Description
本創作是關於一種太陽能板,特別是一種具有能夠利用導光元件導引光線分散透出的太陽能板。
目前,因應節能減碳的需求,部分公寓或公司大樓的周邊玻璃都裝設有太陽能板。然而,這些太陽能板皆具有至少一不透光的發電區,造成太陽能板所接收的光線無法完全透過。也就是說,若太陽能板被裝設於公寓或公司大樓的周邊玻璃,當太陽能板接收一外部光線時,部分的外部光線會受到發電區的阻擋而無法完全透過太陽能板,造成室內採光不佳且明暗不均。
因此,如何解決上述的問題,是本領域具有通常知識者值得去思量地。
本創作之目的在於提供一種利用導光元件的太陽能板,利用導光元件的太陽能板具有能夠導引光線分散透出的功效。
基於上述目的與其他目的,本創作提供一種利用導光元件的太陽能板,適於接收來自外界的一光線,太陽能板包括至少一太陽能電池、一透明背板、一透明蓋板、一導光元件及一封裝材。透明背板設置於太陽能電池之一第一側。透明蓋板設置於太陽能電池之一第二側,光線適於通過透明蓋板而射入至太陽
能電池及透明背板。導光元件設置於太陽能電池的第一側。封裝材設置於透明蓋板與透明背板間,封裝材適於封裝太陽能電池。其中,太陽能電池是封裝於透明背板與透明蓋板間,當光線射入導光元件後,導光元件會分散光線。
在上述之太陽能板,其中導光元件為一導光板。
在上述之太陽能板,其中導光板包括一明區及一暗區,暗區是對應到太陽能電池,明區則未對應到太陽能電池,且導光板的厚度是由暗區向明區漸進地增厚。
在上述之太陽能板,其中導光板的材質為矽膠、壓克力或玻璃。
在上述之太陽能板,其中導光元件為一導光圖案。
在上述之太陽能板,其中導光圖案是透過壓花成形於透明背板之上表面或下表面。
在上述之太陽能板,其中導光圖案是採用網版印刷成形於透明背板上。
在上述之太陽能板,其中太陽能板還包括一防水膠材,防水膠材設置於透明蓋板與透明背板間,且防水膠材位於太陽能板的外側。
在上述之太陽能板,其中導光元件具有一鋸齒狀結構。
在上述之太陽能板,其中導光元件包括一明區及一暗區,暗區是對應到太陽能電池,明區則未對應到太陽能電池,且鋸齒狀結構之形狀由明區朝暗區的方向漸進式地由大至小分佈。

下面將詳細地說明本新型的較佳實施例,舉凡本新型中所述的元件、元件子部、結構、材料、配置等皆可不依說明的順序或所屬的實施例而任意搭配成新的實施例,此些實施例當屬本新型之範疇。
本新型的實施例及圖示眾多,為了避免混淆,類似的元件係以相同或相似的標號示之;為避免畫面過度複雜及混亂,重覆的元件僅標示一處,他處則以此類推。
請同時參閱圖1A及圖1B,圖1A所繪示為本創作之利用導光元件的太陽能板之截面圖,圖1B所繪示為本創作之利用導光元件的太陽能板之俯視圖。本創作提供一種具有能夠導引光線分散並導出的太陽能板1,太陽能板1適於接收來自外界的一光線,太陽能板1的結構例如為雙層玻璃夾層薄膜,太陽能板1包括至少一太陽能電池11、一透明背板12、一透明蓋板13、一導光板14、一封裝材15、
及一防水膠材16。透明背板12設置於太陽能電池11之一第一側(在圖中為太陽能電池11之下方位置)。透明蓋板13設置於太陽能電池11之一第二側(在圖中為太陽能電池11之上方位置),光線適於通過透明蓋板13而射入至太陽能電池11及透明背板12,上述之透明背板12與透明蓋板13的結構例如為玻璃。
