Abstract
本創作揭示了一種電連接器端子,其主要包括一用以插入電路板設有之通孔內之安裝腳,該安裝腳四周側向彈性抵壓於所述通孔之內壁面。所述安裝腳由一金屬板捲曲而形成,金屬板之兩對接邊緣留有細縫使得安裝腳呈C字型。所述安裝腳於其表面設置被打薄但未貫穿之薄型區,該薄型區至少與所述通孔之內壁面相對。所述薄型區呈魚眼狀,成對設置並對稱分佈於所述安裝部細縫之兩側,藉此,既保證了端子之強度,使其不易產生彎曲變形,又能使端子產生所需之徑向固持力。
Description
本創作涉及一種電連接器端子,尤其涉及一種具有薄型區之電連接器端子。
隨著電子設備中資料傳輸與通信系統之不斷進步,插設於電連接器之端子之密度越來越高,這就要求電連接器端子於保持固持力之同時減小其體積。先前之電連接器端子普遍採用之一種結構則是利用C型或M型結構端子之徑向變形產生固持力,此結構為了保證固持力必須減小端子之厚度以增加端子之徑向變形,但為了避免端子發生塑性變形必須增加端子之厚度,往往會顧此失彼。
是以,有必要設計一種新之電連接器端子,俾克服上述問題。
本創作的主要目的提供一種電連接器端子,其具有較好之固持效果且所占空間小。
為實現上述目的,本創作可以採用以下技術方案:一種電連接器端子,包括一用以插入電路板設有之通孔之安裝腳,所述安裝腳向四周側向彈性抵壓於所述通孔之內壁面。
為實現上述目的,本創作還可以採用以下技術方案:一種電連接器端子,其包括一安裝腳,所述安裝腳具有一金屬板捲曲形成的C字型結構,所述安裝腳在其表面設有上下延伸被打薄但未貫穿的薄型區。
與先前技術相比,本創作至少具有以下有益效果:通過金屬板直接捲曲形成所述電連接器端子,製程簡單,可減小所述電連接器端子所占空間,從而利於所述電連接器小型化發展。進一步,安裝腳上之薄型區加強了端子之彈性變形,故,金屬板以及薄型區之厚度可根據實際使用情況進行調整,以達到既增強端子之剛性,使其不易產生彎曲變形,又能使端子產生所需之徑向固持力。
以下,將結合第一圖至第六圖介紹本創作電連接器端子之具體實施方式。本創作電連接器端子10包括用以插入一電路板2設有之通孔21之安裝腳1,所述安裝腳1向四周側向彈性抵壓於所述通孔21之內壁面。所述安裝腳上端11可與其它電氣元件(未圖示)對接。
請參閱第四圖至第六圖,所述安裝腳1由金屬板101直接捲曲形成,其留有細縫使得安裝腳1呈C字型。所述金屬板101具有若干上下延伸呈魚眼狀被打薄但未貫穿之薄型區12,所述薄型區12位於所述電連接器端子10之外表面。所述薄型區12成對設置並對稱分佈於所述安裝腳1,藉此可使得所述安裝腳1受力均勻分佈,於與對接連接器連接過程中,不易搖晃,提升了所述電連接器端子10之穩定性。
請重點參閱第四圖和第五圖,所述安裝腳1從頭至尾為平滑曲面,外表面呈規則圓柱狀,自由末端13呈漸縮式錐狀結構以於該端子10插入電路板2時產生導引作用。所述安裝腳1直徑大於電路板通孔21直徑,當所述電連接器端子10插入到電路板通孔21中時,所述安裝腳1與通孔21內壁相接觸並受其擠壓而產生徑向彈性變形,從而使端子10穩固地固持于通孔21內。於電連接器端子10插入電路板通孔21時,薄型區12與外表面共同承受插入力,薄型區12間形成肋條以保證端子10之剛性,使其不易產生彎曲變形,薄型區12所在之打薄區域則可增加端子10之彈性,增加端子10之固持力。
所述安裝腳1之製作方法不限於實施例中所述,其中金屬板101之厚度及薄型區12之數量、位置、大小和深度均可根據實際情況做調整,例如,金屬板101之內外表面均可設置薄型區12,薄型區12既可設為孤型曲面也可設為凹槽,金屬板101亦可捲曲呈M型或N型端子。

Claims (8)
- 一種電連接器端子,其包括: 安裝腳,係用以插入一電路板之通孔內,所述安裝腳四周側向彈性抵壓於所述通孔之內壁面; 其中,所述安裝腳於其表面設置被打薄但未貫穿之薄型區,該薄型區至少與所述通孔之內壁面相對。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器端子,其中所述安裝腳係由一金屬板捲曲而形成,金屬板之兩對接邊緣留有細縫使得安裝腳呈C字型。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之電連接器端子,其中所述薄型區成對設置並對稱分佈於所述安裝腳細縫之兩側。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第3項所述之電連接器端子,其中所述安裝腳具有兩薄型區,每一薄型區呈上下延伸之魚眼狀。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器端子,其中所述安裝腳之自由末端呈漸縮式錐狀結構。
- 一種電連接器端子,其包括: 安裝腳,具有一金屬板捲曲形成之C字型結構; 其中,所述安裝腳於其表面設有上下延伸被打薄但未貫穿之薄型區。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之電連接器端子,其中所述薄型區成對設置並對稱分佈於所述安裝腳。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之電連接器端子,其中所述安裝腳之自由末端呈漸縮式之錐狀結構。
