Description

带扬声器的灯具 技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,尤其涉及一种带有扬声器的灯具。
背景技术
目前市售的发光组件多种多样,其中,发光二极管(LED)因体积小、使用寿命长以及省电等优点,深受用户青睐并且已广泛应用于各种不同的用途。
为了增加发光二极管与照明灯具的应用性,在发光过程中,如何散热以避免发光二极管烧毁一直是发光二极管的发展重点之一。传统的发光二极管灯具的散热方法是将发光二极管热能传导或者辐射至周围空气中,然而,散热元件周围的空气若缺乏流动性,将影响发光二极管的散热效果。因此,传统的发光二极管灯具仍有很大改进空间。同时,传统的发光二极管灯具仅限于照明的单一用途,因此,整合其他功能与发光二极管灯具中亦可为发光二极管灯具的发展方向之一。
目前最常见的散热方式是为LED灯板加入金属材料散热器,通常根据LED灯具的外形设计散热器的形状,金属材料一般使用铝合金。LED灯板产生的热量经金属材料散热器导出后再散发到外部空间,通常是利用自然传导、辐射和自然对流散热三种形式,有时还加上小风扇利用强制对流进行散热。
虽然上述措施实施起到了一定的散热作用,但散热的效果并不理想,因此需要寻找更好的散热方式。同时根据市场需要,如何将适当的其他功能整合于发光二极管灯具,并增加发光二极管灯具的散热效果,也是目前急需努力的目标。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种带扬声器、并可利用扬声器辅助散热的灯具。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种带扬声器的灯具,包括外壳,所述外壳一端设置有灯头、另一端设有开口,所述灯具还包括扬声器、设置在扬声器外围的发光组件、以及设置在扬声器外侧并与所述扬声器正对的散热件;
所述扬声器封闭连接在开口处,并在所述外壳的内侧形成内腔、外侧形成外腔,并且所述内腔与外腔相互隔绝;
所述散热件与所述发光组件导热连接,并且所述散热件上开设有连通至所述外腔的散热孔。
优选地,所述外壳的开口处设置有安装座,所述安装座的形状与所述外壳形状相适配,所述安装座上设置有安装位,所述扬声器封闭连接在安装位内并通过所述安装座封闭安装在开口处。
优选地,所述发光组件包括安装在所述安装座上的环形LED灯板,所述LED灯板环绕在扬声器外围。
优选地,所述发光组件包括透光件,所述透光件设置在所述LED灯板的外围。

本发明的有益效果在于:该结构中散热件与发光组件导热连接,这种连接方式有利于发光组件热量的散发;扬声器与散热件相对,此种结构使得在扬声器工作中,通过扬声器中的膜片震动来迫使空气产生流动,进而带动发光组件周围空气的流动,使外腔中的热空气及发光组件周围的热空气,通过散热件上的散热孔排出,并且还可在膜片的震动效果下,将外部的冷空气通过散热孔吸入,从而提高灯具的散热效果,以增长使用寿命。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
图1示出了一种带扬声器的灯具的第一优选实施例,包括外壳1、扬声器3、电路板、发光组件2、安装座6及散热件4等,通过将扬声器3和发光组件2合二为一,从而方便声音的布局,同时具备照明的作用。
该外壳1的一端设置有一个开口11,该开口11的相对的另一端设有灯头12,该灯头12为电源接头,主要用于将灯具连接到灯座上,接入电源。可以理解地,该外壳1的形状可以根据需要做成各种形状,例如圆柱形、方形等;为了更好的散发灯具的热量,该外壳1可以采用良导热材质做成,例如铝外壳、铜外壳等各种金属制成的外壳。
进一步地,该外壳的侧壁还可以设置有散热结构,例如,在外壳1的内壁和/或外壁制作散热筋等增大散热面积的结构。

在该安装座6中部上设置有一个安装位,扬声器3封闭连接在该安装座6的安装位内,并通过安装座6封闭安装在外壳1的开口11处,将整个灯具分隔出两个相互隔离的腔室,即外壳1的内侧形成内腔14、外侧形成外腔15。可以理解地,扬声器3的安装可以采用现有的各种安装方式,例如采用螺接、焊接及卡扣等方式固定安装。