導光板14設置於太陽能電池11的第一側。導光板14適於導引並分散自透明蓋板13所導入的光線。導光板14可以為一均勻之薄板,但也可以具其他形狀以增加其導光之效能。請參閱圖1C,圖1C所繪示為導光板其中一種實施態樣之示意圖。圖1C是以圖1A局部包括單一太陽能電池11的導光部分進行說明,導光板14包括一明區14A及一暗區14B,暗區14B是對應到太陽能電池11,即為自透明蓋板13俯視觀之受到太陽能電池11遮掩的部分。明區14A則未對應到太陽能電池11,即為自透明蓋板13俯視觀之未受到太陽能電池11遮掩的部分。其中,導光板14的厚度是由暗區14B向明區14A漸進地增厚。更詳細的說,導光板14上未受太陽能電池11遮掩的部分,採用較厚的設計方式,使其能夠讓較多的外界光線產生散射作用。請參閱圖1D,圖1D所繪示為導光板表面之結構圖,上述之導光板14的表面之局部或全部可不為光滑平面,例如為鋸齒狀結構,導光板14的材質例如為矽膠、壓克力或玻璃等材質。值得一提的是,鋸齒狀結構在明區14A與暗區14B的其大小與深度亦可有所不同,例如在明區14A其鋸齒之形狀亦可朝暗區14B的方向漸進式地由大至小分佈。
封裝材15設置於透明蓋板13與透明背板12間,封裝材15適於封裝太陽能電池11。防水膠材16設置於透明蓋板13與透明背板12間,且防水膠材16位於太陽能板1的外側,防水膠材16適於牢固包覆封裝材15。換句話說,太陽能電池11是受到封裝材15與防水膠材16的牢固包覆,使太陽能電池11不會受到水氣、機械力的影
響。如此一來,避免太陽能板1中的太陽能電池11受到水氣影響而質變退化,使太陽能板1能夠正常有效運作,上述之封裝材15例如為乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate,EVA)、聚烯烴(polyolefin,PO)、聚乙烯醇縮丁醛(polyvinyl butyral,PVB)等或UV固化膠材(UV curable encapsulant),而防水膠材16例如熱塑性聚烯烴(thermalplastic polyolefin,TPO)或丁基膠(butyl rubber)。
太陽能電池11是封裝於透明背板12與透明蓋板13間,太陽能電池11具有不透光的光電轉換元件,光電轉換元件適於將所接收之光線進行光電轉換,使太陽能板1產生供應電力。太陽能電池11可為傳統之單、多晶矽電池,但亦可為薄膜太陽能電池,例如其可包含由銅(Cu)、銦(In)、鎵(Ga)與硒(Se)所構成的太陽能電池,或可包含由Ib族元素如銅(Cu)或銀(Ag)、IIIb族元素如鋁(Al)、鎵(Ga)或銦(In)與VIb元素如硫(S)、硒(Se)或碲(Te)所構成的太陽能電池。於本實施例中,太陽能電池11為硒化銅銦鎵(Copper Indium Gallium Diselenide,簡稱為CIGS)薄膜電池,其具有吸光面積大、吸光範圍較廣(700~1,200nm之間的紅外光區域)及光電轉換效率高(最高可達19.9%)的優勢,但太陽能電池11亦可採用單多晶矽電池,同樣能夠達到光電轉換的功效。
請同時參閱圖2A及圖2B,圖2A所繪示為另一實施例之利用導光元件的太陽能板之截面示意圖,圖2B所繪示為另一實施例之利用導光元件的太陽能板之俯視示意圖。另一實施例之太陽能板2包括上述之太陽能板1全部技術特徵,且另一實施例之太陽能板2是對太陽能板1局部包括單一太陽能電池11的部分,搭配光線8作為導光的技術特徵說明。其中,當外界之光線8透過透明蓋板13導入至太陽能板2時,部分光線8會受到太陽能電池11的光電轉換區所阻擋而無法透過太陽能板2,而其餘部分光線8(圖2A中位於兩側的光線8)便會透過導光板14進行分散,
