Abstract

Description
本發明係關於一種液狀染毛劑組合物。
作為代表性之染毛劑,可列舉:包含含有鹼劑之第1劑及含有氧化劑之第2劑之二劑型永久染毛劑;或包含酸性染料、鹼性染料、硝基染料等直接染料之至少一種之一劑型半永久染毛劑。直接染料由於亦存在具有產生鮮豔顏色之優異方面者,故而被廣泛使用,其形態有液狀、乳霜狀、泡狀、粉末狀等各種(例如,參照專利文獻1~3)。

本發明提供一種液狀染毛劑組合物,其係含有下述成分(A)及(B)者, 該組合物中之成分(A)之含量(X)為1.5質量%以上且9.3質量%以下, 該組合物中之成分(B)之含量(Y)為9質量%以上且98.5質量%以下, 且滿足下述式(1)(其中,液狀染毛劑組合物中之二醇含量為50質量%以上且水分量為2質量%以下者除外)。 Y≧10.875X-10.875 (1) (A)下述式(Α-1)所表示之偶氮染料

(B)除烷醇胺以外之單醇及/或二醇
於以液狀組合物之形式製備如上述之半永久染毛劑之情形時,直接染料中亦存在對水或各種溶劑之溶解度並不充分高,於以高濃度調配時於保存中產生析出者,而存在組合物中之濃度降低,由此染毛性降低或染毛後所獲得之顏色與預期顏色不同之情形。
如上所述,雖廣泛知曉以無須考慮因溶解度所致之不良情況之粉末狀劑形保存,且以於使用前與液狀製劑混合之形式使用之直接染料,但為了使粉末狀染毛組合物與液狀製劑充分地混合,亦存在溶解耗費時間,且需要大量之液狀製劑而導致染料濃度降低等問題。
因此,期待開發出儘管高濃度地含有直接染料,但於保存中直接染料亦不會析出之液狀染毛劑組合物。
另一方面,本發明者等人發現,於將含有特定偶氮染料之染毛劑組合物與使用氧化染料之二劑型永久染毛劑混合而用於染毛之情形時,發揮如下之迄今為止並不存在之效果:僅將該混合液塗抹於毛髮便可將毛髮染成色相不同之2層,而成為毛髮之外觀之色相或色調根據觀察毛髮之角度而變化的毛髮。因此,亦期待上述液狀染毛劑組合物亦可適當應用於高濃度地含有上述特定偶氮染料並與二劑型永久染毛劑混合使用之態樣。
因此,本發明係關於一種由於高濃度地含有直接染料故而少量使用便發揮較高之染毛性,又,與其他製劑之混合性優異,於其他製劑包含其他染料之情形時亦不會大幅降低該染料之濃度,故而調色亦容易之液狀染毛劑組合物。
本發明者等人進行了努力研究,結果發現,藉由針對特定之偶氮染料而與特定之溶劑設定為一定之濃度關係,可使該偶氮染料高濃度且穩定地溶解,從而完成了本發明。
[定義] 於本發明中,所謂液狀,係指藉由基於「ASTM D 4359-90: Standard Test Method for Determining Whether a Material is a Liquid or Solid」(ASTM D 4359-90:確定一個材料為固體抑或是液體之標準實驗方法)之固體-液體判定試驗而判定為「液體」之物質之狀態。
[成分(A):偶氮染料] 本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物含有下述式(Α-1)所表示之偶氮染料(HC紅18(HC Red 18))作為成分(A)。偶氮染料(Α-1)之pKa為6.0,藉由質子解離而呈現出紅色。

就少量使用便獲得充分之染毛性之觀點而言,本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物中之成分(A)之含量為1.5質量%以上,較佳為1.6質量%以上,更佳為1.7質量%以上,進而較佳為1.8質量%以上,又,就保存穩定性之觀點而言,為9.3質量%以下,較佳為9.0質量%以下,更佳為8.5質量%以下,進而較佳為8.0質量%以下,若亦考慮到經濟性,則進而較佳為7.18質量%以下,進而較佳為7.0質量%以下,進而較佳為6.5質量%以下,進而較佳為6.0質量%以下,進而較佳為5.71質量%以下,進而較佳為5.5質量%以下。
