Abstract

本發明關於一種刻字膜，包含有：一字膜層、一中間層及一基層；該三層係黏著在一起且可分離，且該字膜層具有切割的紋路。該刻字膜可切割出文字及/或圖形，該文字及/或圖形的切割痕係割及該字膜層及該中間層，但不割斷該基層。將該刻字膜之字膜層黏著於一物品，復撕除該基層及該中間層，即可使該字膜層黏著於該物品，所切割的文字及/或圖形係黏著於該物品表面。

刻字膜
本發明係關於一種塑膠膜，尤指一種可供切割出圖形及/或文字的刻字膜。
讓衣服呈現出文字及/或圖形時，可增加目光的吸引力、以及產生獨特性。為了達到此目的，傳統方式係以印刷將圖形/文字印刷在衣服上，使衣服上具有圖形及/或文字。惟，採用印刷方式者，須製作印刷用的網版，當需要印刷的文字及/或圖形的樣式愈多，便須花費更多時間打樣以及製作更多的網版，如此，將花費相當高昂的製版費用，且因打樣速度慢，相對的，圖形/文字的變化速度也跟著慢，不符合現今快速變化的潮流。
發明人曾研發第105132103號「具有防偽效果之刻字膜」發明專利，其技術內容係涉及提供一種刻字膜，讓企業或消費者可在該刻字膜上刻出文字及/或圖形，並將刻好的文字/圖形黏貼於衣服上，以免除上述之印刷技術之打樣、製版之耗時耗費的缺失，並可快速變化文字/圖形的樣式。
發明人秉於精益求精之精神，對於刻字膜復有新的創新設計，乃研發出本發明。
本發明之目的在於提供一種刻字膜，該刻字膜有別於以往，其表面具有切割出的紋路。藉此，本發明之該刻字膜的表面形成切割的紋路，讓刻字膜更為柔軟及外觀上形成細緻的紋路。
使用時，可於該刻字膜切割出文字及/或圖形，所述的文字及/或圖形係具有該切割的紋路。
本發明所提供之刻字膜，包含有：一字膜層、一中間層及一基層；該字膜層、該中間層及該基層係黏著在一起，該中間層位於該字膜層及該基層之間；該三層之間的黏著力係使其可黏著在一起且可分離；以及該字膜層之表面具有以割痕形成的切割的紋路。
藉此，可於該刻字膜切割出文字及/或圖形，該文字及/或圖形的切割痕係割及該字膜層及該中間層，但不割斷該基層。於除去切割廢料後，將該刻字膜之字膜層黏著於一物品，復撕除該基層及該中間層，即可使該字膜層黏著於該物品，使所切割的文字及/或圖形黏著於該物品表面。所切割的文字及/或圖形的表面係具有所述的切割的紋路。
較佳地，該中間層與該基層之間的黏著力係大於該字膜層與該中間層之間的黏著力，以便容易除去廢料。
較佳地，該基層的厚度係大於該中間層的厚度及該字膜層的厚度。
較佳地，該字膜層之表面係以割痕切割出多數細片，該等細片係為相同形狀，使該字膜層上形成規律的切割紋路。
本發明所提供之刻字膜可供切割出各種文字及/或圖形，並可快速及便利地將該由該刻字膜所切割的文字及/或圖形黏貼於一物品上。刻字膜的文字與圖形的改變速度快，且不需製版，可節省成本及時間。
該字膜層上所預設的細片並不會影響該文字及/或圖形的切割作業，亦不影響刻字膜的撕除切割廢料及黏貼作業。所黏貼之該文字及/或圖形係具有該等細片所形成的紋路。且該等細片係使該文字及/或圖形更為柔軟及更易撓性，更能確實地黏貼於物品表面，且能隨著物品(例如織物)彎折、撓曲。

本發明之目的、特徵以及所達成之功效可由下述較佳實施例之說明及圖式獲得瞭解，其中：圖一係本發明一較佳實施例之刻字膜之一正視圖，該刻字膜之切割表面已預先切割出規律的紋路。其中，圖一至圖八係以字膜層及其切割表面位於刻字膜之頂面之狀態顯示。
圖二係本發明一較佳實施例之刻字膜之概要剖面圖，顯示該刻字膜的主要三層結構。
圖三係圖一的局部放大立體圖。
圖四(A)至(C)顯示可應用於本發明之刻字膜之切割表面的三種切割紋路的示意圖。
圖五顯示本發明一較佳實施例之刻字膜之完整剖面圖。
圖六係本發明一較佳實施例之刻字膜之一視圖，並顯示該刻字膜已切割文字與圖形。
圖七係圖六之剖面示意圖。
圖八顯示該圖六之刻字膜，並已去除不必要的部分，僅剩下切割成型的文字與圖形之部分。
圖九係圖八之9-9剖線的剖面圖。
圖十顯示將圖九之已切割並除去廢料的刻字膜黏貼於一物品之示意圖。
圖十一係顯示刻字膜之字膜層黏著於一物品之示意圖。
圖十二顯示將該刻字膜之文字及圖形黏貼於一物品表面之成品的視圖。
