Abstract
一種具有輸送帶帶動的布匹染色機的回收容器與節省染化料結構,由於輸送帶式染色機布匹係堆積在輸送帶上帶動,因布水分離,使用水量較低,機體內空間較大,因此本創作係在染色機機體內的適當處;設置一個或數個容器,以供儲存回收熱水並提供為下一染程使用,以達到節能與縮短染色時間之效果,必要時亦可直接回收染色用水,如較低污染之水或特殊加工之鹼液等,供下一染程使用,以達到節水減排暨節省化學助劑使用量的效果,同時在染色過程中某些化學助劑會和染色機內部之空氣產生氧化與還原作用,會消耗部份染化料,本創作可將機體內部空間縮小,減少空氣量,因此可以減緩或阻止氧化與還原作用進而達到節省染化料助劑使用量之效果,本創作之回收容器可以設計成與染色機成一整體結構,或可作為可拆卸式的獨立回收容器結構,必要時其內部亦可裝設熱交換器,可回收並預熱溫度;同時在染色機機體適當處設有氣體填充口以填充氣體,將機體內的空氣排出,並藉該填充之氣體的特性,以減緩或阻止染化料與空氣之氧化還原與揮發作用,因而節省染化料。
Description
本創作涉及一種對布匹進行染色的染色機,特別是一種充分利用染色機機體的內空間來設置回收容器,並大幅減小整個染色機內部空間的結構。
在染色的過程中某些染程需要熱水,而同時在染色過程降溫時會產生熱水,為節省用水暨節省染色時間,習用染色機會在染色機體外設置一熱水回收桶或預熱桶,而此一熱水回收桶或預熱桶的設置具有浪費空間與成本的缺失。
由於習知的染色機係將預熱桶獨立設於機體外,故整個染色機的體積變大,佔用了較多廠房空間,顯得很不經濟。
本創作的主要目的,在於提供一種可以充分利用染色機機體內部空間,以設置回收容器的結構,暨可減小整體染色機的體積,又可用以儲存回收冷卻過程所產生的熱水,或直接回收較低污染之染色水或特殊加工之溶液如鹼液等,供下一染程直接使用,可節省習用預熱桶之製作成本,縮短整體染色時間,並節省染化料的使用量。
本創作另一目的,在提供一種位於染色機機體適當處設有氣體填充口以填充氣體,將機體內的空氣排出,並藉該填充氣體之特性以減緩
或阻止染化料與空氣之氧化還原點揮發作用。本創作的技術手段,係在染色機的機體內部適當處,設有一個或多個回收容器,以儲存染程中冷卻過程所產生的熱水,或較低污染之染色水等,並直接提供下一染程使用;本創作另一技術手段,係在染色機的機體適當處,設有氣體填充口以填充氣體,藉以減緩或阻止染化料與空氣之氧化還原作用。
較佳者,本創作係將回收容器固定於機體內部的底面與上面或其他適當處。
藉由前述將回收容器設置於染色機機體內部的輸送帶裝置下方或上方,可以在不影響布匹運行的前提下充分利用機體內部的空間,因而避免將回收容器安裝在染色機外部上方,節省了對空間的佔用,同時因此減少了機體內部空間,亦即減少空氣量,藉此可節省部份染助劑的消耗量,再者,藉由裝置在染色機機體適當處,設有氣體填充口以填充氣體,將機體內的空氣排出,並藉該填充氣體之特性以減緩或阻止染化料與空氣之氧化還原與揮發作用,因而減少染化料助劑之消耗。

以下配合圖式及元件符號對本創作之實施方式做更詳細的說明,俾使熟習該項技藝者在閱讀本說明書後能據以實施。
如第一圖所示,本創作所提供之具有輸送帶帶動的布匹染色機回收容器結構,係在機體1的上方設有供布匹3通過且呈水平或微傾狀態的染色管12,機體1前端更高的上方則設有噴嘴5與導布輪4,染色機12的下方則設置一輸送帶裝置2;在機體的後端設置一蓄液槽6,蓄液槽6底
