Abstract

Description

電纜夾組件
本發明係關於電纜夾,更具體地係關於用來在電路短路期間固定電纜線的電纜夾。
電纜夾典型地被用來管理各種尺寸的三相電纜線並將之沿著電纜階梯式掛架或階梯式橫架固定。該等電纜夾橫側向及軸向地固定電纜線。電纜夾必須夠剛硬用以在電路短路事件期間維持住電纜,在電路短路時電磁力會造成電纜線以極大的力量彼此互斥。如果電路短路事件發生的話,則電纜線在曝露於很大的力之下會分開。電纜夾通常被設計來抵抗電纜線在電路短路事件期間的移動以防止傷害到人或物業。
對於可防止電纜線在電路短路事件期間移動的改良式電纜夾設計存在著需求。
一種電纜夾組件將一捆電纜線固定至階梯式掛架。該電纜夾組件包括一基座和兩個側本體。該基座被固定至該階梯式掛架。該兩個側本體被可樞轉地安裝至該基座的端部。每一側本體具有第一端、中間區段、和第二端。每一側本體的該第一端包括安裝件。該安裝件具有一從該安裝件的每一側延伸出的樁柱。該等樁柱被安裝在該基座內,用以讓該等側本體能夠從該階梯式掛架上的該捆電纜線周圍的一打開的位置樞轉至一閉合的位置。
圖1例示本發明的電纜夾組件20的立體圖。該電纜夾組件20是三件式組件,其被一緊固件110(譬如,一夾緊螺栓)將其維持成三角形構造。該電纜夾組件20包括兩個側本體30和一基座60。

該電纜夾組件的該基座和該等側本體是用模具鑄造鋁來製造。然而,該電纜夾組件亦可用射出模製塑膠或鑄造不銹鋼來製造。
該電纜夾組件可包括一位在該電纜夾基座和該階梯式掛架之間的絕緣間隔件100以防止與電流腐蝕有關的問題。該電纜夾組件亦可包括位在該等緊固件和該電纜夾的第二端之間的絕緣墊圈112。

Claims (12)
