技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电子锁,尤其涉及一种具有改良的键盘结构的电子锁。
背景技术
电子锁通常具有一键盘用以接收使用者输入以进行解锁操作或上锁操作。一般而言,电子锁的键盘可以是触控式键盘或按键式键盘。触控式键盘是用以接收使用者的触控输入,按键式键盘是用以接收使用者的按压输入。相较于触控式键盘的平整外观,按键式键盘具有多个凸起的按键以供使用者按压。在现有技术中,按键式键盘因结构的限制无法具有触控式键盘的平整外观,进而限制了电子锁的外观设计。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电子锁及其键盘模块,以解决现有技术的问题。
为达上述目的,本实用新型提供一种电子锁,其包含:
一壳体;
一键盘模块,设置于该壳体上,该键盘模块包含:
一按键面板,标记有多个按键字元;
一电极垫,设置于该按键面板的内侧,该电极垫具有多个按键电极分别对应于该多个按键字元;
一电路板,具有多个按键电路分别对应于该多个按键电极,每一按键电路用以和一相对应按键电极接触时产生一按键信号;及
一隔离件,设置于该电极垫和该电路板之间,用以使每一按键电路和该相对应按键电极之间形成一间隙;以及
一锁组,电连接于该键盘模块,用以根据该键盘模块产生的按键信号进行解锁操作或上锁操作。
上述的电子锁,其中当该按键面板被按压时,该电极垫的变形量大于该按键面板的变形量,且大于该隔离件的变形量。
上述的电子锁,其中该按键面板的外侧是一平面。

请同时参考图1至图3。图1是本实用新型电子锁的示意图,图2是本实用新型电子锁的爆炸图,图3是本实用新型电子锁的电极垫的示意图。如图所示,本实用新型电子锁100包含一壳体110、一键盘模块120及一锁组130。壳体110包含一装饰板112及一后盖114。后盖114可以是一防水垫片。键盘模块120是设置于壳体110上,例如固定于装饰板112。键盘模块120包含一按键面板122、一电极垫124、一电路板126以及一隔离件128。按键面板122上标记有多个按键字元。多个按键字元可以是印刷的阿拉伯数字及图形符号,但本实用新型不以此为限。电极垫124是设置于按键面板122的内侧,且电极垫124面向电路板126的一面形成有多个凸出结构125,每个凸出结构125上设置有一按键电极E。电极垫124上的多个按键电极E是分别对应于按键面板122上的多个按键字元。电路板126上设置有多个按键电路C分别对应于电极垫124上的多个按键电极E。当按键电路C用以和相对应的按键电极E接触时,按键电路C会产生一按键信号。隔离件128是设置于电极垫124和电路板126之间,用以隔开电极垫124和电路板126,以在按键面板122未被按压时避免按键电极E接触到按键电路C。隔离件128为硬质且不透光材质所制成。隔离件128上设置有穿孔H,用以让电极垫124的凸出结构125穿过。锁组130是电连接于键盘模块120的电路板126,用以根据键盘模块120产生的按键信号进行解锁操作或上锁操作。举例来说,锁组130可包含一马达及一离合机构(图未示)。当键盘模块120产生的按键信号对应或符合锁组130中预先储存的认证资料时,锁组130可以进行解锁操作(例如启动马达以驱动锁组130的离合机构卡合于电子锁100的锁闩组合)。另一方面,当键盘模块120产生的按键信号对应或符合一上锁指令时,锁组130可以进行上锁操作(例如启动马达以驱动锁组130的离合机构脱离于电子锁100的锁闩组合)。另外,锁组130可包含一锁心(图未示),用以被一钥匙驱动,以进一步带动锁闩组合移动。如此当本发明电子锁100失去电力时,使用者仍可以利用钥匙进行解锁操作或锁定操作。

