Abstract

一種預拉薄膜後與彈性布貼合的彈性不織布,包括一彈性薄膜及二彈性布。彈性薄膜的拉伸幅度為0~300%。各彈性布具有150~300%的延伸率。該二彈性布在維持其自然寬度的條件下分別貼合在被預先拉伸至拉伸寬度的彈性薄膜的上表面及下表面。藉此,本創作預先拉伸彈性薄膜以後,才將該二彈性布貼合於彈性薄膜,所以彈性不織布能夠具有高延伸度和高抗拉強度,表面不會產生嚴重皺褶,也不易被扯破。由於彈性不織布的延伸度大幅提升,故使用者能夠使用更小的裁片寬度,每個筒狀母卷可分裁成更多筒狀小卷,提高生產效率。

Description

預拉薄膜後與彈性布貼合的彈性不織布
本創作是有關一種彈性不織布,尤其是一種預拉薄膜後與彈性布貼合的彈性不織布。
一般的衛生用品在考量到衛生及使用安全時,通常會採用一次性或可棄式的使用方式,避免遭受病菌或有害物質的污染,比如口罩、免洗衣褲、嬰幼兒尿布或成人尿布。這類產品因為會與皮膚接觸一段時間,所以對透氣性的要求較為嚴格,防止因悶熱或悶濕所導致的不適感或皮膚過敏、發癢,甚至出疹。
由於來自塑化材料的不織布具有容易製造、加工、抗化性佳、耐用及成本低廉的優點,已被廣泛應用於許多衛生用品。但是,不織布的延伸性較差,對於需要穿戴的應用,比如尿布,會造成使用上的不便。因此,業者已開發出能改善延伸性的不織布,可稱作彈性不織布。
在習用技術中,一般的彈性不織布在製作的過程中,通常是預先拉伸一片彈性薄膜,然後將二片沒有彈性的普通不織布分別作為上層及下層,以三明治的方式,將被拉伸的彈性薄膜貼合在該二沒有彈性的普通不織布之間。
然而,沒有彈性的普通不織布幾乎沒有延伸性,稍微被拉伸一下就到極限,而且彈性不織布的緯向拉伸極限等同於沒有彈性的普通不織布的緯向拉伸極限,導致習知的彈性不織布具有以下數種問題:其一,延伸度不高;其二,抗拉強度不足,容易扯破;其三,表面皺褶嚴重;以及其四,裁片寬度大,筒狀母卷的彈性不織布無法分裁成更多筒狀小卷的彈性不織布,生產效率低。
本創作的主要目的在於提供一種預拉薄膜後與彈性布貼合的彈性不織布,具有高延伸度和高抗拉強度,使得彈性不織布的表面不會產生嚴重皺褶,也不易被扯破。
本創作的另一目的在於提供一種預拉薄膜後與彈性布貼合的彈性不織布,能夠使用更小的裁片寬度,每一個筒狀母卷的彈性不織布可分裁成更多筒狀小卷的彈性不織布,提高生產效率。
為了達成前述的目的,本創作將提供一種預拉薄膜後與彈性布貼合的彈性不織布,包括一彈性薄膜以及二彈性布。彈性薄膜在等於100%延伸的條件下的寬度界定為一自然寬度,彈性薄膜在大於100%延伸的條件下的寬度界定為一拉伸寬度,彈性薄膜從自然寬度被拉伸至拉伸寬度的拉伸幅度為0~300%。各彈性布具有150~300%的延伸率,各彈性布在等於100%延伸的條件下的寬度界定為一自然寬度,各彈性布的自然寬度等於彈性薄膜的拉伸寬度,該二彈性布在維持其自然寬度的條件下分別貼合在被預先拉伸至拉伸寬度的彈性薄膜的一上表面及一下表面。
較佳地,彈性薄膜的拉伸幅度為200%,各彈性布具有200%的延伸率。
較佳地,該二彈性布在維持其自然寬度的條件下分別藉由超音波、熱壓或黏膠貼合在被預先拉伸至拉伸寬度的彈性薄膜的上表面及下表面。
較佳地,彈性薄膜包含苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(Styrene-Butadiene Block Copolymer,SBS)、氫化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(Styrene-Ethylene-Butylene-Styrene Block Copolymer,SEBS)或熱塑性聚烯系彈性體(Thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer,TPO)的聚苯乙烯系共聚物材料,或是包含熱塑性聚苯乙烯系彈性體(Thermoplastic polystyrene elastomer,TPS)。
較佳地,各彈性布包含聚丙烯纖維(Polypropylene fiber)或聚乙烯纖維(Polyethylene fiber)。
本創作的功效在於,本創作預先拉伸彈性薄膜以後,才將該二彈性布貼合於彈性薄膜的上表面及下表面,所以彈性不織布能夠具有高延伸度和高抗拉強度,使得彈性不織布的表面不會產生嚴重皺褶,也不易被扯破。
再者,由於彈性不織布的延伸度大幅提升,故使用者能夠使用更小的裁片寬度。是以,廠房內每一個筒狀母卷的彈性不織布可分裁成更多筒狀小卷的彈性不織布,提高生產效率。
以下配合圖式及元件符號對本創作的實施方式做更詳細的說明,俾使熟習該項技藝者在研讀本說明書後能據以實施。
