Abstract

一種磁吸組接結構,包含一本體,於該本體之側緣界定至少一組接面,以及於該本體之側緣內部、該組接面一側設置至少一活動空間,該活動空間內具有一磁石,且該活動空間之大小至少可供該磁石朝該組接面方向進行移動或者轉動一角度。使用時,可將本體之組接面朝向另一個本體並使磁石相對應之外表面相互接觸,二個活動空間中之磁石將會因為異極相吸作用自動地移動或翻轉而能相互地磁力狀相吸,使得二個本體之接觸面可相互磁吸組接並緊密固定,進而不須要另外外露之組接件就能應用數個本體直接接觸組接成各種立體構造,如盒體、隔間構造,組接處沒有突出物,具有美觀,環保,構件少、構件簡單可降低成本,可容易、便捷的組合、拆卸,便於收藏、運輸等特點。

Description

磁吸組接結構
本發明係有關於一種組接結構,特別是指其為一種不須要另外外露之組接件就能直接接觸組接成各種立體構造,且組接處沒有突出物之磁吸組接結構。
現有常見之組合隔間系統其組裝構件通常包含有鋁柱、橫向鎖片及夾板,也就是藉由「八稜柱」(直向立柱)連結「橫向鎖片」為金屬結構再插上夾板的組合系統,此種組合隔間系統是世界各國在這半世紀被公認為目前最環保、最實用的展覽攤位搭建系統。
但是這幾年來由於數位大圖輸出設備的進步與市場競爭的需求,越來越多的參展廠商也開始不僅僅使用比較陽春的隔間板材而滿足,紛紛大量的採用了大幅的海報來裝飾自己的展位,因此使得組合隔間系統被用來當作固定海報的框架,而不再只是隔間結構、隔間功能而已。
然而這種組合隔間系統在被用來裱貼大幅海報時,發現到最致命的一項問題就是在每一公尺的橫向距離就必須有一根直向「八稜柱」來插入夾板,使得整幅美觀的大海報必須在每一公尺就被這「八稜柱」(直向立柱)分隔破壞。
因此,近幾年來,展場設計師及攤位搭建廠商都改採將背膠的大圖輸出裱板在珍珠板或合成板也有被稱為KT板、豪卡板等,但這些材料基本上是發泡板再加工出來的,無法回收,不具環保性也無防火阻燃功效,著實為展覽會添加了隱形的重大危機。
另外,上述之組合隔間系統因為主要構件及相關配件較多,各構件形狀、尺寸不同,構件較複雜,所以成本較高,且使用者於進行組合、拆卸時無法快速地進行,又展示架不使用時拆卸下來收藏、運送並未達到理想狀態。
因此,現有常見之組合隔間系統其構造未臻至於理想,誠有改善之必要。
爰是,本發明人基於產品不斷研究創新之理念,乃本著多年從事產品設計、開發的實務經驗,以及積極潛心研發思考,經由無數次之實際測試、實驗,致有本發明之產生。
本發明之目的,係在提供一種不須要另外外露之組接件就能直接接觸組接成各種立體構造,且組接處沒有突出物之磁吸組接結構。
為達上述之目的,本發明包含一本體,於該本體之側緣界定至少一組接面,以及於該本體之側緣內部、該組接面一側設置至少一活動空間,該活動空間內具有一磁石,且該活動空間之大小至少可供該磁石朝該組接面方向進行移動或者轉動一角度。
使用時,可將本體之組接面朝向另一個本體並使磁石相對應之外表面相互接觸,二個活動空間中之磁石將會因為異極相吸作用自動地移動或翻轉而能相互地磁力狀相吸,使得二個本體之接觸面可相互磁吸組接並緊密固定,進而不須要另外外露之組接件就能應用數個本體直接接觸組接成各種立體構造,如盒體、隔間構造,且組接處沒有突出物。
本發明具有美觀,環保,構件少、構件簡單可降低成本,可容易、便捷的組合、拆卸,便於收藏、運輸等特點。
以下僅藉由具體實施例,且佐以圖式作詳細之說明。
