Abstract
本發明係提供一種合成皮革,其係至少具有基材(i)、接著層(ii)及表皮層(iii)之合成皮革,其特徵為,該接著層(ii)與表皮層(iii)均為由含有以芳香族多異氰酸酯為原料之胺基甲酸酯樹脂及水的胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物所形成者。形成該接著層(ii)之胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物係宜為含有以芳香族多異氰酸酯(a1)為原料之胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)及水(B)者。該芳香族多異氰酸酯(a1)宜為含有甲苯二異氰酸酯者。該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)係具有陰離子性基者,其陰離子性基濃度宜為0.35mmol/g以下。
Description
本發明係關於合成皮革。
聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂係因為其機械強度和觸感良好,而被廣泛利用於合成皮革(包含人工皮革)的製造上。在該用途中,至今為止的主流是含有N,N-二甲基甲醯胺(DMF)的溶劑系胺基甲酸酯樹脂。然而,因為有在歐洲的DMF限制、在中國和台灣的VOC排放限制之強化、大廠成衣製造商的DMF限制等背景因素,故正需求構成合成皮革之各層用胺基甲酸酯樹脂的去DMF化。
為了要對應如此的環境因素,有廣泛檢討了胺基甲酸酯樹脂已於水中分散等之胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物(例如,參照專利文獻1)。如該專利文獻1所載發明般,作為合成皮革之表皮層,雖然在市場上從溶劑系轉換為水系逐漸增加,但是接著層用之胺基甲酸酯樹脂的水系化尚未發展出來。此係主要是因為相較於溶劑系胺基甲酸酯樹脂,已於水中分散等之胺基甲酸酯樹脂的剝離強度不充分所致。
又,對於與人體頻繁接觸之合成皮革構件而言,對於皮脂所含油酸等的耐性也是必要的,而被要求表皮層之更進一步的改良。然而,實際情形是:尚未發現到具備對於該等合成皮革要求之諸性能的環境適應型之合成皮革。

本發明所欲解決之課題係提供一種剝離強度及耐化學藥品性優異的合成皮革。
本發明係提供一種合成皮革,其係至少具有基材(i)、接著層(ii)及表皮層(iii)之合成皮革,其特徵為,該接著層(ii)與表皮層(iii)均為由含有以芳香族多異氰酸酯為原料之胺基甲酸酯樹脂及水的胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物所形成者。
本發明之合成皮革係剝離強度及耐化學藥品性優異。
又,藉由在接著層(ii)及/或表皮層(iii)上使用特定的胺基甲酸酯樹脂,則除了上述效果之外,還可以得到耐光性及耐水解性也優異的合成皮革。
因此,本發明之合成皮革係可使用在各種用途上,尤其是可使用於至今為止難以從溶劑系取代為水系之汽車內部裝潢材料、傢俱、運動用鞋等需要高耐久性之用途。
本發明之合成皮革係至少具有基材(i)、接著層(ii) 及表皮層(iii)。
該接著層(ii)及表皮層(iii)均必須為由含有以芳香族多異氰酸酯為原料之胺基甲酸酯樹脂及水的胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物所形成者。
就該接著層(ii)及表皮層(iii)而言,藉由使用以分子間相互作用高之芳香族多異氰酸酯為原料之胺基甲酸酯樹脂,可獲得優異的剝離強度及耐化學藥品性。
作為在該接著層(ii)所使用之胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物,例如宜使用含有以芳香族多異氰酸酯(a1)為原料之胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)及水(B)者。
該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)係分散於水(B)而得者,例如可使用:具有陰離子性基、陽離子性基、非離子性基等親水性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂;以乳化劑而強制性地分散於水(B)中之胺基甲酸酯樹脂等。該等胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
作為得到該具有陰離子性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂的方法,例如,可列舉有將由包含具有羧基之化合物及具有磺醯基之化合物的群組所選出之1種以上的化合物將做原料而使用的方法。
作為該具有羧基之化合物,例如可使用2,2-二羥甲基丙酸、2,2-二羥甲基丁酸、2,2-二羥甲基丁酸、2,2-二羥甲基丙酸、2,2-戊酸等。該等化合物係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
作為該具有磺醯基之化合物,例如可使用:3,4-二胺基丁烷磺酸、3,6-二胺基-2-甲苯磺酸、2,6-二胺基苯磺酸、N- (2-胺基乙基)-2-胺基磺酸、N-(2-胺基乙基)-2-胺基乙基磺酸等。該等化合物係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
該羧基及磺醯基係在胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物中,可以局部或全部被鹼性化合物所中和。作為該鹼性化合物,例如可使用:氨、三乙胺、吡啶、啉等之有機胺;單乙醇胺、二甲基乙醇胺等之烷醇胺;含有鈉、鉀、鋰、鈣等之金屬鹽化合物等。

作為該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A),基於可獲得更為優異的水分散安定性、耐水解性、及耐光性的觀點,較佳為使用具有陰離子性之胺基甲酸酯樹脂。
