Description
本新型是有關於一種加工裝置,特別是指一種即時監控加工訊號的異常情況,以判斷停機與否之加工裝置。
為了提升工件加工的效率與品質,業界係以數值控制的數位加工裝置為加工機具進行加工,更配合目前較新的工件加工品質預測技術,以期更有效地在加工過程即時掌握工件的加工品質,前述工件加工品質的預測技術如中華民國專利證書號TW I481978B「工具機之加工品質的預測方法」(主張美國專利申請案號61/722250優先權),其在工件的加工過程中可偵測到多項加工訊號,例如加工振動訊號或加工電流訊號,以加工電流訊號而言,若工件在加工過程發生異常,該加工電流訊號會因負載過大而產生電流值異常的現象,可推論該加工中的工件之加工尺寸或表面粗糙度可能發生問題,若能根據該加工電流訊號即時停止加工裝置的運作,以進行異常狀況排除,則可大幅降低工件的不良率。
因此,本新型之目的即在提供一種可降低加工工件不良率之加工裝置。
於是,本新型加工裝置具有一可對工件進行加工之加工單
元,一與加工單元電訊連結之加工品質預測單元,一與該加工品質預測單元電訊連接之訊號判讀單元,以及一同時與該加工單元與訊號判讀單元電訊接連之控制單元,該加工單元對工件進行加工時,該加工品質預測單元係可偵測加工訊號並且輸至訊號判讀單元,當該訊號判讀單元對加工訊號進行判讀時,若加工訊號產生異常現象,該訊號判讀單元立即通知該控制單元令該加工單元停止運作,因此,藉由在加工過程可即時監控加工訊號的異常狀況,並可停止加工運轉,以便操作人員可做異常狀況處置,進而可大幅降低工件加工的不良率。

第1圖是本新型加工裝置的方塊圖。
參閱第1圖,本新型之一較佳實施例加工裝置1係用以對工件進行加工並且預測工件的加工品質,同時根據品質預測的過程中偵測的加工訊號判讀是否有異常發生或是否該停止對工件進行加工,該加工裝置1係具有一加工單元2、一加工品質預測單元3、一訊號判讀單元4及一控制單元5。
該加工單元2係可對工件進行加工,一般係為數值控制的加工機具。
該加工品質預測單元3係與該加工單元2電訊連接,其係運用中華民國專利證書號TW I481978B「工具機之加工品質的預測方法」之技術,其主要先以電腦輔助設計(CAD)形成工件的輪廓及其尺寸與公差,
再利用電腦輔助製造(CAM)將前述之尺寸與公差及加工單元2的特性產生加工路徑,另外,需指定至少一產品準確度項目,前述產品準確度項目係包含粗糙度和/或尺寸偏離等,而尺寸偏離度包含有直線度、稜角度、垂直度、平行度和/或圓度等,同時將產品準確度項目連結至加工路徑,而獲得產品準確度項目與加工路徑間的複數個關係,接著,利用加工單元2對工件依加工路徑來處理複數個工件樣本,並蒐集在加工期間與加工路徑相關的多個工件樣本之複數組樣本偵測資料,在完成樣本操作後,以演算法抑止偵測資料之雜訊,同時轉換工件樣本偵測資料為對應特徵型式的樣本特徵資料,完成工件樣本之加工操作後,以量測機台量測工件樣本的產品準確度項目,而獲得一組品質樣本資料(準確度值),進而使用工件樣本的特徵資料與品質樣本資料,以預測演算法和前述之產品準確度項目與加工路徑間之關係,來建立針對產品準確度項目的一預測模型,亦即,藉由加工單元2對工件樣本進行加工時取得的特徵資料、品質樣本資料與工件的準確度值來形成一預測模型。
簡言之,該加工品質預測單元3對於欲加工之工件依設定的尺寸、公差及參數產生工件的加工路徑,並且虛擬預測工件的加工品質,同時輸出精確的工件表面品質數據,前述工件表面品質數據係由許多加工訊號轉換而成,而加工訊號係包含有加工電流訊號或加工振動訊號,以加工電流訊號為例,若加工電流訊號瞬間增強,表示加工過程的順暢度不佳,如刀具鈍化或進刀量不恰當等因素,均有可能造成工件表面的粗糙度增加或工件尺寸的異常,反之,若加工電流訊號在一定的數值之內,則表示加工順暢,工件表面的加工品質符合要求,同樣地,加工振動訊號的強弱,
亦可轉換成工件表面加工品質的數據,而可判斷工件加工是否異常。
該訊號判讀單元4係與該加工品質預測單元3電訊接連,並可接收來自該加工品質預測單元3的加工電流訊號或加工振動訊號,同時可判斷該加工電流訊號或加工振動訊號是否異常,若為異常的加工訊號,該訊號判讀單元4係令該加工品質預測單元3刪除該筆加工訊號。
該控制單元5係同時與該加工單元2與訊號判讀單元4電訊連結,當該訊號判讀單元4判斷加工電流訊號或加工振動訊號產生異常時,該控制單元5即令該加工單元2停止對工件的加工。
本新型加工裝置1的加工單元2對工件加工的過程中,該加工品質預測單元3將偵測到的電流或振動等加工訊號輸送至該訊號判讀單元4,當該訊號判讀單元4判斷該加工訊號為異常訊號時,該控制單元5立即向加工單元2發出停止運轉的訊號,該加工單元2即停止工件的加工,並通知該加工品質預測單元3刪除該筆異常的加工訊號,因此,本新型加工裝置1在加工過程可即時監控加工訊號的異常狀況,並可停止加工運轉,以便操作人員可做異常狀況處置,如此可大幅降低工件加工的不良率。

Claims (3)
- 一種加工裝置,其具有一可對工件進行加工之加工單元,一與加工單元電訊連結之加工品質預測單元,一與該加工品質預測單元電訊連接之訊號判讀單元,以及一同時與該加工單元與訊號判讀單元電訊接連之控制單元,該加工單元對工件進行加工時,該加工品質預測單元係可偵測加工訊號並且輸至訊號判讀單元,當該訊號判讀單元對加工訊號進行判讀時,若加工訊號產生異常現象,該訊號判讀單元立即通知該控制單元令該加工單元停止運作。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之加工裝置,其中,該訊號判讀單元判讀加工訊號異常時,立即通知該加工品質預測單元刪除該項加工訊號。
- 依據申請專利範圍第2項所述之加工裝置,其中,該加工訊號為加工電流訊號或加工振動訊號。
