需要說明的是,上述資源處理參與方將相關資訊儲存到區塊鏈201時,可以通過預定的加密規則將儲存的資訊進行加密,然後,再將其提供給區塊鏈201進行解密,並可以將解密後的資訊儲存在相應的區塊中。 在實施中,隨著經濟增長的驅動力逐步由投資轉向消費,資產證券化行業得到快速發展。如圖2所示,目前在傳統金融機構和銀行系統中,由於信貸和資產證券化相關流程中涉及到了眾多參與方(或資源參與方),包括資產方、投資放、信託機構、託管銀行、仲介機構和交易所等。在整個資產證券化的業務流程中,由於參與的各個銀行和金融機構之間的資訊相互割裂,這樣,在進行信貸和資產證券化的業務時,由於參與的各個銀行和金融機構之間的資訊相互割裂,就需要分別向各個參與方申請相應的資訊進行審核或審批,從而可能會使得資訊無法很好的共用而導致信任傳導困難、流程手續繁雜、資源處理效率低下、增信成本高昂,為此,本發明實施例提供一種基於區塊鏈的資源處理系統,通過區塊鏈201進行資源處理(如信貸和資產證券化產品交易等),可以使得眾多參與方在去中心化的資源處理平臺上自由完成交易,做到每筆交易公開透明、可追本溯源,通過統一的公共帳本(區塊鏈201中的區塊)承載相應資源資訊、征信資訊等,對交易流程效率提升起到極大的促進作用。 該資源處理系統可以包括終端設備100和資源服務平臺200,其中的終端設備100可以由各個資源處理參與方或用戶使用。在實際應用中,為了更好的為各個資源處理參與方或用戶提供相應的資源處理服務,可以根據資源服務平臺200所具有的功能,開發相應的應用程式。該應用程式可以被封裝成一個獨立的應用程式,由各個資源處理參與方或用戶安裝在終端設備100中,或者,該應用程式還可以被嵌入到其它應用程式中,例如,該應用程式可以被嵌入到某錢包應用中等,具體可以如在該錢包應用中設置該應用程式入口的方式進行嵌入處理等,具體可以根據實際情況設定,本發明實施例對此不做限定。另外,考慮到不同的項目或不同的資源會設置有相應的智慧合約,因此,還可以將該應用程式設置為合約應用等。 當各個資源處理參與方或使用者使用需要查詢某資訊時,可以通過終端設備100運行該應用程式,該應用程式可以從資源處理平臺中獲取該應用程式的首頁資料,並可以在終端設備100中顯示該首頁。首頁中可以包括資訊搜索框。使用者可以在該資訊搜索框中輸入搜索關鍵字。某資源處理參與方或用戶輸入完成後,可以點擊搜索按鍵,終端設備100可以獲取資訊搜索框中的搜索關鍵字,並可以基於該搜索關鍵字產生資訊查詢請求,將該資訊查詢請求發送給資源處理平臺。資源處理平臺接收到該資訊查詢請求後,可以提取該資訊查詢請求中的搜索關鍵字,並可以在區塊鏈201中查找與該搜索關鍵字相匹配的資訊(如資源資訊、審批資訊和評級資訊等),可以將查找到的資訊發送給終端設備100,此時,該資源處理參與方或用戶可以查看查找到的資訊。 在實施中,資源服務平臺200可以依據上述目標資源項目的相關資訊,通過預先設定的程式設計語言(如Java程式設計語言或C語言等)編寫相應的智慧合約,編寫完成後的智慧合約即為目標智慧合約。資源服務平臺200可以將目標智慧合約與目標資源項目對應儲存。 在步驟S612中,如果對目標資訊的審批通過,則根據預定的區塊鏈201中的目標智慧合約進行證券所有權的轉移的交易撮合,以執行該證券所有權的轉移的操作。 