Description
本新型是有關於一種組合式支架,特別是指一種能夠支撐多個拼接式背板的可調式支架裝置。
以中華民國專利公告第M494335號案的多件式顯示器背板為例,主要是分別透過一第一背板與一第二背板上的卡合件相互卡合,再以焊接件焊結合卡合部位,使該第一背板與該第二背板拼接。另以中華民國第M447617號案的LED燈板連接座為例,主要是透相鄰燈板間的公、母扣件相互扣合,使相鄰燈板拼接。
惟,由於硬質物件與硬質物件間,往往會因為公差,而存在微小的間隙,以致於前述背板或前述燈板在拼接後,拼接部位的緊密效果不如預期,尤其是在前述燈板或背板固定在由多數支架組成的一支架裝置時,又會因為該等支架間存在的公差,對前述第一背板或第二背板形成拉扯,而嚴重影響該第一背板與該第二背板拼接時的密合度。
因此,本新型之目的,即在提供一種能夠提升
併接密合度的可調式支架裝置。
於是本新型可調式支架裝置,包含:一背板單元、一支架單元,及數調浮單元。
該背板單元包括相互併接的二背板。
該支架單元設置在一定點位置,且用於支撐該背板單元。
該等調浮單元分別包括固定在該支架單元的一磁性元件,及固定在該等背板且環繞該磁性元件的一磁環,該磁環與該磁性元件磁性相斥,而以該磁性元件為中心,連動該等背板在併接過程中浮動,而調整相互併接時的角度與位置。
本新型之功效在於:利用該磁環的磁浮效果,在該等背板相互併接時,自動調整相鄰接的角度與位置,而提升併接時的密合度。

本新型之其他的特徵及功效,將於參照圖式的實施方式中清楚地呈現,其中:圖1是本新型可調式支架裝置一實施例的一立體圖;圖2是該實施例中一背板單元、一支架單元,及二調浮單元的一立體分解圖;圖3是該實施例中一調浮單元的一立體分解圖;圖4是該實施例中一磁性元件與一磁環第一種磁極分佈的一剖視圖;圖5是該實施例中該磁性元件與該磁環第二種磁極分
佈的一剖視圖;圖6是該實施例中二背板相互拼接的一後視圖;及圖7是該實施例的一剖視圖。
參閱圖1、圖2,及圖3,本新型可調式支架裝置的較佳實施例包含一背板單元1、一支架單元2,及四調浮單元3。
該背板單元1包括呈陣列排列且相互拼接的四背板11。值得說明的是,該等背板11拼接時的固定方式,可以如先前技術以扣件、或以栓件、或與本案同日送件之「組合式背板裝置」新型專利申請案所揭示的扣接方式,拼接及固定該等背板11,由於本領域中具有通常知識者根據以上說明可以推知擴充細節,因此不多加說明。
該支架單元2設置在一定點位置,具有相互連接且用於支撐該背板單元1的四支架21。
該等調浮單元3分別沿一直線排列,並分別包括一磁性元件31、環繞該磁性元件31的一磁環32、封裝該磁性元件31與該磁環32且相互對合的一殼座33與一殼蓋34,及一栓件35。
該磁性元件31具有一凹孔311。
該磁環32與該磁性元件31磁性相斥,且與該磁性元件31間界定有一間隙320。值得說明的是,該磁環32與該磁性元件31的磁極分佈可以如圖4所示,沿剖面的水平方向以N-S、S-N、或S-N、N-S的方式配置;或如圖5
所示,沿剖面的垂直方向以N-S、N-S、或S-N、S-N的方式配置。
參閱圖1、圖2,及圖3,該殼座33固定在該背
板11,且承載該磁環32與該磁性元件31,並具有形成在一側且顯露該磁性元件31的一開口331。
該殼蓋34封閉該殼座33的開口331,並具有一
穿孔341。
該栓件35穿經該穿孔341且與該磁性元件31
的凹孔311插接,使該磁性元件31與該支架21固結。前述間隙320界於0.5mm~1.5mm,較佳地,前述間隙320為1mm。
參閱圖3、圖6,及圖7,當前述背板11已分別
固定在該支架21,且欲相互拼接時,只需併鄰該等背板11,就可以在該等背板11相互結合時,分別以該支架21為支點,及分別以該磁性元件31為中心,利用該磁環32的磁浮效果,及透過該磁環32與該殼座33的封裝關係,及該殼座33與該背板11的固結關係,連動該等背板11在併接過程中浮動,而能夠調整相互併接時的角度與位置,使該等背板11能夠更緊密的拼接為一體,進而提升密合度。
藉此,前述拼接完成的背板11,就可以安裝如圖所示的數個燈板4、或顯示器等。
經由以上的說明,可將本實施例的優點歸納如下:本新型能夠利用該磁環32的磁浮效果,在該等
背板11相互併接時,自動調整相鄰接的角度與位置,而提升併接時的密合度,不但構造簡單、成本低,且能夠有效提升併接時的緊密度。
惟以上所述者,僅為本新型之較佳實施例而已
,當不能以此限定本新型實施之範圍,即大凡依本新型申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本新型專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (9)
- 一種可調式支架裝置,包含:一背板單元,包括相互併接的二背板;一支架單元,設置在一定點位置,且用於支撐該背板單元;及數調浮單元,分別包括固定在該支架單元的一磁性元件,及固定在該等背板且環繞該磁性元件的一磁環,該磁環與該磁性元件磁性相斥,而以該磁性元件為中心,連動該等背板在併接過程中浮動,而調整相互併接時的角度與位置。
- 如請求項1所述的可調式支架裝置,其中,該等調浮單元分別還包括有一栓件,且該磁性元件具有一凹孔,該栓件穿經該支架單元與該磁性元件的凹孔,使該支架單元與該磁性元件固結。
- 如請求項2所述的可調式支架裝置,其中,該等調浮單元分別還包括有封裝該磁性元件與該磁環且相互對合的一殼座與一殼蓋。
- 如請求項3所述的可調式支架裝置,其中,該殼座固定在該背板,且承載該磁環與該磁性元件,並具有形成在一側且顯露該磁性元件的一開口,該殼蓋封閉該殼座的開口,並具有供該栓件穿經的一穿孔。
- 如請求項1所述的可調式支架裝置,其中,該等調浮單元分別沿一直線排列。
- 如請求項1所述的可調式支架裝置,其中,該磁環與該 磁性元件間界定有一間隙。
- 如請求項1所述的可調式支架裝置,其中,該磁環與該磁性元件間的間隙界於0.5mm~1.5mm。
- 如請求項1所述的可調式支架裝置,其中,該磁環與該磁性元件的磁極分佈可以沿剖面的水平方向以N-S、S-N、或S-N、N-S的方式配置。
- 如請求項1所述的可調式支架裝置,其中,該磁環與該磁性元件的磁極分佈可以沿剖面的垂直方向以N-S、N-S、或S-N、S-N的方式配置。