[成分(B):溶劑] 本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物含有除烷醇胺以外之單醇及/或二醇作為成分(B)。作為單醇,可列舉低級烷醇、芳香族醇、烷氧基醇,作為二醇,可列舉伸烷基二醇、二伸烷基二醇、聚乙二醇。更具體而言,作為單醇,較佳為作為碳數2或3之低級單醇之乙醇、1-丙醇及2-丙醇;苄醇、2-苄氧基乙醇等單環芳香族單醇;乙氧基乙醇、乙氧基二甘醇、甲氧基乙醇等烷氧基醇;作為二醇,較佳為丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、二乙二醇等碳數2~6之二醇。就使保存穩定性、均染性良好之觀點而言,較佳為包含選自碳數2或3之低級單醇、單環芳香族單醇、及碳數2~6之二醇中之1種或2種以上,更佳為包含選自碳數2或3之低級單醇及碳數2~6之二醇中之1種或2種以上,進而較佳為包含選自乙醇、1-丙醇、2-丙醇、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇及二乙二醇中之1種或2種以上,進而較佳為包含選自2-丙醇及丙二醇中之1種或2種。
又,就獲得良好之保存穩定性與均染性之觀點而言,本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物中之成分(B)之含量為9質量%以上,較佳為10質量%以上,更佳為12質量%以上,進而較佳為14質量%以上,進而較佳為16質量%以上,進而較佳為20質量%以上,又,就獲得充分之染毛性之觀點而言,為98.5質量%以下,較佳為97質量%以下,更佳為95質量%以下,進而較佳為93質量%以下,進而較佳為90質量%以下,進而較佳為85質量%以下。 再者,於本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物中,二醇含量為50質量%以上且水分量為2質量%以下者係除外。
進而,就使成分(A)穩定地溶解之觀點而言,液狀染毛劑組合物中之成分(A)之含量(X)與成分(B)之含量(Y)必須滿足下述式(1)。 Y≧10.875X-10.875 (1)

[成分(C):鹼劑] 為了同時實現良好之保存穩定性與高染毛性,本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物較佳為進而含有鹼劑作為成分(C)。作為鹼劑,可列舉:氨及其鹽;單乙醇胺、異丙醇胺、2-胺基-2-甲基丙醇、2-胺基丁醇、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、單乙醇甲基胺、單乙醇二甲基胺、二乙醇甲基胺、單乙醇乙基胺、單乙醇二乙基胺、二乙醇乙基胺、單乙醇丙基胺、單乙醇二丙基胺、二乙醇丙基胺、單乙醇丁基胺、二乙醇丁基胺等烷醇胺及其鹽;氫氧化鈉、氫氧化鉀等鹼金屬氫氧化物;1,3-丙二胺等烷烴二胺及其鹽;碳酸鈉、碳酸鉀、碳酸胍等碳酸鹽;碳酸氫鈉、碳酸氫鉀等碳酸氫鹽等。該等之中,就使保存穩定性與高染毛性良好之觀點而言,較佳為烷醇胺及其鹽,更佳為單乙醇胺、2-胺基2-甲基丙醇,其中,較佳為2-胺基2-甲基丙醇。該等成分(C)可單獨使用或將2種以上組合使用。
就獲得良好之保存穩定性之觀點而言,本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物中之成分(C)之含量較佳為0.1質量%以上,更佳為0.2質量%以上,進而較佳為0.25質量%以上,進而較佳為0.5質量%以上,又,就抑制皮膚刺激之觀點而言,較佳為15質量%以下,更佳為12.5質量%以下,進而較佳為10質量%以下,進而較佳為9.0質量%以下。
