背景技术
随着电动车快速的发展,电池能源站开始作为主要的充电设施而逐渐普及。然而,目前市面上既有的电池能源站为了达到商业化云端监控、充电安全以及使用者便利性,导致整体设备内部构造复杂且电子零件众多,造成制造成本昂贵且维修不易。
上述已知电池能源站设置有许多充电槽体,做为抽取电池充电时放置的区域。然而,当使用者将其抽取电池携至目前市面上现有的能源站充电时,通常需先到能源站的操作面板进行操作,才能开启某一个充电槽体的前盖,造成使用上的不便,因而无法达到简易快速且又符合经济效益的机能。再者,能源站为重要公共系统,需长时间进行电池充电与运转的功能,须具备较严苛的保安措施,内部的机能性构件需借由外观件保护来确保防水防尘。

参阅图2、3、4、5,该具有可枢转的前盖的电池收容装置1包含一壳体10、一活动板11、一浮动连接器12、一门挡机构13、二感测器17、一前盖18、一弹簧19、一挡止件16(例如钣金件等)、一第一吸引件14(例如强力磁铁等),及一第二吸引件15(例如强力磁铁等)。
如图2、5所示,在本实施例中,该壳体10包括一后壁101,及一自该后壁101向前延伸且与该后壁101共同界定一电池容置空间100的围绕壁 102,其中,该围绕壁102于其前端界定一供该抽取电池8通过以进入该电池容置空间100的开口103。
在本实施例中,该活动板11可相对移动地设置于该壳体10的该后壁 101上,并界定一贯孔111。在本实施例中,该活动板11是位于该壳体10 的该围绕壁102的该电池容置空间100内,亦即,当该抽取电池8如图4 所示插入至该电池容置空间100内时,该活动板11是介于该抽取电池8以及该壳体10的该后壁101两者之间。
该浮动连接器12可相对于该壳体10的该后壁100移动地穿设于该壳体10的该后壁101的穿孔(图未示),且固定地穿设于该活动板11的贯孔 111。在本实施例中,该浮动连接器12包括一可相对移动地穿设于该壳体 10的该后壁101的该穿孔并且固定地穿设于该活动板11的该贯孔111的穿设部121,以及一自该穿设部121向前延伸并可与该抽取电池8的连接器 81电连接的引导部122。

该前盖18枢设于该壳体10上,且可相对于该壳体10,在一常闭位置(如图2所示)以及一开启位置(如图4所示)之间转动,其中,该前盖18可枢转至该常闭位置以盖设于该壳体10的开口103,且可枢转至该开启位置以呈平行于该围绕壁102的状态而不阻挡该开口103及该电池容置空间100,因而该抽取电池8可进入该电池容置空间100。其中,在本实施例中,该前盖 18枢转方向是朝该电池容置空间100的内部。
在本实施例中,该前盖18包括一盖体181、一枢设于该壳体10的该围绕壁102的转轴182,及一连接于该盖体181与该转轴182之间的连接部 183,其中,该盖体181及该连接部183可一起以该转轴182为枢转中心,相对于该壳体10枢转。当该盖体181及该连接部183枢转至如图2所示的常闭位置状态时,该前盖18是以该盖体181盖设于该壳体10的开口103。
该弹簧19套设于该前盖18的该转轴182。该弹簧19的两端分别顶抵于该前盖18的该连接部183以及该壳体10的该围绕壁102。当该抽取电池 8被抽离该电池容置空间100时,该弹簧19用于控制该前盖18的关闭力度。
如图4所示,该挡止件16的两端固设于该壳体10的该围绕壁102的内壁面上。当该前盖18的该盖体181及该连接部183一起旋转至该开启位置时,该挡止件16用于挡止该连接部183,使得该前盖18不会再继续向围绕壁102的外侧旋转。
在本实施例中,该第一吸引件14设置于该前盖18的该盖体181远离该连接部183的一端上,且该第二吸引件15设置于该壳体10的该围绕壁 102的内壁面上。当该前盖18的该盖体181旋转至该常闭位置时,该第一吸引件14正好与该第二吸引件15相接近,并互相吸附。
如图1、2、4所示,当该电池容置空间100未置入有抽取电池8进行充电时,该前盖18在无须搭配电脑或手动控制的情况下,便会由于该弹簧 19、该第一吸引件14及该第二吸引件15的做动,而自动定位于该常闭位置,以便使用者可目视辨别能源站9的哪些电池收容装置1中未置入有抽取电池8。接着,如图2所示,由于该前盖18处于常闭位置时亦为解锁状态,故使用者能以其抽取电池8顶推该前盖18以令抽取电池8进入该电池容置空间100中,此时,邻近于该围绕壁102的该开口103处的感测器17 会感测到该抽取电池8,表示有抽取电池8进入此电池收容装置1的电池容置空间100中。
接着,在使用者继续推入该抽取电池8但是尚未被设置于该壳体10的该后壁101上的感测器17感测到的情况下,该门挡机构13仍是处于解锁状态。
继而,当该抽取电池8与该浮动连接器12电连接,并且设置于该壳体 10的该后壁101上的感测器17感测到该抽取电池8时,表示该抽取电池8 的连接器81已与该浮动连接器12连结定位,因而会触发该门挡机构13的致动器驱动该凸轮偏心地转动,以带动该凸轮向下移动而贯穿该壳体10的长形孔(图未示)并且突伸于该电池容置空间100的开口103,因而阻挡该抽取电池8,使其无法被抽离该电池容置空间100,也就是如图3、4、5所示的锁定状态。
然后,当该抽取电池8充电完成并且使用者进行身份验证与移动支付后,该抽取电池8的连接器81和该浮动连接器12解除电连接,使得该致动器再度驱动该凸轮偏心地转动,以带动该凸轮向上缩回,因而该抽取电池8不被阻挡,而能被抽离该电池容置空间100。
综上所述,本实用新型具有可枢转的前盖的电池收容装置1,可确保在该壳体10的电池容置空间100未容置有抽取电池8时,该前盖18可保持在常闭位置,且使用者能以最简便的方式将抽取电池8插入该电池容置空间100中,并在充电完成且将抽取电池8抽出后,该前盖18可快速地恢复至常闭位置,以达到简易快速且又符合经济效益并且确保防水防尘的机能,所以确实能达成本实用新型的目的。