請參閱圖1及圖2,分別為本創作的流程示意圖及等於100%延伸的剖面圖。如圖1及圖2所示,本創作提供一種預拉薄膜後與彈性布貼合的彈性不織布1,包括一彈性薄膜10以及二彈性布20、30。
彈性薄膜10在等於100%延伸的條件下的寬度界定為一自然寬度W1,彈性薄膜10在大於100%延伸的條件下的寬度界定為一拉伸寬度W2。所述「等於100%延伸的條件」是指彈性薄膜10未拉伸前的狀態,所述「大於100%延伸的條件」是指彈性薄膜10被拉伸後的狀態。彈性薄膜10從自然寬度W1被拉伸至拉伸寬度W2的拉伸幅度為0~300%。
各彈性布20、30具有150~300%的延伸率。各彈性布20、30在等於100%延伸的條件下的寬度界定為一自然寬度W3,各彈性布20、30在大於100%延伸的條件下的寬度界定為一拉伸寬度。各彈性布20、30的自然寬度W3等於彈性薄膜10的拉伸寬度W2。該二彈性布20、30在維持其自然寬度W3的條件下分別貼合在被預先拉伸至拉伸寬度W2的彈性薄膜10的一上表面11及一下表面12。
在較佳實施例中,該二彈性布20、30在維持其自然寬度W3的條件下分別藉由超音波、熱壓或黏膠貼合在被預先拉伸至拉伸寬度W2的彈性薄膜10的上表面11及下表面12。
此外,彈性薄膜10包含苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(Styrene-Butadiene Block Copolymer,SBS)、氫化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段(Styrene-Ethylene-Butylene-Styrene Block Copolymer,SEBS)或熱塑性聚烯系彈性體(Thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer,TPO)的聚苯乙烯系共聚物材料,或是包含熱塑性聚苯乙烯系彈性體(Thermoplastic polystyrene elastomer,TPS)。
眾所周知的是,上述的熱塑性聚苯乙烯系彈性體(TPS),又稱為苯乙烯系嵌段共聚物(Styreneic Block Copolymers),或簡稱SBCs,是目前世界產量最大,且與橡膠性能最為相似的一種熱塑性彈性體。目前,熱塑性聚苯乙烯系彈性體系列品種中主要有四種類型,亦即:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)以及苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯型嵌段共聚物(SEPS),而SEBS和SEPS分別是SBS和SIS的加氫共聚物。
進一步地,熱塑性聚烯系彈性體(TPO)的硬質段為聚丙烯(PP)或聚乙烯(PE)等的聚烯類材料,且其中的軟質為三元乙丙膠(EPDM)等橡膠,一般是利用茂金屬(metallocene)當作觸媒而聚合形成,其中硬質段部分與軟質段部分是直接以共價鏈結合而成,另外也被稱作M-POE。
又,各彈性布20、30包含聚丙烯纖維(Polypropylene fiber)或聚乙烯纖維(Polyethylene fiber)。
進一步地說,在步驟S1中,彈性薄膜10先餵入一拉伸機台(圖未示)中並且兩旁被拉伸機台的複數夾具夾住。彈性薄膜10沿著一第一方向2移動,該等夾具逐漸朝外橫向地拉伸彈性薄膜10,使得彈性薄膜10的寬度逐漸從自然寬度被拉伸至拉伸寬度W2。彈性薄膜10在沿著第一方向2移動的過程中,經過一陶瓷加熱板3,陶瓷加熱板3對彈性薄膜10加熱,以控制彈性薄膜10的溫度並提升彈性薄膜10的延展穩定性。
在步驟S2中,彈性薄膜10沿著第一方向2移動至一貼合站4。選用自然寬度W3等於彈性薄膜10的拉伸寬度W2的二彈性布20、30。該二彈性布20、30在維持其自然寬度W3的條件下分別貼合在被預先拉伸至拉伸寬度W2的彈性薄膜10的上表面11及下表面12,以獲得一彈性不織布1。
在步驟S3中,彈性不織布1繼續往第一方向2移動而離開貼合站4。此時,彈性薄膜10藉由其回復力自然而然地從拉伸寬度W2逐漸收縮回自然寬度W1;同時該二彈性布20、30受到彈性薄膜10收縮的影響,從其自然寬度W3向內收縮至一收縮寬度W4(即,小於100%延伸的條件下的寬度);又因為該二彈性布20、30與彈性薄膜10具有複數個結合點P,所以該二彈性布20、30內縮成波浪狀。是以,如圖2所示,彈性不織布1在等於100%延伸的條件下的自然寬度W5(即,未拉伸前的延伸狀態的寬度)的時候,彈性薄膜10呈水平狀,該二彈性布20、30呈波浪狀。換句話說,彈性不織布1在等於100%延伸的條件下的自然寬度W5,相當於彈性薄膜10在等於100%延伸的條件下的自然寬度W1,也相當於該二彈性布20、30的收縮寬度W4。
在步驟S4中,彈性不織布1捲成筒狀。
