Abstract
本發明係為一種自攻螺絲,包含有一頭部,頭部下側設有螺桿,螺桿前端設有鑽尾部,該螺桿之前端相對鑽尾部上方形成第一段螺牙,該螺桿之後端相對頭部下方至少二螺牙形成第二段螺牙,該第二段螺牙之牙山夾角係為第一段螺牙之牙山夾角之1.15~1.2倍,且該第二段螺牙之牙底徑係隨第二段螺牙之山夾角比例增加;藉此,俾提供一種可緊密鎖合且不會空轉之自攻螺絲。
Description
本發明係為一種自攻螺絲,特別是一種針對鎖合於薄板上之自攻螺絲予以改良設計,俾提供一種可緊密鎖合且不會空轉之自攻螺絲。
目前建築、汽車工業上,由於金屬薄板具有重量輕、成本較低之優點,因此會應用許多金屬薄板來搭建、組裝成建築物、屋頂牆壁、大型機具、汽車、…等,而該金屬薄板與建物、鋼骨或支撐物件之結合,則會利用自攻螺絲來螺鎖結合。就如第1圖所示,其係目前用以鎖合於薄板上之自攻螺絲10,該自攻螺絲10包含有一頭部11,頭部11下側設有螺桿12,螺桿12之底端設有鑽尾部13;藉此,利用鑽尾部13可對薄板20進行鑽孔,然後持續鎖入,使螺桿12可與薄板20螺鎖結合。
而查,由於該上述自攻螺絲10之螺桿12上所設之螺牙牙山角度θ每一個皆相同,因此在經螺桿12前段之旋轉攻牙後,該薄板20所成型之螺孔21會有擴張之情事發生(如第2圖所示),且當薄板20之厚度多小於螺桿12之螺牙牙距,使得自攻螺絲10旋鎖到底使頭部11與薄板20接觸後,很容易造成自攻螺絲10空轉,且該螺桿12之螺牙無法與薄板20螺鎖結合,造成薄板20與支撐物件間無法鎖固定位,使得薄板20與自攻螺絲10會產生搖動,當薄板20受外力(如:強風)作用時,甚至會與自攻螺絲10一同脫離支撐物件,進而會有危險與危害人員安全之缺失。
本發明之目的,即在於改善上述自攻螺絲所具有之缺失,俾提供一種可緊密鎖合且不會空轉之自攻螺絲構造。
為達到上述目的,本發明之自攻螺絲,包含有一頭部,頭部下側設有螺桿,螺桿前端設有鑽尾部,該螺桿之前端相對鑽尾部上方形成第一段螺牙,該螺桿之後端相對頭部下方至少二螺牙形成第二段螺牙,該第二段螺牙之牙山夾角係為第一段螺牙之牙山夾角之1.15~1.2倍,且該第二段螺牙之牙底徑係隨第二段螺牙之山夾角依比例增加;
藉此,俾提供一種可緊密鎖合且不會空轉之自攻螺絲。

有關本發明為達到目的所運用之技術手段及其構造,茲謹再配合第3至第4圖所示之實施例,詳細說明如下:
如第3圖所示,本發明之自攻螺絲30,包含有一頭部31,頭部31下側設有螺桿32,螺桿32前端設有鑽尾部33,該螺桿32之下半部形成第一段螺牙32A,該螺桿32之後端相對頭部31下方至少二螺牙(即一
牙距)形成第二段螺牙32B,該第一段螺牙32A之牙山夾角為α,該第二段螺牙32B之牙山夾角為β,該第一段螺牙32A之牙底徑為D1,該第二段螺牙32B之牙底徑為D2,且該第二段螺牙32B之牙山夾角β係為第一段螺牙32A之牙山夾角α之1.15~1.2倍,該第二段螺牙32B之牙底徑D2為第一段螺牙32A之牙底徑D1之1.15~1.2倍,並令該第二段螺牙32B之牙底徑D2係隨第二段螺牙32B之牙山夾角β依比例增加。
較佳之實施例是,當該第一段螺牙32A之牙山夾角α為60°時,該第二段螺牙32B之牙山夾角β則為70°,以符合最佳螺鎖角度。
藉由上述構造,如第4圖所示,本發明之自攻螺絲30利用鑽尾部33鑽孔攻入薄板40後,該螺桿32之第一段螺牙32A即進行鑽孔攻牙形成螺孔41,然後自攻螺絲30持續攻入,使第二段螺牙32B鎖合於薄板40上,此時,由於第二段螺牙32B之牙山夾角β與牙底徑D2為第一段螺牙32A之牙山夾角α與牙底徑D1之1.15~1.2倍,因此第二段螺牙32B可對薄板40之螺孔41進行迫緊鎖合,使形成較大之螺孔42使得第二段螺牙32B可緊密鎖固結合於薄板40上。
特別說明的是,由於薄板40經本發明自攻螺絲30之第一段螺牙32A持續鑽孔攻牙一段時間後,該螺孔41會略為擴大;然後藉由本發明之第二段螺牙32B係設於螺桿32末端,且第二段螺牙32B之牙山夾角β與牙底徑D2皆較大,使得第二段螺牙32B可以對薄板40之螺孔41進行迫緊鎖合形成較大之螺孔42,且使螺孔42與第二段螺牙32B之接觸面積增加,進而可令第二段螺牙32B可直接與螺孔42緊密結合,使得本發明之自攻螺絲30確可與薄板40鎖合固定;當將自攻螺絲30旋入至底時,自攻螺
絲30不會有空轉、無法鎖緊之情事發生,縱使薄板40之厚度小於本發明所設螺桿32之螺牙牙距,藉由第二段螺牙32B與螺孔42之緊密結合,使本發明之自攻螺絲30確可有效鎖固定位於薄板40上。
由是,從以上所述可知,本發明之自攻螺絲確具有顯著之進步性,且其構造及方法確為未曾有過,誠已符合發明專利之要件,爰依法提出專利申請,並祈賜專利為禱,至感德便。
惟以上所述,僅為本發明之可行實施例,該實施例主要僅在於用以舉例說明本發明為達到目的所運用之技術手段及其構造,因此並不能以之限定本發明之保護範圍,舉凡依本發明說明書及申請專利範圍所為之等效變化或修飾,皆應仍屬本發明所涵蓋之保護範圍者。

- 一種自攻螺絲,包含有一頭部,頭部下側設有螺桿,螺桿前端設有鑽尾部,該螺桿之前端相對鑽尾部上方形成第一段螺牙,該螺桿之後端相對頭部下方至少二螺牙形成第二段螺牙,該第二段螺牙之牙山夾角係為第一段螺牙之牙山夾角之1.15~1.2倍,且該第二段螺牙之牙底徑係隨第二段螺牙之牙山夾角比例增加。