请参考图2及图4。本实用新型电子锁100可另包含一固定框140。固定框140可连接于隔离件128(例如经由螺丝固定于隔离件128)。固定框140的外缘142可用以抵于电路板126,以使电路板126固定于隔离件128及固定框140之间,进而避免按键电路C和按键电极E之间的间隙G因电路板126移动或偏摆而改变。
另外,如图2所示,固定框140的外缘142可形成有至少一凹槽或缺口。在本实用新型实施例中,固定框140的外缘142形成有凹槽144及凹槽146。凹槽144是形成于固定框140的侧边,用以让电路板126的线路W通过。凹槽146是形成于固定框140的底部。凹槽146可以做为导水槽,用以避免键盘模块120积水而造成电路板126或电子锁100的电子元件损坏。
另一方面,电路板126上可设置有光源L,且电极垫124的材质可透光。当光源L发光时,电极垫124的凸出结构125可以将光源L发出的光导引至按键面板122上的按键字元(其余未被凸出结构125导引的光会被隔离件128阻挡),进而让按键面板122上的按键字元变得更明显。再者,按键面板122的外侧可形成有多个凸点(图未示)分别对应于多个按键字元。凸点让使用者能藉由触觉确认按键字元的位置。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型电子锁的键盘模块提供一种改良的按压式键盘结构。本实用新型电子锁的键盘模块不需要设置有凸起的按键,因此本实用新型电子锁的键盘模块可以具有触控式键盘的平整外观。再者,本实用新型电子锁的键盘模块可以让使用者以较小的力量及较短的行程进行按压输入。因此本实用新型电子锁的键盘模块可以提供类似触控式键盘的输入感觉。本实用新型电子锁大幅增加了按键式键盘应用于电子锁时的设计弹性。
当然,本实用新型还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型所附的权利要求的保护范围。

一壳体;
一键盘模块,设置于该壳体上,该键盘模块包含:
一按键面板,标记有多个按键字元;
一电极垫,设置于该按键面板的内侧,该电极垫具有多个按键电极分别对应于该多个按键字元;
一电路板,具有多个按键电路分别对应于该多个按键电极,每一按键电路用以和一相对应按键电极接触时产生一按键信号;及
一隔离件,设置于该电极垫和该电路板之间,用以使每一按键电路和该相对应按键电极之间形成一间隙;以及
一锁组,电连接于该键盘模块,用以根据该键盘模块产生的按键信号进行解锁操作或上锁操作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子锁,其特征在于,当该按键面板被按压时,该电极垫的变形量大于该按键面板的变形量,且大于该隔离件的变形量。

6.根据权利要求1所述的电子锁,其特征在于,该电极垫面向该电路板的一面形成有多个凸出结构,该隔离件为硬质且不透光材质所制成,该隔离件设置有多个穿孔,用以让该电极垫的该多个凸出结构穿过。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的电子锁,其特征在于,该电路板设置有光源,且该电极垫为透光材质,用以导引该光源的光线至该按键面板。
8.一种电子锁的键盘模块,其特征在于,包含:
一按键面板,标记有多个按键字元;
一电极垫,设置于该按键面板的内侧,该电极垫具有多个按键电极分别对应于该多个按键字元;
一电路板,具有多个按键电路分别对应于该多个按键电极,每一按键电路用以和一相对应按键电极接触时产生一按键信号;以及
一隔离件,设置于该电极垫和该电路板之间,用以使每一按键电路和该相对应按键电极之间形成一间隙。
9.根据权利要求8所述的键盘模块,其特征在于,当该按键面板被按压时,该电极垫的变形量大于该按键面板的变形量,且大于该隔离件的变形量。
10.根据权利要求8所述的键盘模块,其特征在于,该按键面板的外侧是一平面。
11.根据权利要求8所述的键盘模块,其特征在于,另包含一固定框连接于该隔离件,以使该电路板固定于该隔离件及该固定框之间。
12.根据权利要求11所述的键盘模块,其特征在于,该固定框的外缘用以抵于该电路板,且该固定框的外缘形成有至少一凹槽或缺口。
13.根据权利要求8所述的键盘模块,其特征在于,该电极垫面向该电路板的一面形成有多个凸出结构,该隔离件为硬质且不透光材质所制成,该隔离件设置有多个穿孔,用以让该电极垫的该多个凸出结构穿过。
14.根据权利要求8至13中任一项所述的键盘模块,其特征在于,该电路板设置有光源,且该电极垫为透光材质,用以导引该光源的光线至该按键面板。
