SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for demonstration, storage and sale of goods both in buildings (pavillions), and outside the buildings. Demonstrational and commercial transformer module contains an enclosure, which includes at least two sections designed for placement of goods. The sections are equipped with locking device; sections can also be driven apart. In assembled state, the module enclosure represents regular or irregular geometric figure, surface of which is formed by closely fit outer surfaces of enclosure sections. When apart, the inner surfaces of the sections open to form a single demonstrational and commercial panel. The goods are placed into inner space of the sections, onto the holders, installed on the inner surfaces of the sections. The holders are made stationary or movable, with a capability of horizontal turn around vertical axis, based upon book pages principle. In closed state, the device is locked to provide reliable storage of goods. One of the demonstrational and commercial transformer module's versions contains chambers, located in the lower part of demonstrational and commercial panel. These chambers are designed to pack and sale the goods. Therefore, this version of module can be used as complete cycle commercial device.

Description

The invention relates to the field of trade and exhibition equipment and can be used for demonstration, storage and sale of goods both in enclosed spaces (pavilions) and on the street. Most effectively, the invention can be applied to trade in knitted or fabric hats, small-sized garments, accessories, jewelry, accessories, printed materials, compact discs and other small items that are predominantly flat and / or can be fixed on vertical plane, upright for demonstration purposes.

This device increases the efficiency of the use of retail space and expands the demonstration capabilities, however, it performs only a demonstration function and does not ensure the safety of the goods after hours. In addition, it is designed for a narrow range of goods (CDs) and cannot be used for outdoor trading.

The objective of the invention is the creation of a convenient to use demo-trading device with advanced demonstration capabilities, which performs, in addition to the demonstration function, the function of storing goods. Two variants of the demo-trading module, performing these two functions, are declared. The second embodiment of the module additionally allows you to use it to perform operations on packaging and selling goods, that is, it can be used as a full-cycle trading device.

As the closest analogue, taken as a prototype for both variants of the invention, a kiosk was selected according to the certificate for utility model RU No. 002827, class. E04H 1/12, 1996.

The prototype is a kiosk, mainly for trade inside buildings and structures, containing a case in the form of a rectangular box, the sides of which are protruding, on the front ribs of the sides are mounted and fixed with the possibility of rotation from the vertical plane of the connector at a right angle and subsequent fixing of the display sections, in the niche of the lower part of which the corresponding sections of the counter are placed in the form of a scaffold, which can be rotated at a right angle relative to the plane of the connector with a display case section and a glazed upper part, the length showcase sections is less than half length of the body, and the counter is shorter than the length Showcase section at its width, the width of the protruding portion of the side walls of the body section is equal to the width of the Showcase.

The size of the display sections of the prototype device allows them to be folded close to the case during off hours, into a niche formed by the protruding parts of the side walls of the case, and lock the entire structure with a lock. This ensures the safe storage of goods, while the goods remain on display and do not require display at the beginning of the next business day, which saves the seller’s working time.

However, the prototype has several disadvantages that affect the efficiency of work with its use.

The main disadvantage of the prototype is the limitation of its demonstration capabilities. Demonstration surfaces occupy a relatively small fraction of the retail space attributable to the device as a whole. Most of the space occupied by the device in the unfolded state falls on the case, the niches of the display sections for placing the counter, the counter in the form of a cupboard, the seller’s working space between the case, the counter and the display sections. Thus, no more than 1/4 of the total space occupied by the device in working condition is allocated to the demonstration space, even with minimal housing dimensions.

The product is shown in glass cases, which limits the ability of customers to study the characteristics of the product. In fact, the buyer sees the goods only on one side, from the outside of the display case. The demonstration area is thus generally reduced to the area of the outer surface of the display case.

In this regard, the prototype does not allow to simultaneously demonstrate a wide range of products.

The expansion of demonstration capabilities is the main technical result of the invention.

