Abstract

[課題]可在具備蒸氣回收功能或安全管接頭之供油裝置中設置窺鏡,減低燃料油的洩漏風險。 [解決手段]本發明之供油裝置具備:供油管,收納在具備供油機構之殼罩本體內,並且一端與供油機構連接;彎管,與供油管的另一端連接;供油軟管,一端與附帶蒸氣回收功能之供油噴嘴連接,並且使蒸氣流路與燃料油路分離配設;以及分離接合件,使供油軟管的燃料油路與彎管的內部連通,並且使供油軟管的蒸氣流路與銜接於蒸氣回收機構的蒸氣管連通。既可是在供油軟管的燃料油路與彎管之間設置安全管接頭,亦可是與分離接合件的蒸氣流路連接的蒸氣管具備切口,該切口是用以在安全管接頭解除彎管與分離接合件之連結的情況下,使蒸氣管斷裂。

Description

供油裝置
發明領域 本發明為有關一種具有蒸氣回收功能,並且具備用以防止供油軟管等的破損或燃料油的洩漏之安全管接頭的供油裝置。
發明背景 習知以來,針對將汽油等揮發性高的燃料油供給到汽車等燃料槽之供油裝置,從燃料槽流出因應供油量之燃料油蒸氣。當該燃料油蒸氣排放到大氣中時,不僅造成資源浪費,也會有引起根據燃火之火災的危險性或環境污染之虞。因此,如本案申請人在專利文獻1提案所示,將供油時從燃料槽流出的汽油蒸氣回收到地下槽。
另一方面,在專利文獻2中,提出分別在與供油管連接的彎管連接第1安全接頭、在供油軟管連接第2安全接頭,並且藉由接合此等第1及第2安全接頭,當過多的拉伸力作用於供油軟管的情況等下,使第2安全接頭從第1安全接頭分離,藉由將此等安全接頭內成為閉閥狀態,防止零件破損或燃料油洩漏的安全管接頭。

發明概要 發明欲解決之課題 對於在上述專利文獻2所記載之具備安全管接頭的供油裝置具有蒸氣回收功能,考量使用附帶蒸氣回收功能的供油噴嘴,並且將供油軟管、第1及第2安全接頭以及彎管等構成為雙重管構造。但是將此等構成為雙重管構造時,會有無法設置用以確認燃料油的流動之窺鏡的問題。
又,在專利文獻1所記載的發明中,配設在供油裝置之供油軟管,使燃料油路成為正壓、蒸氣流路成為負壓,並且在安全管接頭等中必須利用密封構造相互隔離蒸氣流路與燃料油路,當形成雙重管構造的構成要素越多,燃料油洩漏到蒸氣流路的風險越高。實際上在燃料油洩漏到蒸氣流路的情況下,連帶造成設置在蒸氣回收機構之吸引泵的損壞,而對加油站的營業造成阻礙。
因此,本發明針對具備蒸氣回收功能或安全管接頭的供油裝置,可設置窺鏡,減低燃料油的洩漏風險為目的。
用以解決課題之手段 為了達成上述目的,本發明之供油裝置,其特徵為具備:供油管,收納在具備供油機構的殼罩本體內,並使一端與前述供油機構連接;彎管,與前述供油管的另一端連接;供油軟管,一端與附帶蒸氣回收功能之供油噴嘴連接,並且使蒸氣流路與燃料油路分離配設;分離接合件,使該供油軟管的燃料油路與前述彎管的內部連通,並且使該供油軟管的蒸氣流路與銜接於蒸氣回收機構之蒸氣管連通。
根據本發明,由於藉由分離接合件使供油軟管的燃料油路與彎管的內部連通,並且使供油軟管的蒸氣流路與銜接於蒸氣回收機構的蒸氣管連通,因此不必將彎管構成為雙重管構造,可以在彎管設置窺鏡。又,由於雙重管構造的部分變少,因此也可以減低燃料油洩漏到蒸氣流路的風險。
在上述供油裝置中,可以在前述供油軟管的燃料油路與前述彎管之間設置安全管接頭,因為根據上述分離接合件的存在也不必將安全管接頭構成為雙重管構造,因此可以進一步減低燃料油洩漏到蒸氣流路的風險。
在上述供油裝置中,與前述分離接合件之蒸氣流路連接的蒸氣管可以具備切口,該切口是用以在前述安全管接頭解除前述彎管與前述分離接合件之連結的情況下,使該蒸氣管斷裂,可以在有過多的拉伸力作用於供油軟管之情況下等保護分離接合件等。
在上述供油裝置中,與前述分離接合件之蒸氣流路連接的蒸氣管可以具備連結部,該連結部是用以在前述安全管接頭解除前述彎管與前述分離接合件之連結的情況下,使該蒸氣管分離成2段,可以在有過多的拉伸力作用於供油軟管之情況下等保護分離接合件等。