亦可於本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物中併用成分(A)以外之直接染料。其中,就不會對成分(A)所帶來之染色性造成影響之觀點而言,成分(A)之含量為總染料中之1質量%以上且100質量%以下,進而較佳為5質量%以上且100質量%以下,進而較佳為10質量%以上且100質量%以下,進而較佳為20質量%以上且100質量%以下。

本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物可進而含有成分(B)以外之溶劑。作為成分(B)以外之溶劑,可列舉:水;甘油等3元以上之多元醇;N-甲基吡咯啶酮、N-乙基吡咯啶酮等N-烷基吡咯啶酮;碳酸伸丙酯等碳酸伸烷基酯;及γ-戊內酯、γ-己內酯等內酯等。該等之中,就與其他劑之混合性、經濟性之觀點而言,較佳為水。又,於含有成分(B)、水以外之溶劑之情形時,於液狀染毛劑組合物中較佳為0~30質量%,更佳為0~20質量%,進而較佳為0~10質量%,較佳為將剩餘部分設為水。
[界面活性劑] 就與其他劑之混合性、保存穩定性之觀點而言,本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物可進而含有陰離子性界面活性劑、非離子性界面活性劑、兩性界面活性劑及/或陽離子性界面活性劑。又,陽離子性界面活性劑具有與其他界面活性劑相同之優點,同時亦作為護髮成分發揮作用。
作為陰離子性界面活性劑,例如可列舉硫酸鹽、磺酸鹽、羧酸鹽及磷酸鹽型之陰離子性界面活性劑。更具體而言,較佳為碳數10~18之烷基硫酸鹽、及其等之醚硫酸鹽。作為烷基醚硫酸鹽,較佳為碳數12~14之烷基醚硫酸鹽,更佳為月桂基醚硫酸鹽,其中,進而較佳為分子內具有1~4個環氧乙烷基者。又,亦可列舉脂肪醯胺硫酸鹽、長鏈單及二烷基磷酸鹽。該等之中,較佳為烷基硫酸鹽,其中,更佳為月桂基硫酸鹽。
作為非離子性界面活性劑,可列舉:椰子脂肪酸單或二乙醇醯胺、肉豆蔻酸單或二乙醇醯胺、硬脂酸單或二乙醇醯胺等長鏈脂肪酸單及二烷醇醯胺;具有碳數8~18之烷基及1~5個葡萄糖苷單元之烷基聚葡萄糖苷;如聚乙二醇山梨糖醇酐硬脂酸、棕櫚酸、肉豆蔻酸及月桂酸酯之山梨糖醇酐酯;脂肪酸聚二醇酯;以「Pluronic(註冊商標)」之商品名市售之環氧乙烷與環氧丙烷之縮聚物;及聚氧乙烯烷基醚(烷基之碳數較佳為10~22,每1分子中之聚氧乙烯之加成莫耳數較佳為約2.5~約100,更佳為約10~約30之範圍)。
作為兩性界面活性劑,較佳為如烷基甜菜鹼、脂肪醯胺烷基甜菜鹼、月桂基羥基磺基甜菜鹼之磺基甜菜鹼等各種公知之甜菜鹼、椰油醯胺基乙酸酯、椰油醯胺基丙酸酯、椰油醯兩性基丙酸鈉、椰油醯兩性基乙酸鈉等長鏈烷基胺基酸等。
作為適當之陽離子性界面活性劑,可列舉下述通式所表示之單或二長鏈烷基四級銨鹽。

作為上述陽離子性界面活性劑之具體例,可列舉:氯化鯨蠟基三甲基銨、氯化硬脂基三甲基銨、氯化山萮基三甲基銨、氯化棕櫚醯基二甲基銨、氯化二硬脂基二甲基銨、氯化硬脂醯胺丙基三甲基銨、硫酸二油醯基乙基二甲基銨、硫酸二油醯基乙基羥基乙基甲基銨等。
就獲得良好之保存穩定性之觀點而言,本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物中之界面活性劑之含量較佳為0.1質量%以上,更佳為0.2質量%以上,進而較佳為0.3質量%以上,又,就獲得良好之染毛性之觀點而言,較佳為5質量%以下,更佳為4質量%以下,進而較佳為2.5質量%以下。
