Description

跑步機
本發明係關於一種可改變坡度的跑步機。
由於生活忙碌,現代人普遍缺乏運動。而跑步因為簡單、有效率,成為許多人選擇的運動。當天候不佳,或在某些時段,使用室內跑步機,相較於在戶外跑步更方便。
為了模擬爬坡,某些跑步機具有揚升機構,可抬升跑步台的前端。然而,除了爬坡訓練,也需要下坡訓練。
本發明係關於一種可進行爬坡與下坡訓練的運動裝置。
本發明一實施例提供一種跑步機,其包含一跑步台、一前揚升架,一後揚昇架,以及一驅動組件。跑步台供使用者在其上走路或跑步。前揚升架與跑步台的前半部樞接。後揚升架與跑步台的後半部樞接。驅動組件可動連接前揚升架與後揚升架,並包含一套管在前揚升架與後揚升架之間位移。當套管朝前半部位移,後揚升架被抬升;當套筒朝後半部位移,前揚升架被抬升。
本發明另一實施例提供一種跑步機,其包含一跑步台、一前揚升架,一後揚昇架,以及一驅動組件。跑步台供使用者在其上走路或跑步。前揚升架與跑步台的前半部樞接。後揚升架與跑步台的後半部樞接。驅動組件可動連接前揚升架與後揚升架,並在前揚升架與後揚升架之間位移,使得前揚升架或後揚升架被抬升。

圖1為爆炸圖,顯示根據本發明一較佳實施例的跑步機1。如圖1所示,跑步機1包含一跑步台10、一前揚升架20、一後揚升架30,以及一驅動組件40。
圖2A和圖2B為立體圖,顯示本發明較佳實施例跑步機的前揚升架20、後揚昇架30,以及驅動組件40。參考圖1、圖2A和圖2B,跑步台10可具有跑步帶102,供使用者在其上走路或跑步,前揚升架20與跑步台10的前半部104下方樞接。後揚升架30與跑步台10的後半部106下方樞接。驅動組件40可動連接前揚升架20與後揚升架30,並在前揚升架20與後揚升架30之間位移,使得前揚升架20或後揚升架30被抬升。
值得注意的是,根據本案較佳實施例,驅動組件40的元件可在前揚升架20與後揚升架30之間位移。細節說明如下。
圖3是一立體圖,顯示圖1跑步機1的跑步台10在水平狀態。參考圖1、圖2A、圖2B和圖3,作為例示而非限制,前揚升架20包含一橫桿202以及兩側桿204。兩側桿204分別位於橫桿202的兩側,每個側桿204的一端具有一滾輪208抵靠一支撐面或地面,另一端具有樞接部206與跑步台10的前半部104下方的樞接部108樞接。此外,如圖3所示,當跑步台10為水平,跑步台10的前半部104下方的止擋部112抵住前揚升架20。
圖4是一局部圖,顯示圖1跑步機1在水平狀態時的後揚升架。參考圖1、圖2A、圖2B和圖4,作為例示而非限制,後揚升架30包含一外框302與內框304。外框302包含四支撐墊3020與支撐面或地面接觸。內框304位於外框302內,包含一橫桿3040、兩側桿3042、兩舉臂3044、一橫管3056。兩側桿3042分別位於橫桿3040的兩側。每個側桿3042具有兩端,其中一端具有樞接部3046用以樞接跑步台102的後半部106的樞接部110,另一端具有一滾輪3048可動連接於外框302。兩舉臂3044分別位於橫管3056的兩側並與橫管3056固定,每個舉臂3044具有兩端,其中一端樞接外框302於一軸3050,另一端樞接一個對應側桿3042的一樞轉部3052。此外,如圖4所示,側桿3042後端的下方具有腳墊3058。當跑步台10為水平,腳墊3058抵靠橫管3056。
參考圖1、圖2A和圖2B,作為例示而非限制,驅動組件40包含一馬達402、一螺桿404、一套筒406。套筒406具有內螺紋與螺桿404嚙合,並具有樞接部408樞接前揚升架20的樞接部210。馬達402具有一樞接部410樞接後揚升架30的樞接部3054。馬達402可驅動套筒406沿著螺桿404朝跑步台10的前半部104或後半部106位移。
圖5至圖6為側視圖,顯示根據本發明較佳實施例跑步機的操作狀態。
如圖3所示,當跑步台10為水平,跑步台10下方的止擋部112抵住前揚升架20。如圖2A、圖3和圖5所示,當想要進行下坡訓練,控制驅動組件40,使套筒406朝前半部104位移,使驅動組件40的總長增加,此時跑步台10的止擋部112阻擋前揚升架20向上抬升,並施予一反作用力經由套筒406傳給後揚升架30,導致後揚升架30被抬升。其中,舉臂3044繞著軸3050舉起,且側桿3042的滾輪3048朝後半部106移動,使得後揚升架30抬升,且驅動組件40隨後揚升架30而稍微連動抬升。當控制驅動組件40使套筒406回到原來位置,跑步台10恢復水平。
