Description

Building system

The present disclosure provides a building system, and more particularly, includes a building system with an augmented structure.

Decorative structures are often seen in buildings, such as decorative columns and decorative exterior walls. Their main purpose is not to bear structural forces, but to balance the overall appearance of the building structure. Precast construction refers to a method of production in a factory, pouring concrete into reusable molds, solidifying and hardening in a controlled environment, and transporting it to the construction site for installation. Factory production has the advantages of a stable environment, no weather effects, low technical labor requirements, and standardized operations. However, the shape of the building structure constructed using the precast construction method is relatively fixed, so after the load-bearing structure is completed, decorative structures can be added to increase the sense of balance of the overall building structure.

In addition, according to the traditional on-site poured reinforced concrete (RC) building construction method, after the structural parts of the beams, columns and floors are completed, the internal floor tiles and external ceramic tiles are laid. According to the current building regulations, scaffolding must be set up when performing exterior wall renovation work to maintain the safety of workers and prevent construction materials from falling and causing injuries to people below. However, the erection of scaffolding will extend the construction period and increase construction costs. On the other hand, in the above-mentioned building construction method, when performing floor grouting operations, additional formwork must be set up outside the predetermined position of the floor, and the process of assembling and dismantling these formworks will extend the construction period and increase construction costs. In addition, the protection and cleaning issues arising from the vertical flow of mud from the formwork joints must also be considered.

In view of this, the industry is looking forward to providing a precast building system with a decorative additional structure that can avoid the need for scaffolding when laying tiles on the exterior of a building.

The beam body has an upper surface, a beam external surface adjacent to the upper surface, and two ends. The two ends of the beam body are arranged on the top surfaces of the two adjacent column structures. The first wall panel includes a wall body and an anchoring steel bar. The wall body includes an outer wall surface and an inner wall surface opposite to the outer wall surface, the outer wall surface is flush with an outer surface of the first outer added structure, and the anchoring steel bar includes a first portion embedded and fixed inside an upper end of the wall body, and a second portion extending from the first portion and extending toward the inner wall surface. FIG. 1 shows a partial schematic diagram of a building system 1 in one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows a partial top view of the building system 1 in one embodiment of the present invention. The building system 1 may include a plurality of column structures (e.g., column structure 10, column structure 10', column structure 20'), a plurality of external beam structures (e.g., external beam structure 30, external beam structure 30'), a plurality of wall panels (e.g., wall panel 40, wall panel 40'), and a concrete structure 50. In this disclosure, the same building components will be marked with the same element symbols, but the element symbols of the building components located on the upper floors of the building are additionally marked with "'" to distinguish them from the building components located on the lower floors of the building. For example, column structure 10 and wall panel 40 are located at a lower floor of building system 1, and column structure 10' and wall panel 40' are located at an upper floor of building system 1. Concrete structure 50 separates the lower floor and the upper floor, and its top surface is configured to be used as a plane of a floor of the upper floor. In one embodiment, column structures 10 and 10', column structure 20', external beam structure 30, and wall panels 40 and 40' of building system 1 are made in a precast manner. In one embodiment, column structures 10 and 10' are arranged at the corners of building system 1, and column structure 20' is arranged at the periphery of building system 1.

113。As shown in FIG3 , the column structure 10 includes a column body 11, a first outer additional structure 12, a second outer additional structure 13, and a third outer additional structure 14. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the number and appearance of the outer additional structure can be adjusted according to the design and are not limited by the above embodiments. The column body 11 extends in a vertical direction and includes a top surface 110. The first outer additional structure 12, the second outer additional structure 13, and the third outer additional structure 14 surround an outer surface of the column body 11 to provide the column structure 10 with a specific outline shape. Specifically, as shown in FIG4 , the column structure 10 includes three outer body surfaces 111, 112, and 113. The outer body surfaces 111 and 113 are located on opposite sides of the column body 11, and the outer body surface 112 connects the outer edges of the outer body surfaces 111 and 113 and is vertically connected between the outer body surfaces 111 and 113. For the purpose of explanation, the outer body surface 111 will be referred to as the "first outer body surface", the outer body surface 112 will be referred to as the "second outer body surface", and the outer body surface 113 will be referred to as the "third outer body surface".

