Abstract
本創作係一種組合件之扣合結構,包含:一圓套筒及一套接件;該圓套筒一端凹設一套合槽,該套合槽槽底設置一第一磁吸件,且該套合槽槽壁設有一凸柱;該套接件一端外周面凹設至少一導槽,該導槽設成一端為一具有一開口之開放軸向槽,另一端為一具有一止擋端之封閉軸向槽,兩軸向槽之間具有一橫向槽連通;而該套接件另一端設成一樞接端,該樞接端中央設有一槽道通向該套接件相對端之內部供設置一對應該第一磁吸件且呈磁極相斥之第二磁吸件,該套接件套接於該套合槽內,使該凸柱進入該導槽,並藉由該第一磁吸件與該第二磁吸件磁極相斥,使該凸柱卡止於該止擋端;藉由上述結構,達到方便拆組、不誤脫離之功效。
Description
本創作係關於一種組合件之扣合結構,尤指一種藉磁極相斥使其牢固扣合卡定者。
查,習知的扣件之構造,如第1至4圖所示,其包含:一第一扣接件10及一第二扣接件20;該第一扣接件10一端設成一具有連接孔12之連接端11,其另一端凸設複數環狀排列之卡柱13及中央端面凹設一第一凹槽14,該第一凹槽14裝設有一磁鐵15並由一螺栓16鎖固;該第二扣接件20一端凹設複數對應該些卡柱13且環狀排列之卡槽21及中央端面凹設一對應該第一凹槽14之第二凹槽22,該第二凹槽22裝設有一磁鐵23並由一螺栓24鎖固,其另一端設成一具有樞接孔26之樞接端25;藉兩相吸之磁鐵15、23使各該第一扣接件10之卡柱13及第二扣接件20之卡槽21對準後扣合一起;藉由上述之組裝,可快速接合兩分離之物件;但舉一使用說明例來說,如第2至4圖所示,若該第一扣接件10之連接端11配合一第一螺栓1樞組一吊環2,而該第二扣接件20之樞接端25配合一第二螺栓3樞組一重物4(例如:一裝設有運動攝影機之盒體),且該吊環2可穿設一繩子5可供使用者吊掛脖子行走或運動,如此一來,該重物4之重量會增加兩磁鐵15、23相互磁吸(異極相吸)之負擔,加上如果運動行進間之上、下作動時,即有可能使該第一扣接
件10及第二扣接件20誤脫離(如第5圖所示),並造成該重物4掉落損傷之問題。
本創作主要目的係在於解決上述問題,而提供一種組合件之扣合結構,主要技術、目的為:該圓套筒內設有一第一磁吸件及凸柱,該套接件設有一第二磁吸件及導槽,使該圓套筒及套接件相互套合,且使該凸柱進入該導槽之中,並利用磁極相斥使該凸柱卡定於該導槽,達到該組合件方便拆組、不誤脫離之目的。
根據本創作上述之目的,提供一種組合件之扣合結構,包含:一圓套筒及一套接件;該圓套筒一端設成一連接端,其另一端之端面凹設一套合槽,該套合槽槽底設置一第一磁吸件,且該套合槽槽壁設有一凸柱;該套接件設成圓柱狀,其一端內部設置一對應該第一磁吸件且呈磁極相斥之第二磁吸件,且其外周面邊緣凹設至少一導槽,該導槽設成一端為一開放軸向槽,其於該套接件邊緣具有一開口,另一端為一封閉軸向槽,其於該封閉軸向槽末端具有一止擋端,該開放軸向槽與封閉軸向槽之間具有一橫向槽連通;而該套接件另一端設成一樞接端,該套接件套接於該套合槽,使該凸柱由該開放軸向槽之開口進入該導槽,並通過該橫向槽藉由該第一磁吸件與該第二磁吸件磁極相斥,使該凸柱卡止於該止擋端。
在本創作一實施例中,其中,該套合槽槽底再凹設一第一容置槽容置該第一磁吸件。
在本創作一實施例中,其中,該樞接端中央設有一槽道通向該套接件相對端之內部,該槽道槽底設置該第二磁吸件。
在本創作一實施例中,其中,該導槽呈"7"字形狀。
在本創作一實施例中,其中,該第一磁吸件與第二磁吸件可為強力磁鐵或一般磁鐵。

