Abstract

一種能源站之電池收容裝置,包含殼體、活動板,及浮動連接器。殼體包括一界定一穿孔的後壁及一自該後壁向前延伸且與該後壁共同界定一電池容置空間的圍繞壁,其前端界定一供抽取電池通過以進入該電池容置空間的開口。活動板可相對移動地設置於該殼體之該後壁上。浮動連接器可相對於該殼體之後壁移動地穿設於該殼體之後壁之穿孔,且固定於活動板。當抽取電池進入該電池容置空間時,抽取電池之連接器可在浮動連接器及活動板一起相對於殼體之後壁移動的情況下,和浮動連接器電連接。

Description

能源站之電池收容裝置
本新型是有關於一種電池收容裝置,特別是指一種能源站之電池收容裝置。
隨著電動車快速的發展,電池能源站開始作為主要的充電設施而逐漸普及。由於能源站為提供電池充電的重要公用系統,且涉及需長時間進行電池充電與運轉之功能,故須具備較嚴苛之保安措施。
然而,目前市面上既有之電池能源站為了達到商業化雲端監控、充電安全以及使用者便利性,導致整體設備內部構造複雜且電子零件眾多,造成製造成本昂貴且維修不易。
另外,電池能源站設置有許多充電槽體,做為抽取電池充電時放置之區域。然而,使用者在使用目前市面上現有的能源站對抽取電池充電時,由於充電槽體內的充電座之電連接器是被設計成固設於充電槽體上,故當使用者欲將抽取電池插入充電槽體內以能和該充電座之電連接器電連接時,由於不容易將抽取電池之電連接器與該充電座之電連接器對準,因而不易快速完成電連接,造成使用上的不便。故,有必要尋求解決之道。
[新型所欲解決之課題]
因此,本新型之目的,即在提供一種能源站之電池收容裝置。
[解決問題之技術手段]
於是,本新型申請專利範圍第1項之技術中的能源站之電池收容裝置,設置於一能源站,且適用於容置一具有一連接器之抽取電池,其中,該能源站之電池收容裝置包含:一殼體,包括一界定一穿孔的後壁及一自該後壁向前延伸且與該後壁共同界定一電池容置空間的圍繞壁,其中,該圍繞壁於其前端界定一供該抽取電池通過以進入該電池容置空間的開口;一活動板,可相對移動地設置於該殼體之該後壁上;及一浮動連接器,可相對於該殼體之該後壁移動地穿設於該殼體之該後壁之該穿孔,且固定於該活動板;其中,當該抽取電池進入該電池容置空間時,該抽取電池之該連接器可在該浮動連接器及該活動板一起相對於該殼體之該後壁移動的情況下,和該浮動連接器電連接。
本新型申請專利範圍第2項之技術中的能源站之電池收容裝置,還包含一設置於該殼體之該圍繞壁並鄰近於該圍繞壁之該開口之門擋機構,其中,當該抽取電池和該浮動連接器電連接時,該門擋機構用於鎖定該抽取電池,當該抽取電池和該浮動連接器解除電連接時,該門擋機構對該抽取電池解除鎖定,使得該抽取電池可被抽離該殼體之該電池容置空間。
本新型申請專利範圍第3項之技術中的能源站之電池收容裝置,該殼體之該圍繞壁之上壁部開設有一長形孔,該門擋機構包括一固設於該殼體之該圍繞壁之頂面並鄰近於該圍繞壁之該開口之固定架、一設置於該固定架上的容置盒、一設置於該容置盒並具有一槽孔的舌片、一設置於該容置盒內並可在該舌片之槽孔內滑移的凸輪,及一設置於該容置盒內並可驅動該凸輪偏心地轉動之致動器,其中,當該抽取電池和該浮動連接器電連接時,該致動器驅動該凸輪偏心地轉動,以帶動該凸輪向下移動而貫穿該殼體之該長形孔並突伸於該電池容置空間的開口,因而阻擋該抽取電池,使其無法被抽離該電池容置空間,當該抽取電池和該浮動連接器解除電連接時,該致動器再度驅動該凸輪偏心地轉動,以帶動該凸輪向上縮回,使得該抽取電池不被阻擋,而能被抽離該電池容置空間。
本新型申請專利範圍第4項之技術中的能源站之電池收容裝置,該活動板設有一貫孔,該浮動連接器包括一可相對移動地穿設於該殼體之該後壁之該穿孔並且固定地穿設於該活動板之該貫孔之穿設部,以及一自該穿設部向前延伸並可與該抽取電池之連接器電連接的引導部。
本新型申請專利範圍第5項之技術中的能源站之電池收容裝置,還包含數個導柱,其中,該活動板設有數個分別供該等導柱穿設的第一導柱孔,該殼體之該後壁設有數個分別對應於該等第一導柱孔且孔徑大於該等導柱之外徑的第二導柱孔,該浮動連接器之該穿設部設有數個分別對應於該等第二導柱孔的第三導柱孔,其中,每一導柱是依序固設於對應的第一導柱孔內、可相對移動地穿設於對應的第二導柱孔內,以及固設於對應的第三導柱孔內。
