本創作屬於電子產品領域,尤其涉及一種智慧插座及控制系統。
在現今的用電環境中,各種電器都是通過自身的插頭連接到對應的插座上,以獲取相應的電能進行工作。然,在目前的市場上,大多數插座為僅能提供對應插孔的設計,功能較單一,不便於進行用電器的管理。如用戶離家後才發現家中的某些電器忘記關了,一方面,用戶不能在異地進行控制,另一方面,用電器在無人值守的環境下繼續工作,既造成了資源的浪費,也埋下很大的安全隱患。
鑒於上述狀況,有必要提供一種能夠實施遠端控制的智慧插座及控制系統。
本創作提供的一種智慧插座,包括開關控制電路、無線傳輸模組及電源模組。其中,開關控制電路電性連接於智慧插座的火線輸入端和火線輸出端之間,用於控制火線的通斷;無線傳輸模組與開關控制電路電性連接,用於根據收到的無線訊號控制該開關控制電路的工作;電源模組用於將交流電源
轉換為直流電源,並對上述模組進行供電。
優選的,智慧插座還包括電性偵測模組,電性偵測模組電性連接於開關控制電路和火線輸出端之間,用於偵測用電器的即時電流、電壓及用電器的工作時間。
優選的,電性偵測模組還與無線傳輸模組電性連接,經由無線傳輸模組將用電器的即時電流、電壓及工作時間發送至其他裝置。
優選的,智慧插座還包括手動開關,手動開關電性連接於無線傳輸模組和地之間,以控制無線傳輸模組的工作。
優選的,當手動開關導通時,無線傳輸模組使能端與地電性連接,無線傳輸模組不工作;當手動開關斷開時,無線傳輸模組使能端斷開與地的電性連接,無線傳輸模組正常工作。
優選的,智慧插座還包括顯示模組,顯示模組與無線傳輸模組電性連接,用於根據無線傳輸模組的顯示訊號指示當前智慧插座的工作狀態。
優選的,顯示模組包括LED燈。
優選的,智慧插座還包括溫度偵測模組,溫度偵測模組與無線傳輸模組電性連接,經由無線傳輸模組將溫度偵測模組偵測到的環境溫度發送至其他裝置。
優選的,溫度偵測模組包括進行環境溫度監測的熱敏電阻。
本創作提供的一種控制系統,包括上述的智慧插座、雲端伺服器及無線終端。其中,雲端伺服器通過無線連接的方式與
智慧插座進行資料傳輸,並對智慧插座傳輸過來的資料進行統計和分析;無線終端通過上述無線連接的方式與雲端伺服器進行資料傳輸,以獲取經過統計和分析的資料;無線終端還通過雲端伺服器向智慧插座的無線傳輸模組發送無線訊號,以控制開關控制電路的工作。
本創作提供的智慧插座及控制系統,操作方便,具有較高可靠性和安全性,具有各種分析展示功能,可以進行更人性化的智慧統計和分析,既可以滿足用戶對用電器進行遠端控制的需求,也可以及時對用電器作出保護並消除安全隱患。

在本實施例中,這個控制系統包括智慧插座10、雲端伺服器20及無線終端30。
智慧插座10電性連接於交流電(即生活中所述的零線火線的線路)與用電器之間,用於控制用電器對交流電的獲取。並且,在用電器獲取交流電進行工作時,智慧插座10還能監測用電器用電情況(即時使用的電流和電壓情況),隨之,智慧插座10將獲得的用電情況的資料以無線連接的方式傳送至雲端伺服器20。
在本實施例中,智慧插座10包括火線輸入輸出端及零線輸入輸出端。交流電的火線及零線分別電性連接到智慧插座10的火線輸入端及零線輸入端,經過智慧插座10的處理後,智慧插座10再相應通過火線輸出端及零線輸出端輸出交流電至負載40,該負載40即為使用者插到智慧插座10的用電器。
該無線連接主要通過家裡的閘道設備實現,如已連接互聯網的路由器或中繼終端等。在其他實施例中,該無線連接也可以通過其他無線連接的方式實現,例如使用日常的通信方式:GSM(Global System for Mobile Communication,全球移動通信系統)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,碼分多址)、Bluetooth®(藍牙技術)、ZigBee(低功耗局域網協定)等。
當雲端伺服器20接收到該用電情況的資料時,雲端伺服器20即對資料進行統計和分析。舉例而言,雲端伺服器20會先統計該用電器在正常工作時的使用到的電流電壓情況,從而得到哪個時段耗電較多,哪個時段耗電較少,從而在該用電器用電異常時,向無線終端30發出警報或向智慧插座10發出停止工作的無線訊號,以確保用電器的使用安全。