如圖4所示,當跑步台10為水平,後揚升架30的腳墊3058抵靠橫管3056。如圖2B和圖6所示,當想要進行上坡訓練,控制驅動組件40,使套筒406朝後半部106位移,使驅動組件40的總長縮短,此時腳墊3058抵靠橫管3056使後揚升架30無法下降,且套筒406拖曳前揚升架20往後半部106旋擺,導致前揚升架20被抬升,此時驅動組件40隨前揚升架20抬升而稍微抬升。當控制驅動組件40使套筒406回到原來位置,跑步台10恢復水平。
上述止擋部112和腳墊3058的材質,可包含至少部分的彈性或柔軟的材料,以減少與橫管3056與前揚升架20的金屬材質接觸而產生噪音。
本發明實施例的跑步機,僅利用單一驅動組件,控制跑步台的前半部或後半部的抬升,使用者很方便可模擬爬坡或下坡訓練。如此可降低成本,節省空間,並且,大幅提升坡度抬升或下降的反應速度。
熟悉本領域的技術人員,針對本發明實施例,可做各種修飾、變化,或變更,而這些修飾、變化或變更均屬於本發明的範疇。請參考圖7,在本發明另一實施例中,套筒406的樞接部408可樞接後揚升架30的樞接部3054,而馬達402的樞接部410樞接前揚升架20的樞接部210。馬達402驅動套筒406沿著螺桿404朝前半部104或後半部106位移。在跑步台為水平時,若馬達402驅動套筒406沿著螺桿404朝前半部104位移,將使得前揚升架20被抬升;若馬達402驅動套筒406沿著螺桿404朝後半部106位移,將使得後揚升架30被抬升。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種跑步機,包含:一跑步台,供使用者在其上走路或跑步;一前揚升架,與該跑步台的一前半部樞接,包含:一第一橫桿;以及二第一側桿,連接該第一橫桿並分別位於該第一橫桿的兩側,每個該第一側桿具有二端,其中一端具有一第一滾輪抵靠一地面,另一端樞接該跑步台的前半部下方的一樞接部;一後揚升架,與該該跑步台的一後半部樞接,包含:一外框,與該地面接觸;一內框,位於該外框內,包含:一第二橫桿;二第二側桿;該二第二側桿連接該第二橫桿並分別位於該第二橫桿的兩側,每個該第二側桿具有兩端,其中一端樞接該跑步台的該後半部,另一端具有一第二滾輪可動連接於該外框的內側;以及一驅動組件,可動連接該前揚升架的該第一橫桿與該後揚升架的該內框的該第二橫桿;該驅動組件包含一套筒可移動於該前揚升架的該第一橫桿與該後揚升架的該內框的該第二橫桿之間,當該套筒朝該前半部位移,該後揚升架被抬升;當該套筒朝該後半部位移,該前揚升架被抬升。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項的跑步機,其中該驅動組件還包含一馬達以及一螺桿。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項的跑步機,其中該套筒具有內螺紋與該螺桿噴合,該套筒樞接該前揚升架,該馬達樞接該後揚升架,該馬達驅動該套筒沿著該螺桿朝該前半部或該後半部位移。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項的跑步機,其中該跑步台的該前半部下方還包含一止擋部,當該跑步台為水平,該止擋部抵住該前揚升架。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項的跑步機,其中該內框還包含以及一橫管;該二舉臂分別位於該橫管的兩側,每個該舉臂具有兩端,其中一端樞接該外框,另一端樞接一個對應該第二側桿的一樞轉部。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項的跑步機,其中每個該第二側桿與該跑步台樞接的一端其下方具有一腳墊,當該跑步台為水平,該腳墊抵住該橫管。