[增黏劑] 就使與其他劑之混合性良好之觀點而言,本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物中,可進而含有作為增黏劑之合成高分子化合物、半合成高分子化合物或天然高分子化合物。作為合成高分子化合物、半合成高分子化合物、天然高分子化合物,可列舉:(乙烯基吡咯啶酮/甲基丙烯酸二甲基胺基乙酯)共聚物(例如共聚物845、共聚物937、共聚物958;ISP Japan公司)、甲基纖維素(例如Metolose SM;信越化學工業公司)、乙基纖維素(例如Emulfree CBG;池田物產公司)、羥乙基纖維素(例如,Cellosize QP4400H、QP52000H;Down Chemical日本公司,SE-600、SE-850;Daicel化學工業公司)、羥丙基纖維素(例如日曹HPC-H、HPC-M;日本曹達公司)、羥丙基三仙膠(例如Rubbol Gum EX;大日本住友製藥公司)、普魯蘭(例如普魯蘭PF-20、普魯蘭PI-20;林原公司)、三仙膠(例如Echo Gum;大日本住友製藥公司)等。
該等增黏劑可單獨使用或將2種以上組合使用。本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物中之增黏劑之含量較佳為0.05質量%以上,更佳為0.1質量%以上,進而較佳為0.5質量%以上,又,較佳為20質量%以下,更佳為10質量%以下,進而較佳為5質量%以下。
[護髮成分] 本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物可包含適合應用於毛髮之護髮成分,護髮成分通常為可溶解或分散於液狀染毛劑組合物中之聚合物或油,於潤絲時或利用水或洗髮精稀釋時附著於毛髮。作為護髮成分,可列舉陽離子性聚合物、聚矽氧、高級醇、有機護髮油。
·陽離子性聚合物 所謂陽離子性聚合物,係指具有陽離子基或可離子化成陽離子基之基之聚合物,亦包含整體成為陽離子性之兩性聚合物。即,作為陽離子性聚合物,可列舉:於聚合物鏈之側鏈中包含胺基或銨基,或者包含二烯丙基四級銨鹽作為結構單元者,例如陽離子化纖維素、陽離子性澱粉、陽離子化瓜爾膠、二烯丙基四級銨鹽之聚合物或共聚物、四級化聚乙烯基吡咯啶酮等。該等之中,就洗髮時之柔軟性、順滑性及梳理容易性、乾燥時之整齊容易性及保濕性之效果及組合物之保存穩定性之方面而言,較佳為包含二烯丙基四級銨鹽作為結構單元之聚合物、四級化聚乙烯基吡咯啶酮、陽離子化纖維素,更佳為二烯丙基四級銨鹽之聚合物或共聚物、陽離子化纖維素。
作為陽離子性聚合物之具體例,可列舉:氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨聚合物(聚四級銨鹽-6,例如Merquat 100;Nalco Japan公司)、氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨/丙烯酸共聚物(聚四級銨鹽-22,例如Merquat 280,Merquat 295;Nalco Japan公司)、氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨/丙烯醯胺共聚物(聚四級銨鹽-7,例如Merquat 550;Nalco Japan公司)四級化聚乙烯基吡咯啶酮(聚四級銨鹽-11,例如Gafguat 734、Gafguat 755、Gafguat 755N;ISP Japan公司)、陽離子化纖維素(聚四級銨鹽-10,例如Leogard G、Leogard GP;LION公司,Polymer JR-125、Polymer JR-400、Polymer JR-30M、Polymer LR-400、Polymer LR-30M;以上為Down Chemical日本公司)、羥乙基纖維素/氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨共聚物(聚四級銨鹽-4,例如Cellcoat H-100、Cellcoat L-200(以上為National Starch and Chemical公司))等。
該等陽離子性聚合物可單獨使用或將2種以上組合使用,就觸感改善效果與組合物之保存穩定性之方面而言,於液狀染毛劑組合物中之含量較佳為0.001質量%以上,更佳為0.01質量%以上,進而較佳為0.05質量%以上,又,較佳為20質量%以下,更佳為10質量%以下,進而較佳為5質量%以下。