無線終端30可以上述的無線連接方式與智慧插座10直接連接。當無線終端30與智慧插座10直接連接時,無線終端30和智慧插座10皆以該無線連接的方式交換資料,且無線終端30還通過該無線連接的方式控制智慧插座10內開關控制電路103的工作。
在本實施例中,無線終端30亦可通過上述的無線連接方式透
過雲端伺服器20與智慧插座10取得連接。當無線終端30與雲端伺服器20連接並進行資料傳輸時,無線終端30可獲取經雲端伺服器20統計和分析的資料。此外,無線終端30還通過雲端伺服器20向智慧插座10的無線傳輸模組102發送無線訊號,以控制開關控制電路103的工作。
圖2是本創作一實施例所述的智慧插座10的模組示意圖。
在本實施例中,智慧插座10包括開關控制電路103、無線傳輸模組102及電源模組101。
其中,開關控制電路103電性連接於智慧插座10的火線輸入端和火線輸出端之間,用於控制火線的通斷。在此,該開關控制電路103可以利用繼電器來實現:繼電器的弱電控制端電性連接到無線傳輸模組102,強電端則與火線電性連接,在接收到控制訊號後,繼電器即可控制火線的通斷。在本實施例中,該控制訊號為雲端伺服器20或無線終端30發送過來的部分無線訊號(如經編碼調製的無線控制指令訊號)。
無線傳輸模組102與開關控制電路103電性連接,用於根據收到的控制訊號控制開關控制電路103的工作。因此本創作所設計的智慧插座10可以滿足使用者遠端控制的需求。
電源模組101用於將交流電源轉換為直流電源,並對智慧插座10內的相關模組進行供電。在本實施例中,電源模組101主要將220伏特或110伏特的交流電轉換為直流電。直流電的電壓值可為3.3V、5V或其他對應於用電器所接受的特定電壓值。
在本實施例中,智慧插座10還可以包括電性偵測模組104。
電性偵測模組104電性連接於開關控制電路103和火線輸出端之間,用於偵測用電器的即時電流、電壓及用電器的工作時間。電性偵測模組104還與無線傳輸模組102電性連接,經由無線傳輸模組102將用電器的即時電流、電壓及工作時間發送至其他裝置。
智慧插座10還可以包括手動開關105。在本實施例中,手動開關105電性連接於無線傳輸模組102和地之間,以控制無線傳輸模組102的工作。當手動開關105導通時,無線傳輸模組102使能端與地電性連接,無線傳輸模組102不工作;當手動開關105斷開時,無線傳輸模組102使能端斷開與地電性連接,無線傳輸模組102正常工作。在其他實施例中,該手動開關105亦可以使用三極管或場效應管作為控制開關,例如,利用三極管的基極控制其集電極和發射極之間的導通來實現開關的功能。
智慧插座10還可以包括顯示模組106。顯示模組106與無線傳輸模組102電性連接,用於根據無線傳輸模組102的顯示訊號指示當前智慧插座10的工作狀態。在本實施例中,顯示模組106可以使用LED燈實現,如根據無線傳輸模組102的顯示訊號,相應地控制LED燈的亮滅以指示當前智慧插座10的工作狀態。
智慧插座10還可以包括溫度偵測模組107。溫度偵測模組107主要應用於偵測智慧插座10的環境溫度,當使用者使用了較大功率的用電器時,用電器的消耗電流大大增加,同時智慧
插座10的環境溫度也會隨之增加。對環境溫度的檢測,可以確保用戶的用電安全。
溫度偵測模組107與無線傳輸模組102電性連接,經由無線傳輸模組102將溫度偵測模組107偵測到的環境溫度發送至其他裝置,如雲端伺服器20或無線終端30。當溫度異常時,雲端伺服器20或無線終端30可以及時對智慧插座10實施有效的控制,從而避免危險的發生。
在本實施例中,溫度偵測模組107可以使用熱敏電路來偵測環境溫度,當溫度較高時,熱敏電阻的阻值也會相應改變,通過測量熱敏電阻的阻值即可偵測到環境溫度的狀態。
以下將以手機同時作為負載40及無線終端30的一實施例進行舉例說明:當手機通過充電器電性連接到智慧插座10時,智慧插座10將被喚醒。隨之,智慧插座10以無線連接的方式與手機溝通,進而查詢到手機的相應型號。智慧插座10即可通過無線連接的方式與雲端伺服器20溝通,進一步獲得該手機的相關參數(如手機電池為多大容量等),在確認該手機的資訊後,智慧插座10即向手機充電。
在充電過程中,智慧插座10通過電性偵測模組104偵測用電器的即時電流、電壓及用電器的工作時間,並發送至雲端伺服器20以統計手機的充電狀態(如手機已充電電量、是否已充滿等資訊)。雲端伺服器20根據手機的充電狀態相應控制智慧插座10的工作,如手機充滿電即關閉智慧插座10的電源