本發明實施例提供一種資源項目申報的審批方法,通過資源服務平臺執行,資源服務平臺為基於預定的區塊鏈構建的服務平臺,區塊鏈中的區塊儲存有資源處理參與方的相關資訊,資源處理參與方包括資源方、投資方、信託機構、託管機構、承銷機構、仲介機構和交易機構的一個或多個,其中:終端設備,用於請求資源服務平臺從預定的區塊鏈查詢基於區塊鏈中的區塊儲存的資訊,以及向資源服務平臺發送目標資源項目申報的審批請求,資源服務平臺,用於從預定的區塊鏈中獲取與目標資源項目的申報規則相匹配的待審批的資訊,對獲取的資訊進行審批,並將審批產生的資訊記錄到所述區塊鏈的區塊中,和/或,基於獲取的資訊進行預定的交易操作,這樣,基於區塊鏈的資源處理系統可以將資源處理的各個過程中的資訊進行儲存,因此,在不同的資源處理的過程中,其需要的相關資訊儲存在區塊鏈中,參與方之間不需要重複的傳遞相關的資源的資訊,大大的降低了流程成本、簡化了資源處理流程,提升了資源處理效率。 實施例五 本實施例將結合具體的應用場景,對本發明實施例提供的一種資源處理系統以及資源項目申報的審批方法進行詳細的闡述,相應的應用場景為金融機構或者銀行的信貸和資產證券化的應用場景,其中,該資源處理系統包括終端設備100和資源服務平臺200,其中,該終端設備100可以如手機或平板電腦等移動終端設備100,還可以如個人電腦等設備。該資源服務平臺200可以由一個獨立的伺服器構成,也可以是由多個伺服器組成的伺服器集群,而且,該資源服務平臺200可以是資產證券化的後臺服務平臺,資源處理系統為金融機構或者銀行的信貸和資產證券化系統。 如圖7所示,本發明實施例提供了一種資源處理系統,具體包括如終端設備100和資源服務平臺200,其中,上述資源服務平臺200可以為基於預定的區塊鏈201構建的服務平臺,該區塊鏈201中的區塊儲存有資產參與方的相關資訊,該資產參與方包括資產方、投資方400、信託機構500、託管機構600、承銷機構800、仲介機構700和交易機構900的一個或多個。 如圖7所示,資源服務平臺200可以是用於儲存資產參與方的相關資訊,並可以為各個資產參與方或監管機構1000等提供資訊查詢,或者為各個資產參與方或使用者提供相關服務(如進行交易操作或進行項目申報的審批等)的平臺。其中,資源服務平臺200儲存的相關資訊可以基於區塊鏈201中的區塊儲存,該區塊鏈201可以是由資產方、投資方400、信託機構500、託管機構600、承銷機構800、仲介機構700和交易機構900等資產參與方構成的聯盟鏈。上述各個資產參與方可以分別將資產方發起的原始資產相關的資訊儲存到區塊鏈201中的區塊上,具體如,在底層資產形成的過程中,可以將放款、還款的過程中資金流和資訊流等相關資訊即時寫入區塊鏈201,從而實現底層資產資訊的真實防篡改;在資產產品(如證券等)設計和發行階段,交易機構900和評級機構的評級資訊可以寫入區塊鏈201中;投資方400在投資後,可以將投資方400的身份資訊和認購的份額資訊登記到區塊鏈201中。此外,其中的資訊還可以包括涉及的資產資訊、託管機構600的相關資訊、承銷機構800的相關資訊、仲介機構700的相關資訊和信託機構500的相關資訊等。由於各個資產參與方的相關資訊都是在區塊鏈201中做了記錄,因此,在不同的交易處理的過程中所需要的交易處理流程中的資訊流和資金流天然已經存在區塊鏈201中,從而不在需要重複的傳遞相關的資產的資訊,大大的降低了流程成本、提升交易處理效率。 基於上述內容,投資方400或者資產方可以進行某項目(如貸款項目、證券交易項目、證券所有權的轉移項目等)的申報,資源服務平臺200可以對該項目的申報進行審批。具體地,投資方400或者資產方可以通過終端設備100向資源服務平臺200發送目標資產項目(具體如貸款項目)申報的審批請求,該審批請求中可以包括目標資產項目的項目標識。該資源服務平臺200接收到該審批請求後,可以從該審批請求中提取項目標識,可以根據項目標識確定目標資產項目。可以基於目標資產項目,確定相應的申報規則。該申報規則可以用於規定申報目標資產項目所需要的資訊,以及申報目標資產項目所需要經歷的過程等相關資訊,然後,該資源服務平臺200可以從預定的區塊鏈201中獲取與目標資產項目的申報規則相匹配的資訊,並可以將獲取到的資訊作為待審批的資訊。