·聚矽氧 作為聚矽氧,可列舉:二甲基聚矽氧烷、改性聚矽氧(例如胺基改性聚矽氧、氟改性聚矽氧、醇改性聚矽氧、聚醚改性聚矽氧、環氧改性聚矽氧、烷基改性聚矽氧等)、環式二甲基聚矽氧烷、甲基苯基聚矽氧烷等;較佳為二甲基聚矽氧烷、聚醚改性聚矽氧、胺基改性聚矽氧。又,作為此種聚矽氧,亦可使用藉由揮發性聚矽氧、非揮發性聚矽氧等稀釋或者分散而成者、分散於水中者。
更具體而言,例如可列舉:BY11-026、BY22-19、FZ-3125、SH200-1,000,000cs(東麗道康寧公司),TSF451-100MA(Momentive Performance Materials Japan 公司)[以上為聚矽氧烷];TSF4440(Momentive Performance Materials Japan 公司),KF-6005、KF-6011(信越化學工業公司)[以上為聚醚改性聚矽氧];SF8451C、SF8452C、SF8457C、SM8704C(東麗道康寧公司),KF-867(信越化學工業公司),SM8904(東麗道康寧公司)[以上為胺基改性聚矽氧]等。
該等聚矽氧可單獨使用或將2種以上組合使用,於液狀染毛劑組合物中之含量較佳為0.01質量%以上,更佳為0.1質量%以上,進而較佳為1.0質量%以上,又,較佳為20質量%以下,更佳為10質量%以下,進而較佳為5質量%以下。
·高級醇 高級醇具有與界面活性劑形成結構體而防止染毛劑組合物之分離,並且改善沖洗時之觸感之效果。作為高級醇,較佳為碳數8~22者,更佳為碳數16~22者。具體而言,可列舉鯨蠟醇、硬脂醇、山萮醇等、及該等之混合物。
高級醇可單獨使用或將2種以上組合使用,於液狀染毛劑組合物中之含量較佳為0.01質量%以上,更佳為0.1質量%以上,又,較佳為20質量%以下,更佳為10質量%以下。
·有機護髮油 為了賦予優異之使用感,本發明之染毛劑組合物亦較佳為含有有機護髮油。適合用作護髮成分之有機護髮油較佳為低黏度、水不溶性之液體,並且此種有機護髮油之黏度於40℃下之測定中,較佳為0.7 mPa・s以上,更佳為1.0 mPa・s以上,進而較佳為2.0 mPa・s以上,又,較佳為200 mPa・s以下,更佳為100 mPa・s以下,進而較佳為50 mPa・s以下。
作為有機護髮油,可列舉烴油、脂肪酸酯及該等之混合物,其含量較佳為0.01質量%以上,更佳為0.1質量%以上,又,較佳為20質量%以下,更佳為10質量%以下。
·烴油 作為烴油,例如可列舉環式烴或者飽和或不飽和之直鏈脂肪族烴、或者飽和或不飽和之支鏈脂肪族烴,亦包含該等之聚合物或混合物。直鏈烴油較佳為碳數12~19。支鏈烴油包含烴聚合物,較佳為碳數超過19者,亦包含作為合成烴油之聚烯烴。作為聚烯烴,係於室溫下為液體之聚烯烴,更佳為液體聚-α-烯烴,最佳為液體之氫化聚-α-烯烴。此處使用之聚烯烴係使碳數4~14、較佳為碳數6~12之烯烴單體聚合而製備。
·脂肪酸酯 作為脂肪酸酯,例如可列舉碳數至少為10之脂肪酸酯。作為該等脂肪酸酯之例,可列舉自脂肪酸與醇衍生之具有烴鏈之酯(例如單酯、多元醇酯、二-及三羧酸酯)。該等脂肪酸酯之烴基亦可具有醯胺基或烷氧基等其他相溶性官能基作為取代基,又,亦可共價鍵結於其等。更具體而言,可適當使用具有碳數10~22之脂肪族鏈之脂肪酸之烷基及烯基酯、自碳數10~22之烷基及/或烯基醇衍生之具有脂肪族鏈之脂肪族醇-羧酸酯、及該等之混合物。
作為較佳之脂肪酸酯之具體例,可列舉:異硬脂酸異丙酯、月桂酸己酯、月桂酸異己酯、棕櫚酸異己酯、棕櫚酸異丙酯、油酸癸酯、油酸異癸酯、硬脂酸十六烷基酯、硬脂酸癸酯、己二酸二-十六烷基酯、乳酸月桂酯、乳酸肉豆蔻酯、乳酸鯨蠟酯、硬脂酸油酯、油酸油酯、肉豆蔻酸油酯、乙酸月桂酯、丙酸鯨蠟酯及己二酸二油酯。
