Abstract

一種液晶顯示模組,包括薄膜電晶體陣列層,液晶層,濾光層和多個發光二極體晶片。所述薄膜電晶體陣列層具有相對設置的第一表面和第二表面。所述薄膜電晶體陣列層包括一設置於所述第一表面的電路結構和多個設置於所述第二表面的薄膜電晶體。所述液晶層朝向所述薄膜電晶體陣列層的第二表面。所述液晶層設置於所述薄膜電晶體陣列層和濾光層之間。所述多個發光二極體晶片與所述電路結構電連接,每一發光二極體晶片均包括一出光面,光線由所出光面出射後入射至所述薄膜電晶體陣列層的第一表面。

Description

液晶顯示模組
本發明涉及一種液晶顯示模組,特別涉及一種厚度較小的液晶顯示模組。
習知技術中,液晶顯示模組通常包括一光源部和一液晶顯示面板。光線由光源部出射至液晶顯示面板。光源部和液晶顯示面板為兩個獨立的結構,並且光源部通常獨立電連接和承載於一個電路板上,因此,現有技術中的液晶顯示模組的厚度較大,不符合當前電子產品薄型化的要求。因此,如何減小液晶顯示模組的厚度是當前亟待解決的問題。
本發明目的在於提供一種厚度較小的液晶顯示模組。
一種液晶顯示模組,包括:一薄膜電晶體陣列層,所述薄膜電晶體陣列層具有相對設置的第一表面和第二表面,所述薄膜電晶體陣列層包括:一設置於所述第一表面的電路結構;以及多個設置於所述第二表面的薄膜電晶體;一朝向所述薄膜電晶體陣列層的第二表面的液晶層;一濾光層,所述液晶層設置於所述薄膜電晶體陣列層和濾光層之間;以及多個設置於所述第一表面的發光二極體晶片,所述多個發光二極體晶片與所述電路結構電連接,每一發光二極體晶片均包括一出光面,光線由所出光面出射後入射至所述薄膜電晶體陣列層的第一表面。
進一步的,所述每一發光二極體晶片的出光面均朝向所述第一表面。
進一步的,所述每一發光二極體晶片通過打線連接的方式電連接於所述電路結構。
進一步的,所述每一發光二極體晶片的出光面均朝向遠離所述第一表面的方向。
進一步的,還包括一光反射層,所述發光二極體晶片的出光面朝向所述光反射層。
進一步的,還包括多個封裝罩,每一封裝罩覆蓋一發光二極體晶片。
進一步的,還包括一封裝層,所述封裝層覆蓋所述多個發光二極體晶片和所述薄膜電晶體陣列層的第一表面。
進一步的,所述薄膜電晶體陣列層包括一調節腔。
進一步的,所述調節腔收容一光學膜。
進一步的,所述調節腔中還設有一空氣層。
本發明通過在薄膜電晶體陣列層的第一表面設置電路結構和第二表面設置薄膜電晶體,將電路結構和薄膜電晶體電連接,並將發光二極體晶片電連接於電路結構,使得液晶顯示模組的光源部和液晶顯示面板合成為一個整體,省去了現有技術中用於電連接和承載光源部的電路板,從而減小了液晶顯示模組的厚度。

