Abstract

A curtain display rack structure having a support seat and a curtain rod is provided. The support seat has two erect rods and a telescopic structure arranged between the bristling rods to make the erect rods to be far away from each other or close to each other. The curtain rod is detachably straddled on the erect rods and has a thwart rod and two arms arranged on the thwart rod. A plurality of hanging members are arranged under the thwart rod, each the arm has a joint portion and an arm portion extending from the joint portion. The arm portions are connected to the thwart rod and the joint portions are detachably assembled on the erect rods. The curtain display rack structure is therefore unfolding to display a curtain and easily carrying after storage.

Curtain display rack structure

The present invention relates to a display stand, in particular to a curtain display stand structure for displaying curtains or curtain fabrics.

According to the current diversified marketing model, in the past, curtain or curtain cloth sellers mainly displayed various styles of curtains and other products in their stores. However, in order to expand the business, they also printed publications such as catalogs to facilitate salesmen to introduce to customers at their doorsteps, and for customers to select through photos or pictures. In today's Internet-developed world, there are also ways to set up websites for customers to browse.

However, although the above-mentioned method of taking photos of products to make photos or pictures can be conveniently carried or displayed at any time, it is still somewhat different from the real thing. In particular, the texture of the material is often difficult to fully express simply through images, so that consumers will inevitably have a gap in their choices compared to their expectations. For this reason, salespeople still carry the latest or main promoted products or samples so that customers can actually touch them.

Even so, it is difficult for the salesperson to actually hang up the real objects or samples for customers to confirm their status when they are displayed.

In view of this, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself to research and applied theories to improve and solve the above-mentioned deficiencies, and finally proposed an invention with a reasonable design and effective improvement of the above-mentioned deficiencies.

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a curtain display rack structure that can be easily stored and carried, so that salespeople can display the curtains or curtain fabrics they want to promote at any time.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention provides a curtain display frame structure, including a support base and a curtain rod; the support base includes two vertical rods and a telescopic structure, the two vertical rods each have a bottom, a connecting portion bent upward from the bottom, and a bearing portion extending upward from the connecting portion, and the telescopic structure is formed by two cross-hinged pivots, and each pivot has two ends respectively pivotally connected to the two vertical rods, so that the telescopic structure is arranged between the two bearing portions so that the two vertical rods can move away from each other or lean against each other, and the curtain rod can be detachably placed across the two vertical rods.

Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, which are respectively a three-dimensional exploded view and a three-dimensional assembled view of the present invention. The present invention provides a curtain display rack structure 1, which can be used for hanging curtains or curtain cloths (not shown) to facilitate display of the curtains or curtain cloths; the curtain display rack structure 1 includes a foldable support base 10 and a curtain rod 11 detachably assembled on the support base 10; wherein: the support base 10 includes two vertical rods 100 and a telescopic structure 101 disposed between the two vertical rods 100. Please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 together. The two vertical poles 100 are arranged on the left and right, and each vertical pole 100 has a bottom 100a, a connecting portion 100b bent upward from the bottom 100a, and a supporting portion 100c extending upward from the connecting portion 100b. The telescopic structure 101 is disposed between the supporting portions 100c of the two vertical poles 100, so that the two vertical poles 100 can move away from each other (in an unfolded state) or close to each other (in a folded state, as shown in FIG. 5 or FIG. 6).

As mentioned above, in the embodiment of the present invention, the telescopic structure 101 is formed by cross-hinging two pivots 101a, and each pivot 101a has two ends (such as a lower end 101b and an upper end 101c) to be pivotally connected to two vertical poles 100 respectively. At the same time, a slide groove 100d is respectively provided on the bearing part 100c of the two vertical poles 100, so that any end of the two ends of each pivot 101a can be movably hinged. In this embodiment, the upper end 101c of each pivot 101a is movably hinged in the slide groove 100d, and the lower end 101b is fixedly hinged on the bearing part 100c of the vertical pole 100.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 3 again. The curtain rod 11 is used to straddle the support base 10 and includes a crossbar 110 and two arms 111 disposed on the crossbar 110. A plurality of hanging parts 110a are disposed below the crossbar 110 for hanging the curtain or curtain cloth for display. The curtain rod 11 can be an electric curtain rod and has a motor 112 driving a gear (not shown) in a gear box 113 to drive each hanging part 110a to move below the crossbar 110, so that the hanging curtain or curtain cloth can be displayed and opened or closed. In addition, the curtain rod 11 can also be a hand-pull curtain rod (not shown). In addition, the two ends of the crossbar 110 can be respectively provided with an end kit 110b as decoration, and the end kit 110b can be directly mounted on the two ends of the crossbar 110 and can be disassembled and assembled at any time.

