本发明涉及开关,尤其涉及安防开关系统。
背景技术
传统产品由于结构设计上的缺陷以及技术上的不足,结构设计不合理,用电时电路线路老化、机械式空气开关负载失效和设备负载过高导致线路无法承受导致火灾发生,导致财产巨额的经济损失和人员的伤亡。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供结构设计合理、结构简单、安全方便的安防开关系统。
安防开关系统,包括塑料外壳、开关主体、管理分析平台、服务交互云服务器、APP操作管理系统,所述塑料外壳由卡槽件和外壳件构成,在开关主体上设有电子控制与通信模块、电源转换电路、显示电路,电子控制与通信模块上设有WIFI处理器和电流感应电路,100V-275V火线输入连接电流感应电路,12V直流电路输入驱动电流感应电路继电器和变为5V驱动WIFI处理器,WIFI处理器与WIFI联网通信模块和电流感应电路连接,电流感应电路通过开关与继电器连接,继电器与用电设备连接,所述显示电路上设有联网状态提示电路和电路用电异常提示电路,管理分析平台用于对电路耗电量分析和设备状态管理分析,服务交互云服务器包括数据交换数据库、用户信息系统、设备信息系统,APP操作管理系统用于用户管理、设备管理、安全用电设定、定时用电设定。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计合理,主要由塑料外壳、开关主体、管理分析平台、服务交互云服务器、APP操作管理系统、电子控制与通信模块、电源转换电路、显示电路等构成,本产品电路板上输入单极火线进行检测电流,零线外接输出端,采用共用12V电源进行并联供电给检测电路和WiFi驱动,采用多线并联连接,负载电流达到1-100A,当超过额定电流,跳闸断电,通电直接回复通电,设置可便于更换的保险管,出现异常故障时,黄色指示灯不停闪动,联网成功显示绿色,采用WIFI模组预留的串口,作为检测感应所电线负载电流,也作为与网络路由器连接装置,本产品结构设计合理、结构简单、安全方便。

参照图1-图2安防开关系统,包括塑料外壳、开关主体、管理分析平台、服务交互云服务器、APP操作管理系统,所述塑料外壳由卡槽件和外壳件构成,在开关主体上设有电子控制与通信模块、电源转换电路、显示电路,电子控制与通信模块上设有WIFI处理器和电流感应电路,100V-275V火线输入连接电流感应电路,12V直流电路输入驱动电流感应电路继电器和变为5V驱动WIFI处理器,WIFI处理器与WIFI联网通信模块和电流感应电路连接,电流感应电路通过开关与继电器连接,继电器与用电设备连接,所述显示电路上设有联网状态提示电路和电路用电异常提示电路,管理分析平台用于对电路耗电量分析和设备状态管理分析,服务交互云服务器包括数据交换数据库、用户信息系统、设备信息系统,APP操作管理系统用于用户管理、设备管理、安全用电设定、定时用电设定。采用WIFI与智能检测电流负载实现单项电的用电电流检测,当在APP上检测到实际耗电电流时,人为设置输入大于20%额定电流或更大百分比(自动算出设定电流),当用电时超过额定电流,自动进行跳闸关闭通电,排除故障后接通电源,自动进行通电工作,为了安全起见,本开关需要火线单项输入控制,驱动感应和网络器件,采用12V电源输入驱动,产品大小尺寸大小与传统机械开关高度一致,长度可增加100%,电路板上输入单极火线进行检测电流,零线外接输出端,采用共用12V电源进行并联供电给检测电路和WiFi驱动,采用多线并联连接,负载电流达到1-100A,当超过额定电流,跳闸断电,通电直接回复通电,设置可便于更换的保险管,出现异常故障时,黄色指示灯不停闪动,联网成功显示绿色,采用WIFI模组预留的串口,作为检测感应所电线负载电流,也作为与网络路由器连接装置,通电时间设定,采用APP以周(7天)、小时、分钟为导向进行通电时间的设定,当使用者管理此电路时直接采用APP远程启动和关闭,也设置为常态通电。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,只要其以基本相同的手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应属于本发明的保护范围。