作為該具有陰離子性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂,例如可使用:用以製造該具有陰離子性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂時所使用之原料、芳香族多異氰酸酯(a1)、多元醇(a2)、及因應需要之鏈伸長劑(a3)的反應物。
作為用以製造該具有陰離子性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂時所使用之原料的使用量,基於調整胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)之陰離子性基的濃度而可獲得更為優異之耐水解性及耐光性的觀點,宜為該多元醇(a2)中0.05質量%以上,較佳為0.1質量%以上,更佳為0.5質量%以上,再更佳為1質量%以上,宜為10質量%以下,較佳為6.2質量%以下,更佳為3質量%以下,特佳為2.7質量%以下,宜為0.05~10質量%的範圍,較佳為0.1~6.2質量%的範圍,更佳為0.5~3質量%的範圍,特佳為1~2.7質量%的範圍。
該芳香族多異氰酸酯(a1)係分子間力強,可因包裝效果而得到優異之剝離強度,為必要成分。作為該芳香族多異氰酸酯(a1),例如可使用苯二異氰酸酯、甲苯二異氰酸酯、二苯基 甲烷二異氰酸酯、萘二異氰酸酯、多亞甲基多苯基多異氰酸酯、碳二亞胺化二苯基甲烷多異氰酸酯等。該等之芳香族多異氰酸酯係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。該等之中,基於結晶性適度弱化、可得到更為優異之剝離強度的觀點,較佳為使用甲苯二異氰酸酯。
使用甲苯二異氰酸酯作為該芳香族多異氰酸酯(a1)時的使用量,基於可獲得更為優異之剝離強度的觀點,宜為芳香族多異氰酸酯(a1)中50質量%以上,較佳為70質量%以上。
在不妨礙本發明功效的範圍,也可合併使用脂肪族或脂環族多異氰酸酯於該芳香族多異氰酸酯(a1)。
作為該脂肪族或脂環族多異氰酸酯,例如可使用六亞甲基二異氰酸酯、離胺酸二異氰酸酯、環己烷二異氰酸酯、異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯、二環己基甲烷二異氰酸酯、茬二異氰酸酯、四甲基茬二異氰酸酯、二聚物酸二異氰酸酯、降莰烯二異氰酸酯等之脂肪族或脂環族多異氰酸酯等。該等多異氰酸酯係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
作為該多元醇(a2),例如可使用聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、二聚物多元醇、丙烯酸多元醇、聚丁二烯多元醇等。該等之多元醇係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。該等之中,基於可更為提升耐水解性的觀點,宜使用聚醚多元醇及/或聚碳酸酯多元醇。
作為該多元醇(a2)之數量平均分子量,基於可得到更為優異之剝離強度、皮膜之機械強度及耐水解性的觀點,宜為500~10000的範圍,較佳為800~5000的範圍。另外,該多元醇(a2)之數量平均分子量係表示利用凝膠滲透管柱層析(GPC) 法所測定之值。
因應需要,可合併使用鏈伸長劑(a3)(不具有羧基及磺醯基者、分子量為50以上且小於500者)於該多元醇(a2)。作為該鏈伸長劑,例如可使用具有羥基之鏈伸長劑、具有胺基之鏈伸長劑等。該等係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。該等之中,基於可得到更為優異之耐光性的觀點,宜使用具有羥基之鏈伸長劑。
作為該具有羥基之鏈伸長劑,例如可使用:乙二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、六亞甲基二醇、蔗糖、甲烯乙二醇(methylene glycol)、甘油、山梨糖醇等之脂肪族多元醇化合物;雙酚A、4,4’-二羥基聯苯、4,4’-二羥基二苯基醚、4,4’-二羥基二苯基碸、氫化雙酚A、氫醌等之芳香族多元醇化合物;水等。該等之鏈伸長劑係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。該等之中,基於能輕易抑制變色、可得到更為優異之耐光性的觀點,宜使用脂肪族多元醇化合物。
作為該具有胺基之鏈伸長劑,例如可使用乙二胺、1,2-丙二胺、1,6己二胺、哌、2-甲基哌、2,5-二甲基哌、異佛爾酮二胺、4,4’-二環己基甲烷二胺、3,3’-二甲基-4,4’-二環己基甲烷二胺、1,2-環己二胺、1,4-環己二胺、胺基乙基乙醇胺、聯胺、二乙三胺、三乙四胺等。該等之鏈伸長劑係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
作為使用該鏈伸長劑(a3)時之使用量,基於可更提升皮膜之耐久性的觀點,較佳為構成胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)之各原料的合計質量中0.5~40質量%的範圍,更佳為1~20質量%的 範圍。
作為該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)之製造方法,例如可列舉有一次性加入用以製造該具有親水性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂所使用之原料、該芳香族多異氰酸酯(a1)、多元醇(a2)及因應需要之該鏈伸長劑(a3),並使進行反應之方法等。該等反應係例如可列舉有在50~100℃之溫度下進行3~10小時的方法。
作為該多元醇(a2)與用以製造該具有親水性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂所使用之原料、及使用該鏈伸長劑時其所具有之羥基及胺基之合計、與該芳香族多異氰酸酯(a1)所具有之異氰酸酯基的莫耳比[(異氰酸酯基)/(羥基及胺基之合計)],宜為0.8~1.2之範圍,較佳為0.9~1.1之範圍。
