Description

整合揚聲器的崁燈
本創作係關於一種崁入式揚聲裝置,尤指一種具有共用配線管路之發光模組及揚聲模組的整合揚聲器的崁燈。
在19世紀初期,愛迪生發明了留聲機,其利用聲波中空氣粒子振動的現象,紀錄其振動的物理軌跡,接著再反向操作將物理軌跡環原為物理振動,並藉以放大振幅而振動空氣粒子,即可使人耳聽見聲音。隨著時代更迭,德國西門子公司與美國的貝爾實驗室開始發展使用電磁能量轉換以達成樂音撥放的揚聲裝置,其發出之樂音的動態範圍比傳統使用物理軌跡還原之樂音的動態範圍要廣的多,因此更能夠良好的再現原始樂音內容及效果,亦由於廣播電台與隨身聽的發展,使揚聲裝置漸漸為大眾所接受。
現代人注重裝潢品質與空間利用率,因此傳統外露於壁面或天花板之外且具號角形狀的揚聲裝置,已逐漸被崁入式的揚聲裝置取代,使裝潢的外觀更加大方,而不會占用壁面或天花板之外的空間,建築物內的物品有更多空間可以靈活設置。現有技術之揚聲裝置一般係藉由接上一電源,並藉一電磁轉換單元將電源之電能轉換為磁能,再藉以與揚聲裝置內部之一固定磁場的互動,使磁能轉換為機械能而對空氣產生擠壓與震動,進而能發出聲音。
然而大多數建築物的內部空間中,崁入式的揚聲裝置不一定是必須配備的物品之一,如人們有需求必須裝設崁入式揚聲裝置時,必定會佔用原有空間牆面或天花板的空間,又由於其為崁入式的設計,故必須於狹窄的空間中增設電連接線路,不僅可能與原有的崁入式電子裝置交疊電連接線路,而增添建築物內整體電路配置的複雜程度與成本,對於不熟悉電路配線的一般人而言更是難以輕易配置完成。因此有必要針對現有技術之崁入式揚聲裝置的結構作進一步的改善。
有鑑於此,本創作的主要創作目的係提供一整合揚聲器的崁燈,主要係將揚聲器整合於崁燈中,除進行功能整合外,亦可共用線路,以降低建築物內整體電路配置的複雜程度及成本。
為達到上述創作目的,本創作所採用的主要技術手段係令該整合揚聲器的崁燈包含有: 一後殼,係具有一開口; 一前殼,係固設於該後殼之開口處,該前殼與該後殼之間具有一容置空間,且該前殼中央朝該後殼方向凹陷形成有一燈穴,該前殼表面在鄰近該燈穴之周緣處形成有複數音孔; 一揚聲器,係設於該前殼與後殼間的容置空間中,及 一發光模組,係設於該前殼之燈穴內,且熱接觸該燈穴之表面。
本創作的優點在於崁燈內整合有一揚聲器,可使該揚聲器與該發光模組共用配線管路,不僅降低室內整體線路配置的複雜程度與成本,且對於一般人而言更能夠輕易設置完成;另一方面,由於該揚聲器係藉以振動空氣而發出聲音,並藉以複數音孔傳出,即鄰近複數音孔之空氣會受到揚聲器的振動而藉通過複數音孔穿梭於該容置空間之內側與外側,使冷熱空氣交換速率增加,而達到對於該容置空間內部空氣的強制對流,亦一併加強了對該發光模組的散熱速率與效果。
以下配合圖式,進一步闡述本創作為達成創作目的所採取的技術手段。
請參閱圖1至圖2B所示,為本創作之一較佳實施例,其包含有一後殼10及一前殼20,在本實施例中,該後殼10為一圓盆狀殼體,其具有一開口11;該前殼20係固設於該後殼10之開口11處,該前殼20與該後殼10之間具有一容置空間,用以容置一揚聲器30,而該前殼20中央朝該後殼10方向凹陷形成有一燈穴21,用以容置且熱接觸一發光模組40,且該前殼20表面在鄰近該燈穴21之周緣處形成有複數音孔22,用以使揚聲器30所發出之樂音得以直接傳出於該容置空間之外,而不須倚靠空氣以外的介質使樂音失真。
請參閱圖2A、圖2B、圖3所示,該後殼10之外壁上進一步具有二相對設置的固定組件50,各固定組件50係包含有二彼此樞設的金屬片51及一彈簧52,該彈簧52係設於二金屬片51的樞設處,用以使二金屬片51間具彈力。在本實施例中,二金屬片51間具有收縮彈力,且其中一金屬片51係固設於該後殼10之外壁上,在本實施例中,其中一金屬片51係藉由一鉚釘53固設於該後殼10之外壁上,故可藉二金屬片51間之收縮彈力使另一未固設於後殼上10的金屬片51卡掣於天花板或牆面之內壁。
請參閱圖2B所示,該前殼20之燈穴21對應該後殼10一側的表面上形成有複數散熱肋條23,在本實施例中,各散熱肋條23之二端係分別朝該前殼20及該後殼10的方向延伸,且複數散熱肋條23係彼此並列設置,用以增加該燈穴21對應該後殼10之一側面的表面積,以增強該燈穴21的散熱速率與效果。