該資源服務平臺200可以對待審批的資訊進行審批,審批完成後,可以將上述審批相關的資訊(可以包括目標資產項目的申報過程中使用的資訊,還可以包括審批的結果資訊,以及審批過程中產生的中間資料等)記錄到上述區塊鏈201的區塊中。 如果上述申報目標資源項目的審批通過,則可以基於獲取的與目標資產項目的申報規則相匹配的資訊,執行預定的操作,例如,該預定的操作為證券所有權的轉移,則如果上述申報目標資產項目(即證券所有權的轉移的項目)的審批通過,則可以基於與證券所有權的轉移相關的資訊,將目標證券的所有權從一個用戶轉移到另一個使用者,這樣,目標證券的所有權完成了轉移。 此外,通過本實施例提供的資源處理系統還可以提升資金管理效能,具體地,由於在交易的處理階段,區塊鏈201上沉澱了交易結構、評級資訊、放款還款資金流、資訊流等資訊。基於上述資訊,可以編寫相應的智慧合約應用,通過編寫的智慧合約,在二級市場交易階段,底層現金流資訊都可以通過區塊鏈201的查詢介面從區塊鏈201上獲得,從而能夠通過資源處理系統自動的説明交易雙方進行即時估價,投資方400通過智慧合約進行交易撮合,在區塊鏈201上自動的完成證券所有權的轉移等操作。這樣,依靠人工處理很容易出錯或者系統上很難自動化去做的交易流程、資金管理功能,都能夠通過區塊鏈201上的區塊和智慧合約自動化的進行,大大的提升交易和資金處理的效能和準確率。 另外,通過本實施例提供的資源處理系統還可以解決資訊監管透明的問題,具體地,由於在信貸和資產證券化交易的過程中,都將相應的資金流和資訊流沉澱到了區塊鏈201的區塊中,每筆交易都是公開透明、可以追本溯源的。在某個查詢機構(如監管機構1000等)想要查詢相關的資金流和資訊流時,相應的查詢流程如圖4所示,即該查詢機構通過終端設備100登錄到資源處理系統中,並可以輸入相關關鍵字進行資訊查詢,資源處理系統通過智慧合約應用查詢介面查詢後端資源服務平臺200,資源服務平臺200將區塊鏈201上儲存的資產資訊、審批資訊、評級資訊等相關的各個階段的交易資訊查詢出來返回給終端設備100。 如圖4所示,各個SPV、仲介機構700、投資機構、承銷機構800、以及監管機構1000可以通過區塊鏈201根據相應的金鑰或者證書進行相關資訊的查詢,資源服務平臺200提供統一的查詢介面和功能,從而不需要各個機構間再進行兩兩對接,通過以上的區塊鏈201處理,可以大大提升資訊監管透明度,提升資訊披露的效能。 此外,如圖4所示,資源服務平臺200中還可以設置有合約和資訊披露管理機制202,通過合約和資訊披露管理機制202可以對預定的區塊鏈201中的智慧合約和相關的資訊進行管理。 本發明實施例提供一種資源處理系統,通過資源服務平臺執行,資源服務平臺為基於預定的區塊鏈構建的服務平臺,區塊鏈中的區塊儲存有資源處理參與方的相關資訊,資源處理參與方包括資源方、投資方、信託機構、託管機構、承銷機構、仲介機構和交易機構的一個或多個,其中:終端設備,用於請求資源服務平臺從預定的區塊鏈查詢基於區塊鏈中的區塊儲存的資訊,以及向資源服務平臺發送目標資源項目申報的審批請求,資源服務平臺,用於從預定的區塊鏈中獲取與目標資源項目的申報規則相匹配的待審批的資訊,對獲取的資訊進行審批,並將審批產生的資訊記錄到所述區塊鏈的區塊中,和/或,基於獲取的資訊進行預定的交易操作,這樣,基於區塊鏈的資源處理系統可以將資源處理的各個過程中的資訊進行儲存,因此,在不同的資源處理的過程中,其需要的相關資訊儲存在區塊鏈中,參與方之間不需要重複的傳遞相關的資源的資訊,大大的降低了流程成本、簡化了資源處理流程,提升了資源處理效率。