In one embodiment, the first outer additional structure 12, the second outer additional structure 13, and the third outer additional structure 14 each have a predetermined thickness, and respectively completely or partially cover the first outer body surface 111, the second outer body surface 112, and the third outer body surface 113. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the bottom surface 129 of the first outer additional structure 12 is substantially flush with the bottom surface 119 of the column body 11. Moreover, the top surface 120 of the first outer additional structure 12 is higher than the top surface 110 of the column body 11. Therefore, the area of the first outer body surface 111 of the column body 11 in the vertical direction is completely covered by the first outer additional structure 12. The structural features of the second outer additional structure 13 are similar to those of the first outer additional structure 12, so the area of the second outer body surface 112 of the column body 11 in the vertical direction is completely covered by the second outer additional structure 13. As shown in FIG3, the third outer additional structure 14 only covers the area of the third outer body surface 113 close to the second outer body surface 112. In one embodiment, the third outer additional structure 14 includes a step structure 145 formed by being recessed downward by a predetermined distance from one end of the top surface 140 of the third outer additional structure 14 and then extending horizontally by another predetermined distance. The step structure 145 is configured to couple with an adjacent wall structure (not shown).

In one embodiment, the column body 11, the first outer additional structure 12, the second outer additional structure 13, and the third outer additional structure 14 shown in FIG3 are integrally manufactured in a precast manner. In addition, as shown in FIG5, the column structure 10 further includes a plurality of decorative parts 80, and the decorative parts 80 can be arranged on the outer surface 124 of the first outer additional structure 12. The decorative parts 80 can be decorative parts made of tiles, quartz tiles, stones or other materials, and are pre-attached to the outer surface of the column structure 10. In this way, when the pre-cast column structure 10 is transported to the construction site for on-site operation, it is not necessary to attach tiles to the outer surface of the column structure 10 after the column structure 10 is completed, and the step of erecting a scaffold can be omitted or avoided during the construction process.

Referring again to FIG. 4 , in one embodiment, the column structure 10 includes a plurality of main bars 62 and a plurality of stirrups 63 embedded therein. The main bars 62 extend in the vertical direction of the column body 11, and the stirrups 63 are configured to enclose the main bars 62 disposed in the column body 11, and the configuration of the stirrups 63 is shown in detail in FIG. 4 . In addition, as shown in FIG. 5 , a top end of the plurality of main bars 62 includes a connector 621, which is exposed to the top surface 110 of the column body 11, and a bottom end of the main bar 62 includes another connector 622, which is exposed to the bottom surface 119 of the column body 11. The connector 621 at the top end of the main bar 62 is configured to allow the vertical bar 61 to be connected to the top surface 110 of the column structure 10, and the connector 622 at the bottom end of the main bar 62 is configured to allow the vertical bar 61 of the lower floor to be connected to the bottom surface 119 of the column structure 10 of the upper floor. In one embodiment, the connector 621 at the top end of the main bar 62 has a cylindrical recessed hole, including an internal thread (not shown) formed on the inner wall surface of the cylindrical recessed hole, and one end 611 of the vertical bar 61 has an external thread. The vertical steel bar 61 is detachably screwed to the connector 621 at the top end of the main bar 62 through an external thread, and extends upward from the top surface 110 of the precast column 10. The connector 622 at the bottom end of the main bar 62 also has a cylindrical recessed hole, but does not include a thread. After the vertical steel bar 61 of the lower floor is inserted into the connector 622 at the bottom end of the main bar 62 of the upper floor, the recessed hole of the connector 622 at the bottom end of the main bar 62 is filled with mortar material to be fixed.

In one embodiment, as shown in FIG3 , the top surface 120 of the first outer additional structure 12, the top surface 130 of the second outer additional structure 13, and the top surface 140 of the third outer additional structure 14 are flush with each other and differ from the top surface 110 of the column body 11 by a predetermined height. Specifically, as shown in FIG5 , in one embodiment, the top surface 120 of the first outer additional structure 12 differs from the top surface 110 of the column body 11 by a first height H1. The first height H1 is substantially equal to the distance between the bottom surface 119 of the column body 11 of the upper floor and the top surface 110 of the column body 11 of the lower floor. On the other hand, the top end of the vertical steel bar 61 disposed on the top surface 110 of the column structure 10 is different from the top surface 110 of the column body 11 by a second height H2. The second height H2 is greater than the first height H1. With this configuration, when the column body 11 of the upper floor is placed on the column body 11 of the lower floor, the top surface 120 of the first outer additional structure 12, the top surface 130 of the second outer additional structure 13, and the top surface 140 of the third outer additional structure 14 of the lower floor are respectively against the bottom surface of the first outer additional structure 12, the bottom surface of the second outer additional structure 13, and the bottom surface of the third outer additional structure 14 of the upper floor, but the top end of the vertical steel bar 61 of the lower floor can be extended into and fixed in the recessed hole of the connector 622 at the bottom end of the upper main bar 62.