在製造該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)時,較佳為使殘存於該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)之異氰酸酯基失去活性。在使該異氰酸酯基失去活性時,較佳為使用甲醇等之具有羥基的醇。作為使用該醇時的使用量,相對於胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)100質量份,宜為0.001~10質量份的範圍。
又,在製造該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)時,也可使用有機溶劑。作為該有機溶劑,例如可使用:丙酮、甲基乙基酮等之酮化合物;四氫呋喃、二烷等之醚化合物;乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等之乙酸酯化合物;丙烯腈等之腈化合物;二甲基甲醯胺、N-甲基吡咯啶酮等之醯胺化合物等。該等之有機溶劑係可以單獨使用,也可以合併使用2種以上。另外,該有機溶劑係以在得到胺基甲酸酯樹脂時藉由蒸餾法等而去除為佳。
利用上述方法所得到之胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A),基於可得到更優異之耐水解性的觀點,較佳為陰離子性基之濃度為 0.35mmol/g以下。藉由在此範圍,則可在維持胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)之水分散性、剝離強度的同時,能夠防止源自於親水性基之耐水解性的劣化。作為該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)之陰離子性基的濃度,基於可得到更優異之耐水解性的觀點,宜為0.005mmol/g以上,較佳為0.01mmol/g以上,宜為0.25mmol/g以下,較佳為0.22mmol/g以下,宜為0.005~0.25mmol/g之範圍,較佳為0.01~0.22mmol/g之範圍。另外,該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)之陰離子性基的濃度係表示為以構成胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)之各原料的合計質量除以源自於在製造該具有陰離子性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂所使用之原料的陰離子性基莫耳數的值。
又,作為該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)之芳香環的濃度,基於可得到更優異之剝離強度的觀點,宜為0.1mol/kg以上,較佳為0.3mol/kg以上,更佳為0.4mol/kg以上,宜為2.5mol/kg以下,較佳為2mol/kg以下,更佳為1.5mol/kg以下,宜為0.1~2.5mol/kg的範圍,較佳為0.3~2mol/kg的範圍,更佳為0.4~1.5mol/kg的範圍。另外,在前述計算中,作為芳香環的分子量,係使用不具有取代基之苯、萘的分子量。
作為該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)之重量平均分子量,基於可得到更優異之剝離強度的觀點,宜為2000以上,較佳為4000以上,更佳為6000以上,宜為150000以下,較佳為100000以下,更佳為70000以下,宜為2000~150000的範圍,較佳為4000~100000的範圍,更佳為6000~70000的範圍。另外,該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)之重量平均分子量係表示利用凝膠滲透管柱層析(GPC)法所測定之值。
作為該水(B),例如可使用離子交換水、蒸餾水、 自來水等。該等之中,較佳為使用雜質少的離子交換水。作為該水(B)的含量,基於作業性、塗布性及保存安定性的觀點,宜為胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物中20~90質量%的範圍,較佳為40~80質量%的範圍。
可使用在該接著層(ii)的胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物係含有該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)及該水性媒體(B),還可因應需要而含有其他添加劑。
作為其他添加劑,例如可使用胺基甲酸酯化觸媒、中和劑、交聯劑、矽烷偶合劑、增黏劑、填充劑、搖變賦予劑、黏著賦予劑、石蠟、熱安定劑、耐光安定劑、螢光增白劑、發泡劑、顏料、染料、導電性賦予劑、抗靜電劑、透濕性提升劑、撥水劑、撥油劑、中空發泡體、難燃劑、吸水劑、吸濕劑、消臭劑、整泡劑、抗結塊劑、抗水解劑等。該等之添加劑係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
作為可使用在該表皮層(iii)的胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物,例如,宜使用含有以芳香族多異氰酸酯(x1)為原料之胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)、非離子性乳化劑(Y)及水(Z)者。
該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)係分散於水(Z)而得者,例如可使用:具有陰離子性基、陽離子性基、非離子性基等親水性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂;以乳化劑而強制性地分散於水(B)中之胺基甲酸酯樹脂等。該等胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