[pH值] 就提高染毛性之觀點而言,本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物之pH值較佳為7.5以上,更佳為8.0以上,進而較佳為8.5以上,進而較佳為9.0以上,又,就抑制皮膚刺激之觀點而言,較佳為12.0以下,更佳為11.5以下,進而較佳為11.0以下。再者,於本發明中,液狀染毛劑組合物之pH值係指使用pH計(F-51,堀場製作所公司製造),利用水稀釋10質量倍時之25℃下之值。
作為用以將組合物調整為上述pH值之pH調整劑,可列舉:鹽酸、磷酸等無機酸;檸檬酸、乙醇酸、乳酸等有機酸;氯化銨、鹽酸單乙醇胺等鹽酸鹽;及磷酸二氫鉀、磷酸氫二鈉等磷酸鹽等。
[其他任意成分] 於本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物中,只要無損其穩定之液狀形態、及作為染毛劑之功能,則可進而添加通常用作化妝品原料之其他成分。作為此種任意成分,可列舉滲透促進劑、珠光劑、防腐劑、金屬封阻劑、穩定劑、抗氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑、保濕劑、賦香劑等,作為具體之任意成分,可列舉蛋白質水解物、蛋白質衍生物、胺基酸、植物萃取物、維生素、香料等。
[使用方法] 本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物亦可單獨直接作為染毛劑組合物使用,但由於高濃度地含有作為直接染料之成分(A),故而可於使用前與其他液狀製劑混合後,應用於毛髮來用於染毛。此處,作為「其他液狀製劑」,除水、含有鹼劑之水溶液等稀釋用液劑以外,亦可列舉洗髮精、護髮素、液狀之染毛劑組合物。作為該染毛劑組合物,可列舉含有直接染料之一劑式染毛劑組合物、包含含有鹼劑及氧化染料前驅物之第1劑以及含有氧化劑之第2劑之二劑式染毛劑組合物。
其中,於將本發明之液狀染毛劑組合物與上述二劑式染毛劑組合物之第1劑及第2劑混合使用之情形時,藉由將該混合液塗抹於毛髮,毛髮剖面之中心部經氧化染料染色,毛髮剖面之周邊部經成分(A)染色,結果可將毛髮染毛成2層之色相。對於此種經染色成2層之色相之毛髮而言,可獲得毛髮之外觀之色相或色調根據觀察毛髮之角度而變化的迄今為止不存在之染毛效果。
關於以上所述之實施形態,以下進而揭示本發明之較佳態樣。

<28>如<7>至<25>中任一項所記載之液狀染毛劑組合物,其利用水稀釋成10質量倍時之25℃下之pH值為9.0以上且11.0以下。
<29>一種液狀染毛劑組合物,其係含有下述成分(A)~(C)者, 該組合物中之成分(A)之含量(X)為1.6~9.0質量%, 該組合物中之成分(B)之含量(Y)為20~85質量%, 該組合物中之成分(C)之含量為0.5~9.0質量%, 於利用水稀釋成10質量倍時之25℃下之pH值為7.5以上且12.0以下, 且滿足下述式(1)(其中,液狀染毛劑組合物中之二醇含量為50質量%以上且水分量為2質量%以下者除外)。 Y≧10.875X-10.875 (1) (A)下述式(Α-1)所表示之偶氮染料

<30>一種染毛方法,其係於使用前將如<7>至<29>中任一項所記載之液狀染毛劑組合物與其他液狀製劑混合後,應用於毛髮來進行染毛。

實施例1~9及比較例1~10 將表1及2所示之成分進行混合而製備染料濃縮液組合物,並針對各染料濃縮液組合物,依據下述方法對保存穩定性進行評價。
[組合物之保存穩定性之評價方法] 將所製備之染料濃縮液組合物於30℃下靜置6天後進行目視及顯微鏡觀察,並按下述所示之基準對保存穩定性進行評價。 A:完全均勻地溶解,透明且未確認到析出物 B:不透明且確認到不溶物但不溶物微細,且均勻地分散 C:確認到不溶物或者析出物
又,製備表3所示之組成之氧化染毛劑之第1劑及第2劑,使用表1所示之各染料濃縮液組合物與氧化染毛劑並依據下述染毛方法進行染毛,並對組合物之混合性、沖洗時之觸感、均染性、及毛髮之外觀之色相或色調根據觀察毛髮之角度而變化之效果進行評價。
