The diameter d 1 of the through hole 201 can be formed in a range of 0.3 mm to 2 mm, but is not limited thereto, and the above diameter can also be formed in a size of 0.5 mm to 1.8 mm or 0.8 mm to 1.5 mm.

The interval l1 of the through holes 201 can be formed to be 1.2 mm to 2.3 mm, which is not limited. As another embodiment, it can be formed to be 1.4 mm to 2.2 mm. The range forms the above interval.

The thickness of the coating layer 20 can be formed at 1/100 to 1/10, 1/80 to 1/20, and 1/50 to 1/30 of the thickness of the carrier body 10, but is not limited thereto , can be formed in consideration of the size of the discharge hole 101 or the inner hole 103 and the amount of cosmetic support.

If the thickness of the film layer 20 is 1/10 or more of the thickness of the carrier body 10 , the cosmetics cannot be carried much, and the cosmetics are difficult to be discharged to the outside due to the thickness. If the thickness of the film layer 20 is smaller than that of the carrier body 10 1/100 of the thickness, the water retention effect of biocellulose will be poor.

4 and 5 are views showing the carrier 1 according to the second embodiment and the third embodiment of the present invention, respectively.

The carrier body 10 includes a discharge surface 11 for discharging cosmetics, another surface 13 opposite to the discharge surface 11, and a side surface 15 connecting the discharge surface 11 and the other surface 13. In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the coating layer 20 The coating layer 20 is formed by extending to the other side 13 , and in the third embodiment shown in FIG. 5 , the coating layer 20 is formed by extending to the side surface 15 . Compared with the case where the coating layer 20 is formed only on the discharge surface 11, the above two embodiments can Effectively reduce the moisture evaporation of cosmetics.

Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the carrier of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 , 7 , and 8A to 8C .

6 is a sequence diagram of a method of manufacturing a carrier according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a sequence diagram showing in detail a step of forming a coating layer in the method of manufacturing a carrier according to an embodiment of the present invention. 8A to 8C are diagrams for explaining a method of manufacturing a carrier according to an embodiment of the present invention.

In order to manufacture the carrier of the present invention, first, the carrier body 10 and the biocellulose culture solution are prepared (step S100).

The biocellulose culture solution can be produced by a known method, and the method is not particularly limited.

When culturing biocellulose, nitrogen sources are not additionally mixed, or various nitrogen sources can also be cultured in order to increase the yield of biocellulose. The nitrogen source is known in the industry, and its range is not particularly limited. As specific examples, there may be yeast extract, ammonium sulfonate, and the like.

As microorganisms for producing biocellulose, Acetobacter, Rhizobium, Agrobacterium, and the like can be used. In addition, for production efficiency, various microorganisms may be mixed and cultured. The above-mentioned mixed culture can be efficiently carried out according to Korean Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2002-0067226 of a stationary mixed culture or agitated mixed culture of Acetobacter xylinum, which has a good yield, and a Lactobacillus that produces bacteriocin to prevent contamination by miscellaneous bacteria.

Next, the biocellulose coating layer 20 is formed on the surface of the carrier body 10 by using the biocellulose culture solution (step S200). In the above steps, the process of dipping the carrier body 10 into the biocellulose culture solution (step S210 ) and exposing it to the outside of the culture solution (step S220 ) is repeatedly performed. As shown in Figure 8A, the biocellulose cultured The nutrient solution is put into the beaker, and the carrier body 10 is moved up and down to perform the above steps.

If the biocellulose is cultured on the carrier body 10 in this way, it is not necessary to attach the biocellulose that is difficult to adhere to the carrier body 10 , and the biocellulose is formed into a three-dimensional network structure on the discharge surface 11 of the carrier body 10 . Thereby, it has the effect of improving adhesion and moisture retention.

In addition, the process of repeatedly performing the step of immersing in the culture solution (step S210 ) and the step of exposing to the outside of the culture solution (step S220 ) maximizes the contact between the carrier body 10 and the air to easily cultivate the biocellulose.

The immersion of the carrier body 10 into the biocellulose culture solution can be repeated for 2 times at intervals of about 1 second to 10 seconds, 2 seconds to 8 seconds in another embodiment, and 3 seconds to 5 seconds in another embodiment. days to 5 days, but not limited thereto.

20。 After this process, the coating layer 20 is formed on the carrier body 10 as shown in FIG. 8B .

The carrier 1 on which the coating layer 20 is formed can perform sterilization (sterilization) and drying processes of the cultured biocellulose. The sterilization (sterilization) and drying processes can be performed by methods known in the industry, and are not particularly limited.

A through hole 201 is formed in the carrier 1 on which the coating layer 20 is formed (step S300 ) so that the cosmetic can be moved.

