Preferably, the processor 702, when executing the computer program stored in memory 701, requests repair or replacement of the target property.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a specific structure of a server according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the server 80 may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 801 and a memory 805, and the memory 805 stores one or more application programs or data.
Memory 805 may be volatile storage or persistent storage, among others. The program stored in the memory 805 may include one or more modules, each of which may include a sequence of instructions for operating on the server. Still further, the central processor 801 may be configured to communicate with the memory 805 to execute a series of instruction operations in the memory 805 on the server 80.
The server 80 may also include one or more power supplies 802, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 803, one or more input-output interfaces 804, and/or one or more operating systems, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, etc.
The central processing unit 801 may perform the operations performed by the server in the embodiment shown in fig. 7, which are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer storage medium, where instructions are stored in the computer storage medium, and when the instructions are executed, the management method provided in the embodiment of the present application is implemented.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be substantially implemented or contributed to by the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and various other media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)

1. A method of asset wear management, comprising:
acquiring management strategy information of a target property, wherein the management strategy information comprises a use threshold value of a target processing strategy;
acquiring the current usage amount of the target property;
receiving a processing request for the target property, the processing request requesting execution of the target processing policy;
judging whether the processing request accords with a management strategy or not according to the current usage and the management strategy information;
if so, agreeing to the processing request;
and if not, rejecting the processing request.
2. The property loss management method of claim 1, wherein said determining whether the processing request complies with a management policy based on the current usage and the management policy information comprises:
comparing whether the current usage has reached the usage threshold;
if so, confirming that the processing request conforms to the management strategy;
and if not, confirming that the processing request does not conform to the management strategy.
3. The property loss management method of claim 1,
the acquiring the management policy information of the target property comprises: acquiring management strategy information of the target property from a block chain;
the obtaining the current usage of the target property comprises: obtaining a current usage of the target property from a blockchain.
4. The property loss management method of any of claims 1-3, further comprising, after granting the processing request:
and updating the registration information of the target property.
5. The property loss management method of any of claims 1-3, wherein the management policy information further includes a reminder threshold for the target processing policy;
prior to said receiving a request to process said target property, said method further comprises:
comparing the reminder threshold with the current usage amount;
and if the current usage amount reaches a reminding threshold value of the target processing strategy, marking the target property as the property to be maintained.
6. The property loss management method of claim 5, wherein said reminder threshold is equal to said usage threshold.
7. The property loss management method of any of claims 1-3, wherein the processing request is a request to repair or renew the target property.
8. A property loss management platform, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a processing unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring management strategy information of target property, and the management strategy information comprises a use threshold value of a target processing strategy;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the current usage amount of the target property;
a receiving unit, configured to receive a processing request for the target property, where the processing request is used to request execution of the target processing policy;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the current usage reaches a usage threshold of the target processing strategy;
an agreement unit configured to agree to the processing request when the current usage amount has reached a usage threshold of the target processing policy;
a rejecting unit, configured to reject the processing request when the current usage amount does not reach a usage threshold of the target processing policy.
9. A server, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer storage medium, characterized in that it stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of the preceding claims 1 to 7.