Claims (9)

1.一种具有可枢转的前盖的电池收容装置,设置于一能源站,且适用于容置一具有一连接器的抽取电池,其中,具有可枢转的前盖的所述电池收容装置包含:
一壳体,包括一后壁及一自所述后壁向前延伸且与所述后壁共同界定一电池容置空间的围绕壁,其中,所述围绕壁于其前端界定一供所述抽取电池通过以进入所述电池容置空间的开口;及
一前盖,枢设于所述壳体上,且能够相对于所述壳体,在一常闭位置以及一开启位置之间转动,其中,所述前盖能够枢转至所述常闭位置以盖设于所述壳体的开口,且能够枢转至所述开启位置以呈平行于所述壳体的所述围绕壁的状态而不阻挡所述开口及所述电池容置空间,因而所述抽取电池能够进入所述电池容置空间。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有可枢转的前盖的电池收容装置,其特征在于,所述前盖包括一盖体、一枢设于所述壳体的所述围绕壁的转轴,及一连接于所述盖体与所述转轴之间的连接部,其中,所述盖体及所述连接部能够一起以所述转轴为枢转中心,相对于所述壳体枢转,当所述盖体及所述连接部枢转至所述常闭位置状态时,所述前盖是以所述盖体盖设于所述壳体的开口。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有可枢转的前盖的电池收容装置,还包含一套设于所述前盖的所述转轴的弹簧,其特征在于,所述弹簧的两端分别顶抵于所述前盖的所述连接部以及所述壳体的所述围绕壁,当所述抽取电池被抽离所述电池容置空间时,所述弹簧用于控制所述前盖的关闭力度。
4.如权利要求2所述的具有可枢转的前盖的电池收容装置,还包含一设置于所述前盖的所述盖体远离所述连接部的一端上的第一吸引件,以及一设置于所述壳体的所述围绕壁的内壁面上的第二吸引件,当所述前盖的所述盖体旋转至所述常闭位置时,所述第一吸引件正好与所述第二吸引件相接近,并互相吸附。
5.如权利要求4所述的具有可枢转的前盖的电池收容装置,其特征在于,所述第一吸引件与所述第二吸引件皆为强力磁铁。
6.如权利要求2所述的具有可枢转的前盖的电池收容装置,还包含一两端固设于所述壳体的所述围绕壁的内壁面上的挡止件,其特征在于,当所述前盖的所述盖体及所述连接部一起旋转至所述开启位置时,所述挡止件用于挡止所述连接部,使得所述前盖不会再继续向所述壳体的所述围绕壁的外侧旋转。
7.如权利要求6所述的具有可枢转的前盖的电池收容装置,其特征在于,所述挡止件为钣金件。
8.如权利要求1所述的具有可枢转的前盖的电池收容装置,还包含一设置于所述壳体的所述围绕壁并邻近于所述围绕壁的所述开口的门挡机构,其特征在于,当所述抽取电池和所述浮动连接器电连接时,所述门挡机构用于锁定所述抽取电池,当所述抽取电池和所述浮动连接器解除电连接时,所述门挡机构对所述抽取电池解除锁定,使得所述抽取电池能够被抽离所述壳体的所述电池容置空间。
9.如权利要求1所述的具有可枢转的前盖的电池收容装置,其特征在于,所述前盖枢转方向是朝所述电池容置空间的内部。
