Description

織物改良結構
本新型係關於一種織物改良結構,為全新的開發概念,尤指一種可提高支撐性、柔軟度、且可提高透氣性及質感、並可減少工序之織物改良結構者。
對於織物結構而言,例如日常穿戴於人們身上之衣服、褲子等織物結構,在人們要求愈來愈多之情況下,例如要求散熱效果、透氣性、吸汗、舒適性、輕盈等,對該衣服、褲子等織物結構也發展出多種編織方法、或者纖維排列結構、或者使用不同之纖維材料。
例如以女性之內衣而言,女性在穿戴內衣時,除了會要求內衣對胸部具有良好之支撐性外,亦會要求內衣具有良好之透氣性以避免穿戴時之不舒適感,甚者,有些女性亦會要求內衣在看起來上具有良好之質感。
然而,目前市面上所販售的女性內衣,例如常見的三層布料(Spacer Fabrics)之內衣,其在支撐性與舒適感上並不是那麼符合期待,且其圖樣都是印刷的,而印刷的染料在洗滌過程中容易掉色,印刷的圖樣看起來亦無質感,故習知的內衣仍有改 善的空間存在。
本新型之織物改良結構包括彼此依序疊設之一上織物層、一中間織物層及一下織物層,其中,該中間織物層係呈波紋狀,且該中間織物層之其中一部份具有一織造密度,該中間織物層之一另一部份具有一另一織造密度,該織造密度係不同於該另一織造密度。
因此,藉由上述之結構設計,可達到提高支撐性並保有柔軟度、並可提高透氣性之目的。
上述之該中間織物層之一再一部份具有一再一織造密度,且該再一織造密度係不同於該織造密度與該另一織造密度。
上述之該上織物層係為一機器織造織物層並具有複數個緹花。藉由前述之設計,可達到提高質感並可減少工序(例如減少一道圖樣印刷之工序)之目的。
上述之該下織物層係為一彈性織物層(例如彈性纖維層)。

於圖式中顯示有一織物改良結構1,且此織物改良結構1包括彼此依序疊設之一上織物層11、一中間織物層12以及一下織物層13。
換言之,上述之織物改良結構1包括三層織物層,亦即3D立體織法,所謂之Spacer Fabrics,俗稱三明治布。
由圖式可知,中間織物層12係呈波紋狀,且中間織物層12之其中一部份121具有一織造密度,中間織物層12之一另一部份122具有一另一織造密度。
於本實施例中,中間織物層12之其中一部份121之織造密度係不同於中間織物層12之另一部份122之另一織造密度。當然,中間織物層12亦可視實際需要而會有第三、第四等織造密度(例如,中間織物層之一再一部份具有一再一織造密度,且再一織造密度係不同於織造密度與另一織造密度)。換言之,中間織物層12可在多個不同部分分別具有不同之織造密度,且所述具有不同織造密度之中間織物層12之不同部分可位於中間織物層12之任何位置。
請參閱圖2,其係為本新型較佳具體實施例之使用示意圖,並請同時一併參照圖1。
於圖2中顯示有一女性之內衣2,且此內衣2係由圖1及圖2所示之織物改良結構1所形成。
當圖2之內衣2在被穿戴時,可藉由呈波紋狀之中間織物層12之結構而形成良好之滲透效果,例如透濕、透氣(散熱)等,如圖1中之箭號所示。
此外,於圖2中,在內衣2之上部分21,中間織物層12具有較疏之密度,在內衣2之下部分22,中間織物層12具有較密之密度。其中,具有較疏密度之內衣2之上部分21可具有較好的柔軟度,具有較密密度之內衣2之下部分22可具有較好的支撐性。
換言之,在同一中間織物層12上,可依實際需要而在不同部分具有較疏或較密之織造密度,就圖2所示之內衣2而言,在內衣2之下部分22具有較密之密度,使得內衣2在被穿戴時,可對胸部具有良好的支撐性,且可達到托高及/或集中胸部的效果。至於在內衣2之上部分21具有較疏之密度,使得內衣2在被穿戴時,可具有較好的柔軟度而可提高穿戴時的舒適感。
此外,於本實施例中,上織物層11係為一機器織造織物層並具有複數個緹花111。藉由上織物層11為一機器織造織物層並具有複數個緹花111之特點,使得由織物改良結 構1所形成之內衣2在被穿戴時可具有良好的透氣性,且緹花111亦可呈現質感,甚者,由於上織物層11係為一機器織造織物層,故可省去如傳統般之圖樣印刷之工序(相對可避免印刷的染料在洗滌過程中容易掉色之問題),亦即藉由上述之結構設計,可達到提高透氣性及質感、並可減少工序之目的。
另於本實施例中,在穿戴內衣2時,下織物層13係貼合於肌膚,而下織物層13在設計上可為一般纖維層也可以是彈性纖維層(彈性織物層),若為彈性纖維層,例如由100%彈性纖維所構成之彈性纖維層,則可藉由彈性纖維之特性,例如良好的伸縮彈性、彈性回復率佳、較佳的柔適感、有點黏性等特點,可達到提高(胸部)支撐性並可與肌膚更緊密貼合之目的。
請參閱圖3,其係為本新型較佳具體實施例之機器織造織物層示意圖之一。如圖3所示,在機器織造時,若所使用之纖維較粗或針數多的話,成品呈現出來的是不透明的。
請參閱圖4,其係為本新型較佳具體實施例之機器織造織物層示意圖之二。如圖4所示,在機器織造時,若所使用之纖維較細或針數少的話,成品呈現出來的是半透明的。
因此,由圖3及圖4可知,藉由變化織造所使用之纖維的粗細或織造針數多寡,可使機器織造織物層具有不透明、半透明的質感。
請參閱圖5,其係為本新型另一較佳具體實施例之立體圖。
於圖5所示之較佳具體實施例中,中間織物層31具有三個部分,且每個部分都具有一織造密度,每個部分之織造密度皆不相同。
詳言之,中間織物層31之其中一部份311具有一織造密度,中間織物層31之另一部份312具有另一織造密度,中間織物層31之一再一部份313具有一再一織造密度,且再一織造密度係不同於織造密度與另一織造密度。
因此,如上所述,可依實際需要使中間織物層在多個不同部分分別具有不同之織造密度,例如要使中間織物層之某部分具有較好的柔軟度或具有較好的支撐性等。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種織物改良結構,包括彼此依序疊設之一上織物層、一中間織物層及一下織物層,其中,該中間織物層係呈波紋狀,且該中間織物層之其中一部份具有一織造密度,該中間織物層之一另一部份具有一另一織造密度,該織造密度係不同於該另一織造密度。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之織物改良結構,其中該中間織物層之一再一部份具有一再一織造密度,且該再一織造密度係不同於該織造密度與該另一織造密度。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之織物改良結構,其中該上織物層係為一機器織造織物層並具有複數個緹花。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之織物改良結構,其中該下織物層係為一彈性織物層。
