Abstract

本創作係為一種適用高低軌裝設之梯帶結構，包含兩垂直帶及數水平帶和一控制角筒；其中兩垂直帶帶面上以等距開設透孔，用以配合控制角筒以固定栓穿過透孔將梯帶固定於控制角筒上，且利用透孔之高低配置，依窗簾高低軌之高度選擇透孔之固定，獲得使用範圍提昇之目的。

Description

適用高低軌裝設之梯帶結構
本創作係為一種適用高低軌裝設之梯帶結構，特別係指一種依窗簾高低軌之需求選擇穿設透孔固定之梯帶結構。
以往梯帶與控制角筒之固定連接方式，係在控制角筒上開設兩對應之長型孔，以梯帶繞過控制角筒後穿入長型孔內，並將梯帶的穿入端打一個繩結，而獲得固定梯帶之目的。然而，以繩節將梯帶固定於控制角筒之方式，因梯帶承受全數窗簾葉片之重量，極易造成繩節鬆脫；另梯帶之長度因繩節之大小長短不易控制，尤其是使用在高低軌之窗簾軌道時，傳統方式更不容易將梯帶固定在適當位置，梯帶長度亦無法控制在適合高軌或低軌之窗簾軌道。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種可適用高低軌裝設之梯帶結構，利用垂直梯帶之帶面上開設高低型態之透孔，依高低軌配置需求，選擇梯帶上之高低透孔，配合控制角筒上之固定孔，以固定栓將梯帶固置在控制角筒上，發揮旋轉窗簾葉片之操作目的，更獲得高低軌皆可適用之裝設功能。
為達成上述目的，本創作所提供之適用高低軌裝設之梯帶結 構，主要包含兩垂直帶及數水平帶和一控制角筒；其中該垂直帶帶面上開設等距之複數透孔；該水平帶係連接兩垂直帶，用以固置窗簾葉片；而控制角筒為六角型體或八角型體，於外端平面上開設與垂直帶之透孔相對應之穿孔，且供一固定栓插入控制角筒之穿孔，將垂直梯帶固定在控制角筒上，獲得控制梯帶上下移位之目的。

請參閱第1、2、3圖所示，本創作梯帶結構包含兩垂直帶1、10及數連接兩垂直帶1、10之水平帶2和一控制角筒3；其中兩垂直 帶1、10之帶面上開設複數等距或不等距之透孔11、12(參閱第2圖)，該透孔11、12係可對應控制角筒筒身30上開設之穿孔31，供包含盤體及自盤體中央延伸卡栓部之固定栓32，配合穿孔31將垂直帶1、10固定在控制角筒3上，而水平梯帶2係以等距排列各別連接兩垂直帶1、10，供各窗簾葉片4受水平梯帶結合，藉此受控制角筒3之旋轉而控制垂直帶1、10上下昇降而連動窗簾葉片翻轉(如第3、4圖)。
裝設時(參閱第5圖)，係將梯帶結構固設於控制角筒3後，再將控制角筒3以方型轉桿5穿設結合而置放於一固定座6上，該固定座6係結合在窗簾軌道7內，令兩垂直帶1、10穿過窗簾軌道7而向下垂放，且以水平梯帶2結合各窗簾葉片4，使完成一窗簾控制組結構(參閱第6圖)。
請參閱第7圖所示，係本創作控制角筒之另一實施例，該實施例係以六角滾筒8為主體，且於滾筒筒身之斜面80上開設供梯帶結構固定結合之穿孔81，並以固定栓82將梯帶與六角滾筒結合為一體(如第8圖所示)。
參閱第9圖至第12圖所示，係利用六角滾筒8經由方型轉桿83旋轉帶動滾筒筒身旋轉，控制梯帶翻轉窗簾葉片旋轉，發揮遮陽之效果。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種適用高低軌裝設之梯帶結構，包含：兩垂直帶，其帶面上開設複數個透孔；數水平帶，係連接兩垂直帶，以等距排列配置連結；一控制角筒，由數平面連接完成之中空筒體，其中筒體筒身平面對應端各設有一穿孔，供垂直帶體透孔對應；以及一固定栓，包含一盤體及自盤體中央延伸之卡栓部，用以穿設垂直帶之透孔而將垂直帶固置在控制角筒之穿孔處。藉此，依高低軌之需求，選擇垂直帶之透孔位置，以固定栓將垂直帶結合在控制角筒上。
  2. 如請求項1所述之適用高低軌裝設之梯帶結構，其中該控制角筒設為六面平面或八面平面連接完成之中空筒體。
  3. 如請求項1所述之適用高低軌裝設之梯帶結構，其中該垂直帶帶面上之透孔設為等距。