本新型申請專利範圍第6項之技術中的能源站之電池收容裝置,還包含數個分別對應於該等導柱的調整元件,其中,當每一導柱由前向後依序設置於對應的第一導柱孔、第二導柱孔及第三導柱孔時,對應的調整元件是用於鎖設於對應的導柱之後端,並可調整該活動板與該殼體之該後壁之間的餘隙。
本新型申請專利範圍第7項之技術中的能源站之電池收容裝置,還包含至少一個設置於該殼體內壁面並且用於感測該抽取電池在該電池容置空間內的位置的感測器。
本新型申請專利範圍第8項之技術中的能源站之電池收容裝置,還包含兩個設置於該殼體內壁面並且用於感測該抽取電池在該電池容置空間內的位置的感測器。
本新型申請專利範圍第9項之技術中的能源站之電池收容裝置,該等感測器的其中一個是設置於該殼體之該圍繞壁之內壁面且是鄰近於該圍繞壁之該開口。
本新型申請專利範圍第10項之技術中的能源站之電池收容裝置,該等感測器的另一個是設置於該殼體之該後壁上。
[新型之效果]
本新型藉由申請專利範圍第1項之功效在於:由於該浮動連接器及該活動板可一起相對於該殼體之該後壁移動,故該浮動連接器可配合該抽取電池之連接器的實際位置自動導正定位,讓使用者可輕易且快速地將該抽取電池之連接器與該浮動連接器二者對準,以達成快速地使抽取電池之連接器與該浮動連接器完成電連接之功效。
參閱圖1、2,本新型能源站之電池收容裝置1之實施例,設置於一能源站9,且適用於容置一具有一連接器81之抽取電池8。
參閱圖2、3、7,在本實施例中,該能源站之電池收容裝置1包含一殼體10、一活動板11、一浮動連接器12、一門擋機構13、數個導柱14、數個分別對應於該等導柱14的調整元件15、數個分別對應於該等調整元件15的墊片16、至少一感測器17,及一前蓋18。如圖7所示,在本實施例中,該等導柱14、該等調整元件15及該等墊片16的數目皆為4個,但本新型不限於此。
參閱圖2、4、5、7、9,在本實施例中,該殼體10包括一界定一穿孔104的後壁101,及一自該後壁101向前延伸且與該後壁101共同界定一電池容置空間100的圍繞壁102,其中,該圍繞壁102於其前端界定一供該抽取電池8通過以進入該電池容置空間100的開口103。再者,該殼體10之該圍繞壁102之上壁部開設有一長形孔105。
如圖4所示,該活動板11可相對移動地設置於該殼體10之該後壁101上,並設有一孔徑相當於該後壁101之該穿孔104之孔徑之貫孔111。在本實施例中,該活動板11是位於該殼體10之該圍繞壁102之該電池容置空間100內,亦即,當該抽取電池8如圖4所示插入至該電池容置空間100內時,該活動板11是介於該抽取電池8以及該殼體10之該後壁101兩者之間。此外,如圖7所示,該活動板11設有數個分別供該等導柱14穿設的第一導柱孔112。再者,如圖5所示,該殼體10之該後壁101設有數個分別對應於該等導柱14且孔徑大於該等導柱14之外徑的第二導柱孔106。
參閱圖4、6、7,該浮動連接器12可相對於該殼體10之該後壁101移動地穿設於該殼體10之該後壁101之該穿孔104,且固定地穿設於該活動板11之該貫孔111。在本實施例中,該浮動連接器12包括一可相對移動地穿設於該殼體10之該後壁101之該穿孔104並且固定地穿設於該活動板11之該貫孔111之穿設部121,以及一自該穿設部121向前延伸並可與該抽取電池8之連接器81電連接的引導部122。
在本實施例中,該浮動連接器12之該穿設部121之位於該殼體10後方之部分設有數個分別對應於該等第二導柱孔106的第三導柱孔123。其中,在將該浮動連接器12以及該活動板11組裝至該殼體10之該後壁101的過程中,是先將該浮動連接器12之引導部122自該後壁101的後方朝前貫穿該後壁101之穿孔104,使得該引導部122位於該電池容置空間100內,再將該活動板11置入該電池容置空間100內,並將該活動板11以其貫孔111套設於該浮動連接器12。繼而,將每一導柱14由前向後依序固設於活動板11之對應的第一導柱孔112內,可相對移動地穿設於殼體10之對應的第二導柱孔106內,以及固設於對應的第三導柱孔123內。最後,將調整元件15及墊片16鎖設於對應的導柱14之後端,並可利用調整元件15來調整該活動板11與該殼體10之該後壁101之間的餘隙。
