Description
本創作係關於一種電路板與套管之裝置,係由一電路板以及一與該電路板相連接的套管所構成之裝置,其中該套管係為外導體,可將一個或數個單一或多重導線(例如同軸電纜)包覆且形成屏蔽。
按,一般此類裝置是可傳輸及處理高頻訊號的多數裝置中之一部分(例如多媒體裝置),該單一或多重導體之用於傳輸高頻訊號的內導體,是與電路板上固定的導體相互導電連接,而外導體(套管)則是作為內導體之屏蔽層用,且通常會與電路板上具有接地的接觸面積導電連接;此時,內導體/外導體與電路板上對應接觸面間可利用咬合、壓合或黏合方式相連接,使用黏合時可進行多點焊接,其中可利用較低成本的點焊或區域性焊接方式來達到大面積的接觸面。
對一些特定應用來說,電路板與同軸電纜間的連接必須密封起來,以防止外部濕氣侵入至內導體以及其與電路板上之導體的接觸點,也可避免濕氣經由接觸點侵入包圍外導體之外殼內部;為此,通常可使用分離的密封元件(例如O型墊圈),該密封元件係安裝於電路板與外導體間之接觸點上,此種密封方式通常成本較高,因為不僅密封元件本身生產成本高,且組裝時也較為耗時。
本創作之目的在於提供一種電路板與套管之裝置,係為低成本的密封方法,可使用在電路板與一被包覆且被屏蔽的導體間之連接處上。
本創作利用焊接來形成電路板與一套管(特別是受屏蔽之單一或多重導線之外導體)間之連接,且該焊接之製作可同時具有連接區域之密封功能,因此,該焊接連接區域須涵蓋套管之全部截面,且可大面積施作,藉由位於電路板與套管間的焊點可使得形成足夠之密封措施。
本創作係由一電路板以及一與該電路板導電連接之(優先為導電性)套管(特別是導體)所構成之裝置,其特徵在於:該套管係在一端截面上利用一平面、環狀(例如圓圈型、正方型、四方形等)之接觸面與該電路板接觸,且將該套管在全部圓周上(優先為全部接觸面上)與該電路板焊接在一起。
本創作為了保持大面積的足夠密封效果,可將接觸面積在離接觸面一段距離上的區段內,製作得比套管之管壁厚度為大;特別是該接觸面區段之壁厚較其他管壁厚度大,該厚度係指套管在圓周上大部分區段上均具有之厚度;為了達到此一目的,係可設有一環狀凸體將套管之接觸端加厚,其中,該環狀凸體與套管其餘部分不一定為一體成型,另一種方式也可以是,套管在接觸端具有標準厚度,並加上一段可徑向朝外(最佳為九十度)擴大的區段,為了達到良好的密封效果,環狀凸體之接觸面寬度至少為0.3mm;除了具有良好的密封效果外,藉由擴大接觸面積也可提升電路板與套管間由焊接所構成之連接強度。
本創作之電路板與套管間的密封方法,係該套管包圍至少一
內導體,當該內導體用於傳輸高頻訊號時特別具有優勢,且在內導體與對應電路板上接觸區域之接觸點上特別針對防腐蝕性有高度要求,此時,套管可具有導電性,且優先為一導體,如此該套管便可作為內導體之屏蔽以及外導體之用。
該套管可全部由金屬材質所製成,如此,該套管無須額外措施便可具有導電性,且因此而可進行焊接;然而,該套管也可以是其他材質製造,例如使用一部份塑膠,為可焊接性與導電性,則可藉由一金屬材質之(部分)覆膜來達成。

有關本創作為達上述之使用目的與功效,所採用之技術手段,茲舉出較佳可行之實施例,並配合圖式所示,詳述如下:本創作之實施例,請參閱第一圖至第三圖所示,包含一電路板1,以及一與該電路板1連接且受到屏蔽之多重導體,該多重導體包含一具有圓形截面之(導電性)套管2,該套管2係為外導體,該套管2(外導體)內部以正方形排列設有數個具導電性之內導體3;其中,該內導體3係被包覆於一絕緣體4之容納開口內,藉此,該內導體3不僅可固定於該套管2(外導體)內部,也可與該套管2(外導體)以及其他個別內導體3相互絕緣。
本創作內導體3之接觸端區段係穿過電路板1上之穿孔,而在與多重導體相隔一段距離之一側上與電路板1分別對應之接觸區域相接觸,其中,可將內導體3與該接觸區域焊接在一起。
套管2(外導體)係以其封閉環狀凸體之端面所構成之接觸面,與電路板1上之接觸區域相接觸,該套管2(外導體)與電路板1上對應之接觸面間的機械連接可藉由焊接達成,其中,可將一般常見之焊接材料填入該套管2(外導體)之接觸面與電路板1之接觸面間的空隙中。
利用該熔焊連接同時可提供防止外來濕氣入侵至套管2(外導體)之空腔內,可達到密封之功能,為了達到足夠的密封效果,此一熔焊優先為涵蓋該套管2(外導體)之接觸面的全部圓周;此外,該套管2在其接觸面區段之壁厚係大於其他部位之管壁厚度,為此,可於套管2(外導體)一端之接觸面區段上設有環狀凸體5,利用該環狀凸體5可使得套管2(外導體)之直徑以及連帶使得截面積加大。
綜上所述,本創作確實已達到所預期之使用目的與功效,且更較習知者為之理想、實用,惟,上述實施例僅係針對本創作之較佳實施例進行具體說明而已,該實施例並非用以限定本創作之申請專利範圍,舉凡其它未脫離本創作所揭示之技術手段下所完成之均等變化與修飾,均應包含於本創作所涵蓋之申請專利範圍中。

Claims (4)
- 一種電路板與套管之裝置,係由一電路板(1)以及一與該電路板(1)連接之套管(2)所構成之裝置,其特徵在於:該套管(2)之一端部係設有環狀凸體(5),該環狀凸體(5)一端之接觸面係與該電路板(1)接觸,且該電路板(1)與該套管(2)間係沿著該環狀凸體(5)之接觸面全部圓周焊接在一起。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述電路板與套管之裝置,其中,該套管(2)係為一導體,且與該電路板(1)導電連接。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述電路板與套管之裝置,其中,該套管(2)在其接觸面區段之壁厚係大於其他部位之管壁厚度。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述電路板與套管之裝置,其中,該套管(2)係包覆有至少一內導體(3)。