發明效果 如以上所示,根據本發明,針對具備蒸氣回收功能或安全管接頭之供油裝置,可以設置窺鏡,並且也可以減低燃料油的洩漏風險。
用以實施發明之形態 其次,針對用以實施本發明之形態,一邊參照圖面一邊詳細說明。
圖1及圖2為顯示有關本發明之供油裝置的一實施形態,該供油裝置1由:在內部具備供油機構或蒸氣回收機構之殼罩本體2;收納在殼罩本體2內部,並且使一端與供油機構連接之供油管4;與供油管4的另一端連接之彎管5;具有附帶蒸氣回收功能的供油噴嘴11之供油軟管10;與彎管5連接之由第1安全接頭7與第2安全接頭8構成的安全管接頭6;介於安全管接頭6與供油軟管10之間之分離接合件9;銜接於蒸氣回收機構之蒸氣管12;及顯示裝置14等構成,在圖1所示之正面側與背面側分別各設置1組。
如圖3(a)及(b)所示,第1安全接頭7具備:本體7a、設置本體7a內之鋼球閥體7b、將閥體7b朝閥座7d方向推壓之彈簧7c,左端部7f與彎管5的右端部接合。同樣,第2安全接頭8也具備:本體8a、設置本體8a內之鋼球閥體8b、將閥體8b朝閥座8d方向推壓之彈簧8c。接著,在此等閥體7b、8b之間,設有用以從閥座7d、8d將兩閥體7b、8b分開而達到閥開保持狀態之保持具13。為了接合此等第1及第2安全接頭7、8,將共用銷15插入在第1及第2安全接頭7、8開孔之小孔7e、8e。
在分離接合件9中,將蒸氣流路9a及燃料油路9b分離配設,蒸氣流路9a形成為從分離接合件9的右端一直到分離接合件9的側面。分離接合件9的左端部9c與第2安全接頭8的右端部接合。
該分離接合件9透過連接扣具17至19與供油軟管10連接。利用第1連接扣具17的右端部17a挾持供油軟管10的內筒10a,第1連接扣具17的左端部插入到分離接合件9的蒸氣流路9a,使分離接合件9的蒸氣流路9a與供油軟管10的蒸氣流路10c連通。接著,利用第2連接扣具18的右端部18a挾持供油軟管10的外筒10b,透過第3連接扣具19使第2連接扣具18的左端部固定在分離接合件9的內周面。藉此,使分離接合件9的燃料油路9b與供油軟管10的燃料油路10d連通。在第1連接扣具17與分離接合件9的內面之間、在第2連接扣具18與第3連接扣具19之間介有O形環,防止燃料油或蒸氣的洩漏。
如圖1至圖3所示,利用接合件16在分離接合件9的側面連接蒸氣管12的一端,蒸氣管12的另一端與殼罩本體2內部的蒸氣回收機構連接。藉此,不必透過安全管接頭6就可以將來自供油軟管10的蒸氣引導至蒸氣管12。在該蒸氣管12外周面的一部分,於圓周方面使整個圓周或一部分被切開之切口12a。
其次,針對具有上述構成之供油裝置1之安全管接頭6的分離動作,以圖3為中心一邊參照一邊說明。
例如,在將供油噴嘴11(參照圖1)插入到汽車等車輛的供油口之狀態下,當車輛移動,對於第1及第2安全接頭7、8透過供油軟管10使過多的拉伸力或扭轉力矩作用時,如圖3(c)所示,共用銷15(參照圖3(b))被切斷而使兩接頭7、8分離。接著,利用兩接頭7、8所挾持的保持具13脫落而解除閥體7b、8b的閥開保持,利用彈簧7c、8c推壓閥體7b、8b,座定在閥座7d、8d而成為閉閥狀態。藉此,即使第1及第2安全接頭7、8分離也不會使燃料油流出。
在上述第1及第2安全接頭7、8分離的同時,蒸氣管12在切口12a的位置斷裂。藉此,可以保護分離接合件9或接合件16等。
如以上所示,根據本實施形態,由於藉由分離接合件9使供油軟管10的燃料油路10d與彎管5的內部連通,使供油軟管10的蒸氣流路10c與銜接於蒸氣回收機構的蒸氣管12連通,因此不必將彎管5構成為雙重管構造。為此,雖然省略圖示,但是可以在彎管5與第1安全接頭7之間等設置窺鏡。又,由於第1及第2安全接頭7、8也不必形成為雙重管構造,因此也可以減低燃料油的洩漏風險。
