Description
本創作與跑步機結構有關,尤指一種跑步機之揚升收折機構。
按,跑步機具有一以馬達驅動轉動的跑台以供使用者在上面持續跑動,而跑台的控制(如坡度及速度等)則利用一控制面板為之。該控制面板通常與扶手固定設置,而扶手乃與立於地面之基架固定設置。據此,當控制該跑台揚升後,由於控制面板的位置固定不動,故使用者的位置隨著跑台提升後,其與控制面板的距離將增加,而導致使用者不方便於操作該控制面板。
另一方面,跑步機除了設置有揚升機構以調整跑台的坡度,更設有收折機構以將跑台收起,因此形成較複雜的整體結構。在此情況下,各個結構元件由於在製造上的誤差,或是使用過程中受力產生變形等因素,而在揚升或收折跑台的過程中常導致產生異音的現象,久之將造成設備損壞。
有鑑於此,故如何改進上述問題,即為本創作所欲解決之首要課題。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種跑步機之揚升收折機構,其扶手及控制面板可隨跑台之揚升而同步升起,便於使用者操作。
為達前述目的,本創作提供一種跑步機之揚升收折機構,其包括有:
一基架,其一端設有一扶手架,且該扶手架設有一控制面板;
一跑台,其設有一以馬達驅動循環轉動的跑帶;該跑台以一前端樞設於該扶手架;
一揚升機構,其包括有一支撐架及一驅動裝置,其中該支撐架之一端樞設於該跑台,另一端界定為一抵撐端,而該驅動裝置設於該支撐架與該跑台之間,用以驅動該支撐架以其抵撐端支撐於地面且令該跑台揚升以改變其坡度;
一連動機構,其設於該基架與該跑台之間;該連動機構可選擇連接或斷開該基架與該跑台之連結,而在該連動機構連接該基架與該跑台時,令該基架隨著該跑台同步揚升。
於一實施例中,該連動機構包括有一固定件及一連接件,該固定件設於該基架,該固定件具有一座體,該座體包圍有一容室且於該容室中設有一固定桿;該連接件設於該支撐架,且該連接件可隨該支撐架移動而伸入或離開該容室,並與該固定桿卡抵或脫離,藉以令該基架與該跑台形成連接或斷開之狀態。
於另一實施例中,該連動機構包括有一固定件及一連接件,該固定件設於該基架,該固定件具有一固定孔;該連接件設於該跑台,該連接件設有一可經控制而伸縮之銷桿,該銷桿可伸入或離開該固定孔,並與該固定孔卡抵或脫離,藉以令該基架與該跑台形成連接或斷開之狀態。
較佳地,該支撐架之抵撐端設有一滾輪。
較佳地,該驅動裝置為一動力伸縮螺桿,其一端樞接於該跑台,另一端樞接於該支撐架。

請參閱第1圖,所示者為本創作提供之跑步機之揚升收折機構,其包括有一基架1、一跑台2、一揚升機構3及一連動機構。該基架1之一端豎立有一扶手架11,且該扶手架11上設有一用以控制跑步機之控制面板12,而該跑台2設有一以馬達23驅動循環轉動的跑帶(圖中未示),俾供使用者於該跑帶上跑動。上述之跑台2以一前端21樞設於該扶手架11之底端,且可受該揚升機構3驅動升起而改變其坡度,藉以增加跑步的難度。
該揚升機構3包括有一支撐架31及一驅動裝置32,其中該支撐架31以其一端樞設於該跑台2之一樞接部22上,另一端則界定為一抵撐端33,用以抵撐於地面;於本實施例中,該抵撐端33設有一滾輪34,而可滾抵於地面上。該驅動裝置32為一動力伸縮螺桿,藉由轉動以伸出螺桿而改變整體之長度,其設於該支撐架31與該跑台2之間;細言之,該驅動裝置32之一端樞接於該跑台2,另一端樞接於該支撐架31。如第2圖至第4圖所示,當該驅動裝置32作動而伸長時,該支撐架31受驅動而樞轉,並以其抵撐端33支撐於地面;接著,隨著該驅動裝置32持續伸長,則該跑台2將被頂起而使其前端21升高,藉以改變該跑台2之坡度。