As shown in FIG2 , the external beam structure 30 includes a beam body 35. Two ends 31, 32 of the beam body 35 are disposed on the top surfaces 110 of two adjacent column structures 10. The wall panel 40 is disposed on the outer side of the beam body 35, and the outer wall surface 414 of the wall panel 40 is flush with an outer surface 124 of the first outer additional structure 12.

Figure 6 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the joint between the wall panel 40, the wall panel 40' and the external beam structure 30 of the building system 1 in the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention. In order to clearly disclose the embodiment of the present case, in the following description, the wall panel 40 is referred to as the "first wall panel", and the wall panel 40' is referred to as the "second wall panel". The first wall panel 40 includes a wall body 41 and an anchoring steel bar 42. The wall body 41 includes a wall outer surface 414 and an inner wall surface 413 opposite to the wall outer surface 414. The anchoring steel bar 42 includes a first portion 421 embedded in and fixed to the interior of an upper end 418 of the wall body 41, and a second portion 422 extending from the first portion 421 and extending from the inner wall surface 413. In one embodiment, the first portion 421 of the anchoring steel bar 42 is substantially perpendicular to the second portion 422. The outer wall surface 414 may be further paved with decorative pieces 43. The decorative pieces 43 may be decorative pieces made of tiles, quartz tiles, stone or other materials, and are pre-pasted on the outer wall surface 414 of the first wall panel 40. In this way, when the pre-cast first wall panel 40 is transported to the construction site for installation, it is not necessary to affix tiles to the outer wall surface 414 of the first wall panel 40, so the step of erecting a scaffold can be omitted or avoided.

In one embodiment, as shown in FIG6 , the beam body 35 has an upper surface 300, an outer surface 304, and an inner surface 303 opposite to the outer surface 304. The upper surface 300 connects the inner surface 303 and the upper edge of the outer surface 304, and a groove 305 is formed in the upper surface 300.

The combination method of the external beam structure 30 and the first wall panel 40 of the building system 1 is described as follows:

First, as shown in FIG2 , the two ends 31 and 32 of the beam body 35 are first set on the top surface 110 of the two adjacent column structures 10. After the beam body 35 is positioned, as shown in FIG6 , the wall body 41 is positioned outside the beam body 35, wherein the beam outer surface 304 of the beam body 35 and the wall inner surface 413 of the first wall panel 40 are separated by a distance d1 and are not directly connected. At this time, the second portion 422 of the anchoring steel bar 42 extending from the wall body 41 is partially located above the upper surface 300 of the beam body 35. After the first wall panel 40 is positioned, the concrete structure 50 is poured to form the floor of the building system 1. 6, the concrete structure 50 is formed on the upper surface 300 of the beam body 35 and covers the second portion 422 of the anchoring bar 42, so that the upper end 418 of the first wall panel 40 is fixed to the concrete structure 50 by the anchoring bar 42. In the embodiment where the upper surface 300 of the beam body 35 includes a groove 305, a portion of the concrete structure 50 extends into the groove 305, thereby increasing the structural strength between the concrete structure 50 and the beam body 35.

As shown in FIG7 , in addition to covering the beam body 35, the concrete structure 50 also extends in a horizontal direction and is formed on the top surface 110 of the column structure 10. In one embodiment, the concrete structure 50 is closely connected to the inner surface 125 of the first outer additional structure 12 and the inner surface 135 of the second outer additional structure 13 of the column structure 10. In addition, the top surface of the concrete structure 50 (i.e., the first floor surface) is flush with the top surface 120 of the first outer additional structure 12 and the top surface 130 of the second outer additional structure 13, but does not cover the top end of the vertical steel bar 61 for coupling with the column structure 10 of the upper floor. In one embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 , since the edge of the concrete structure 50 located at the periphery of the building is surrounded by the inner surface 125 of the first outer additional structure 12, the inner surface 135 of the second outer additional structure 13, and the inner surface 413 of the first wall panel 40, no additional construction formwork is required during the pouring of concrete, thereby further speeding up the construction time.

