Abstract
一種吸管,係將澱粉與微膠囊按照一定比例混合成一根本體。該本體透過脫水或乾燥等方式之一保持中空的結構體,該結構體是管壁,投入蠟液中,蠟液對本體產生浸潤效果。微膠囊是直徑介於30μm(微米)至1000μm的微形膠囊,微形膠囊有一壁材,該壁材包裹一氣態、固態或液態的心材。因此,該吸管是固態的,兼具輕盈、食用等特性,產生或改變酥脆的咀嚼口感。
Description
本發明涉及管狀成型品,特別是指一種輕盈、能食用的吸管(Lightness Edible Straw)。
所述的管狀成型品,最常見的是吸管。所述的吸管大致分成直管、伸縮管以及可撓管等,汲取手搖飲料或包裝容器裡面的液體。
所述的吸管用畢,往往會棄置垃圾桶。因為吸管通常是聚丙烯(Poly propylene,縮寫PP)等合成樹脂,採用注塑、擠塑、吹塑或抽絲等方法加工為管狀成型品。這些合成樹脂的製品不易分解,故吸管破壞周遭環境的程度相當嚴重,影響地球生態甚鉅。在眾人的期望下,改用生物可分解性樹脂製成吸管,正在持續的發展。
譬如日本第5393566號專利案,歷經模具、加熱與擴徑等加工程序,保持優異剛性的吸管,同時取得中國第102206402號專利權。所述的吸管將生物可分解性樹脂區分為三成分:比重佔50%~75%的脂肪族聚酯或脂肪族-芳香族共聚聚酯;彎曲彈性率較低且比重佔15%~45%的脂肪族聚酯或脂肪族-芳香族共聚聚酯;比重佔5%~25%的無機填充劑組成。
還有,臺灣第M469004號專利案的吸管,採用二膠層包覆中空澱粉本體的內、外二表面,製成可食用的管狀成型品。所述的澱粉本體由澱粉混合多個添加單元製成,每個添加單元可以是糖、鹽、奶粉或其組合,改變澱粉本體的口味。
但是,實心的管壁既乾涸、又堅硬,而且會增加吸管的整體重量,不利於咀嚼。
本案的發明人提供新的吸管,其主要目的在於:採用可食用的結構體,兼具整體輕盈與酥脆口感等雙重效果。
緣於上述目的之達成,本發明的吸管,係將澱粉與微膠囊按照一定比例混合成一根或以上的本體。該本體透過脫水或乾燥等方式之一保持中空的結構體,該結構體是管壁,投入蠟液中,以蠟液對本體產生浸潤效果。
其中,這些微膠囊包括至少一組空心囊與一組實心囊,每個微膠囊是直徑介於30μm(微米)至1000μm的微形膠囊。所述的空心囊用一壁材圍成一定容積的內室,該內室接收一定體積的氣體,完成固態兼具輕盈、食用等特性的吸管,產生酥脆的咀嚼口感。該實心囊用壁材包裹一固態或液態的心材,改變吸管的咀嚼口味。
為使本發明之上述目的、構造、特徵和優點,更加淺顯易懂,茲舉一個或以上較佳的實施例,配合所附的圖式詳細說明如下。

在第1圖中,所述的吸管32歷經混合10、浸潤20與成品30等
步驟。
按照一定(如重量)比例,澱粉12與微膠囊14混合液體(如乾淨的水)製作本體16。透過脫水或乾燥(如加熱、瀝乾)等方式之一,該本體16保持中空的結構體,投入蠟液22中。該蠟液22對本體16產生浸潤效果,完成固態兼具輕盈、食用等特性的管狀成型品。
在食用方面,該澱粉(Starch或Amylum)12是指植物研磨而成的粉末或顆粒,例如小麥、馬鈴薯、玉米、番薯、木薯、蓮藕、米與蒟蒻或修飾澱粉。該蠟液22是附著在本體16表面的食用蠟,譬如動、植物的天然產物或由天然蠟調合脂肪酸所構成(例如蜂蠟或蜂蠟調合脂肪酸)。因此,整個吸管32具備能夠食用的特性。
從第2~4圖來看吸管32的內部結構,該本體16是一定厚度的管體,界定管壁周圍為一內側161、一外側162、一第一端面163與一第二端面164。一層保護膜34包住本體16的內側161、外側162、第一端面163與第二端面164,進而形成一內膜部341、外膜部342、上環部343與下環部344。因此,該保護膜34隔離本體16不接觸液體(譬如水),以致本體16與保護膜34的重量相加,大致等於吸管32的重量總和。
換句話說,該澱粉12或微膠囊14成為吸管32的控制因素之一,藉由個別的重量比例能夠決定整體的質量。
在本實施例,該吸管32管壁是空心的,足以讓吸管32具備輕盈的特性。簡單的說,在微膠囊14是空心時,該吸管32含有空心微膠囊14處就是空心的管壁。當微膠囊14是實心的,該吸管32含有實心微膠囊14處就是紮實的管壁。
在相同規格、尺寸的條件下,本實施例空心的吸管32質量(或稱重量),當然比實心的可食用吸管來得輕盈。而且,任一使用者咀嚼空心
的吸管32,還能產生酥脆的口感。