輸出以保護手機等,或雲端伺服器20根據手機的充電狀態相應發送通知資訊到使用者手機,如充電異常時,提醒用戶查看手機是否異常等。
以下將以電冰箱作為負載40的一實施例進行舉例說明:當電冰箱的插頭電性連接到智慧插座10時,智慧插座10將被喚醒。隨之,智慧插座10偵測用電器的即時電流、電壓及用電器的工作時間。因為負載40為電冰箱,眾所周知,電冰箱是分時段工作的,電冰箱會交替工作在保溫狀態和製冷狀態,且電冰箱保溫時的功率和製冷時的功率各不相同,故當電冰箱工作了一段時間後,智慧插座10將偵測到的該時段內的多個即時電流、電壓傳送給雲端伺服器20做統計。雲端伺服器20根據不同時段的電流電壓資料統計,雲端伺服器20將統計的資料與預設資料或者大資料的資料庫中的資訊進行對比,則可判斷出電冰箱正常工作時和異常工作時的狀態。
當電冰箱正常工作時,雲端伺服器20根據電流電壓的測量資料,繼續統計電冰箱累計的工作時間,及時通過無線終端30提醒使用者進行保養及其他維護。
當電冰箱工作異常時,雲端伺服器20及時通過無線終端30提醒使用者,還可以在必要時延時通過智慧插座10關閉交流電的輸出。
可以理解,本領域技術人員還可於本創作精神內做其它變化,只要其不偏離本創作的技術效果均可。這些依據本創作精神所做的變化,都應包含在本創作所要求保護的範圍之內。

Claims (10)
- 一種智慧插座,包括:開關控制電路,耦接於火線輸入端和火線輸出端之間,用於控制火線的通斷;無線傳輸模組,與該開關控制電路耦接,用於根據收到的無線訊號控制該開關控制電路的工作;及電源模組,用於將交流電源轉換為直流電源,並對該開關控制電路和該無線傳輸模組進行供電。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之智慧插座,其中,該智慧插座還包括電性偵測模組,該電性偵測模組耦接於該開關控制電路和該火線輸出端之間,用於偵測用電器的即時電流、電壓及用電器的工作時間。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之智慧插座,其中,該電性偵測模組還與該無線傳輸模組耦接,經由該無線傳輸模組將該用電器的該即時電流、電壓及該工作時間發送至其他裝置。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之智慧插座,其中,該智慧插座還包括手動開關,該手動開關耦接於該無線傳輸模組和地之間,以控制該無線傳輸模組的工作。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之智慧插座,其中,當該手動開關導通時,該無線傳輸模組使能端與地耦接,該無線傳輸模組不工作;及當該手動開關斷開時,該無線傳輸模組使能端斷開與地的耦接,該無線傳輸模組正常工作。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之智慧插座,其中,該智慧插座 還包括顯示模組,該顯示模組與該無線傳輸模組耦接,用於根據無線傳輸模組的顯示訊號指示當前該智慧插座的工作狀態。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之智慧插座,其中,該顯示模組包括LED燈。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之智慧插座,其中,該智慧插座還包括溫度偵測模組,該溫度偵測模組與該無線傳輸模組耦接,經由該無線傳輸模組將該溫度偵測模組偵測到的環境溫度發送至其他裝置。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之智慧插座,其中,溫度偵測模組包括進行該環境溫度監測的熱敏電阻。
- 一種控制系統,包括:如申請專利範圍第1項至第9項任一項所述之智慧插座;雲端伺服器,通過無線連接的方式與該智慧插座進行資料傳輸,並對該智慧插座傳輸過來的資料進行統計和分析;及無線終端,通過上述無線連接的方式與該雲端伺服器進行資料傳輸,以獲取經過統計和分析的資料;其中,該無線終端還通過該雲端伺服器向該智慧插座的無線傳輸模組發送該無線訊號,以控制該開關控制電路的工作。