將親水性基賦予至胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)之方法、以乳化劑而強制性地使胺基甲酸酯樹脂分散於水中之方法係與該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)相同。
作為該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X),基於可得到更優異之水分散安定性的觀點,宜使用具有陰離子性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂。
作為該具有陰離子性之胺基甲酸酯樹脂,例如可使用:用以製造該具有陰離子性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂所使用之原料、芳香族多異氰酸酯(x1)、多元醇(x2)及伸長劑(x3)的反應物。
作為用以製造該具有陰離子性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂所使用之原料的使用量,基於可得到更優異的耐化學藥品性的觀點,宜為多元醇(x2)中0.05~10質量%的範圍,較佳為0.1~7質量%的範圍。
藉由使用該芳香族多異氰酸酯(x1),則能夠得到優異的觸感及耐化學藥品性。作為該多異氰酸酯(x1),例如可使用苯二異氰酸酯、甲伸苯基二異氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯、萘二異氰酸酯、多亞甲基多苯基多異氰酸酯、碳二亞胺化二苯基甲烷多異氰酸酯等。該等芳香族多異氰酸酯係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。該等之中,基於可得到更優異之觸感及耐化學藥品性的觀點,宜使用二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯。
作為二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯之使用量,基於可得到更優異之觸感及耐化學藥品性的觀點,宜為該芳香族多異氰酸酯(x1)中60質量%以上,較佳為70質量%以上,更佳為80質量%以上。
在該芳香族多異氰酸酯(x1)方面,因應需要,可以合併使用其他多異氰酸酯。作為該其他多異氰酸酯,例如可使用六亞甲基二異氰酸酯、離胺酸二異氰酸酯、環己烷二異氰酸酯、異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯、二環己基甲烷二異氰酸酯、茬二異氰酸酯、 四甲基茬二異氰酸酯、二聚物酸二異氰酸酯、降莰烯二異氰酸酯等之脂肪族或脂環族多異氰酸酯等。該等之多異氰酸酯係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
作為該多元醇(x2),例如能夠使用聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、二聚物二醇、丙烯酸多元醇、聚丁二烯多元醇等。該等之多元醇係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。該等之中,基於可得到更優異之耐化學藥品性的觀點,較佳為使用聚碳酸酯多元醇。

作為該鏈伸長劑(x3),例如可使用分子量50以上且小於500之具有羥基的鏈伸長劑、具有胺基之鏈伸長劑等。該等係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
作為該具有羥基之鏈伸長劑,例如可使用乙二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、己二醇、蔗糖、甲烯乙二醇、甘油、山梨糖醇等之脂肪族多元醇化合物;雙酚A、4,4’-二羥基聯苯、4,4’-二羥基二苯基醚、4,4’-二羥基二苯基碸、氫化雙酚A、氫醌等之芳香族多元醇化合物;水等。該等之鏈伸長劑係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。該等之中,基於可得到更優異之耐光性的觀點,宜使用脂肪族多元醇化合物。
作為該具有胺基之鏈伸長劑,例如能夠使用乙二胺、1,2-丙二胺、1,6己二胺、哌、2-甲基哌、2,5-二甲基哌 、異佛爾酮二胺、4,4’-二環己基甲烷二胺、3,3’-二甲基-4,4’-二環己基甲烷二胺、1,2-環己二胺、1,4-環己二胺、胺基乙基乙醇胺、聯胺、二乙三胺、三乙四胺等。該等之鏈伸長劑係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
作為該鏈伸長劑(x3)之使用量,基於可更提升皮膜之耐久性、耐化學藥品性及耐光性的觀點,宜為構成胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)之原料的合計質量中0.5~20質量%的範圍,較佳為1~10質量%的範圍。
作為該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)之製造方法,例如可列舉出:使用以製造該具有親水性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂所使用之原料與該多元醇(x2)與該芳香族多異氰酸酯(x1)進行反應,製造具有異氰酸酯基之胺基甲酸酯預聚物,接著,使該胺基甲酸酯預聚物與該鏈伸長劑(x3)進行反應而製造之方法;一次性添加用以製造該具有親水性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂所使用之原料與該多元醇(x2)與該芳香族多異氰酸酯(x1)與該鏈伸長劑(x3)而使進行反應之方法等。該等之反應係例如宜在50~100℃的溫度下進行3~10小時。