本創作之組成、作用,細節說明如下:請參閱第5至13圖,該套接件30、圓套筒40可採用硬質塑料或金屬材質(例如:鋁合金)製成,藉以較堅硬之材質而適於頻繁拆裝之磨耗,又具有彈性變形之能力;又,該第一磁吸件35與第二磁吸件49可為強力磁鐵或一般磁鐵,並將其方向設置成同極相斥;該套接件40組入該圓套筒30時,該套接件40得以該開口38之一端軸向組入該圓套筒30之套合槽33內,並令該導槽42之開口431對準該凸柱36(如第8圖所示),並施力大於該第一磁吸件35與第二磁吸件49相斥力而
壓合該圓套筒30、套接件40,使該凸柱36由該開口431進入該開放軸向槽43內,當施力壓合至極限時,該凸柱36處於該橫向槽45之一端(如第9圖所示),此時,該套接件40相對該圓套筒30順時針轉動,該凸柱36沿該橫向槽45移動至另一端後將無法繼續轉動,亦即該凸柱36已進入該封閉軸向槽44(如第10圖所示),此時停止施力於該圓套筒30、套接件40,利用該第一磁吸件35、第二磁吸件49磁性之相斥力相對推離該圓套筒30、套接件40,如此一來,該凸柱36沿該封閉軸向槽44移動至抵頂於該止擋端441(如第11圖所示),藉由該第一磁吸件35與第二磁吸件49恆保持相斥力,達到牢固結合不誤脫離之功效。舉一使用例說明之,如第12至13圖所示,若該圓套筒30之連接端31配合一第一螺栓1樞組一吊環2,而該套接件40之樞接端46配合一第二螺栓3樞組一重物4(例如:一裝設有運動攝影機之盒體),且該吊環2可穿設一繩子5可供使用者吊掛脖子行走或運動,如此一來,即使該重物4具有相當之重量,使用者激烈的動作仍能使該凸柱36穩定抵頂於該封閉軸向槽44之止擋端441(該重物4之重量方向迫使該凸柱36更抵緊該止擋端441),並確保不誤脫離以致該重物4掉落損傷。反之,如欲將該套接件40從該圓套筒30拆離時,需施力大於該第一磁吸件35與第二磁吸件49相斥力而壓合該圓套筒30、套接件40,當施力壓合至極限時,該凸柱36處於該橫向槽45之一端,此時,該套接件40相對該圓套筒30逆時針轉動,該凸柱36沿該橫向槽45移動至另一端將後無法繼續轉動,亦即該凸柱36已進入該開放軸向槽43,此時停止施力於該圓套筒30、套接件40,利用該第一磁吸件35、第二磁吸件49磁性之相斥力相對推離該圓套筒30、套接件40,如此一來,該凸柱36沿該開放軸向槽43移動並從該開口431脫出使兩者拆離,達到方便拆組、牢固
結合及不誤脫離之功效。

- 一種組合件之扣合結構,包含:一圓套筒及一套接件;該圓套筒一端設成一連接端,其另一端之端面凹設一套合槽,該套合槽槽底設置一第一磁吸件,且該套合槽槽壁設有一凸柱;該套接件設成圓柱狀,其一端內部設置一對應該第一磁吸件且呈磁極相斥之第二磁吸件,且其外周面邊緣凹設至少一導槽,該導槽設成一端為一開放軸向槽,其於該套接件邊緣具有一開口,另一端為一封閉軸向槽,其於該封閉軸向槽末端具有一止擋端,該開放軸向槽與封閉軸向槽之間具有一橫向槽連通;而該套接件另一端設成一樞接端,該套接件套接於該套合槽,使該凸柱由該開放軸向槽之開口進入該導槽,並通過該橫向槽藉由該第一磁吸件與該第二磁吸件磁極相斥,使該凸柱卡止於該止擋端。
- 如請求項1所述之組合件之扣合結構,其中,該套合槽槽底再凹設一第一容置槽容置該第一磁吸件。
- 如請求項1所述之組合件之扣合結構,其中,該樞接端中央設有一槽道通向該套接件相對端之內部,該槽道槽底設置該第二磁吸件。
- 如請求項1所述之組合件之扣合結構,其中,該導槽呈"7"字形狀。
- 如請求項1所述之組合件之扣合結構,其中,該第一磁吸件與第二磁吸件可為強力磁鐵或一般磁鐵。