圖中,所述的微膠囊14是直徑介於30μm(微米)至1000μm的微形膠囊。該微形膠囊的製作方法相當多,譬如噴霧凝凍法、靜電結合法、多孔離心法、水/油相分離法、複相乳液法、粉末床法、介面聚合法、原位聚合法以及輻射包囊法等。該微膠囊14有一薄膜般的壁材142,用來包住一呈氣態、液態與固態的心材145。該壁材142保持固定的體積,使微膠囊14具備一定強度。
根據心材145的物理狀態,將微形膠囊分成多組,至少一組空心囊141,其餘的微形膠囊泛稱為實心囊144。所述的空心囊141是指壁材142圍成一定容積的內室143,該內室143接收一定體積的氣體,例如空氣。如此,該空心囊141在吸管32的部位相當於空心的管壁,而且空心囊141的數量愈多,吸管32的質量就會愈輕。
此處所稱的實心囊144,通常是指壁材142包裹固態或液態的心材145,譬如奶油、巧克力醬、草莓醬、鮮奶,以及其他風味的乳製品(含果味奶粉、薑汁奶粉、可樂奶粉、發泡奶粉等)、甜味劑(如阿斯巴甜等)、調味料(如檸檬油、薄荷油、蒜油、咖哩油等)。如此,該實心囊144使吸管32具備酸、甜、苦、辣等不同的味道,具備多重口感的調配效果。
當然,該本體16的造型是多樣化。某些實施例中,該本體16可以是矩形或橢圓形管體,不僅變換內側161、外側162、第一端面163與第二端面164的形狀,相對改變保護膜34的內膜部341、外膜部342、上環部343與下環部344的造型。或者,將本體16的第二端面164從平坦的環面轉換成第5圖傾斜的環面,連帶吸管32具備斜的下環部344,亦在本發明的容許範圍。
Claims (10)
- 一種輕量可食用吸管,將澱粉(12)與微膠囊(14)按照一定比例混合成一根本體(16);透過脫水或乾燥等方式之一,該本體(16)保持中空的結構體,該結構體是管壁,投入蠟液(22)中;該蠟液(22)對本體(16)產生浸潤效果,完成固態兼具輕盈、食用等特性的吸管(32)。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的輕量可食用吸管,其中,該微膠囊(14)是直徑介於30μm(微米)至1000μm的微形膠囊。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的輕量可食用吸管,其中,該微膠囊(14)包括至少一組空心囊(141),所述的空心囊(141)用一壁材(142)圍成一定容積的內室(143),該內室(143)接收一定體積的氣體。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的輕量可食用吸管,其中,該氣體是指空氣。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的輕量可食用吸管,其中,該微膠囊(14)包括至少一組實心囊(144),該實心囊(144)用壁材(142)包裹一固態或液態的心材(145)。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的輕量可食用吸管,其中,該心材(145)可以是奶油、巧克力醬、草莓醬、鮮奶,以及其他風味的乳製品、甜味劑與調味料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的輕量可食用吸管,其中,該蠟液(22)是附著在本體(16)表面的食用蠟。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的輕量可食用吸管,其中,該食用蠟可以是動、植物的天然產品,或是由天然蠟調合脂肪酸所構成。
- 一種輕量可食用吸管,包括:一本體(16),其為一定厚度而可食用的管體,界定管壁周圍為一內側(161)、一外側(162)、一第一端面(163)與一第二端面(164);至少一組在本體(16)內的空心囊(141),所述的本體(16)含有空心囊(141)處成為空心的管壁;一保護膜(34),其包住本體(16)的內側(161)、外側(162)、第一端面(163)與第二端面(164),形成一內膜部(341)、一外膜部(342)、一上環部(343)與一下環部(344),隔離本體(16)不接觸液體。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述的輕量可食用吸管,其中,至少一組實心囊(144),按照一定比例混合空心囊(141)與澱粉(12)製成本體(16)。