用以製造該具有親水性基之胺基甲酸酯樹脂所使用之原料、該多元醇(x2)及該鏈伸長劑(x3)所具有之羥基及胺基的合計、與該芳香族多異氰酸酯(x1)所具有之異氰酸酯基的莫耳比[(異氰酸酯基)/(羥基及胺基)]係宜為0.8~1.2的範圍,較佳為0.9~1.1的範圍。
在製造該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X),較佳為使殘留在該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)之異氰酸酯基失去活性。在使該異氰酸酯基失去活性時,宜使用甲醇等之具有1個羥基的醇。作為使用該醇 時的使用量,相對於胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)100質量份,宜為0.001~10質量份的範圍。

作為該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X),基於可得到更優異之耐光性及耐化學藥品性的觀點,宜使用脲鍵結含量為1.2mol/kg以下者。
該脲鍵結係該鏈伸長劑(x3)所具有之胺基及異氰酸酯基與水反應而生成之胺基與多異氰酸酯進行反應時所生成者。因此,藉由調整作為該鏈伸長劑(x3)而使用之具有胺基之鏈伸長劑的使用量,並進一步使進行乳化操作前使異氰酸酯全部胺基甲酸酯化,則能夠調整胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)中之脲鍵結含量。
作為該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)中之芳香環濃度,基於可得到更優異之耐化學藥品性及耐光性的觀點,宜為0.1mol/kg以上,較佳為0.5mol/kg以上,更佳為1mol/kg以上,特佳為1.55mol/kg以上,宜為50mol/kg以下,較佳為30mol/kg以下,更佳為10mol/kg以下,特佳為8mol/kg以下,宜為0.1~50mol/kg之範圍,較佳為0.5~30mol/kg之範圍,更佳為1~10mol/kg之範圍,再更佳為1.55~8mol/kg之範圍。另外,就該計算而言,作為芳香環之分子量,係使用不具有取代基之苯、 萘的分子量。
作為該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)之重量平均分子量,基於可得到更優異之耐化學藥品性的觀點,宜為超過60000,較佳為100000以上,更佳為150000以上,宜為5000000以下,較佳為1000000以下,更佳為700000以下,宜為超過60000~5000000為止的範圍,較佳為100000~1000000的範圍,更佳為150000~700000的範圍。另外,該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)之重量平均分子量係表示利用凝膠滲透管柱層析(GPC)法所測定之值。
該非離子性乳化劑(Y)係用以提升具有芳香環之該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)之水分散安定性的成分。作為該非離子性乳化劑(Y),例如可使用聚氧乙烯壬基苯基醚、聚氧乙烯辛基苯基醚、聚氧乙烯二苯乙烯化苯基醚、聚氧乙烯月桂基醚、聚氧乙烯油基醚、聚氧乙烯硬脂基醚、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇四油酸酯等之具有氧乙烯基之非離子性乳化劑,作為氧乙烯基之平均加成莫耳數,基於可進一步提升水分散安定性的觀點,宜為1~50之範圍,較佳為3~30之範圍,更佳為5~20之範圍。該等之非離子性乳化劑係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
作為該非離子性乳化劑(Y)之使用量,基於可得到更優異之水分散安定性及耐化學藥品性的觀點,相對於該胺基酸酯樹脂(X)100質量份,宜為0.1~30質量份之範圍,較佳為1~10質量份之範圍。
作為該水(Z),可使用與該水(B)相同的物質。作為該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)與該水性媒體(Z)之質量比[(X)/(Z)],基於可進一步提升作業性及皮膜觸感的觀點,宜為10/80~70/30 之範圍,較佳為20/80~60/40之範圍。
該胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物係將該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)、該非離子性乳化劑(Y)及該水(Z)當作必要成分而含有,但是因應需要,也可含有中和劑、其他添加劑。
作為該中和劑,係為將該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)中之羧基予以中和者,例如可使用氫氧化鈉、氫氧化鉀等之不揮發性鹼;三甲胺、三乙胺、二甲基乙醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺、三乙醇等之三級胺化合物等。該等之中和劑係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
作為該中和劑之使用量,較佳為以相對於該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)中所含親水性基之莫耳數而成為0.8~1.2之範圍之莫耳比的方式進行添加。
作為該其他添加劑,例如可使用凝固劑、胺基甲酸酯化觸媒、矽烷偶合劑、填充劑、搖變賦予劑、黏著賦予劑、石蠟、熱安定劑、耐光安定劑、螢光增白劑、發泡劑、顏料、染料、導電性賦予劑、抗靜電劑、透濕性提升劑、撥水劑、撥油劑、中空發泡體、難燃劑、吸水劑、吸濕劑、消臭劑、整泡劑、抗結塊劑、抗水解劑、增黏劑等。該等之添加劑係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