As shown in FIG. 8C , the through hole 201 can be formed by a needle punching process, but not limited to this. As another embodiment, other processes such as knife cutting and laser perforation can be used to form a hole for the cosmetic to move. implement. As another example, if the cosmetic can be moved only by the coating layer 20 itself, the step of forming the through hole 201 can be omitted.

201。 The through hole 201 is formed in the carrier 1 through the process of FIG. 8C as shown in FIG. 1 .

Hereinafter, a manufacturing example of the carrier 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention and the An experimental example will be described. However, the following examples are provided for easier understanding of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

[Production Example 1] Production of a carrier with a biocellulose coating layer formed thereon

First, prepare the vehicle body and biocellulose medium for the experiment. The type of the carrier body used in this experiment was polyurethane (Poly Urethane, PU), and the biocellulose culture solution was used after pre-culturing Acetobacter xylinum BRC21 as a cellulose-producing strain.

Cultured using horse serum (Horse Serum, HS) medium supplemented with 2% glucose (glucose 20.00 g/l, yeast extract 5.00 g/l, sodium phosphate 2.70 g/l, citric acid 1.15 g/l) as a carbon source Acetobacter xylinum BRC21. 50 ml of the HS medium was dispensed into a 250 ml Erlenmeyer flask, sterilized at 120° C. for 30 minutes, and then prepared by inoculating Acetobacter xylinum BRC21, respectively.

The prepared biocellulose culture liquid was put into a beaker, put into a disintegration tester (Disintegration Tester), and the bath temperature (culture temperature) was set to 30°C. The carrier body was vertically suspended from the disintegration tester, immersed in the biocellulose culture solution, and exposed to the outside of the biocellulose culture solution at intervals of about 3 seconds. This process was repeated for 3 days. After 3 days, a biocellulose coating layer was formed on the carrier body. It was confirmed that the surface of the carrier body was covered with a film-like coating layer as if it were a coating.

The carrier on which the coating layer is formed is subjected to a sterilization (sterilization) and drying process, and then through-holes are formed by needle punching. Needles with a diameter of 1 mm were formed at intervals of 2 mm on the metal plate used for acupuncture, and about 50 through holes through which cosmetics could be discharged were formed on the discharge surface of the carrier by the above-mentioned needling.

[Experimental example 1] Determination of water evaporation in cosmetics

1)。 In order to compare and measure the amount of water evaporated from cosmetics, the The carrier of the biocellulose coating layer (hereinafter, referred to as Example 1) and the normal PU carrier (ether (ETHER) type PU dry carrier, hereinafter referred to as Comparative Example 1) as a comparative example.

A W/O type emulsified foundation having a viscosity of 12,000 cps was supported on each carrier in an amount of 7 g to 8 g as a cosmetic.

The ingredients of the cosmetics used in the experiments are as follows.

Figure 107106456-A0305-02-0014-1
Figure 107106456-A0305-02-0014-1

30℃。 After each loaded carrier was placed in a petri dish to measure the initial weight, it was placed in a thermostat, taken out at 10-minute intervals, and the changed weight was measured. Taking into account the high average temperature in summer, the temperature of the constant temperature bath is kept at 30°C.

The weight was measured with a balance capable of measuring 1/100 g, the weight after 10 minutes and 20 minutes was measured, and the amount of weight loss was calculated.

The initial weight of each carrier on which the cosmetic is carried and the weight of the carrier at each time are as follows.

Figure 107106456-A0305-02-0015-2
Figure 107106456-A0305-02-0015-2

As shown in Table 2, when the amount of weight loss at each time between Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 loaded with cosmetics was compared, it was found that Example 1 was smaller than Comparative Example 1, and it was found that the water evaporation of the cosmetics increased on the basis of 10 minutes. reduced by more than 30%.

As described above, in the carrier 1 of the present invention, the coating layer 20 is formed on the discharge surface 11 of the carrier body 10 , thereby having an effect of reducing the evaporation of water from the cosmetic carried on the carrier body 10 compared with the conventional ones. Therefore, the moisture transfer ability and spreadability of the cosmetic to the skin can be improved.

In addition, if the coating layer 20 is formed not only on the discharge surface 11 of the carrier body 10 , but also on the discharge hole 101 , the inner hole 103 , the other surface 13 or the side surface 15 , it is different from the case where the coating layer 20 is formed only on the discharge surface 11 . In contrast, it can effectively reduce the moisture evaporation of cosmetics.

The above-described embodiments are examples for explaining the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Those with common knowledge in the technical field to which the present invention pertains can implement the present invention by making various modifications according to the above-mentioned embodiments, so the technical protection scope of the present invention should be defined according to the scope of the accompanying invention application patent.