The specified technical result is achieved in the inventive demo-trading module-transformer in a fundamentally new way due to the fact that the housing is capable of transformation into a demo-trading panel, which allows you to use the entire inner surface and the entire inner space of the housing as a demonstration space part.

The inventive demo-trading module has a housing that contains rotary sections equipped with elements for placing goods and a locking device at the junction of the sections. Moreover, according to the invention, the casing is formed by at least two sections, connected in series with each other with the possibility of rotation relative to each other (for example, articulated), with the possibility of expansion, disclosure. When folded, the module case has the form of a spatial (three-dimensional) regular or irregular geometric shape, the surface of which is formed by the outer surfaces of the sections that make up the body tightly adjacent to each other.

The housing may be made of metal or other impact resistant material.

The base of the housing can be made integral or consisting of the bases of the sections of the housing. In the first case, when the device is opened, the base remains motionless, in the second case, the base also extends.

At the junction of the sliding sections of the housing is a locking device (lock) that prevents unauthorized separation. Due to the tight fit of the outer surfaces of the sections to each other, the goods are insulated inside the lockable case for safety purposes after hours. The module provides reliable storage of goods inside the case, while the need for a daily layout of goods, as in the prototype, is absent.

According to the invention, when the sections are extended, their inner surfaces open and the case is transformed into a single demo-trading panel on which the goods are placed. Thus, from 100% (in the first of the proposed variants of the invention) to 50% (in the second of the proposed variants of the invention) of the retail space occupied by the module is used to demonstrate the goods.

Elements for the placement of goods are made in the form of holders, mainly flat, which are mounted in rows to the inner surfaces of the module sections stationary or movable, with the possibility of horizontal rotation around a vertical axis according to the principle of sheets of books. The movable fastening of the holders allows customers to independently examine the entire range of goods from all sides without the assistance of the seller and additionally saves the trading space.

Mounting options, as well as the shape of the holders and the material from which they are made, may be different, depending on the type of goods displayed. The design of the holders may contain elements and mechanisms that prevent theft of goods.

For example, for knitted and fabric hats can be used movably attached holders in the form of closed wire loops. A closed loop allows you to securely attach the headgear to the holder using a magnetic sensor.

For jewelry and accessories (chains, pendants, belts, etc.), permanently attached holders can be used in the form of pins or narrow frames on which the goods are hung upright.

According to the description of the prototype for storage of goods prepared for sale can be used, in addition to the actual display sections, sections of the counter and special boxes for storing goods installed inside the case. The presence of a counter in the form of a undercases allows you to use the prototype for the implementation of trading operations for packaging and selling goods. These characteristics allow you to use the prototype as a universal full-cycle trading device with which you can demonstrate, store, pack and sell products.

The second of the declared versions of the demonstration-trading transformer module possesses similar characteristics, in which at the top of the demo-trade panel there are mainly holders for goods, and in the lower part of the demo-trade panel there are compartments for storing ready-to-sell goods, trade accessories , documents and other necessary items. These compartments can be made, for example, in the form of boxes or built-in cabinets. The upper surfaces of these offices can be used for packaging and selling goods, placing cash registers. This allows you to use this version of the module as a full-cycle trading equipment.

Unlike the prototype, the second embodiment of the module has a demonstration space, which makes up about 50% of the total trading space occupied by the device in the unfolded (working) state. In the prototype, given the increased size of the case in which the storage boxes are located, the demonstration space is not more than 1/8 of the trading space occupied by the device in the unfolded (working) state.

Both versions of the invention give the claimed technical result, providing an extension of the demonstration space compared to the prototype, and allow efficient use of the trading space: almost 100 percent of the trade and exhibition space occupied by the device is useful for both working and non-working hours.

In addition to achieving the main technical result, the claimed invention provides additional technical results, eliminating some of the disadvantages of the prototype.

When working with a prototype device, the seller is behind the counter separating it from the customers, and occupies an opposing position with respect to the customers, which does not help increase sales. Since the independence of buyers in the study of goods is limited, they are forced to seek help from the seller, and with the simultaneous presence of several buyers, queues may form.