請參閱圖一及圖二，係本發明一較佳實施例所提供之一種刻字膜10，其包含有：一字膜層20、一中間層30及一基層40，該三層20、30、40係相互黏著在一起，該中間層30位於該字膜層20及該基層40之間。該三層20、30、40之間的黏著力係使其可相互黏著在一起且仍可分離。亦即，該字膜層20與該中間層30係黏著 在一起並可被撕離，同樣的，該中間層30及該基層40亦黏著在一起且可撕離。
該字膜層20係形成該刻字膜10之一表面，並定義為一切割表面S，該字膜層20以割痕221切割出規律的紋路，使該切割表面S具有多數個形狀相同的細片22。請參閱圖三，本較佳實施例之切割表面S係以雷射切割之技術規律地切割出圓形的割痕221，且本較佳實施例係使該割痕221割斷該字膜層20。藉此，該切割表面S被切割出多數個呈魚麟形狀的細片22，每個細片22均可被撕離，圖三以標號22a所示的細片為例，該細片22a係自該刻字膜10撕下而與刻字膜10分離。於該切割表面S切割出多數細片22之目的係使該刻字膜10更為柔軟，並有較佳的手感，並於外觀上形成細緻的紋路。
刻字膜10之切割表面S的細片22的形狀不以圖三所示的魚麟形狀為限，例如圖四(A)至(C)所示，但不以此為限，顯示在切割表面S可切割出多數個星形的細片22’、六角形的細片22”或呈矩形、菱形的細片22’”，每個細片22、22’、22”、22’”均可單獨地自刻字膜上撕除。
本發明所提供之技術便係在該刻字膜10的表面具有多數可剝離的細片22的結構下，可進一步地切割所需的文字及/或圖形，且於刻字膜10剝離切割廢料、保留所切割的文字/圖形時，該等細片22不會影響到切割廢料的剝離，亦不會影響將切割好的文字/圖形黏貼於一物體之黏貼作業。
該字膜層20於本實施例為聚氨酯(Polyurethane，PU)，惟亦可為金箔(foil)、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(Polyethylene terephthalate，PET)、聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl Chloride，PVC)、熱塑性聚氨脂(Thermoplastic polyurethanes，TPU)或熱塑性橡膠材料(Thermo-Plastic-Rubber material，TPR)等材質，該字膜層20可製成各種不同的顏色。
該中間層30及基層40於本較佳實施例係選用聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(Polyethylene terephthalate，PET)，且為透明為佳，且該基層40的厚度係大於中間層30的厚度。該中間層30及該基層40係具耐熱性，可耐高溫，例如可耐攝氏100~180度。此外，該中間層30以具有適當的厚度為佳，例如不小於50μm，以避免細片22的割痕221割斷中間層30。
請參閱圖五，更進一步而言，該刻字膜10更包含有：一第一黏著層50、一第二黏著層60及一接著層，該接著層於本實施例係熱熔膠層70。該中間層30及該基層40係以該第一黏著層50黏接；該中間層30及該字膜層20係以該第二黏著層60黏著。其中，該第一黏著層50之黏著力係大於該第二黏著層60，因此，該中間層30與該基層40之間的黏著性係大於該字膜層20與該中間層30之間的黏著性。
該熱熔膠層70係設置於該字膜層20的外表面；前述的割痕221於切割細片22時，亦同時切割該熱熔膠層70。
本發明所提供之刻字膜10可供企業以切割設備，例如雷射切割設備，切割出文字及/或圖形，或供一般的消費者切割出文字及/或圖形，復將切割好的文字及/或圖形黏設於一物品上，例如黏設於一織物(衣服)表面，俾該物品的表面黏設有所切割的文字及/或圖形。
請參閱圖六及圖七，本實施例顯示於該刻字膜10切割出文字與圖形，以標號C表示，例如英文Snow Queen、thank you及位於英文字母Q中的卡通人物的圖形，圖中所顯示的文字及圖形C係以鏡像呈現。該文字與圖形C係由切割痕15所切割形成，該切割痕15係切割該字膜層20、該中間層30、該熱熔膠層70及該第二黏著層60，亦可割及該第一黏著層50，但不割斷該基層40。該文字與圖形C以外的部分係為切割廢料W。該基層40的厚度係為各層中最厚，大於字膜層20及中間層30的厚度，可避免割斷該基層40。
