M345929 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係提供一種增進發光效率之路燈,尤指一種兼 具節能省電、增進發光及反射效率等優點,且兼具光學設 計、光域平均分配特性,照射時可在路面形成整體性光域, 俾提昇照明效果之路燈者。 _ 【先前技術】 按,由於夜間光線不足,因此設立在道路兩旁的路燈 自然成為極為重要且不可或缺的夜間照明级備。而目前所 見之傳統路燈之燈具構造概如我國公告第228287號「路燈 之改良構造」所示,包含一燈座及一上蓋,燈座與上蓋於 朝向燈桿一端係以插銷進行樞接結合,使上蓋可以樞接處 為支點進行掀啟及蓋合之動作,該上蓋另端則設有扣具可 扣固於燈座;其中,該燈座於樞接端設有一固定座,可供 .燈桿插設結合,燈座底面係呈挖空狀且固設一透明燈罩, - 燈罩上方罩設一鋁質凹弧狀反射罩,該反射罩於朝向固定 _ 座一端設—燈泡座供燈泡鎖固;藉之,當燈泡發光後,其 部份光線將直接穿過燈罩向下照射,部分光線則先入射至 反射罩後再反射向下照射,進而形成整體光域。 惟,經創作人針對傳統路燈燈具構造深入觀察及研究 後發現,傳統路燈燈具實際上具有以下若干問題及缺點·· 1、不同光源分別存有耗電量高、不符環保需求及演色 5 M345929 性差等缺點:一般傳統路燈所使用的光源通常以水銀燈泡 或南壓納燈為主要光源,以水銀燈泡而言’在照明度要求 約15000流明之條件下,水銀燈泡之耗電量約為250瓦, 耗電里較面’再加上水銀燈泡含采,故不符要求日益嚴格 的環保需求。另就高壓鈉燈而言,高壓鈉燈雖可提供約 1201m/w流明之照明度,但其耗電量卻高達400瓦,此外 更同時存有燈光顏色偏黃,導致燈光的演色性較低,光線 照射後會產生極大色差,無法真實呈現光線下物品之真實 顏色’在特殊情況下(例如治安單位調閱監視錄影帶進行 辨識時),容易降低比對的準確性。 2、反射效率低,發光效益差:傳統路燈燈具之反射罩 係以鋁質板材沖壓製成,一直以來皆存有因鋁材質表面粗 才造’以及反射罩内面未經光學設計及無法進行光域分配, 導致反射率不佳的問題存在,經實際測試發現其反射率僅 有〇. 5,故無法呈現燈泡的實質發光效益。 有鑑於傳統路燈構造存在有以上問題及缺點無法克 服,創作人遂針對路燈構造加以研創,並在經過長時間設 計、測試及不斷改良後而有本創作問世。 【新型内容】 本創作主要係提供一種增進發光效率之路燈,該路燈 包含一燈座及一上蓋,燈座與上蓋於朝向燈椁—端:以^ 銷進行樞接結合,使上蓋可以樞接處為支點進行掀啟及蓋 合之動作,该上蓋另端則設有扣具可扣固於燈座其中, 6 M345929 该燈座於拖接端設有一固定座,可供燈桿插設結合,燈座 成型一透孔’透孔周圍設複數凸柱,該透孔並蓋設一透明 燈罩’燈罩上方則罩設一投射鏡,該投射鏡係一概呈波浪 狀之凹弧形罩體,投射鏡周圍設有複數凸耳,俾對應燈座 之凸柱加以鎖固,該投射鏡於朝向燈座之内侧凹弧面成型 有大置反射面,且該投射鏡之侧壁設一燈泡座,且燈泡座 係設置一燈泡者。