The claimed invention improves the efficiency of the trading process by providing customers with greater independence in the study and selection of goods, significantly freeing the seller. At the same time, the seller has the opportunity, standing next to the buyer, to professionally advise him. In the absence of buyers, the seller can use a folding chair, which at the end of the working day when folded is placed inside the lockable case.

The implementation of the outer surface of the prototype windows of glass, a rather fragile material, makes it difficult to move the device, transporting it from one trading platform to another. In practice, the prototype is a stationary device used only indoors. Outside the premises, glass cases can no longer provide the necessary safety for the goods.

According to the invention, the goods are stored outside the case during off hours, the goods are securely insulated, thereby ensuring better safety of the goods. The goods can remain inside the enclosure outdoors, the goods can be transported from one trading platform to another, while inside the enclosure. All this provides convenience in the operation of the inventive module.

The invention can be carried out with the following additional details and elements.

The base of the case can be equipped with a wheel support, which facilitates the opening of the case, and also makes the transformer module mobile, makes it easy to move it throughout the day across the trading territory, including depending on the direction of the flow of customers.

The module can be equipped with lighting elements mounted in the upper part of the inner surface of the housing or otherwise mounted on the housing to illuminate the displayed product and attract the attention of customers.

The module can be equipped with mirrors for customers to try on goods, such as hats or accessories.

As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the housing 1 has the shape of a spatial (three-dimensional) regular or irregular geometric figure (in this case, a cylinder), the surface of which is formed by the outer surfaces of the sections 3 of the housing 1 closely adjacent to each other. The base 4 of the housing 1 may be made integral, as shown in figure 3, or consisting of the bases of sections 3 of the housing 1, as shown in figure 2.

At the junction of the sliding sections 3 of the housing 1 is a locking device 2 (lock), preventing unauthorized separation.

In working condition, the sections 3 of the housing 1 are moved apart, their inner surfaces 5 open, forming a single demo-trading panel, as shown in Figs. 4-5. On the inner surfaces of 5 sections 3 of the housing 1 with the help of holders 6 placed the goods. The holders 6 are mounted in rows to the inner surfaces of 5 sections 3 of the module stationary or movable, with the possibility of horizontal rotation around a vertical axis according to the principle of sheets of a book, as shown in Fig.5.

As shown in Figs. 7-8, the module embodiment contains mainly holders 6 for goods in the upper part of the demo-trading panel, and compartments 7 for storing ready-to-sell goods, trading accessories, documents and other necessary items. The upper surfaces of 12 compartments 7 are used for packaging and selling goods, placing cash registers.

As shown in Fig.7-8, the device may have additional details and elements: wheel support 8 of the base, mirror 9, built-in lighting elements 10.

The housing 1 of the device can be made in various geometric shapes, for example in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped (Fig.9-10) or in any fantasy form, for example, with a base in the shape of a heart (Fig.11-12). The housing may have 2 or more sections 3, interconnected by fixtures 11 with the possibility of expansion, disclosure, as shown in Fig.9-12.

It is obvious that, in addition to the forms of execution shown in the drawings, the invention may have many modifications encompassed by its formula.

The inventive device operates as follows. At the beginning of the working day, the seller unlocks the module, pushes it apart and proceeds to work. The goods are already placed on the demo-trading panel, and you do not need to lay them out. As you sell throughout the day, purchased items can be replaced with new ones. At the end of the working day or during the lunch break, the seller folds and locks the module, leaving the goods in it. A folding chair can also be left inside the module case, used by the seller to sit during working hours.

The invention is implemented by the applicant in the form of a trading module used for the sale of hats. As a result of the use of the device, it was possible to increase the assortment of demonstrated goods to 50 products per 1 sq. M of floor space, which made it possible to achieve significant savings in payment for the rental of floor space.