請參閱第1圖至第3圖所示,本發明包含一本體1,於該本體1之側緣界定至少一組接面10,以及於該本體1之側緣內部、該組接面10一側設置至少一活動空間20,該活動空間20內具有一磁石30,且該活動空間20之大小至少可供該磁石30朝該組接面10方向進行移動或者轉動一角度。
於一構造實施例,該本體1之側緣形成一框體,於該框體上、下方分別設置一面板40而構成一板體形狀。
於一構造實施例,於該本體1之側緣內部藉由設置隔板50之區隔以形成該活動空間20。
於一構造實施例,該磁石30選自強力磁石者。
於一構造實施例,該磁石30為正方體形狀。
上述為本發明之各部構件及其組成方式介紹,接著再將本發明之使用實施例、特點、效益介紹如下:
請參閱第4圖、第5圖所示,使用時,可將本體1之組接面10朝向另一個本體1並使磁石30相對應之外表面(10、40)相互接觸。
請參閱第6圖、第7圖所示,二個活動空間20中之磁石30將會因為異極相吸作用自動地移動或翻轉而能相互地磁力狀相吸,使得二個本體1之接觸面可相互磁吸組接並緊密固定,進而不須要另外外露之組接件就能應用數個本體1直接接觸組接成各種立體構造,如盒體、隔間構造,且組接處沒有突出物。
本發明具有美觀,環保,構件少、構件簡單可降低成本,可容易、便捷的組合、拆卸,便於收藏、運輸等特點。
請參閱第8圖至第11圖所示,本發明之本體1可為各種大小不同之板體形狀,可以組接成盒體,且可藉由增減本體1之數量來變換盒體之大小。
請參閱第12圖至第15圖所示,於一構造實施例,該本體1之側緣內部藉由設置隔板50以形成一通道,於該通道內藉由設置數個大小不同之阻隔體60、61而形成該活動空間20。
於一構造實施例,該磁石30為長扁體形狀。
請參閱第16圖至第22圖所示,延續上一構造實施例其使用例,同樣可將本體1之組接面10朝向另一個本體1並使磁石30相對應之外表面相互接觸,二個活動空間20中之磁石30將會因為異極相吸作用自動地移動或翻轉而能相互地磁力狀相吸,使得二個本體1之組接面10可相互磁吸組接並緊密固定,進而就能應用數個本體1直接接觸組接成隔間構造。
請參閱第23圖所示,於一構造實施例,該磁石30為長正方體形狀。
於以上為本案所舉之實施例,僅為便於說明而設,當不能以此限制本案之意義,即大凡依所列申請專利範圍所為之各種變換設計,均應包含在本案之專利範圍中。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種磁吸組接結構,係應用於組合隔間,該磁吸組接結構包含一本體,於該本體之側緣界定至少一組接面,以及於該本體之側緣內部、該組接面一側設置至少一活動空間,該活動空間內具有一磁石,且該活動空間之大小至少可供該磁石朝該組接面方向進行移動或者轉動一角度;其中,該本體之側緣形成一框體,於該框體上、下方分別設置一面板而構成一板體形狀;及其中,可將該本體之組接面朝向另一個本體並使該磁石相對應之外表面相互接觸,該本體與另一個本體內之活動空間中之磁石藉由異極相吸作用自動地移動或翻轉而能相互地磁力狀相吸,使得二個本體之接觸面可相互磁吸組接並固定,進而構成隔間構造。
  2. 如請求項1所述之磁吸組接結構,其中,於該本體之側緣內部藉由設置隔板之區隔以形成該活動空間。
  3. 如請求項1所述之磁吸組接結構,其中,該磁石選自強力磁石者。
  4. 如請求項1所述之磁吸組接結構,其中,該磁石為正方體形狀。
  5. 如請求項1所述之磁吸組接結構,其中,該本體之側緣內部藉由設置隔板以形成一通道,於該通道內藉由設置數個大小不同之阻隔體而形成該活動空間。
  6. 如請求項1所述之磁吸組接結構,其中,該磁石為長扁體形狀。
  7. 如請求項1所述之磁吸組接結構,其中,該磁石為長正方體形狀。