6, in one embodiment, the second wall panel 40' located on the upper floor is fixed to the first wall panel 40 located on the lower floor through a connector 70. Specifically, the inner wall surface 413 of the lower end 419 of the second wall panel 40' includes a groove 45, and the connector 70 extends from the upper surface 410 of the upper end 418 of the first wall panel 40. When the second wall panel 40' stands upright above the first wall panel 40, a portion of the connector 70 extends into the groove 45 and cooperates with the bolt 72 located in the groove 45, thereby fixing the second wall panel 40' above the first wall panel 40. For the structural features of the connector 70 and the bolt 72, please refer to the Republic of China Patent Application No. 112104721 filed by the same applicant on February 10, 2023, and the entire contents of the above case are incorporated into this disclosure by reference.

95。As shown in FIG8 , in some embodiments, the first wall panel 40 further abuts against the adjacent column structure 10, and a sealing structure is disposed at the junction of the first wall panel 40 and the column structure 10 to increase the tightness between the first wall panel 40 and the column structure 10. The junction between the side surface 415 of the wall body 41 of the first wall panel 40 and the side surface 121 of the first outer side augmentation structure 12 of the column structure 10 includes an elastic element 93, a sealing strip 94, and a filling material 95.

The elastic element 93 is a preformed long strip structure, which includes an extension portion 931, a base portion 932, and a compression portion 933. The extension portion 931 and the compression portion 933 are respectively formed on the front and rear surfaces of the base portion 932, wherein the extension portion 931 extends a predetermined length from the rear surface of the base portion 932, and the compression portion 933 is an arched structure, and its two ends are respectively connected to the front surface of the base portion 932 to form a hollow structure that can be elastically deformed together with the base portion 932. The elastic element 93 can be embedded on the side surface 415 of the first wall panel 40 during the manufacturing process of the first wall panel 40, so that the base 932 is located below the side surface 415 of the first wall panel 40, and the connection strength between the elastic element 93 and the first wall panel 40 is increased through the extension portion 931.

When the side surface 415 of the first wall panel 40 abuts against the side surface 121 of the first external added structure 12, the elastic element 93 is located outside the joint between the first wall panel 40 and the first external added structure 12 (i.e., the wall outer surface 414 adjacent to the wall body 41), and the sealing strip 94 is located inside the joint between the first wall panel 40 and the first external added structure 12 (i.e., the wall inner surface 413 adjacent to the wall body 41). The elastic element 93 and the sealing strip 94 are each spaced apart from the wall outer surface 414 and the wall inner surface 413 of the first wall panel 40. The filling material 95 is disposed in the gap between the elastic element 93 and the outer wall surface 414 of the first wall panel 40, and in the gap between the sealing strip 94 and the inner wall surface 413 of the first wall panel 40. The first outer side added structure 12 of the first wall panel 40 is airtightly connected through the above-mentioned composite sealing structure, and the provision of the elastic element 93 can further reduce the possibility of the first wall panel 40 directly colliding with the first outer side added structure 12 and being damaged. The elastic element 93 can be made of rubber, metal, plastic (e.g., PVC plastic) or metal-rubber composite material. The sealing strip 94 can include a foam material (e.g., a PE foam rod). The filling material 95 can include a resin material.

Referring to Figures 1 and 9, in an embodiment in which the column structure 20' is a side column of a building, the column structure 20' includes a column body 21 and a first outer extension portion 22. The structural features of the column body 21 are the same as the structural features of the column body 11 shown in Figures 3 and 5, and are not repeated for simplicity of description. The first outer extension portion 22 is fixed to the first outer body surface 211 of the column body 21. The area of the first outer body surface 211 of the column body 21 in the vertical direction is completely covered by the first outer extension portion 22, and the height of the top end of the vertical steel bar 61 is greater than the height of the top surface 220 of the first outer extension portion 22, so as to provide connection to the column structure of the upper floor. The corner of the top surface 220 on one side of the first outer extension part 22 includes a recess 221, and the other side has an L-shaped structure 222, which is substantially perpendicular to the first outer body surface 211 of the column body 21 and is located on the top surface 110 of the column body 21, thereby matching the building structures on the left and right sides of the first outer extension part 22.

Since no external beam structure is provided between the wall panels of the upper and lower floors of the embodiment of the present invention, the building system can have a flat facade. In addition, since the column structure of the embodiment of the present invention includes one or more external additional structures, and the outer surface of the external additional structure is flush with the outer surface of the wall of the adjacent wall panel, the appearance of the building system can be further improved.
