一水冷頭,熱導接所述發熱元件,該水冷頭包含一第一外殼,該第一外殼具有一第一管接頭及一第一通口;
一液體泵,垂直疊設於該水冷頭上,該液體泵包含一第二外殼,該第二外殼內部設置有一葉輪及環繞該葉輪的一驅動線圈組,該第二外殼具有相互連通的一第二管接頭及一第二通口,該第二管接頭係連通該第一管接頭;
一控制電路板,位於該水冷頭及該液體泵之間,該控制電路板電性連接該驅動線圈組;
一監控面板,具有可顯示所述散熱裝置之狀態資料的一顯示器,該監控面板電性連接該控制電路板,並設置在該第一外殼的外部;以及