待該文字與圖形C切割完成後，係撕除該切割廢料W，圖八及圖九顯示，切割廢料W已被除去，只剩切割後的、所需的文字與圖形C，其中：本實施例係使英文Snow Queen及卡通人物的圖形以真實的線條呈現，而英文thank you則以鏤空的字型呈現。如圖九所示，除去切割廢料後，保留下來的該文字及圖形C仍具有字膜層20、中間層30、熱熔膠層70及第一與第二黏著層50、60。
接著，將圖八之刻字膜10放置於所欲黏貼的物品80上，以該熱熔膠層70接觸該物品80的表面，復以加熱設備，例如熨斗或 壓燙機，加熱該字膜層20，使該熱熔層70黏著於該物品80。須說明的是，該接著層並不以熱熔膠為限，可選用其他黏著物質，並以適合所使用的黏著物質的黏著方式將該刻字膜之接著層黏著於該物品80表面。
之後進行最後的撕除作業，將該基層40及該中間層30除去，僅保留該字膜層20黏著於該物品80上。由於第一黏著層50之黏著力係大於第二黏著層60的黏著力，使得該中間層30與基層40之間的黏性較強、與字膜層20之間的黏性較弱，因此，於剝除基層40時，該中間層30係黏著該基層40並隨著該基層一起被撕離，進而與字膜層20分離，故撕除基層40時，該中間層30係隨著該基層一起被除去，只剩下字膜層20黏著於物品80表面，因此，容易將該中間層30與該字膜層20分離。
圖十二顯示該刻字膜10所切割的文字與圖形C黏著於物品80表面的成品，黏貼後，該文字與圖形C係正視(非鏡像)地呈現於該物品上。
本發明所提供之刻字膜10可供切割出各種文字與圖形C並可便利地將之黏貼於物品上，其文字與圖形C可依所需之樣式切割，圖樣/文字的改變速度快，且不需製版。所黏貼之該文字與圖形C係具有完整或不完整的細片22，亦即，該字膜層20上所預先設置的細片22並不會影響該文字與圖形C的切割作業、撕除切割廢料W及刻字膜的黏貼作業。依本發明之設計，能便利地除去 切割廢料，將刻字膜黏貼於物品時，亦能快速方便地使字膜層黏設於物品表面。
字膜層20之該切割表面S所形成的切割紋路係成為該文字與圖形C的紋路，且該切割紋路係使該文字與圖形C更為柔軟及更具撓性，能確實地黏貼於物品表面，且能隨著物品(例如織物)彎折、撓曲。該切割表面S之切割紋路之割痕221不以切斷字膜層為限。
上揭實施例僅係說明本發明之技術手段而非限制，舉凡由本發明之等效修改，均應視為本發明之保護範圍。本發明所提供之刻字膜為本技術領域所首創之技術與結構，具進步性，爰依法提出申請。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種刻字膜，包含有：一字膜層；一中間層；及一基層；該字膜層、該中間層及該基層係黏著在一起，該中間層位於該字膜層及該基層之間；該三層之間的黏著力係使其可黏著在一起且可分離；以及該字膜層之表面具有以割痕形成的切割的紋路，所述之割痕係割斷該字膜層。
  2. 如請求項1所述之刻字膜，其中：該字膜層及該中間層之間具有一黏著力，該中間層及該基層之間亦具有一黏著力，該中間層與該基層之間的黏著力係大於該字膜層與該中間層之間的黏著力。
  3. 如請求項1所述之刻字膜，更包含有：一第一黏著層與一第二黏著層；該中間層及該基層係以該第一黏著層黏接；該中間層及該字膜層係以該第二黏著層黏接。
  4. 如請求項3所述之刻字膜，其中：該第一黏著層之黏著力係大於該第二黏著層之黏著力。
  5. 如請求項1所述之刻字膜，其中；該刻字膜係切割出文字及/或圖形，該文字及/或圖形之切割痕係切割該字膜層及該中間層。
  6. 如請求項3所述之刻字膜，其中；該刻字膜係切割出文字及/或圖形，該文字及/或圖形之切割痕係切割該字膜層、該中間層及該第二黏著層。
  7. 如請求項6所述之刻字膜，其中；該文字及/或圖形之切割痕亦切割該第一黏著層。
  8. 如請求項1或5所述之刻字膜，另包含有：一接著層，設於該字膜層之外表面；所述之割痕亦切割該接著層。
  9. 如請求項1所述之刻字膜，其中：該字膜層係被所述的割痕切割出多數個細片。
  10. 如請求項1或9所述之刻字膜，其中：所述之割痕係規律的切割該字膜層。