<染毛方法> 使用自IHIP公司購入之白色毛,製作長度15 cm、重約1 g之毛束作為評價用毛髮。 量取第1劑4 g、第2劑6 g、及染料濃縮溶液1.25 g至塑膠燒杯中,利用藥匙混合10次。利用毛刷將該混合液約1 g塗抹於評價用毛髮,並於30℃下放置30分鐘進行染毛。利用40℃之溫水將毛髮沖洗30秒以上,利用洗髮精洗淨並利用護髮素處理後進行乾燥。
[組合物之混合性之評價方法] 對利用上述染毛方法將第1劑、第2劑及染料濃縮溶液混合時之混合液進行觀察,並以下述基準對混合性進行評價。 A:容易均勻地混合且未確認到不溶物 B:雖均勻地混合,但直至溶解為止略微耗費時間 C:未均勻地混合且確認到不溶物
[沖洗時觸感之評價方法] 於毛髮沖洗時,對在40℃之溫水中將毛髮彎曲時之柔軟性進行官能評價。以於溫水中纏繞於手指時之阻抗感對毛束之柔軟性進行評價。由5名評價者以未處理毛髮作為標準按下述5個等級進行評價,將5名專業官能檢查員之平均值作為得分示於表1。 1:感覺到較未處理毛髮柔軟 2:感覺到較未處理毛髮略微柔軟 3:與未處理毛髮為相同程度 4:感覺到較未處理毛髮略硬 5:感覺到較未處理毛髮硬
[均染性之評價方法] 使用色差計(CR-400,柯尼卡美能達公司製造)以CIE表色系統(L*
,a*
,b*
)對經乾燥之毛髮上之不同3點(將毛髮沿長度方向3等分而成之各區域之中央部各1點)進行測量,算出各個測定點間之色差(ΔE*
)。即,於將測定點分別設為A、B、C時,分別算出A-B間、A-C間、B-C間之色差。將A-B間、A-C間、B-C間之色差中最大者評價為色不均。

[基於觀察毛髮之角度而產生的毛髮之外觀之色相或色調變化之評價方法] 針對染毛後之乾燥毛髮,於SERIC公司製造之人工太陽照明燈(型號 XC-100AP,100 W)下,對位於約30 cm之距離之毛束進行觀察。評價者將評價用毛束之一端固定,並使另一端移動,藉此改變毛髮之角度而觀察毛髮顏色之變化。 評價係由5名評價者以直接判定法之非限制性選擇回答方式對顏色變化之程度進行評價。即,評價係藉由水平地劃出長度10 cm之直線,將直線之左端設為「即便改變角度亦完全未感覺到顏色變化」,右端設為「根據角度而呈現出完全不同之顏色」,檢查實施例及比較例之毛髮於該直線上成為距左端多少cm之位置來表示。將5名評價者之平均分作為得分示於表1。

Claims (12)
- 如請求項1之液狀染毛劑組合物,其進而含有鹼劑。
- 如請求項2之液狀染毛劑組合物,其中鹼劑係選自烷醇胺及其等之鹽、氨及其鹽、烷烴二胺及其鹽、碳酸鹽、碳酸氫鹽、以及鹼金屬氫氧化物中之1種或2種以上。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之液狀染毛劑組合物,其利用水稀釋成10質量倍時之25℃下之pH值為7.5以上且12.0以下。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之液狀染毛劑組合物,其係於使用前與其他液狀製劑混合後使用。
- 如請求項5之液狀染毛劑組合物,其中其他液狀製劑為染毛劑組合物。
- 如請求項5之液狀染毛劑組合物,其中其他液狀製劑係由含有鹼劑及氧化染料前驅物之第1劑、以及含有氧化劑之第2劑構成之二劑染毛劑組合物。
- 如請求項8之染毛方法,其中其他液狀製劑為染毛劑組合物。
- 如請求項8之染毛方法,其中其他液狀製劑係由含有鹼劑及氧化染料前驅物之第1劑、以及含有氧化劑之第2劑構成之二劑染毛劑組合物。
- 如請求項1之液狀染毛劑組合物,其中該組合物中之成分(A)之含量(X)為5.5質量%以上且9.3質量%以下。
- 如請求項1之液狀染毛劑組合物,其中該組合物中之成分(B)之含量(Y)為47.0質量%以上且98.5質量%以下。