較佳是均勻分散至導光板14之出光面的每一個部分。由於導光板14於明區14A的厚度漸進式地大於於暗區14B的厚度,故光線8較易由明區14A均勻分散至暗區14B,並將光線8導出太陽能板2的透明背板12外。如此一來,當太陽能板2裝設於公寓或公司大樓的周邊玻璃時,光線8便能均勻導出太陽能板2,進而大幅提升室內採光的均勻度,避免造成明暗不均。本領域具有通常知識者應可了解圖2A及圖2B僅是用於表示光線8於導光板14中會被分散,並不代表光線8於導光板14中真正的光路。
導光元件包括一明區14A及一暗區14B,暗區14B是對應到太陽能電池11,而明區14A則未對應到太陽能電池11,且導光元件具有一鋸齒狀結構,鋸齒狀結構之形狀由明區14A朝暗區14B的方向漸進式地由大至小分佈。在其他實施例中,導光元件亦可為直接壓製在透明背板12之表面導光圖案(例如圖3B所示的導光圖案141)。請同時參閱圖3A及圖3B,圖3A所繪示為再一實施例之利用導光元件的太陽能板之截面圖,圖3B所繪示為導光圖案之示意圖。導光圖案141是透過壓花技術直接成形於透明背板12之上表面或下表面。在本實施例中,透明背板12同樣可分為明區14A與暗區14B,暗區14B是對應到太陽能電池11,即為自透明蓋板13俯視觀之受到太陽能電池11遮掩的部分。明區14A則未對應到太陽能電池11,即為自透明蓋板13俯視觀之未受到太陽能電池11遮掩的部分。導光圖案141是成形於透明背板12之上表面的明區14A的部分,此導光圖案141例如為具鋸齒狀之菱形、方形、圓形或其他形狀。在較佳實施例中,導光圖案141是成形於整個透明背板12的明區14A及暗區14B上,且相較於暗區14B上的導光圖案141,明區14A上的導光圖案141是為較複雜的圖案,以使設入至明區14A部分的光線量能均勻分散至暗區14B部分。並且,請參閱圖4,圖4所繪示為印刷層之截面圖,
導光圖案141亦可採用網版印刷成形於透明背板12上。詳細的說,透過網版印刷會在透明背板12上形成一印刷層17,導光圖案141便能透過印刷層17而印刷在透明背板12上,透過網版印刷成形的導光圖案141如同上述圖3B所示,同樣能夠達到與上述之導光板14相同分散入設光線的功效。
綜上所述,相較於傳統的太陽能板,本創作之利用導光板的太陽能板1具有能夠導引光線分散並均勻導出的功效。具體來說,透過導光板14或導光圖案141的設置,能夠將自外界所接收到的光線8進行分散,並導出太陽能板1。

Claims (10)
- 一種太陽能板,適於接收來自外界的一光線,該太陽能板包括:至少一太陽能電池;一透明背板,設置於該太陽能電池之一第一側;一透明蓋板,設置於該太陽能電池之一第二側,該光線適於通過該透明蓋板而射入至該太陽能電池及該透明背板;一導光元件,設置於該太陽能電池的該第一側;以及一封裝材,設置於該透明蓋板與該透明背板間,該封裝材適於封裝該太陽能電池;其中,該太陽能電池是封裝於該透明背板與該透明蓋板間,當該光線射入該導光元件後,該導光元件會分散該光線。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之太陽能板,其中該導光元件為一導光板。

- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之太陽能板,其中該導光元件包括一明區及一暗區,該暗區是對應到該太陽能電池,該明區則未對應到該太陽能電池,且該鋸齒狀結構之形狀由該明區朝該暗區的方向漸進式地由大至小分佈。
