Description

開關式按鍵結構改良
本創作係與一種鍵盤按鍵有關,尤指一種開關式按鍵結構改良。
按,如圖1所示,習知的開關式按鍵,主要係於鍵盤的電路板1a上打焊有複數機械式的微動開關2a,再於微動開關2a上固設鍵帽3a而形成的堆疊方式;俾透過按壓鍵帽3a而能觸發微動開關2a來達到輸入按鍵指令的效果。
惟,上述開關式按鍵,由於僅透過微動開關2a支撐鍵帽3a,因此在使用者敲打鍵盤時,往往會因為按壓鍵帽3a的位置稍有偏移而使鍵帽3a受力不平均,因而在敲打的過程中鍵帽3a容易晃動,影響使用上的手感。同時在結構上也較容易使鍵帽3a脫落,產品壽命不佳。
有鑑於此,本創作人係為改善並解決上述之缺失,乃特潛心研究並配合學理之運用,終於提出一種設計合理且有效改善上述缺失之本創作。
本創作之主要目的,在於可提供一種開關式按鍵結構改良,其主要係可增加使用者敲打鍵盤時,能使鍵帽產生較佳的平均受力,俾使按鍵受按壓後的回饋反應能更佳即時,並具有防止鍵帽晃動之功效。
為了達成上述之目的,本創作係提供一種開關式按鍵結構改良,包括一支撐板、一微動開關、一連接件、以及一鍵帽,微動開關固設於支撐板上並電性連接,連接件活動設置於支撐板上,且連接件包含一平衡部、以及由平衡部向下延伸而出的支撐部,而鍵帽則設於平衡部上;其中,連接件通過微動開關而位於支撐板與該鍵帽之間,並於支撐板上設有對應支撐部的勾孔,且支撐部末端設有一倒勾,倒勾穿過勾孔而使連接件勾扣於支撐板上。

請參閱圖2及圖3,係分別為本創作第一實施例之立體分解示意圖及組合剖面示意圖。本創作係提供一種開關式按鍵結構改良,包括一支撐板1、一微動開關2、一連接件3、以及一鍵帽4;其中:
該支撐板1係用於承載上述其它各組件(例如微動開關2、連接件3及鍵帽4),且支撐板1上疊置有一電路層11,支撐板10可為一金屬板(硬質板),設於電路層11下方而能支撐上述連接件3並與之活動連結,並且加強該電路層11之強度,而電路層11可為一軟性電路板或硬式電路板,並與上述微動開關2作電性連接,例如將微動開關打焊於該電路層11上。
該微動開關2係固設於上述支撐板1上並與該支撐板1上之電路層11作電性連接,並包含一觸發部20與一開關部21,觸發部20係與開關部21活動連結,並可與開關部21作相對之位移而產生一電性訊號;惟,由於此屬習知構件,且非本創作申請及保護之範疇,故不再贅述。
本創作主要係於上述支撐板1上活動設置該連接件3,上述鍵帽4則設於該連接件上,且該連接件3通過上述微動開關2而位於支撐板1與鍵帽4之間,該鍵帽4則與連接件3結合後與該連接件3連動,進而能在按壓該鍵帽4時觸動微動開關2之觸發部20而達到敲擊按鍵的效果。該連接件3包含一平衡部30、以及分別由該平衡部30周緣向下延伸而出的支撐部31,各支撐部31可分別位於平衡部30近四偶處,並於支撐板上設有對應各支撐部的複數勾孔12,且各支撐部31末端皆設有一倒勾310,以供各支撐部31分別穿過勾孔12而使連接件3勾扣於支撐板1上。平衡部30則以貼靠鍵帽4的底面為較佳,使鍵帽4在受按壓時可對連接件3平均受力,並可於平衡部30上開設一穿孔300,以供微動開關2之觸發部20通過平衡部30之穿孔300而能被鍵帽4於下壓時所觸動,但亦可經由鍵帽4帶動平衡部30而觸動觸發部20;而平衡部30上亦可設有與鍵帽4相結合的結構,例如結合部301,可透過傳統鍵帽4底面下所設有的樞接部40與結合部301結合,以應用於既有的鍵帽4結構而不需重新設計及開模生產。
是以,藉由上述之構造組成,即可得到本創作開關式按鍵結構改良。
據此,如圖3所示,由於本創作係於支撐板1與鍵帽4之間設有該連接件3,並使該連接件3以其支撐部31活動設置於支撐板1上,因而能帶動鍵帽4對微動開關2的下壓動作更為平穩,以達到增加使用者於敲打鍵盤時,能使鍵帽4產生較佳的平均受力之功效,同時也能使微動開關2在回饋的過程中將鍵帽4向上回推能更加即時,因此不論是在按壓鍵帽4、或是鍵帽4回饋的過程中,都能具有防止鍵帽4晃動之功效。此外,透過支撐板10設於電路層11下方,也不會使電路層11因按壓受力時有作用力而變形,進而兼具有使用上可減少造成鍵裂或結構損壞等效果。
值得一提的是:本創作連接件3之支撐部31可具有不同型態,如圖3所示之支撐部31可分別位於平衡部30四偶處、或如圖4所示可分別位於平衡部30相對的二側處,但此僅為實施例之一種,並不以上述為限。
綜上所述,本創作實為不可多得之新型創作產品,其確可達到預期之使用目的,而解決習知之缺失,又因極具新穎性及進步性,完全符合新型專利申請要件,爰依專利法提出申請,敬請詳查並賜准本案專利,以保障創作人之權利。
惟以上所述僅為本創作之較佳可行實施例,非因此即拘限本創作之專利範圍,故舉凡運用本創作說明書及圖式內容所為之等效結構變化,均同理皆包含於本創作之範圍內,合予陳明。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種開關式按鍵結構改良,包括: 一支撐板; 一微動開關,固設於該支撐板上並電性連接; 一連接件,活動設置於該支撐板上,且該連接件包含一平衡部、以及由該平衡部向下延伸而出的支撐部;以及 一鍵帽,設於該平衡部上; 其中,該連接件通過該微動開關而位於該支撐板與該鍵帽之間,並於該支撐板上設有對應該支撐部的勾孔,且該支撐部穿過該勾孔而使該連接件卡設於該支撐板上。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之開關式按鍵結構改良,其中該支撐板係疊置有一電路層。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之開關式按鍵結構改良,其中該支撐板係設於該電路層下方。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2或3項所述之開關式按鍵結構改良,其中該支撐板係為一金屬板。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第2或3項所述之開關式按鍵結構改良,其中該電路層係為一軟性電路板或硬式電路板。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之開關式按鍵結構改良,其中該微動開關係包含一觸發部與一開關部。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之開關式按鍵結構改良,其中該連接件之平衡部上係開設一穿孔,且該微動開關之觸發部通過該穿孔而能被該鍵帽於下壓時觸動。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之開關式按鍵結構改良,其中該連接件之平衡部係貼靠該鍵帽的底面。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之開關式按鍵結構改良,其中該連接件之平衡部上係設有結合部,且於該鍵帽底面下設有樞接部,該樞接部係與該結合部結合。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之開關式按鍵結構改良,其中該連接件之支撐部係為複數,並分別由該平衡部周緣向下延伸而出。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之開關式按鍵結構改良,其中該等支撐部係分別位於該平衡部四偶處。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之開關式按鍵結構改良,其中該等支撐部係分別位於該平衡部相對的二側處。