可理解地,该扬声器3也可为通过其他方式连接在外壳1的开口11处,例如直接连接,具体为在扬声器3上一体设置与外壳1的开口11相对应的封闭、支撑装置,然后直接将扬声器3封闭安装于外壳1开口11处即可。
在扬声器3安装后,外壳1与扬声器3的下部形成内腔14,利于扬声器3的发声,具有使扬声器3放大声音、加强原声的作用。
该扬声器3的上方设置有发光组件2及散热件4,其中散热件4与该扬声器3正对,而发光组件2设置在散热件4的外围。
该发光组件2可安装在安装座6上,包括LED灯板22、透光件21等;透光件21设置在LED灯板22的上方,可以根据需要使得LED灯板22出光更加均匀或改变光线的方向等。
本实施例中,该LED灯板22呈圆环形,并环绕扬声器3布置在扬声器3外围的安装座6上,与之相对应的透光件21为圆环状,该圆环状透光件21有一定高度,透光件21的内壁与外壁之间设置有用于容纳LED灯板22的容置部23,该容置部23主要起容纳、保护LED灯板22的作用,并且适当的减小了灯具的体积。
可理解地,该LED灯板22也可为其他形式安装,例如,直接在壳体内设置用于安装LED灯板22的支架,将LED灯板22直接安装于外壳1内。
一同参阅图1、图2及图3,散热件4的形状为圆柱体状,该散热件4与扬声器3正对,并且散热件4与发光组件2导热连接,以便于快速的将发光组件2产生的热量导出。圆柱体状散热件4的直径与圆环状透光件21内径相适配,以便散热件4能够纵向插接在透光件21内,并且散热件4的高度与透光件21的高度相当。该散热件4主要起到散热作用,并且在散热件4上设置有散热孔41,该散热孔41沿散热件4的轴线方向设置。散热孔41连通至外腔15,使得外腔15与外界联通起来,从而在扬声器3工作时,扬声器3的膜片32产生震动,在膜片32凸起时,将扬声器3外腔15中的空气及LED灯板22周围的热空气,通过散热件4上的散热孔41排出;在膜片32凹进时,将扬声器3外腔15的外部的冷空气通过散热件4上的散热孔41吸入,形成强制的空气流动,可以加快散热件4的表面换热,提高散热效率。当然,散热件4还可为与透光件21适配的其他形状。
在外壳1内安装有电路板,为发光组件2和扬声器3提供工作电源以及控制信号。在本实施例中,该电路板包括与控制LED灯板22连接的第一电路板221、以及与控制扬声器3连接的第二电路板31。可以理解地,该第一电路板221、第二电路板31可以通过现有的各种固定方式固定,例如螺钉、卡扣等。
该第一电路板221与LED灯板22导电连接,为LED灯板22供电,并可输出控制信号,对LED灯板22的开关、色彩等进行控制。
该第二电路板31与扬声器3导电连接,用于为扬声器3供电及控制开关等,本实施例中,该第二电路板31位于扬声器3的下方、并位于第一电路板221上方。
可理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该电路板还可为一块,该一块电路板同时控制LED灯板22及扬声器3。
进一步地,在外壳1靠近灯头的位置处还设有透气孔13,通过该透气孔13将内腔14连通至外界,从而将内腔14内的热空气,通过透气孔13向外界排出散热。特别地,当扬声器3工作时,会产生空气振动,可将内腔14内的热空气强制从透气孔13中排出,以提高散热效率。
进一步地,在透气孔13相对应的外壳1的内部设置有防尘网5。该防尘网5主要用于防止外部的尘埃进入内腔14,以防止外界灰尘对灯具内的电路板、扬声器3等造成不利的影响。
图4、图5所示为该带扬声器的灯具的第二优选实施,在该第二优选实施例中,该灯具包括外壳1、扬声器3、电路板、发光组件2、安装座6及散热件4等,本实施例中,该外壳1采用了更为美观的中间小、两头大的结构,但其材质及功能与第一优选实施例基本相同。
在该第二优选实施例中,该散热件4为一体成型于安装座6上,散热件4的散热孔41穿透散热件4及安装座6,在散热件4正对的安装座6的另一面设置有安装位,扬声器3安装在安装位中,并且带有膜片32的面正对散热件4;在散热件4与扬声器3的膜片32之间为外腔15,散热件4上设置的散热孔41将外腔15与外界连通。
