Abstract

A display device with a fingerprint identification module includes: a display panel with a fingerprint identification area; a light shielding layer arranged on a back surface of the display panel, the light-shielding layer having a light-transmitting area corresponding to the fingerprint identification area; a fingerprint identification module arranged corresponding to the light-transmitting area and attached to the light-shielding layer by an adhesive layer; and a bottom frame including a bottom plate and a plurality of side plates connected to the bottom plate. The bottom plate and the side plates jointly form an accommodating space with an opening. The back surface of the display panel is joined with the side plates to close the opening. In the present invention, the fingerprint identification module is attached to the back surface of the display panel by the adhesive layer, which effectively improves strength of the display device and reduces manufacturing cost.