而該連動機構設於該基架1與該跑台2之間,其可選擇連接或斷開該基架1與該跑台2之連結,而使該基架1與該跑台2形成連接或斷開之狀態。於本實施例中,如第1、2圖所示,該連動機構包括有一固定件及一連接件,其中該固定件具有一座體41,該座體41設於該基架1上且包圍有一容室42,該容室42中設有一兩端固定於該座體41上之固定桿43;而該連接件44為一弧形片體,其一端固定於該支撐架31,另一端則朝該固定件之容室42呈伸出狀。
當該驅動裝置作動伸長時,如前所述地,該支撐架31將產生樞轉而以其抵撐端33支撐於地面的動作。此時,該連接件44隨著該支撐架31移動而伸入該固定件之容室42,且卡抵於該固定桿43,形成如第3圖所示的該基架1與該跑台2之連接狀態。藉此,於後續該跑台2被頂起而揚升之階段時,如第4圖所示,該連接件44隨著該支撐架31升高而推動該固定桿43,進而帶動整個基架1隨著跑台2一起揚升。而該扶手架11及該控制面板12亦將隨著該基架1同步揚升,令使用者於跑台2揚升後,仍與該控制面板12維持適當的距離,俾供使用者方便地操作該控制面板12。
另一方面,當欲收折該跑台2時,如第5圖所示,令該驅動裝置32作動縮短,則該支撐架31將樞轉而其抵撐端33將離開地面,此時該連接件44隨著該支撐架31移動而退出該容室42,進而脫離該固定桿43,令該基架1與該跑台2形成斷開狀態。藉此可將該跑台2進行收折,而該基架1將不受該跑台2之牽引而仍位於原位。
第6圖所示者為本創作所提供之第二實施例,本實施例與上述第一實施例之差異在於該連動機構之結構。於本實施例中,該連動機構如第7圖所示,包括有一固定件45及一連接件46,其中該固定件45設於該基架1,其具有一固定孔451;而該連接件46設於該跑台2,其設有一可經控制而伸縮之銷桿461。上述之連接件46設有一用以拉動該銷桿461之拉繩462,藉以控制該銷桿461之伸縮。藉由伸縮的控制,該銷桿461可如第7圖所示地伸入該固定孔451,並與該固定孔451卡抵,或如第8圖所示地離開該固定孔451,令該基架1與該跑台2形成連接或斷開之狀態,藉以達成如同前述第一實施例之跑台2揚升及收折的動作(分別如第9、10圖所示者)。
惟,以上實施例之揭示乃用以說明本創作,並非用以限制本創作,故舉凡等效元件之置換仍應隸屬本創作之範疇。
綜上所述,可使熟知本項技藝者明瞭本創作確可達成前述目的,實已符合專利法之規定,爰依法提出申請。

Claims (5)
- 一種跑步機之揚升收折機構,其包括有:
一基架,其一端設有一扶手架,且該扶手架設有一控制面板;
一跑台,其設有一以馬達驅動循環轉動的跑帶;該跑台以一前端樞設於該扶手架;
一揚升機構,其包括有一支撐架及一驅動裝置,其中該支撐架之一端樞設於該跑台,另一端界定為一抵撐端,而該驅動裝置設於該支撐架與該跑台之間,用以驅動該支撐架以其抵撐端支撐於地面且令該跑台揚升以改變其坡度;
一連動機構,其設於該基架與該跑台之間;該連動機構可選擇連接或斷開該基架與該跑台之連結,而在該連動機構連接該基架與該跑台時,令該基架隨著該跑台同步揚升。 - 如請求項1所述之跑步機之揚升收折機構,其中,該連動機構包括有一固定件及一連接件,該固定件設於該基架,該固定件具有一座體,該座體包圍有一容室且於該容室中設有一固定桿;該連接件設於該支撐架,且該連接件可隨該支撐架移動而伸入或離開該容室,並與該固定桿卡抵或脫離,藉以令該基架與該跑台形成連接或斷開之狀態。
- 如請求項1所述之跑步機之揚升收折機構,其中,該連動機構包括有一固定件及一連接件,該固定件設於該基架,該固定件具有一固定孔;該連接件設於該跑台,該連接件設有一可經控制而伸縮之銷桿,該銷桿可伸入或離開該固定孔,並與該固定孔卡抵或脫離,藉以令該基架與該跑台形成連接或斷開之狀態。
- 如請求項1所述之跑步機之揚升收折機構,其中,該支撐架之抵撐端設有一滾輪。
- 如請求項1所述之跑步機之揚升收折機構,其中,該驅動裝置為一動力伸縮螺桿,其一端樞接於該跑台,另一端樞接於該支撐架。