因此,當該抽取電池8進入該電池容置空間100時,該抽取電池8之該連接器81可在該浮動連接器12及該活動板11一起相對於該殼體10之該後壁101移動的情況下,和該浮動連接器12電連接。亦即,本新型中由於該浮動連接器12及該活動板11可一起相對於該殼體10之該後壁101移動,故該浮動連接器12可根據該抽取電池8之連接器81的實際位置自動導正定位,讓使用者可輕易且快速地將該抽取電池8之連接器81與該浮動連接器12之引導部122二者對準,以達成快速地使抽取電池8之連接器81與該浮動連接器12完成電連接之功效,使用上非常方便。
參閱圖1、2、3、8、9、10,該門擋機構13設置於該殼體10之該圍繞壁102之頂面並且鄰近於該圍繞壁102之該開口103。在本實施例中,如圖8所示,在本實施例中,該門擋機構13包括一固設於該殼體10之該圍繞壁102之頂面並鄰近於該圍繞壁102之該開口103之固定架130、一設置於該固定架130上的容置盒135、一設置於該容置盒135並具有一槽孔131的舌片132、一設置於該容置盒135內並可在該舌片132之槽孔131內滑移的凸輪133,及一設置於該容置盒135內並可驅動該凸輪133偏心地轉動之致動器134(例如馬達等)。
在本實施例中,感測器17的數目為兩個,且是設置於該殼體10內壁面並且用於感測該抽取電池8在該電池容置空間100內的位置。如圖2、5所示,在本實施例中,該等感測器17的其中一個是設置於該殼體10之該圍繞壁102之內壁面且是鄰近於該圍繞壁102之該開口103。而另一個感測器17則是設置於該殼體10之該後壁101上。
如圖1、2所示,當該電池容置空間100未置入有抽取電池8進行充電時,該前蓋18在無須搭配電腦或手動控制的情況下,即可處於常閉狀態,以便使用者可目視辨別能源站9的哪些電池收容裝置1中未置入有抽取電池8。接著,如圖2所示,由於該前蓋18之常閉狀態亦為解鎖狀態,故使用者能以其抽取電池8頂推該前蓋18以令抽取電池8進入該電池容置空間100中,此時,鄰近於該圍繞壁102之該開口103處的感測器17會感測到該抽取電池8,表示有抽取電池8進入此電池收容裝置1之電池容置空間100中。
如圖9所示,在使用者繼續推入該抽取電池8但是尚未被設置於該殼體10之該後壁101上的感測器17感測到的情況下,該門擋機構13仍是處於解鎖狀態。
繼而,當該抽取電池8與該浮動連接器12電連接,並且設置於該殼體10之該後壁101上的感測器17感測到該抽取電池8時,表示該抽取電池8的連接器81已與該浮動連接器12連結定位,因而會觸發該致動器134驅動該凸輪133偏心地轉動,以帶動該凸輪133向下移動而貫穿該殼體10之該長形孔105並且突伸於該電池容置空間100的開口103,因而阻擋該抽取電池8,使其無法被抽離該電池容置空間100,也就是如圖8、10所示之鎖定狀態。
然後,當該抽取電池8充電完成並且使用者進行身分驗證與行動支付後,該抽取電池8之連接器81和該浮動連接器12解除電連接,使得該致動器134再度驅動該凸輪133偏心地轉動,以帶動該凸輪133向上縮回,因而該抽取電池8不被阻擋,而能被抽離該電池容置空間100。
綜上所述,本新型之功效與優點在於:(1)由於該浮動連接器12及該活動板11可一起相對於該殼體10之該後壁101移動,故該浮動連接器12可配合該抽取電池8之連接器81的實際位置自動導正定位,讓使用者可輕易且快速地將該抽取電池8之連接器81與該浮動連接器12之引導部122二者對準,以達成快速地使抽取電池8之連接器81與該浮動連接器12完成電連接之功效;(2)藉由感測器17、浮動連接器12以及門擋機構13間的協同運作,能源站9可在該門擋機構13之舌片132將該抽取電池8鎖定的情況下對抽取電池8進行充電,故可對該抽取電池8提供較嚴苛之保安措施;所以確實能