接下來,針對本發明之合成皮革進行說明。
本發明之合成皮革係至少具有基材(i)、接著層(ii)及表皮層(iii)者,具體來說,例如可列舉出以下構成。

作為該基材(i),例如可使用聚酯纖維、聚乙烯纖維、耐綸纖維、丙烯酸纖維、聚胺基甲酸酯纖維、乙酸酯纖維、縲縈纖維、聚乳酸纖維、綿、麻、絹、羊毛、玻璃纖維、碳纖維、該等之混紡纖維等所形成之不織布、織布、針織物等之纖維基材;使聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂等之樹脂含浸於該不織布者;進一步在該不織布上設置多孔質層者;熱塑性胺基甲酸酯(TPU)等之樹脂基材等。
作為該多孔層,能夠使用將溶劑系胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物透過公知濕式製膜法所形成者;將水系胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物透過公知方法而多孔化者等。
作為形成該中間層之材料,例如可使用公知之水系胺基甲酸酯樹脂、溶劑系胺基甲酸酯樹脂、無溶劑胺基甲酸酯樹脂、水系丙烯酸樹脂、聚矽氧樹脂、聚丙烯樹脂、聚酯樹脂等。該等之樹脂係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
在該表皮層(iii)上,為了防止損傷等,可進一步設置表面處理層。作為形成該表面處理層之材料,例如可使用公知之水系胺基甲酸酯樹脂、溶劑系胺基甲酸酯樹脂、無溶劑胺基甲酸酯樹脂、水系丙烯酸樹脂、聚矽氧樹脂、聚丙烯樹脂、聚酯樹脂等。該等之樹脂係可單獨使用,也可合併使用2種以上。
接下來,針對具有該(1)之構成的合成皮革之製造方法進行說明。
作為該合成皮革之製造方法,例如可列舉有:於經脫模處理過之基材上,塗布表皮層形成用之胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物,進行乾燥步驟,藉以得到表皮層(iii),接著,在該表皮層(iii) 上,塗布接著層形成用之胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物,使其乾燥,形成接著層(ii),將其與基材(i)貼合的方法。又,也可以是:於表皮層(iii)上,塗布接著層形成用之胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物,將其與基材(i)貼合之後,使其乾燥,形成接著層(ii)的方法。
作為塗布該表皮層形成用及接著層形成用之胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物的方法,例如可列舉出使用撒施器、輥塗器、噴塗器、T模塗布器、刮刀塗布器、缺角輪塗布器(comma coater)等之方法。
作為該胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物之乾燥方法,例如可列舉有在40~130℃下進行1~10分鐘的方法。作為所獲得之接著層(ii)及表皮層(iii)的厚度,係可因應於合成皮革所使用之用途而適當決定,例如為0.5~100μm的範圍。
在製造該合成皮革之後,因應需要,例如可在30~100℃下熟成1~10天。
如上所述,本發明之合成皮革係剝離強度及耐化學藥品性優異者。又,藉由在接著層(ii)及/或表皮層(iii)上使用特定之胺基甲酸酯樹脂,則可得到除了前述效果之外,耐光性及耐水解性也更為優異的合成皮革。
依此,本發明之合成皮革係可使用在各種用途上,尤其是可使用於至今為止難以從溶劑系轉換成水系之汽車內部裝潢材料、傢俱、運動用鞋等需要高耐久性之用途上。
以下,採用實施例,更詳細地說明本發明。
於具備有攪拌機、迴流冷卻管、溫度計及氮氣吹入管之4口燒瓶中,在氮氣流下,加入聚碳酸酯二醇(旭化成化學股份有限公司製「DURANOL T5652」,數量平均分子量2000)500質量份、2,2-二羥甲基丙酸(以下,簡稱為「DMPA」)8質量份及甲基乙基酮394質量份,予以均勻混合之後,加入甲苯二異氰酸酯(以下,簡稱為「TDI」)68質量份,接著,加入二月桂酸二丁錫0.1質量份,使其在70℃下反應約4小時。接下來,加入1,3-丁二醇14質量份,使其在70℃下反應約1小時,使反應結束,得到胺基甲酸酯聚合物之甲基乙基酮溶液。再來,將三乙胺6質量份加入到依前述方法所得到之胺基甲酸酯聚合物之甲基乙基酮溶液中,將該胺基甲酸酯聚合物中之羧基予以中和之後,於加入離子交換水886質量份後,在減壓下餾去甲基乙基酮,藉以獲得接著層形成用胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A-1)組成物(不揮發分:40質量%,陰離子性基(羧基,以下均同)的濃度:0.11mmol/g,重量平均分子量:29000,芳香環濃度:0.67mmol/kg)。
於具備有攪拌機、迴流冷卻管、溫度計及氮氣吹入管之4口燒瓶中,在氮氣流下,加入聚丁二醇(數量平均分子量2000)500質量份、乙二醇3質量份、DMPA 12質量份、甲基乙基酮403質量份,予以均勻混合之後,加入TDI 79質量份,接著,加入二月桂酸二丁錫0.1質量份,使其在70℃下反應約4小時。接下來,加入1,3-BG 11質量份,使其在70℃下反應約1小時,使反應結束,得到胺基甲酸酯聚合物之甲基乙基酮溶液。再來,將三乙胺9質量份加入到依前述方法所得到之胺基甲酸酯聚合物 之甲基乙基酮溶液中,將該胺基甲酸酯聚合物中之羧基予以中和之後,於加入離子交換水907質量份後,在減壓下餾去甲基乙基酮,藉以獲得接著層形成用胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A-2)組成物(不揮發分:40質量%,重量平均分子量:46000,陰離子性基濃度:0.15mmol/g,芳香環濃度:0.75mmol/kg)。
