Abstract

一种高效能LED日光灯,包括一对灯头组件(1)、散热铝型材(2)、LED灯条(4)和灯罩(3),其中散热铝型材(2)与灯罩(3)配合,并且两者均插接在该对灯头组件(1)之间,所述散热铝型材(2)上设有灯条安装槽(6),LED灯条(4)位于该灯条安装槽(6)内,在上述灯条安装槽(6)内还设有将LED灯条(4)照射向灯条安装槽侧壁(6-2)的部分LED光源进行反射的灯条固定座(5),LED灯条(4)通过上述灯条固定座(5)固定在灯条安装槽(6)的槽底面(6-1)上。其解决了现有LED日光灯中LED光源会部分照射到日光灯散热铝型材上,造成LED光源的照明损失的技术缺陷,其能大幅度降低LED光源的光照损失。

Description

高效能LED日光灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明灯具,特别是高效能 LED 日光灯。
背景技术
随着社会、科学的发展与进步,人们的生活水平不断的提升,对照明要求也越来越高。
以前的荧光灯灯管光效低,对于节能环保问题上也是一大难题。如今人们聪明的智慧发明了即节能又环保的 LED 灯,比如我们室内常会用到的 LED 日光灯,但是由于 LED 光源本身发出的光和光角都不是很理想,基本光角大都在 120 度左右,再考虑到 LED 光源是安装在日光灯散热铝型材的灯源安装槽内,因此现有 LED 日光灯中 LED 光源会部分照射到日光灯散热铝型材的灯源安装槽壁上,造成 LED 光源的照明损失。
技术问题
本发明的目的是为了解决 上述 现有技术的不足而提供一种能大幅度降低 LED 光源的光照损失的高效能 LED 日光灯。
技术解决方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的高效能 LED 日光灯,包括一对灯头组件、散热铝型材、 LED 灯条和灯罩,其中散热铝型材与灯罩配合,并且两者均插接在该对灯头组件之间,所述散热铝型材上设有灯条安装槽, LED 灯条位于该灯条安装槽内,在上述灯条安装槽内还设有将 LED 灯条照射向灯条安装槽侧壁的部分 LED 光源进行反射的灯条固定座, LED 灯条通过上述灯条固定座固定在灯条安装槽的槽底面上,并且该灯条固定座根据 LED 灯条的长度分为分段式和整体式。
作为优选,所述散热铝型材的灯条安装槽侧壁上设有扣槽,所述灯条固定座包括一体式的反光底板以及位于该反光底板两侧的反光侧板,该反光侧板覆盖在灯条安装槽侧壁上,并且该反光侧板的外沿上设有扣脚,该扣脚插接在上述灯条安装槽侧壁上的扣槽内,上述反光底板上设有与 LED 灯条上的 LED 灯珠配合的通孔,所述 LED 灯条位于反光底板的背面与灯条安装槽的槽底面之间,并且与该反光底板贴合, LED 灯珠贯穿上述通孔。上述优选方案中灯条固定座的结构简单,生产简便,同时与散热铝型材之间的拆装方便。
有益效果
本发明得到的高效能 LED 日光灯,其结构中加设有灯条固定座与 LED 灯条配合,原本没有加灯条固定座时, LED 灯灯条发出的光源照射到散热体上,由于散热体表不不是平滑的表面,影响光的反射,导致出光效率低,产品结构中加设有灯条固定座后使得原本直接照射向散热铝型材的部分 LED 光源改为照射向灯条固定座的反光侧板,再经反光侧板的反射作用照射向灯罩,最后该部分 LED 光源与原本直射向灯罩的 LED 光源融合,因此本发明所提供高效能 LED 日光灯中 LED 光源的光照损失几乎为零;同时本发明中 LED 灯条无需经导热胶固定在散热铝型材上,整体结构简单,拆装方便。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图 1 所示,本实施例所提供的高效能 LED 日光灯,包括一对灯头组件 1 、散热铝型材 2 、 LED 灯条 4 和灯罩 3 ,其中散热铝型材 2 与灯罩 3 配合,并且两者均插接在该对灯头组件 1 之间,如图 2 所示,所述散热铝型材 2 上设有灯条安装槽 6 ,所述散热铝型材 2 的灯条安装槽侧壁 6-2 上设有扣槽 6-3 ,在上述灯条安装槽 6 内还设有灯条固定座 5 ,如图 3 、图 4 和图 5 所示,该灯条固定座 5 包括一体式的反光底板 5-1 以及位于该反光底板 5-1 两侧的反光侧板 5-2 ,该反光侧板 5-2 覆盖在灯条安装槽侧壁 6-2 上,并且该反光侧板 5-2 的外沿上设有扣脚 5-4 ,该扣脚 5-4 插接在上述灯条安装槽侧壁 6-2 上的扣槽 6-3 内,上述反光底板 5-1 上设有与 LED 灯条 4 上的 LED 灯珠 4-1 配合的通孔 5-3 ,所述 LED 灯条 4 位于反光底板 5-1 的背面与灯条安装槽 6 的槽底面 6-1 之间,并且与该反光底板 5-1 贴合, LED 灯珠 4-1 贯穿上述通孔 5-3 ,同时由于本实施例中 LED 灯条 4 的长度比较长,因此本实施例中灯条固定座 5 采用分段式的结构。
本实施例得到的高效能 LED 日光灯在具体使用时,由于灯条安装槽侧壁 6-2 被灯条固定座 5 的反光侧板 5-2 覆盖,因此原本直接照射向安装槽侧壁 6-2 的部分 LED 光源改为照射向灯条固定座 5 的反光侧板 5-2 ,再经反光侧板 5-2 的反射作用照射向灯罩 3 ,最后该部分 LED 光源与原本直射向灯罩 3 的 LED 光源融合 。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种高效能LED日光灯,包括一对灯头组件(1)、散热铝型材(2)、LED灯条(4)和灯罩(3),其中散热铝型材(2)与灯罩(3)配合,并且两者均插接在该对灯头组件(1)之间,所述散热铝型材(2)上设有灯条安装槽(6),LED灯条(4)位于该灯条安装槽(6)内,其特征是在上述灯条安装槽(6)内还设有将LED灯条(4)照射向灯条安装槽侧壁(6-2)的部分LED光源进行反射的灯条固定座(5),LED灯条(4)通过上述灯条固定座(5)固定在灯条安装槽(6)的槽底面(6-1)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高效能LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述散热铝型材(2)的灯条安装槽侧壁(6-2)上设有扣槽(6-3),所述灯条固定座(5)包括一体式的反光底板(5-1)以及位于该反光底板(5-1)两侧的反光侧板(5-2),该反光侧板(5-2)覆盖在灯条安装槽侧壁(6-2)上,并且该反光侧板(5-2)的外沿上设有扣脚(5-4),该扣脚(5-4)插接在上述灯条安装槽侧壁(6-2)上的扣槽(6-3)内,上述反光底板(5-1)上设有与LED灯条(4)上的LED灯珠(4-1)配合的通孔(5-3),所述LED灯条(4)位于反光底板(5-1)的背面与灯条安装槽(6)的槽底面(6-1)之间,并且与该反光底板(5-1)贴合,LED灯珠(4-1)贯穿上述通孔(5-3)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的高效能LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述灯条固定座(5)根据LED灯条(4)的长度分为分段式和整体式。