Please refer to FIG. 4 , the two arms 111 each have a coupling portion 111a and an arm portion 111b extending from the coupling portion 111a, wherein the coupling portion 111a is detachably assembled on the supporting portion 100c of the vertical pole 100; further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the two vertical poles 100 each have a fixing block 102 protruding from the supporting portion 100c thereof, and the fixing block 102 may be a dovetail seat, and each arm portion 111b is recessed with an embedding groove 111c for embedding in the fixing block 102, and the embedding groove 111c may be a dovetail groove. The two arms 111 are respectively assembled on the two supporting parts 100c of the vertical rod 100 by being engaged with the above-mentioned groove 111c through the above-mentioned groove 111c. In addition, in order to avoid problems such as unstable center of gravity of the curtain rod 11, the length W1 of the bottom 100a of the two vertical rods 100 of the above-mentioned support base 10 is greater than the horizontal distance D extending from the supporting part 100c to the connecting part 100b; preferably, the horizontal distance D extending from the connecting part 100c to the connecting part 100b is greater than half of W1, so as to avoid problems such as the curtain rod 11 being too heavy (especially when an electric curtain rod is used) and being prone to tipping forward or being unable to stand stably. Furthermore, the bottom 100a of the vertical pole 100 and the connecting portion 100b form an angle A1 in the imaginary extension direction. The angle is preferably not greater than (less than or equal to) 45 degrees. This can also avoid the aforementioned problem of unstable standing caused by excessive forward tilt of the center of gravity.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the end of the arm portion 111b has a connecting portion 111d, and a locking rail 110c extending along the length of the crossbar 110 is provided above the crossbar 110, so that the two arms 111 can move on the locking rail 110c of the crossbar 110 after the connecting portion 111d is locked on the locking rail 110c.

Accordingly, as shown in FIG3, when the support base 10 is unfolded and assembled with the curtain rod 11, the curtain or curtain cloth to be displayed can be hung thereon for display; and when it is desired to be folded, the support base 10 and the curtain rod 11 only need to be separated from the fixing block 102 and the embedding groove 111c, and then the two vertical rods 100 can be brought against each other through the telescopic structure 101 of the support base 10 (as shown in FIG5 or FIG6), so that the purpose of easy carrying can be achieved.

In addition, as shown in FIG7 , the present invention may further include a box 2 for storing the folded curtain display rack structure 1. The box 2 has a bottom box 20 and a top box 21 which are hollow inside, and the bottom box 20 and the top box 21 can cover each other. As shown in FIG. 4 , the two vertical rods 100 of the support base 10 form a clamping area A between the bottom 100a and the connecting portion 100b, and the length W1 of the bottom 100a is shorter than the width W2 inside the bottom box 20, and the length L1 of the vertical rod 100 is also shorter than the length L2 inside the bottom box 20, so the folded support base 10 can be laid flat in the bottom box 20 as shown in FIG. 7 , and the two-end kit 110b to be removed can be placed in the clamping area A, and then the curtain rod 11 can be arranged in the remaining space in the bottom box 20. In this way, the purpose of storing the curtain display rack structure 1 with the box body 2 can be achieved, and it can also be more convenient to carry.

Therefore, by means of the above-mentioned structural composition, the curtain display rack structure of the present invention can be obtained.

Therefore, the curtain display rack structure 1 of the present invention is an unfoldable and foldable curtain display rack, which can be conveniently carried to a suitable place to display the curtains or curtain cloths to be promoted; at the same time, it can be stored in the box 2 in a folded state for easy carrying. Therefore, the present invention can facilitate sales personnel to visit customers' homes for direct display, and can also be used in various exhibition venues for convenient and quick installation or evacuation. At the same time, the curtains or curtain cloths to be displayed can be actually hung to present their real use status for customers to choose and purchase.

In summary, this invention can achieve the intended purpose and solve the lack of knowledge. It is also extremely novel and progressive and fully meets the requirements for invention patent application. Therefore, we have filed an application in accordance with the Patent Law. Claims (9)

A curtain display frame structure includes: a support base, including two vertical rods and a telescopic structure, the two vertical rods each having a bottom, a connecting portion bent upward from the bottom, and a bearing portion extending upward from the connecting portion, and the telescopic structure is formed by two cross-hinged hinges, and each of the hinges has two ends to separate The two vertical rods are pivotally connected to each other so that the telescopic structure is arranged between the two bearing parts so that the two vertical rods can move away from each other or lean against each other; and a curtain rod is detachably straddled on the two vertical rods; wherein the two vertical rods are respectively provided with a sliding groove for either end of each of the two ends of each of the pivot rods to be movable pivoted. The curtain display rack structure as described in claim 1, wherein the horizontal distance of the supporting portion extending from the connecting portion is greater than half the length of the bottom of the two vertical rods. The curtain display rack structure as described in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the two vertical rods and their connecting parts form an angle in the imaginary extension direction, and the angle is less than or equal to 45 degrees. The curtain display rack structure as described in claim 1, wherein the curtain rod is an electric curtain rod or a hand-pull curtain rod. The curtain display rack structure as described in claim 1, wherein the curtain rod comprises a horizontal rod and two arms disposed on the horizontal rod, a plurality of hanging parts are disposed below the horizontal rod, and the two arms each have a joint and an arm extending from the joint, the arm is connected to the horizontal rod, and the joint is detachably assembled on the two vertical rods. As described in claim 5, the curtain display rack structure has a fixing block protruding from each of the two vertical rods, and the arm portion has a recessed groove for being engaged with the fixing block; the fixing block is a dovetail seat, and the arm portion is a dovetail groove. The curtain display rack structure as described in claim 5, wherein the end of the arm has a connecting portion, and a locking rail extending along the length of the rod is provided above the crossbar, so that the connecting portion can be locked on the locking rail for movement. The curtain display rack structure as described in claim 1 further includes a box body, which has a bottom box and a top box that are hollow and cover each other, and the length of the bottom of the two vertical rods is shorter than the width of the inside of the bottom box, and the length of the two vertical rods is shorter than the length of the inside of the bottom box, so that the two supporting seats can lie flat in the bottom box and store the curtain rod. As described in claim 8, the curtain display rack structure, wherein the two ends of the curtain rod are respectively provided with an end kit, and a clamping area is formed between the bottom and the connecting portion of the two vertical rods, and the two-end kit is located in the clamping area when stored in the box.