於具備有攪拌機、迴流冷卻管、溫度計及氮氣吹入管之4口燒瓶中,在氮氣流下,加入聚丙二醇(數量平均分子量2000)500質量份、1,4-丁二醇9質量份、DMPA 10質量份、甲基乙基酮400質量份,予以均勻混合之後,加入TDI 78質量份,接著,加入二月桂酸二丁錫0.1質量份,使其在70℃下反應約4小時。接下來,加入1,3-BG 4質量份,使其在70℃下反應約1小時,使反應結束,得到胺基甲酸酯聚合物之甲基乙基酮溶液。再來,將N,N-二甲基乙醇胺7質量份加入到依前述方法所得到之胺基甲酸酯聚合物之甲基乙基酮溶液中,將該胺基甲酸酯聚合物中之羧基予以中和之後,於加入離子交換水901質量份後,在減壓下餾去甲基乙基酮,藉以獲得接著層形成用胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A-3)組成物(不揮發分:40質量%,陰離子性基濃度:0.13mmol/g,重量平均分子量:68000,芳香環濃度:0.74mmol/kg)。
於具備有攪拌機、迴流冷卻管、溫度計及氮氣吹入管之4口燒瓶中,在氮氣流下,加入聚丁二醇(數量平均分子量1000)500質量份、DMPA 15質量份、甲基乙基酮428質量份,予以均勻 混合之後,加入TDI 117質量份,接著,加入二月桂酸二丁錫0.1質量份,使其在70℃下反應約4小時。接下來,加入1,3-丁二醇11質量份,使其在70℃下反應約1小時,使反應結束,得到胺基甲酸酯聚合物之甲基乙基酮溶液。再來,將N,N-二甲基乙醇胺10質量份加入到依前述方法所得到之胺基甲酸酯聚合物之甲基乙基酮溶液中,將該胺基甲酸酯聚合物中之羧基予以中和之後,於加入離子交換水964質量份後,在減壓下餾去甲基乙基酮,藉以獲得接著層形成用胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A-4)組成物(不揮發分:40質量%,陰離子性基濃度:0.17mmol/g,重量平均分子量:55000,芳香環濃度:1.05mol/kg)。
於甲基乙基酮3281質量份及辛酸亞錫0.1質量份之存在下,使聚碳酸酯多元醇(日本聚胺基甲酸酯股份有限公司製「NIPORAN 980R」,數量平均分子量2000)1000質量份、DMPA 17質量份、乙二醇47質量份、二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯(以下簡稱為「MDI」)344質量份在70℃下進行反應,直至溶液黏度到達20000mPa˙s為止之後,加入甲醇3質量份,使反應停止,得到胺基甲酸酯樹脂之甲基乙基酮溶液。於該胺基甲酸酯樹脂溶液中,在使聚氧乙烯二苯乙烯化苯基醚(Hydrophile-Lipophile Balance(以下簡稱為「HLB」)為14,氧乙烯基之平均加成莫耳數為10,以下簡稱為「(Y-1)」))70質量份、三乙胺13質量份混合之後,加入離子交換水800質量份,使進行轉相乳化,藉以得到該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X-1)分散於水中之乳化液。
接著,從該乳化液餾去甲基乙基酮,藉以獲得不揮發分40質 量%、芳香環含量1.95mol/kg之表皮層形成用胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X-1)組成物。
於甲基乙基酮3281質量份及辛酸亞錫0.1質量份之存在下,使聚醚多元醇(三菱化型股份有限公司製「PTMG2000」,數量平均分子量2000)1000質量份、DMPA 17質量份、乙二醇47質量份、MDI 344質量份在70℃下進行反應,直至溶液黏度到達20000mPa˙s為止之後,加入甲醇3質量份,使反應停止,得到胺基甲酸酯樹脂之甲基乙基酮溶液。於該胺基甲酸酯樹脂溶液中,在使(Y-1)70質量份、三乙胺13質量份混合之後,加入離子交換水800質量份,使進行轉相乳化,藉以得到該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X-2)分散於水中之乳化液。
接著,從該乳化液餾去甲基乙基酮,藉以獲得不揮發分40質量%、芳香環含量1.95mol/kg之表皮層形成用胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X-2)組成物。
於具備有攪拌機、迴流冷卻管、溫度計及氮氣吹入管之4口燒瓶中,在氮氣流下,加入聚丁二醇(數量平均分子量1000)500質量份、DMPA 15質量份、甲基乙基酮450質量份,予以均勻混合之後,加入異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯(以下簡稱為「IPDI」)149質量份,接著,加入二月桂酸二丁錫0.1質量份,使其在70℃下反應約4小時。接下來,加入1,3-BG 11質量份,使其在70℃ 下反應約1小時,得到胺基甲酸酯預聚物之甲基乙基酮溶液。再來,將N,N-二乙基乙醇胺10質量份加入到依前述方法所得到之胺基甲酸酯聚合物之甲基乙基酮溶液中,將該胺基甲酸酯聚合物中之羧基予以中和之後,於加入離子交換水1012質量份。使反應結束之後,在減壓下餾去甲基乙基酮,藉以獲得接著層形成用胺基甲酸酯樹脂(AR-1)組成物(不揮發分:40質量%,陰離子性基濃度:0.16mmol/g,重量平均分子量:28000,芳香環濃度:0mol/kg)。
於具備有攪拌機、迴流冷卻管、溫度計及氮氣吹入管之4口燒瓶中,在氮氣流下,加入聚碳酸酯二醇(旭化成化學股份有限公司製「DURANOL T5652」,數量平均分子量2000)100質量份、聚丁二醇(數量平均分子量1000)100質量份、DMPA 20質量份、甲基乙基酮151質量份,予以均勻混合之後,加入IPDI 133質量份,接著,加入二月桂酸二丁錫0.1質量份,使其在70℃下反應約4小時。接下來,將三乙胺15質量份加入到依前述方法所得到之胺基甲酸酯聚合物之甲基乙基酮溶液中,將該胺基甲酸酯聚合物中之羧基予以中和之後,於加入離子交換水683質量份後,加入80質量%水合聯胺15質量份,使進行反應。在反應結束之後,在減壓下餾去甲基乙基酮,藉以獲得表皮層形成用胺基甲酸酯樹脂(XR-1)組成物(不揮發分:35質量%,脲鍵結濃度:2.6mol/kg,芳香環濃度:0mol/kg)。