請參閱圖2A及圖3所示,該揚聲器30係設於該前殼與後殼間的容置空間中,在本實施例中,該揚聲器30係具有一鼓膜31,該揚聲器30係用以於接收一電訊號後將該電訊號之電能轉換為機械能之後,使該鼓膜31產生振動,並藉以該鼓膜31振動鄰近之空氣分子而產生特定樂音,並經由前殼20上的複數音孔22傳出於該容置空間之外。
該發光模組40係設於該前殼20之燈穴21內,且熱接觸該燈穴21之表面,在本實施例中,該發光模組40係藉以四螺絲鎖固且熱接觸於該燈穴21之表面,使該發光模組40於光時所產生的高溫熱能傳遞至該燈穴21對應該後殼10一側表面上的複數散熱肋條23,以降低該發光模組40之最高溫度,同時可使熱能經由前殼20上的複數音孔22揮散,進而保障並延長該發光模組的使用壽命。該發光模組40主要係於一基板41上設有複數發光二極體42,並透過基板41上的線路相互連接。
在本實施例中,該燈穴21內進一步設置有一光學擴散板60,該光學擴散板60之周緣係卡掣於燈穴21內壁,且該光學擴散板60罩設於該發光模組40之上,用以使複數二極體42發出的光強度均勻擴散,降低空間亮度的差異,並保護複數發光二極體42與燈穴21外部直接接觸。
在使用本創作時,係可將本創作設置於各場所的天花板中,可選擇透過外界線控或無線傳輸搖控以同時滿足聲光效果之需求。其設置有一發光模組40,可使該揚聲器30與該發光模組40共用配線管路,不僅具有功能整合之功效,且可降低室內整體線路配置的複雜程度與成本,且對於一般人而言更能夠輕易設置完成。另一方面,由於該揚聲器30之鼓膜31係藉以振動空氣而發出聲音,並藉以複數音孔22傳出,即鄰近複數音孔22之空氣會受到揚聲器的振動而藉通過複數音孔22穿梭於該容置空間之內側與外側,而達到對於該容置空間內部空氣的強制對流,亦一併加強了對該發光模組40的散熱速率與效果。
以上所述僅是本創作的較佳實施例而已,並非對本創作做任何形式上的限制,雖然本創作已以較佳實施例揭露如上,然而並非用以限定本創作,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,在不脫離本創作技術方案的範圍內,當可利用上述揭示的技術內容做出些許更動或修飾為等同變化的等效實施例,但凡是未脫離本創作技術方案的內容,依據本創作的技術實質對以上實施例所做的任何簡單修改、等同變化與修飾,均仍屬於本創作技術方案的範圍內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種整合揚聲器的崁燈,其包含: 一後殼,係具有一開口; 一前殼,係固設於該後殼之開口處,該前殼與該後殼之間具有一容置空間,且該前殼中央朝該後殼方向凹陷形成有一燈穴,該前殼表面在鄰近該燈穴之周緣處形成有複數音孔; 一揚聲器,係設於該前殼與後殼間的容置空間中,及 一發光模組,係設於該前殼之燈穴內,且熱接觸該燈穴之表面。
  2. 如請求項1所述之整合揚聲器的崁燈,其中該發光模組主要係於一基板上設有複數發光二極體。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述之整合揚聲器的崁燈,其中該前殼之燈穴對應該後殼一側的表面上形成有複數散熱肋條。
  4. 如請求項3所述之整合揚聲器的崁燈,其中各散熱肋條之二端係分別朝該前殼及該後殼的方向延伸,且複數散熱肋條係彼此並列設置。
  5. 如請求項1或2所述之整合揚聲器的崁燈,進一步具有二相對設置於該後殼之外壁上的固定組件。
  6. 如請求項5所述之整合揚聲器的崁燈,其中各固定組件係包含有二彼此樞設的金屬片及一彈簧,該彈簧係設於二金屬片的樞設處,且其中一金屬片係固設於該後殼之外壁上。
  7. 如請求項1或2所述之整合揚聲器的崁燈,其中該燈穴之內進一步設置有一光學擴散板,該光學擴散板之周緣係卡掣於燈穴內壁,且該光學擴散板罩設於該發光模組之上。
  8. 如請求項1或2所述之整合揚聲器的崁燈,其中該揚聲器具有一鼓膜。
  9. 如請求項1或2所述之整合揚聲器的崁燈,該發光模組係藉以複數螺絲鎖固且熱接觸於該燈穴之表面。