部以管路連接至噴嘴5,該管路上設置一泵浦7與一熱交換器8,泵浦7還以管路連接一助劑桶11;較佳者,蓄液槽6內可以設置過濾器61。該輸送帶裝置2下方的機體1內部空間設置一回收容器13,該回收容器13係以銲接方式與機體1內部的底面合為一回收容器13,回收容器13內可以經由一進口,將來自熱交換器8冷卻時之冷卻熱水,經由冷卻水出口閥15回收到回收容器13內或直接由機體外部經由進水閥19注入冷水或將機體1內較低污染之染色水或特殊加工如鹼液等,經由染液回收閥21直接注入回收容器內,並且能將回收容器13內染液L經由連通閥18排出至機體1內,以做為染色過程中熱水或回收液之供給,該回收容器13亦可設為可拆卸式固定於機體1內,回收容器13內亦可加裝熱交換器8以提供更適當溫度之熱水,該回收容器13亦可視機體1內空間狀況,裝設一個或多個回收容器13,該回收容器13與機體1設有一連通閥18可連通回收容器13與機體1內空間。
由於染色機可為高溫或低溫染色,當高溫染色時機體1內會產生高壓,因此可能使回收容器13受到損害,因此回收容器13在適當處應設置與機體1上方水位線以上區域的連通管14,以平衡機體1與回收桶容器之壓力,使回收容器13保持不受壓狀態。當機體1降溫時,冷卻水由熱交換器8之冷卻水進水閥17進入熱交換器8,經熱交換產生熱水W由冷卻水口閥15並注入回收容器13儲存,且必要時可加熱,當染程需要熱水時則將回收容器13內的熱水經由連通閥18注入機體1,以直接供給熱水W,可節省因注入冷水所需再昇溫的時間,並因此回收了熱交換器8的熱水W,而達到節能效果,必要時亦可將冷、熱水經由進水閥19直接注入回收容器13,或將機體1內之染液L經由泵浦7暨染液回收閥21,注入回收容器13儲存以供下一染程使用,在機體1適當處設有氣體填充口20以填充氣體,將機體內的空氣排出,並藉該填充氣體之特性以減緩或阻止染化料與空氣之氧化還原與揮發作用,因而減少染化料助劑的消耗量,並使染色加工更
穩定,提升染色效果。
布匹3在輸送及染色過程中所脫落的棉絮、染渣,可以在染液L被抽出蓄液槽6時經由過濾器61予以過濾雜質。
當熱交換器8亦可直接設置於蓄液槽6內,以提高熱交換效率並更進一步節省染整用水量(液比)。
簡言之,本創作藉由將回收容器13設於機體1內部空間的輸送帶裝置2的下方或適當處,可以在不影響布匹運行的前提下充分利用機體內部的空間,因而避免將預熱桶安裝在染色機外部上方,節省了對空間的佔用,並因此減少了染助劑因空氣氧化的損耗與對染色的影響。

Claims (5)
- 一種具有輸送帶帶動的布匹染色機的回收容器與節省染化料結構,係在染色機機體內部空間設有一輸送帶裝置,其特徵在於:該輸送帶裝置下方的該機體內部空間設有一個或多個回收容器,該回收容器連接一熱交換器,該回收容器用來儲存該熱交換器冷卻時排出之熱水、或由外部加入冷水或熱水、染色過程中較低污染的染色水、鹼液、以及其他可回收再利用之液體,以直接供染色機使用,該機體設有一氣體填充口以充填氣體進入該機體內,藉以減緩或阻止染化料與空氣之氧化還原與揮發作用。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有輸送帶帶動的布匹染色機的回收容器與節省染化料結構,其中,該回收容器內部裝設有熱交換器藉以將回收容器內的水預熱至所需溫度。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有輸送帶帶動的布匹染色機的回收容器與節省染化料結構,其中,該回收容器係固定於該機體內部且以該機體為回收容器之一部份。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有輸送帶帶動的布匹染色機的回收容器與節省染化料結構,其中,該回收容器係為獨立式,可拆卸及安裝於機體內部。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有輸送帶帶動的布匹染色機的回收容器與節省染化料結構,其中,該回收容器與該氣體填充口可同時或分別獨立設置。