以乾燥後之膜厚成為30μm的方式,將包含在合成例5所得到之表皮層形成用胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X-1)組成物100質量份、水分散性黑色顏料(DIC股份有限公司製「DILAC HS-9530」)10質量份、締合型增黏劑(DIC股份有限公司製「HYDRAN ASSISTER T10)1質量份的摻合液塗布於平面脫模紙(味之素股份有限公司製「DN-TP-155T」)上,於70℃下乾燥2分鐘,再於120℃下乾燥2分鐘。
接著,以乾燥後之膜厚成為50μm的方式,將包含在合成例1所得到之接著層形成用胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A-1)組成物100質量份、締合型增黏劑(DIC股份有限公司製「HYDRAN ASSISTER T10」)1質量份、多異氰酸酯系交聯劑(DIC股份有限公司製「HYDRAN ASSISTER C5」)9質量份的摻合液予以塗布,於70℃下乾燥3分鐘。乾燥後立即貼合含浸聚胺基甲酸酯的不織布之後,於120℃下熱處理2分鐘,於50℃下熟成2天,剝離掉脫模紙,得到合成皮革。
除了將所使用之表皮層形成用胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物、接著層形成用胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物之種類變更為如表1~3中所示之外,與實施例1一樣地進行操作,得到合成皮革。
於合成例中所使用之多元醇之數量平均分子量及於合成例中所得到之胺基甲酸酯樹脂之重量平均分子量係表示利用凝膠 滲透管柱層析(GPC)法並依下述條件所測定而得之值。
測定裝置:高速GPC裝置(TOSOH股份有限公司製「HLC-8220GPC」)
管柱:將TOSOH股份有限公司製之下述管柱予以串聯而使用。

針對在實施例及比較例所得到之合成皮革,使用島津AutoGraph「AG-1」(島津製作所股份有限公司製),以全標度5kg、頭部速度20mm/分鐘的條件,測定剝離強度,如下述般進行評價。
「A」:0.15MPa以上
「B」:0.1MPa以上且小於0.15MPa
「C」:小於0.1MPa
在實施例及比較例所得到之合成皮革的表皮層上,載置已滲入有與表皮層相同重量之油酸的濾紙,在80℃的條件下,放置24小時。其後,去掉濾紙,利用抹布(waste)擦掉油酸之後,觀察外觀,如下述般進行評價。
「A」:外觀沒有變化
「B」:在外觀上確認到極小部分之膨潤,但沒有表皮層的剝離
「C」:在外觀上確認到可明確地確認到之膨潤,但沒有表皮層的剝離
「D」:在外觀上確認到可明確地確認到之膨潤,確認到表皮層的局部剝離
將在實施例及比較例所得到之合成皮革以溫度70℃、濕度95%的條件下放置5週。透過其後的外觀觀察及手指觸感,如下述般進行評價。
「A」:外觀/手指觸感沒有異常
「B」:外觀上產生光澤變化,但手指觸感並未確認到異常
「C」:外觀上產生光澤變化,且確認到膠黏感
將於實施例及比較例所得到之合成皮革暴露在650ppm之NOx氣體中1小時,目視觀察暴露後之黃變度,如下述般進行評價。
「A」:外觀上沒有變化
「B」:外觀上確認到輕度黃變
「C」:外觀上確認到大片黃變
可知屬於本發明之合成皮革的實施例1~8係剝離強度、耐化學藥品性、耐水解性及耐光性優異。
另一方面,比較例1係在接著層(ii)、表皮層(iii)上均未使用以芳香族多異氰酸酯為原料之胺基甲酸酯樹脂的態樣,剝離強度、耐化學藥品性及耐水解性不佳。
比較例2係在表皮層(iii)上未使用以芳香族多異氰酸酯為原料之胺基甲酸酯樹脂的態樣,耐化學藥品性不佳。
比較例3係在接著層(ii)上未使用以芳香族多異氰酸酯為原料之胺基甲酸酯樹脂的態樣,剝離強度不佳。
Claims (6)
- 一種合成皮革,其係至少具有基材(i)、接著層(ii)及表皮層(iii)之合成皮革,其特徵為,該接著層(ii)與表皮層(iii)均為由含有以芳香族多異氰酸酯為原料之胺基甲酸酯樹脂及水的胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物所形成者,形成該接著層(ii)之胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物為含有以芳香族多異氰酸酯(a1)為原料之胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)及水(B)者,該芳香族多異氰酸酯(a1)含有甲苯二異氰酸酯,形成該表皮層(iii)之胺基甲酸酯樹脂組成物為含有以芳香族多異氰酸酯(x1)為原料之胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)、非離子性乳化劑(Y)及水(Z)者,該芳香族多異氰酸酯(x1)含有二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯。
- 如請求項1之合成皮革,其中該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)為具有陰離子性基者,其陰離子性基濃度為0.35mmol/g以下。
- 如請求項1或2之合成皮革,其中該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)中之芳香環濃度為0.1~2.5mol/kg之範圍。
- 如請求項1或2之合成皮革,其中該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(A)之重量平均分子量為2000~150000之範圍。
- 如請求項1或2之合成皮革,其中該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)中之脲鍵結濃度為1.2mol/kg以下。
- 如請求項1或2之合成皮革,其中該胺基甲酸酯樹脂(X)中之芳香環濃度為0.1~50mol/kg的範圍。