圖4為顯示圖3所示之分離接合件等的第1變形例,具有將上述第2安全接頭8與分離接合件9一體成形之一體接合件27。又,對於與圖3相同的構成元件賦予相同的參照號碼而省略說明。
一體接合件27具備:本體27a、設置在本體27a內部之鋼球閥體27b、將閥體27b朝閥座27d方向推壓之彈簧27c。在第1安全接頭7的閥體7b與一體接合件27的閥體27b之間,設有用以將兩閥體7b、27b從閥座7d、27d分開而達到閥開保持狀態之保持具13。為了接合一體接合件27與第1安全接頭7,將共用銷15插入到在一體接合件27與第1安全接頭7開孔之小孔27e、7e。
在一體接合件27中,將蒸氣流路27f及燃料油路27g分離配設,蒸氣流路27f形成為從一體接合件27的右端一直到側面。一體接合件27透過連接扣具17至19與供油軟管10連接。
對於該一體接合件27及第1安全接頭7,當透過供油軟管10使過多的拉伸力或扭轉力矩作用時,如圖4(c)所示,共用銷15(參照圖4(b))被切斷而使兩接頭7、27分離。接著,利用兩接頭7、27所挾持的保持具13脫落而解除閥體7b、27b的閥開保持,利用彈簧7c、27c推壓閥體7b、27b,座定在閥座7d、27d而成為閉閥狀態。藉此,即使兩接頭7、27分離也不會使燃料油流出。
又,在上述兩接頭7、27分離的同時,蒸氣管12在切口12a的位置斷裂。藉此,可以保護一體接合件27或接合件16等。
如此一來,即使在使用一體接合件27的情況下,也不必將彎管5構成為雙重管構造,在彎管5與第1安全接頭7之間等可以設置窺鏡。又,由於第1安全接頭7也不必構成為雙重管構造,因此也可以減低燃料油的洩漏風險。再者,藉由使用將圖3的第2安全接頭8與分離接合件9一體構成之一體接合件27,可以減少零件數目,並且也可以減低燃料油的洩漏風險。
圖5為顯示圖3所示之分離接合件等的第2變形例,具備蒸氣管37取代圖3所示的蒸氣管12,該蒸氣管37具有:與分離接合件9連接之連結部37a、透過共用銷37c與連結部37a連接之本體37b。又,對於與圖3相同的構成元件賦予相同的參照號碼而省略說明。
蒸氣管37在第1及第2安全接頭7、8分離的同時,共用銷37c被切斷而使連結部37a與本體37b分離。藉此,由於達到與上述切口12a相同的效果,並且只要藉由更換共用銷37c就可以修復蒸氣管37,可以進一步減低零件更換成本。
圖6為顯示圖3所示之分離接合件等的第3變形例,構成為組合圖4及圖5所示之第1及第2變形例之構成,具備:第2安全接頭8與分離接合件9一體成形之一體接合件27;及具有與一體接合件27連接之連結部37a、及透過共用銷37c與連結部37a連接之本體37b之蒸氣管37。
根據上述構成,可設置窺鏡,也可以減低燃料油的洩漏風險,可以減少零件數目。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種供油裝置,其特徵在於具備:供油管,收納在具備供油機構之殼罩本體內,並且一端與前述供油機構連接;彎管,與前述供油管的另一端連接;供油軟管,一端與附帶蒸氣回收功能之供油噴嘴連接,並且使蒸氣流路與燃料油路分離配設;分離接合件,使該供油軟管的燃料油路與前述彎管的內部連通,並且使該供油軟管的蒸氣流路與銜接於蒸氣回收機構的蒸氣管連通,該蒸氣流路是從前述供油軟管側之該分離接合件的端部到該分離接合件的側面;以及安全管接頭,配置在前述彎管與前述分離接合件之間,且具備前述彎管側的安全接頭及前述分離接合件側的安全接頭,其中前述分離接合件側的安全接頭是與前述分離接合件一體成形。
  2. 如請求項1之供油裝置,其中前述蒸氣管具備切口,該切口是用以在前述安全管接頭解除前述彎管與前述分離接合件之連結的情況下,使該蒸氣管斷裂。
  3. 如請求項1之供油裝置,其中蒸氣管具備連結部,該連結部是用以在前述安全管接頭解除前述彎管與前述分離接合件之連結的情況下,使該蒸氣管分離成2段。
