Description

容器的包裝結構
本創作係關於一種容器包裝結構;更詳而言之,特別係指一種可將容器進行包覆後,達到具有絕緣以及保溫功效之容器的包裝結構。
按,一般消費者於商店購買冷藏或者有經過微波的物品時,商店除了提供一般的塑膠袋外,消費者亦會自行攜帶購物袋去提裝物品,而此種包裝方式往往回到家後,發現所購買物品皆已失去原有的冷藏或加熱溫度,相對而來的也失去了物品原有的新鮮度,故如何能有效的將物品維持在一特定溫度範圍,以及提供使用者可隨身攜帶並可輕易使用之包裝容器,實為業界所需考量之課題。
有鑑於此,本案創作人遂依其多年從事相關領域之研發經驗,提出一種容器的包裝結構,有效解決上述該問題,其具體架構及其實施方式將詳述於下。
即,本創作之主要目的在於,可將瓶裝、罐裝等可包裝物品進行包覆動作,來達到絕緣之目的,以維持包裝物品之溫度之效益。
本創作之次要目的在於,令使用者可方便攜帶,使得隨時隨地可供使用者將瓶裝、罐裝等可包裝物品進行包覆動作,達到方便攜帶以及實施之效益。
依據上述目的,本創作所述之容器的包裝結構,係由一基層與一絕緣層所組成的可撓性包裝結構,其中,該基層可為紙製材製或金屬材質(例如:鐵或銅),該絕緣層係為EPE、EPP、EPS或EPO(或類似相關物理特性的材質)等發泡保溫材質,利用本體將瓶裝、罐裝等可包裝物品進行包覆之動作,並藉由絕緣層之設置來達到絕緣之目的,以維持包裝物品溫度之效益。
本創作另一實施結構,係於絕緣層上設置有磁性層,該磁性層係為可撓性之軟性磁鐵,藉由磁性層可將包裝結構兩端先依照包裝物大小包裝後,再將包裝結構兩端利用磁性特性相互吸附住。
為期許本創作之目的、功效、特徵及結構能夠有更為詳盡之了解,茲舉較佳實施例並配合圖式說明如後。

首先,請參閱第1圖及第2圖,如圖所示,本創作 係提供一種容器的包裝結構,係由一基層1與一絕緣層2所組成的可撓性包裝結構,其中,該基層1係為紙製材製或金屬材質,其金屬材質又可歸類為鐵、銅材或鋁材,另外該絕緣層2係為EPE、EPP、EPS或EPO(或類似相關物理特性的材質)等發泡保溫材質,利用基層1與絕緣層2之簡易組成來形成一完整的包裝容器之構造,其可達到商業實施大量製造之目的。
續請參閱第3圖,如圖所示,本創作之實施主要是將包裝物4(本圖式以飲料罐為說明)放置於基層1以及絕緣層2內,若該包裝物4是由冰箱拿出,或者經由保溫箱加熱至一特定溫度的包裝物4時,當使用者要延續該包裝物4的溫度,即可利用絕緣層2將溫度長期維持在該特定的溫度範圍,基層1則可保護包裝物4避免受到外力碰擊,達到可絕緣使之維持包裝物4之溫度外,亦可保護包裝內容物之最佳使用效益。
續請參閱第4圖、第5圖、第6圖以及第7圖,如圖所示,本創作亦可於絕緣層2上設置有一磁性層3,該磁性層3係為可撓性軟性磁鐵,利用磁性層3可相互吸附之特性,可於包裝結構一端做捲曲並磁性吸附於另一端(可同時參閱如第6圖及第7圖所示)而將包裝物4束緊,故,當使用者需要包裝商品時,可適時的依照包裝物4大小進行本創作可展開式的包裝動作,使基層1以及絕緣層2可緊緊的貼附於包裝物4上並且束緊包裝物4,並在藉由絕緣層2可絕緣之目的,以及基層1可保護包裝物4避免受到外力碰擊外。藉由基層1、絕緣層2以及磁性層3所組合而成的片狀包裝結構成為一種簡易之組合構造,且為可方便隨身攜帶之容器的包裝結構,實為業界一創新產品。
依此設計之本創作包裝物4可以先冰凍之後,再套上本創作;亦可先行套上本創作之後,再放入冰箱或冰桶內冰涼皆可,而且依此設計的本創作可隨身攜帶重複利用而非為拋棄式,達到環保效益的設計。
依此設計之本創作基層1之上方打上特定產品之品牌(例如:台灣啤酒或雪碧汽水…等),做成特定品牌的套子,配合推銷或行銷的訴求。
綜上所述,本創作所述容器的包裝結構具有如下之優點:
1.本創作所述容器的包裝結構,藉由利用基層與絕緣層之簡易組成來形成一完整的包裝容器之構造,其可達到商業實施大量製造之目的。
2.本創作所述容器的包裝結構,利用絕緣層將溫度維持住,基層則可保護包裝物避免受到外力碰擊,達到可絕緣使之維持包裝物之溫度外,亦可保護包裝內容物之使用效益。
3.本創作所述容器的包裝結構,利用磁性層可相互吸附之特性,可於包裝結構一端做捲曲並磁性吸附於另一端,當使用者需要包裝商品時,可適時的依照包裝物大小進行包裝之目的。
故,本創作在同類產品中具有極佳之進步性以及實用性,同時查遍國內外關於此類結構之技術資料文獻後,確實未發現有相同或近似之構造存在於本案申請之前,因此本案應已符合『創作性』、『合於產業利用性』以及『進步性』的專利要件,爰依法提出申請之。

  1. 一種容器的包裝結構,係由一基層與一絕緣層所接合而成的可撓性包裝結構,用以包裝各種形狀之容器。
  2. 一種容器的包裝結構,係分別依序由一基層、一絕緣層以及一磁性層所接合而成的可撓性包裝結構,用以包裝各種形狀之物品,且於包裝後利用磁性層可將包裝結構兩端相互吸附固定。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述容器的包裝結構,其中,該絕緣層係為發泡保溫材質。
  4. 如請求項1或2所述容器的包裝結構,其中,該絕緣層係為EPE、EPP、EPS或EPO材質。
  5. 如請求項1或2所述容器的包裝結構,其中,該基層係可為紙製材質。
  6. 如請求項1或2所述容器的包裝結構,其中,該基層係可為金屬材質。
  7. 如請求項1或2所述容器的包裝結構,其中,該基層係可為鐵或銅材質。
  8. 如請求項2所述容器的包裝結構,其中,該磁性層係為可撓性之軟性磁鐵。