如圖3所示,當彈性不織布1被拉伸至該二彈性布20、30攤平時,彈性薄膜10從自然寬度W1被拉伸至拉伸寬度W2,該二彈性布20、30則回復成自然寬度W3。
如圖4所示,當彈性不織布1被拉伸至最大極限寬度W6時,彈性薄膜10藉由其彈性進一步地被拉伸超過其拉伸寬度W2,但未至其最大極限寬度,該二彈性布20、30則被拉伸至最大極限寬度W6。換句話說,彈性不織布1的緯向拉伸極限等同於該二彈性布20、30的緯向拉伸極限,但小於彈性薄膜10的緯向拉伸極限。
在較佳實施例中,彈性薄膜10的拉伸幅度為200%,各彈性布20、30具有200%的延伸率。當彈性不織布1在自然寬度W5時,彈性薄膜10與該二彈性布20、30同時提供被拉伸四倍的潛力,因而賦予彈性不織布1具有被拉伸四倍的潛力。彈性不織布1被拉伸四倍以後,即達到其最大極限寬度W6,此時彈性薄膜10可提供四倍彈性收縮力。因此,彈性不織布1可再收縮回復至自然寬度W5。
舉例來說,彈性薄膜10的自然寬度W1為80公分。當彈性薄膜10移動至貼合站4時,彈性薄膜10的拉伸寬度W2為160公分。此時,使用者須選用自然寬度W3為160公分的二彈性布20、30貼合在被預先拉伸至拉伸寬度W2為160公分的彈性薄膜10的上表面11及下表面12。彈性不織布1脫離貼合站4以後,收縮成自然寬度W5。彈性不織布1的自然寬度W5視其所使用的彈性薄膜10的變形率而定,但差不多在80公分上下。
重要的是,彈性薄膜10與該二彈性布20、30賦予彈性不織布1具有被拉伸四倍的潛力,所以彈性不織布1可被拉伸至最大極限寬度W6為320公分。同時,彈性薄膜10可提供四倍彈性收縮力,所以彈性不織布1可再收縮回復至自然寬度W5為差不多在80公分上下。
綜上所述,本創作預先拉伸彈性薄膜10以後,才將該二彈性布20、30貼合於彈性薄膜10的上表面11及下表面12,所以彈性不織布1能夠具有高延伸度和高抗拉強度,使得彈性不織布1的表面不會產生嚴重皺褶,也不易被扯破。
再者,由於彈性不織布1的延伸度大幅提升,故使用者能夠使用更小的裁片寬度。是以,廠房內每一個筒狀母卷的彈性不織布1可分裁成更多筒狀小卷的彈性不織布1,提高生產效率。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種預拉薄膜後與彈性布貼合的彈性不織布,包括:
    一彈性薄膜,該彈性薄膜在等於100%延伸的條件下的寬度界定為一自然寬度,該彈性薄膜在大於100%延伸的條件下的寬度界定為一拉伸寬度,該彈性薄膜從該自然寬度被拉伸至該拉伸寬度的拉伸幅度為0~300%;以及
    二彈性布,各該彈性布具有150~300%的延伸率,各該彈性布在等於100%延伸的條件下的寬度界定為一自然寬度,各該彈性布的該自然寬度等於該彈性薄膜的該拉伸寬度,該二彈性布在維持其自然寬度的條件下分別貼合在被預先拉伸至該拉伸寬度的該彈性薄膜的一上表面及一下表面。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的預拉薄膜後與彈性布貼合的彈性不織布,其中,該彈性薄膜的拉伸幅度為200%,各該彈性布具有200%的延伸率。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的預拉薄膜後與彈性布貼合的彈性不織布,其中,該二彈性布在維持其自然寬度的條件下分別藉由超音波、熱壓或黏膠貼合在被預先拉伸至該拉伸寬度的該彈性薄膜的該上表面及該下表面。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的預拉薄膜後與彈性布貼合的彈性不織布,其中,該彈性薄膜包含苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(Styrene-Butadiene Block Copolymer,SBS)、氫化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(Styrene-Ethylene-Butylene-Styrene Block Copolymer,SEBS)或熱塑性聚烯系彈性體(Thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer,TPO)的聚苯乙烯系共聚物材料,或是包含熱塑性聚苯乙烯系彈性體(Thermoplastic polystyrene elastomer,TPS)。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的預拉薄膜後與彈性布貼合的彈性不織布,其中,各該彈性布包含聚丙烯纖維(Polypropylene fiber)或聚乙烯纖維(Polyethylene fiber)。