達成本新型的目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本新型的實施例而已,當不能以此限定本新型實施的範圍,凡是依本新型申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作的簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本新型專利涵蓋的範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種能源站之電池收容裝置,設置於一能源站,且適用於容置一具有一連接器之抽取電池,其中,該能源站之電池收容裝置包含: 一殼體,包括一界定一穿孔的後壁及一自該後壁向前延伸且與該後壁共同界定一電池容置空間的圍繞壁,其中,該圍繞壁於其前端界定一供該抽取電池通過以進入該電池容置空間的開口; 一活動板,可相對移動地設置於該殼體之該後壁上;及 一浮動連接器,可相對於該殼體之該後壁移動地穿設於該殼體之該後壁之該穿孔,且固定於該活動板; 其中,當該抽取電池進入該電池容置空間時,該抽取電池之該連接器可在該浮動連接器及該活動板一起相對於該殼體之該後壁移動的情況下,和該浮動連接器電連接。
  2. 如請求項1所述的能源站之電池收容裝置,還包含一設置於該殼體之該圍繞壁並鄰近於該圍繞壁之該開口之門擋機構,其中,當該抽取電池和該浮動連接器電連接時,該門擋機構用於鎖定該抽取電池,當該抽取電池和該浮動連接器解除電連接時,該門擋機構對該抽取電池解除鎖定,使得該抽取電池可被抽離該殼體之該電池容置空間。
  3. 如請求項2所述的能源站之電池收容裝置,其中,該殼體之該圍繞壁之上壁部開設有一長形孔,該門擋機構包括一固設於該殼體之該圍繞壁之頂面並鄰近於該圍繞壁之該開口之固定架、一設置於該固定架上的容置盒、一設置於該容置盒並具有一槽孔的舌片、一設置於該容置盒內並可在該舌片之槽孔內滑移的凸輪,及一設置於該容置盒內並可驅動該凸輪偏心地轉動之致動器,其中,當該抽取電池和該浮動連接器電連接時,該致動器驅動該凸輪偏心地轉動,以帶動該凸輪向下移動而貫穿該殼體之該長形孔並突伸於該電池容置空間的開口,因而阻擋該抽取電池,使其無法被抽離該電池容置空間,當該抽取電池和該浮動連接器解除電連接時,該致動器再度驅動該凸輪偏心地轉動,以帶動該凸輪向上縮回,使得該抽取電池不被阻擋,而能被抽離該電池容置空間。
  4. 如請求項1所述的能源站之電池收容裝置,其中,該活動板設有一貫孔,該浮動連接器包括一可相對移動地穿設於該殼體之該後壁之該穿孔並且固定地穿設於該活動板之該貫孔之穿設部,以及一自該穿設部向前延伸並可與該抽取電池之連接器電連接的引導部。
  5. 如請求項4所述的能源站之電池收容裝置,還包含數個導柱,其中,該活動板設有數個分別供該等導柱穿設的第一導柱孔,該殼體之該後壁設有數個分別對應於該等第一導柱孔且孔徑大於該等導柱之外徑的第二導柱孔,該浮動連接器之該穿設部設有數個分別對應於該等第二導柱孔的第三導柱孔,其中,每一導柱是依序固設於對應的第一導柱孔內、可相對移動地穿設於對應的第二導柱孔內,以及固設於對應的第三導柱孔內。
  6. 如請求項5所述的能源站之電池收容裝置,還包含數個分別對應於該等導柱的調整元件,其中,當每一導柱由前向後依序設置於對應的第一導柱孔、第二導柱孔及第三導柱孔時,對應的調整元件是用於鎖設於對應的導柱之後端,並可調整該活動板與該殼體之該後壁之間的餘隙。
  7. 如請求項1所述的能源站之電池收容裝置,還包含至少一個設置於該殼體內壁面並且用於感測該抽取電池在該電池容置空間內的位置的感測器。
  8. 如請求項1所述的能源站之電池收容裝置,還包含兩個設置於該殼體內壁面並且用於感測該抽取電池在該電池容置空間內的位置的感測器。
  9. 如請求項8所述的能源站之電池收容裝置,其中,該等感測器的其中一個是設置於該殼體之該圍繞壁之內壁面且是鄰近於該圍繞壁之該開口。
  10. 如請求項9所述的能源站之電池收容裝置,其中,該等感測器的另一個是設置於該殼體之該後壁上。