在第二优选实施例中,该透光件21包括壳体,该壳体为采用透光材料制作的外壳,壳体罩在LED灯板22上,该壳体通过底部设置的螺纹连接在安装座6上,当然,壳体也可通过其他方式连接到安装座6上,例如焊接、卡合等;LED灯板22的固定则可通过在固定座上设置卡槽等结构,将LED灯板22进行固定连接,当然,还可用其他方式来固定连接此LED灯板22。在壳体上设置通孔,通孔的形状与散热件4的形状相适配,并且散热件4穿过该通孔将外腔15与外界进行连通,为了使灯具可有效散热且又能进行实时保护,在该通孔上还设置了防护盖211,该防护盖211上设置了孔用于进行气体的交换。
本第二优选实施例的其他组成元件的材质、各部件的组合、作用及带来的效果等,与第一优选实施例基本相同,此处不再赘述。可以理解的,上述实施例的各技术特征可以任意组合使用而不受限制。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种带扬声器的灯具,包括外壳,所述外壳一端设置有灯头、另一端设有开口,其特征在于,所述灯具还包括扬声器、设置在扬声器外围的发光组件、以及设置在扬声器外侧并与所述扬声器正对的散热件;
    所述扬声器封闭连接在开口处,并在所述外壳的内侧形成内腔、外侧形成外腔,并且所述内腔与外腔相互隔绝;
    所述散热件与所述发光组件导热连接,并且所述散热件上开设有连通至所述外腔的散热孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带扬声器的灯具,其特征在于,所述外壳的开口处设置有安装座,所述安装座的形状与所述外壳形状相适配,所述安装座上设置有安装位,所述扬声器封闭连接在安装位内并通过所述安装座封闭安装在开口处。
  3. 根据权利要求 2所述的带扬声器的灯具,其特征在于,所述发光组件包括安装在所述安装座上的环形LED灯板,所述LED灯板环绕在扬声器外围。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带扬声器的灯具,其特征在于,所述发光组件包括透光件,所述透光件设置在所述LED灯板的外围。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带扬声器的灯具,其特征在于,所述透光件为圆环状,所述透光件的内壁与外壁之间设置有用于容纳LED灯板的容置部,所述散热件呈圆柱体状,所述散热孔沿平行于该散热件的轴线的方向设置,所述散热件直径与所述透光件内径相适配,所述散热件纵向插设在透光件内,所述散热件的高度与所述透光件的高度相当。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的带扬声器的灯具,其特征在于,所述透光件包括壳体,所述壳体上设置有通孔,所述壳体罩在LED灯板上、并固定连接所述安装座;所述散热件为一体成型设置在所述安装座上,所述散热件穿过所述通孔,将所述外腔与外界连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的带扬声器的灯具,其特征在于,所述外壳靠近所述灯头的位置处设置有将所述内腔与外界相连通的透气孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的带扬声器的灯具,其特征在于,所述内腔内设有与所述透气孔相对应的防尘网。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的具有扬声器的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具还包括设置于外壳内部的电路板。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的具有扬声器的灯具,其特征在于,所述电路板包括用于供电及控制所述发光组件的第一电路板、以及用于供电及控制所述扬声器的第二电路板。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的具有扬声器的灯具,其特征在于,所述第一电路板设置于内腔内靠近所述透气孔处。
