於該複數個按鍵電極,每一按鍵電路用以和一相對應按鍵電極接觸時產生一按鍵訊號;以及
    一隔離件,設置於該電極墊和該電路板之間,用以使每一按鍵電路和該相對應按鍵電極之間形成一間隙;以及
    一鎖組,電連接於該鍵盤模組,用以根據該鍵盤模組產生的按鍵訊號進行解鎖操作或上鎖操作。
  2. 如請求項1所述之電子鎖,其中當該按鍵面板被按壓時,該電極墊的變形量大於該按鍵面板的變形量,且大於該隔離件的變形量。
  3. 如請求項1所述之電子鎖,其中該按鍵面板的外側是一平面。
  4. 如請求項1所述之電子鎖,另包含一固定框連接於該隔離件,以使該電路板固定於該隔離件及該固定框之間。
  5. 如請求項4所述之電子鎖,其中該固定框的外緣用以抵於該電路板,且該固定框的外緣形成有至少一凹槽或缺口。
  6. 如請求項1所述之電子鎖,其中該電極墊面向該電路板的一面形成有複數個凸出結構,該隔離件為硬質且不透光材質所製成,該隔離件設置有複數個穿孔,用以讓該電極墊的該複數個凸出結構穿過。
  7. 如請求項1至6中任一所述之電子鎖,其中該電路板設置有光源,且該電極墊為透光材質,用以導引該光源的光線至該按鍵面板。
  8. 一種電子鎖的鍵盤模組,包含:
    一按鍵面板,標記有複數個按鍵字元;
    一電極墊,設置於該按鍵面板的內側,該電極墊具有複數個按鍵電極分別對應於該複數個按鍵字元;
    一電路板,具有複數個按鍵電路分別對應於該複數個按鍵電極,每一按鍵電路用以和一相對應按鍵電極接觸時產生一按鍵訊號;以及
    一隔離件,設置於該電極墊和該電路板之間,用以使每一按鍵電路和該相對應按鍵電極之間形成一間隙。
  9. 如請求項8所述之鍵盤模組,其中當該按鍵面板被按壓時,該電極墊的變形量大於該按鍵面板的變形量,且大於該隔離件的變形量。
  10. 如請求項8所述之鍵盤模組,其中該按鍵面板的外側是一平面。
  11. 如請求項8所述之鍵盤模組,另包含一固定框連接於該隔離件,以使該電路板固定於該隔離件及該固定框之間。
  12. 如請求項11所述之鍵盤模組,其中該固定框的外緣用以抵於該電路板,且該固定框的外緣形成有至少一凹槽或缺口。
  13. 如請求項8所述之鍵盤模組,其中該電極墊面向該電路板的一面形成有複數個凸出結構,該隔離件為硬質且不透光材質所製成,該隔離件設置有複數個穿孔,用以讓該電極墊的該複數個凸出結構穿過。
  14. 如請求項8至13中任一所述之鍵盤模組,其中該電路板設置有光源,且該電極墊為透光材質,用以導引該光源的光線至該按鍵面板。