下面將結合附圖,對本發明作進一步的詳細說明。
請參閱圖1,本發明提供一種液晶顯示模組10。
所述液晶顯示模組10包括一薄膜電晶體陣列層101,一液晶層102,一濾光層103和多個發光二極體晶片104。所述液晶層102設置於所述薄膜電晶體陣列層101和所述濾光層103之間。
所述薄膜電晶體陣列層101具有一第一表面101a和一第二表面101b。所述第一表面101a和第二表面101b相對設置。所述薄膜電晶體陣列層 101包括一電路結構105和多個薄膜電晶體106。所述電路結構105設置於所述第一表面101a。所述薄膜電晶體106設置於所述第二表面101b。所述電路結構105和所述薄膜電晶體106電連接。
所述第一表面101a朝向所述發光二極體晶片104設置。所述第二表面101b朝向所述液晶層102。所述發光二極體晶片104設置於所述第一表面101a。在一種實施方式中,所述發光二極體晶片104可以粘合於所述第一表面101a。在其他實施方式中,所述發光二極體晶片104也可以焊接於所述第一表面101a。每一發光二極體晶片104具有一出光面104a。光線由所述發光二極體晶片104的所述出光面104a出射並入射至所述薄膜電晶體陣列層101的所述第一表面101a。
在本實施例中,每一發光二極體晶片104可以通過打線連接的方式電連接於所述電路結構105。
在至少一種實施例中,如圖2所示,每一發光二極體晶片104的出光面104a均朝向遠離所述第一表面101a的方向設置。每一發光二極體晶片104可以通過覆晶連接的方式電連接於所述薄膜電晶體106。
所述液晶顯示模組10還可以包括一光反射層108。光線由所述發光二極體晶片104的出光面104a出射至所述光反射層108,從而被所述光反射層108反射後入射至所述薄膜電晶體陣列層101的第一表面101a。
所述液晶顯示模組10還可以包括多個封裝罩107。所述每一封裝罩107於所述發光二極體晶片104對應。所述每一封裝罩107覆蓋所述發光二極體晶片104。光線由所述發光二極體晶片104出射後入射至所述封裝罩107並穿過封裝罩107,然後入射至光反射層108,從而被所述光反射層108反射後入射至所述薄膜電晶體陣列層101的第一表面101a。
在至少一種實施例中,如圖3所示,所述多個封裝罩107可以替換為一封裝層109。所述封裝層109覆蓋所述多個發光二極體晶片104和所述薄膜電晶體陣列層101的所述第一表面101a。
所述多個封裝罩107和所述封裝層109可以為光轉換材料層。所述光轉換材料層可以包括量子點或紅色、綠色、藍色至少一種螢光粉。所述紅色螢光粉可以為KSF(K2(SiF6):Mn4+),SLA(Sr(LiAl3N4):Eu2+)或SiAlON (SiAlON:Eu2+)。所述綠色螢光粉可以為氮化物螢光粉,氮氧化物螢光粉,碳氮化物螢光粉,矽酸鹽螢光粉,氧矽基螢光粉或CaAlSiN3:Eu2+
在至少一種實施例中,如圖4-6所示,所述薄膜電晶體陣列層101可以具有一調節腔1010。所述調節腔1010具有一定厚度,可以增加混光的光程,以增加光場的均勻性。所述薄膜電晶體陣列層101上可以設置貫穿所述調節腔1010的通孔(圖未示),從而通過通孔電連接所述薄膜電晶體106和所述電路結構105。
在一種實施方式中,如圖4所述,所述調節腔1010可以收容一光學膜1011。所述光學膜1011部分填充所述調節腔1010。所述光學膜1011設置於所述調節腔1010的底表面1010a。所述光學膜1011的厚度小於所述調節腔1010的厚度。所述調節腔1010內還設置有一空氣層1012。所述空氣層1012位於所述光學膜1011上。
在一種實施方式中,如圖5所示,所述調節腔1010為一空氣腔。
在其他實施方式中,如圖6所示,所述光學膜1011完全填充所述調節腔1010。所述光學膜1011的厚度與所述調節腔1010的厚度相同。
本發明通過在薄膜電晶體陣列層101的第一表面101a設置電路結構105和第二表面101b設置薄膜電晶體106,將電路結構105和薄膜電晶體106電連接,並將發光二極體晶片104電連接於電路結構105,使得液晶顯示模組10的光源部和液晶顯示面板合成為一個整體,省去了現有技術中用於電連接和承載光源部的電路板,從而減小了液晶顯示模組10的厚度。
對於本領域的技術人員來說可以在本發明技術構思內做其他變化,但是,根據本發明的技術構思做出其它各種相應的改變與變形,都應屬於本發明權利要求的保護範圍。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種液晶顯示模組,包括:一薄膜電晶體陣列層,所述薄膜電晶體陣列層具有相對設置的第一表面和第二表面,所述薄膜電晶體陣列層包括:一設置於所述第一表面以及所述第二表面之間的調節腔;一設置於所述第一表面的電路結構;以及多個設置於所述第二表面的薄膜電晶體;一朝向所述薄膜電晶體陣列層的第二表面的液晶層;一濾光層,所述液晶層設置於所述薄膜電晶體陣列層和濾光層之間;以及多個設置於所述第一表面的發光二極體晶片,所述多個發光二極體晶片與所述電路結構電連接,每一發光二極體晶片均包括一出光面,光線由所出光面出射後入射至所述薄膜電晶體陣列層的第一表面。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的液晶顯示模組,其中:所述每一發光二極體晶片的出光面均朝向所述第一表面。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的液晶顯示模組,其中:所述每一發光二極體晶片通過打線連接的方式電連接於所述電路結構。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的液晶顯示模組,其中:所述每一發光二極體晶片的出光面均朝向遠離所述第一表面的方向。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的液晶顯示模組,其中:還包括一光反射層,所述發光二極體晶片的出光面朝向所述光反射層。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的液晶顯示模組,其中:還包括多個封裝罩,每一封裝罩覆蓋一發光二極體晶片。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的液晶顯示模組,其中:還包括一封裝層,所述封裝層覆蓋所述多個發光二極體晶片和所述薄膜電晶體陣列層的第一表面。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的液晶顯示模組,其中:所述調節腔收容一光學膜。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的液晶顯示模組,其中:所述調節腔中還設有一空氣層。
