Description

電鍍透光後牌照飾板
本創作係有關一種電鍍透光後牌照飾板設計，尤指一種運用漸鍍工法使飾板表面不僅可呈現出具高質感與美觀功效之電鍍效果，亦可透過光源呈現出預設態樣之圖形或文字，為一種兼具科技、時尚及安全性之飾板結構，特別適用於代步之交通工具如汽車、機車、電動車或類似結構。
由於近年來生活品質的提升，以及汽車產業篷勃發展，使得汽車的普及率愈來愈高，而它不再僅是一種相當方便的交通工具，也是一種代表個人生活品味的表徵，以致於許多人喜歡於車身上裝設一些飾品來展現個人品味及美化車體。因此，一種優質的飾板開發乃有其市場之需求，更係消費者企盼的新型產品，亦係相關業者努力研發突破之目標。
有鑑於此，本案創作人本於多年從事相關產品之製造開發與設計經驗，針對上述之目標，乃積極研究，設計組製，終得一確具科技、時尚及燈光效果兼具之飾板結構。
本創作之主要目的，在於提供一種電鍍透光後牌照飾板之設計，係利用漸鍍之表面處理方式，並以隱藏式發光圖文創造出一種極具科 技與時尚感之可透光金屬質感電鍍表面之飾板結構。
為達上述目的，本創作所設計的電鍍透光後牌照飾板主要設有一外蓋、一骨架、一發光模組以及一字板所組成，其中該外蓋為可透光材質所製成，其表面經漸鍍處理形成有一漸鍍膜，內部則設有鎖固孔；該骨架前側設有多數個可相通之容置槽，後側則設有多數個結合部與扣合部，又該結合部上具有穿孔，可透過螺件穿置並螺鎖於外蓋之鎖固孔中而與外蓋結合，另於扣合部上設有卡槽，可利用固定元件的接合而裝置於後牌照上方之板金處；該發光模組係設有多數個對應的容設於骨架容置槽且電性相連之LED燈板，燈板一側則電性相連有一可控制燈板變換之控制器，又於控制器一端延伸有一電源線，供連接於尾燈電源處；該字板則於板體上設有具裸空狀態樣之圖文框槽，並覆蓋於LED燈板前方。藉此，當燈板未發光時，該飾板外觀可呈現出一完整且具高質感的鏡面電鍍效果，而通電後可於飾板上透過LED光源經字板顯示出預設之圖形或文字，而形成具發光效果之飾板，為一種科技、時尚感及安全性兼具之飾板結構。

請參第1~4圖，本創作之電鍍透光後牌照飾板1，主要設有一外蓋10、一骨架20、一發光模組30以及一字板40所組成。
上述所提之外蓋10，為可透光材質所製成，其內部則設有鎖固孔11，表面則運用漸鍍工法使形成一漸鍍膜12，而膜厚設定為0.1μm~1μm範圍，因此厚度不僅可確保外蓋10呈現出高質感的電鍍效果，亦能讓光源由背側透出，以達到最佳使用效果。
該骨架20，其前側設有多數個相通之容置槽21，而後側板體上則設有多數個具穿孔22(參第3圖所示)之結合部23，以及具卡槽24扣合部25。
該發光模組30，係設有多數對應骨架20上容置槽21且電性相連之LED燈板31，而本較佳實施例中，該燈板係由壓克力或軟質矽膠材表面經噴砂(霧面)處理所製成，並於兩側嵌置有雙色光源之燈條32，使其形成具雙色發光效果之LED燈板31，並於燈板一側電性相連有一可控制燈光變換之控制器33，控制器33一端則延伸有一電源線34。
該字板40，係覆蓋於上述LED燈板31前方，且於板體上設有具裸空狀態樣之圖文框槽41。
組裝時，則先將發光模組30之LED燈板31連同貼覆於燈板前方之字板40對應的嵌置於骨架20之容置槽21中，並使電源線34穿置於外部，再蓋上外蓋10同時利用螺件26透過骨架20結合部23之穿孔22而螺鎖於外蓋10之鎖固孔11中，而令外蓋10與骨架2 0結合，藉以組成一飾板1結構。
請同參第3、4圖所，本創作之飾板1於安裝使用時，則可利用汽車內飾扣釘、鉚釘或卡扣等通用型卡固元件透過骨架20所設之扣合部25而固設於後牌照上方之汽車板金50上，亦可利用本實施例中所設之固定件27，將其先行卡固於扣合部25之卡槽24中，再透過螺帽28將該飾板1穩固定結合於汽車板金50上(如第3、4圖所示)，並將延伸至飾板1外部之電源線34與汽車尾燈51電源電性相接，即可完成本創作之安裝，而實際實施時則可於該電源線34之尾端連接有電性接頭35(如第2圖所示)，方便使用者以插接之方式連接於尾燈51電源處。
請再參第1、4、5圖所示，當飾板1之發光模組30於未通電狀態下(如白天行車未開燈或未踩煞車時)，飾板1內設之圖文樣式則會因外蓋10表面漸鍍膜12效果而隱藏，令飾板1表面可呈現出完整的電鍍效果，可創作出高質感、美觀之金屬鏡面功效(如第1圖所示)。若當發光模組30處於通電狀態時(如夜間開啟行車燈或踩下煞車時)，則會點亮LED燈板31，而該燈板所產生之燈光又可透過字板40圖文框槽41所設之圖文態樣，穿透外蓋10之漸鍍膜12向外投射，以呈現出具高識別度燈光效果之發光飾板1(如第4、5圖所示)。再者，因該飾板1之電源線34係採與汽車尾燈51電源電性相接，且飾板1之LED燈板31具有雙色光源設計(如藍、紅色光源)，因此，當開啟行車燈時，該飾板1則可呈現出藍色發光效果，若當駕駛踩下煞車時，則可變換成紅色發光效果，或亦可透過控制器33之程式設計，而呈現出閃爍之警示燈光效果，進一步提升行車之安全性。
綜上所述，本創作確可達到創作之預期目的，提供一種電鍍透光後牌照飾板，不僅能創造出一種具科技與時尚感之高質感飾板外，亦可成為具高識別度之LED警示燈功效，以提升行車之安全性，具有實用價值無疑，爰依法提出新型專利申請。
惟以上所述者，僅為本創作之較佳實施例，當不能用以限定本創作可實施之範圍，凡習於本業之人士所明顯可作變化與修飾，皆應視為不悖離本創作之實質內容。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種電鍍透光後牌照飾板，主要設有：一外蓋，為可透光材質所製成，其表面經漸鍍處理形成有一漸鍍膜，內部則設有鎖固孔；一骨架，骨架前側設有多數個相通之容置槽，而後側則設有具穿孔之結合部，可供螺件穿置鎖於外蓋之鎖固孔上結合固設，以及多數個具卡槽之扣合部，可供裝設於後牌照上方之板金處；一發光模組，係設有多數電性相連且對應的容設於骨架容置槽之LED燈板，燈板一側則電性相連有一可控制燈光變換之控制器，又控制器一端延伸有一電源線，供連接於尾燈電源處；一字板，係覆蓋於上述LED燈板前方，且於板體上設有具裸空狀態樣之圖文框槽。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電鍍透光後牌照飾板，其中該外蓋表面之漸鍍膜膜厚設定係為0.1μm~1μm。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電鍍透光後牌照飾板，其中該發光模組之LED燈板係由壓克力或軟質矽膠材表面經噴砂(霧面)處理所製成，且燈板兩側嵌置有雙色光源之燈條，以形成具雙色發光之效果。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電鍍透光後牌照飾板，其中該發光模組之電源線，其端部設有可供插接之電性接頭。
